如图1至图3所示,罩体包括上述乳垫1和喇叭状的吸奶罩2,乳垫1置于吸奶罩2内。可选的,该乳垫1的外壁与吸奶罩2的内壁之间可以是存在有间隙3(参见图3),该乳垫1的外壁与吸奶罩2的内壁之间也可以是紧密贴合的(参见图4)。如图4所示,吸奶罩2上对应至少一个(示例性的为一个)柔性膜片101的位置处开设有通孔201。乳垫1置于吸奶罩2内,二者共同构成了罩体,气体从吸奶罩2上的通孔201充入,以使柔性膜片101隆起,尽量贴合输乳管窦,增强挤压输乳管窦的力度,能够进一步促进母乳的排出。为了避免在向间隙3内充气时漏气,于是,可选地,乳垫1与吸奶罩2相对应的端头之间密封,即,乳垫1的第一口端 与吸奶罩2的第一口端端头之间密封,以及乳垫1的第二口端与吸奶罩2的第二口端端头之间密封。所述第一口端的开口大于所述第二口端的开口。
如图5所示,吸奶器在使用时,罩体是扣罩在乳房7上的,为了避免对乳房造成伤害,并降低罩体对乳房7的挤压抢入,于是,可选地,如图4所示,乳垫1的第一口端与吸奶罩2的第一口端接合处设置有环形软罩4,该环形软罩4与乳垫1和吸奶罩2同轴。这一环形软罩4可有效减低罩体对乳房的挤压,从而对乳房7起到了保护作用。
本实施例还提供了一种加装上述罩体的吸奶器,如图4所示,吸奶器中真空泵6与罩体的第二口端相连通,奶瓶5与罩体的内腔相连通并靠近该罩体的第二口端,挤压泵61通过管体202与罩体中吸奶罩2上的通孔201相连通(图中未示出所述挤压泵61与所述管体202连接)。可选的,所述通孔201上设置有螺纹,所述螺纹与管体202上的螺纹通过旋转在一起,配合使管体202与通孔201密封连接。吸奶器加装与吸奶罩上通孔201相连通挤压泵61,为向通孔充气提供了动力源。吸奶器在进行吸奶的过程中,真空泵6的抽空动作滞后于挤压泵61的充气挤压动作,即,先挤压后吸取,如此重复,柔性膜片101先挤压输乳管窦刺激乳汁排出,真空泵6再将乳汁抽送至奶瓶5,大大提升了吸奶的效率。在本实施例中,真空泵6中的吸气口与罩体的第二口端同轴,在抽吸乳液时的负压气流快速畅顺地由罩体的第一口端流向第二口端再流到真空泵。这一设计最大优点在于尽量把气流以直线传送方式送到真空泵6,减少功率损失的同时也保证乳汁不会倒流入真空泵6内。
除了采用挤压泵61通过通孔201向间隙3内充气以使柔性膜片101膨胀外,还可以在通孔201上连接一管体202,例如软管。使用吸奶器时,先将罩体扣罩在乳房上,然后,将软管的一端放置在使用者口中向通孔201吹气以使柔性膜片101膨胀。同样,真空泵6的抽空动作滞后于吹气挤压动作。
实施例二
图6是本实施例二所提供的罩体的正视图。参见图6,与上述实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,一环型弹性体102代替了多个柔性膜片101,该环型弹性体102设置在乳垫1的内壁上,并与乳垫1同轴。吸奶器在吸奶时,此环型弹性体102用于挤压乳房输乳管窦。在吸奶器开始吸奶之前,环型弹性体102处于自然状态(略突出乳垫1的内壁)。吸奶器开始吸奶后,环型弹性体102背向乳垫1内壁凸 起并直接挤压在输乳管窦处。同柔性膜片101一样,环型弹性体102可采用橡胶、硅胶或TPE材料制成,并且这些环型弹性体102可以与乳垫1连成一体。
在本实施例中,罩体中吸奶罩2上对应环型弹性体102的位置处开设有一通孔。
除了上述结构外,其余结构与实施例一相同。
通过实施例一和实施例二可知,无论是柔性膜片101还是环形弹性体,都用于挤压乳房输乳管窦,因此,只要在乳垫1内壁上设置用于挤压乳房输乳管窦的挤压体,便可有助于吸奶器在吸奶过程中促进乳汁的挤出。气体从吸奶罩上的通孔吹入,以使挤压体隆起,有利于增强挤压输乳管窦的力度,进一步促进母乳的排出。
实施例三
图7是本实施例三所提供的沿图6中A-A的柔性膜片未凸起的罩体的半剖视图。
