具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
在一种具体实施例中,下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本申请做进一步的详细描述。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备(电子设备包括但不限于可折叠手机、平板等),如图1所示,电子设备(包括设备本体(图中未标示)、设备本体至少包括壳体组件20以及安装于壳体组件20的柔性屏10,壳体组件20用于保护柔性屏10的边缘,以降低电子设备使用过程中柔性屏10边缘在外力作用下发生损坏的风险,从而提升了柔性屏10的工作稳定性,并延长了柔性屏10的使用寿命。
其中,电子设备包括两两垂直的第一方向X、第二方向Y和第三方向Z,第一方向X为柔性屏10的宽度方向,第二方向Y为柔性屏10的长度方向,第三方向Z为柔性屏10的厚度方向。
如图1、图2和图3所示,壳体组件20包括中框1和装饰件2,装饰件2包括装饰本体21和安装于装饰本体21的延伸部22,装饰本体21和延伸部22均绕设于柔性屏10外侧,延伸部22沿第三方向Z向靠近中框1的方向延伸,且延伸部22的一部分位于中框1上的安装部11内并与安装部11固定连接。
在本实施例中,装饰件2通过延伸部22固定在中框1上,简化了装饰件2与中框1的连接结构,从而简化了装饰件2和中框1的结构,降低了装饰件2和中框1的生产成本。
其中,如图4所示,延伸部22的侧壁与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离D1满足:0.05mm≤D1≤0.15mm,延伸部22的底壁与安装部11的底壁之间的距离H1满足:0.10mm≤H1≤0.35mm,在满足延伸部22与安装部11的连接稳固性的同时,减小延伸部22与安装部11的连接尺寸,从而减小装饰件2和中框1的尺寸,进而减小电子设备的整体尺寸。
具体地,延伸部22与安装部11的连接形式包括但不限于卡接、通过螺栓连接、铆合、粘接等,在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,延伸部22与安装部11的间隙中填充有粘接剂24,延伸部22与安装部11粘接,以简化延伸部22与安装部11的连接方式,并减小延伸部22和安装部11连接所占用的空间。具体地,将装饰件2安装在中框1时,延伸部22的全部或局部与安装部11固定连接,操作者可以根据实际的安装固定需求对延伸部22的固定尺寸做适应性调整,在保证装饰件2安装稳固性的同时,简化装饰件2的安装过程。
此外,如图2和图4所示,安装部11为安装槽,安装槽的截面形状可以为L形、U形、V形或其他变形结构,本申请对安装槽的具体形状不做特殊限定,如图2和图4所示,安装槽的截面形状为U形,如图3所示,安装槽的截面形状为L形。
如图1所示,装饰本体21包括用于设置于柔性屏10边缘的本体部211和弯折部212,具体地,本体部211设置于柔性屏10的直边边缘处,弯折部212设置于柔性屏10的转角边缘处,相邻本体部211通过弯折部212连接,延伸部22在弯折部212处存在缺口。
在本实施例中,延伸部22在弯折部212处存在缺口,当电子设备的转角处受到撞击时,降低了设置于弯折部212的延伸部22发生变形、损坏的风险,从而提升了装饰件2以及电子设备的抗撞击能力,以提升装饰件2以及电子设备的可靠性,进而提升了电子设备的使用性能。
在一种实施例中,如图5和图6所示,延伸部22仅设置于本体部211,即延伸部22在弯折部212处断开,以形成缺口。
在本实施例中,由于延伸部22在弯折部212处断开,因此弯折部212与中框1无直接连接的关系,当电子设备的转角处受到撞击时,降低了中框1的变形对弯折部212的形状的影响,从而降低了弯折部212在外力作用下变形甚至开裂的风险,从而提升了装饰件2的可靠性。
此外,如图7和图8所示,壳体组件20还包括连接件23,弯折部212与安装部11通过连接件23连接,连接件23对弯折部212起支撑和固定的作用,降低了弯折部212在外力作用下局部塌陷、损坏、翘起的风险,从而提升了装饰件2的可靠性。其中,连接件23具有较高的弹性变性能力(连接件23可以为弹簧、金属弹片等,也可以为橡胶等弹性材料),当电子设备的转角处受外力撞击时,中框1在外力作用下发生变形并挤压连接件23,由于连接件23具有较高的弹性变形能力,降低了中框1变形对弯折部212的影响,从而降低了弯折部212变形、开裂的风险;同时,由于连接件23具有较高的弹性变形能力,因此,当电子设备的转角处的外力消失后,连接件23能够恢复至初始形态,以提升连接件23对弯折部212的支撑的稳定性。
具体地,如图7所示,连接件23的一端与弯折部212固定连接,和/或,如图8所示,连接件23与安装部11固定连接,在电子设备运输、使用过程中,降低了连接件23偏离预设安装位置的风险,从而提升了连接件23与弯折部212、连接件23与安装部11的连接稳固性。
其中,连接件23与弯折部212之间、连接件23与安装部11之间的连接方式包括但不限于卡接、粘接、铆合。具体地,如图7和图8所示,连接件23与弯折部212之间设置有粘接剂24,连接件23与弯折部212粘接,和/或,连接件23与安装部11之间设置有粘接剂24,连接件23与安装部11粘接,以简化连接件23与弯折部212、连接件23与安装部11的连接方式。
在另一种实施例中,延伸部22包括第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222,第一延伸部221设置于本体部211,第二延伸部222设置于弯折部212;第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222存在宽度差,以形成缺口。即,如图9至图11所示,第一延伸部221设置有第一侧壁221a,第一侧壁221a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离为D1;第二延伸部222设置有第二侧壁222a,第二侧壁222a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离为D2;其中:D1<D2。
在本实施例中,第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222存在宽度差,从而增加了电子设备转角处的中框1与装饰件2的距离,降低了中框1变形对装饰件2的影响,从而提升了装饰件2的可靠性。
其中,第二侧壁222a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离D2满足:0.15mm≤D2≤0.35mm,具体地,第二侧壁222a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离可以为0.20mm,0.25mm,0.30mm。
在本实施例中,若第二侧壁222a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离较大,则第二延伸部222的厚度较小,使得第二延伸部222的强度减弱,在电子设备使用过程中,第二延伸部222存在变形、开裂的风险;若第二侧壁222a与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离较小,则电子设备转角处的中框1与装饰件2的距离较小,当电子设备的转角处受外力撞击时,装饰件2易在中框1的作用下变形、开裂。因此,0.15mm≤D2≤0.35mm,降低了中框1变形对装饰件2的影响的同时,提升了第二延伸部222的强度,从而提升了第二延伸部222的可靠性。
在另一种实施例中,第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222存在高度差,以形成缺口。即,如图12至图14所示,第一延伸部221设置有第一底壁221b,第一底壁221b与安装部11的侧壁之间的距离为H1;第二延伸部222设置有第二底壁222b,第二底壁222b与安装部11的底壁之间的距离为H2;其中:H1<H2。
在本实施例中,第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222存在高度差,从而增加了电子设备转角处的中框1与装饰件2的距离,降低了中框1变形对装饰件2的影响,从而提升了装饰件2的可靠性。
其中,第二底壁222b与安装部11的底壁之间的距离H2满足:0.25mm≤H2≤0.45mm,具体地,第二底壁222b与安装部11的底壁之间的距离可以为0.30mm,0.35mm,0.40mm。
在本实施例中,若第二底壁222b与安装部11的底壁之间的距离较大,则第二延伸部222的高度较小,使得第二延伸部222对弯折部212的支撑作用减弱,在电子设备使用过程中,