在上述实施例的基础上,采用固定件8(参见图7)将乳垫1与吸奶罩2固定,或者是采用超声熔接的方式将所述乳垫1与吸奶罩2固定。可选的,所述固定件8设置在所述102的靠近大口端(第一口端)的第一侧以及所述环型弹性体102的靠近小口端(第二口端)的第二侧,且所述固定件8是沿所述环型弹性体102的环形方向均匀设置的。示例性的,可以是设置3个(结合图6和图7),4个或者5个等等。可选的,所述固定件8可以是采用公柱芯以及母柱芯。可选的,所述固定件8为柱状结构或者片状结构,并且所述固定件8的表面进行了包胶处理,例如所述固定件8表面可以是包覆有TPE。采用上述固定件8(参见图7)能够将乳垫1与吸奶罩2牢固的固定在一起,并且工艺简单,与超声熔接的固定方式相比,具有技术难度小,设备成本低的优点。
本公开的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本公开所作的举例。
工业实用性
本公开提供的乳垫和罩体,用于吸奶器,挤压乳房输乳管窦的挤压体设置在乳垫内壁上,该挤压体的设置更加符合女性乳房生理构造,在吸奶器吸奶的过程中,挤压体挤压乳房输乳管窦,有助于母乳的挤出,提高了吸奶器的吸奶效率,缩短了吸奶时间,从而降低了吸奶过程中造成乳头疼痛或拉长(变形) 的可能性。乳垫置于吸奶罩内,二者共同构成了罩体,气体从吸奶罩上的通孔充入,以使挤压体隆起,增强挤压输乳管窦的力度,进一步促进母乳的排出;吸奶器加装与吸奶罩上通孔相连通的挤压泵,为向通孔充气提供了动力源,在提升吸奶效率的前提下,也使得罩体和吸奶器的结构简单且便于操作。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种乳垫,呈喇叭状,其中,所述乳垫的内壁上设置有用于挤压乳房输乳管窦的挤压体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的乳垫,其中,所述挤压体为至少两个柔性膜片,这些柔性膜片均匀环布在所述乳垫内壁上,挤压乳房输乳管窦时,所述柔性膜片背向所述乳垫内壁凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的乳垫,其中,所述挤压体为一环型弹性体,该环型弹性体与所述乳垫同轴,挤压乳房输乳管窦时,所述环型弹性体背向所述乳垫内壁凸起。
  4. 一种罩体,包括喇叭状的乳垫和吸奶罩,所述乳垫置于所述吸奶罩内,其中,所述乳垫的内壁上设置有用于挤压乳房输乳管窦的挤压体,该乳垫的外壁与所述吸奶罩的内壁之间存在有间隙,所述吸奶罩上对应所述挤压体的位置处开设有向所述间隙内充气的通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的罩体,其中,所述挤压体为至少两个柔性膜片,所述柔性膜片均匀环布在所述乳垫内壁上,所述吸奶罩上至少一个与所述柔性膜片对应的位置处开设有所述通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的罩体,其中,所述挤压体为一环型弹性体,该环型弹性体与所述乳垫同轴;所述吸奶罩上对应所述环型弹性体的位置处开设有所述通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的罩体,其中,所述乳垫的端头与所述吸奶罩相对应的端头之间密封。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的罩体,其中,所述乳垫的第一口端与所述吸奶罩的第一口端接合处设置有环形软罩,该环形软罩与所述乳垫和所述吸奶罩同轴。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的罩体,所述乳垫、柔性膜片以及环型弹性体中的至少一个采用热塑性弹性体材料制成。
  10. 一种吸奶器,包括奶瓶、真空泵、挤压泵以及权利要求4至9中任一项所述的罩体,所述真空泵与所述罩体的第二口端相连通,所述奶瓶与所述罩体的内腔相连通并靠近该罩体的第二口端,挤压泵通过管体与所述罩体中吸奶罩上的通孔相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸奶器,其中,所述真空泵中的吸气口与所述罩体的第二口端同轴。
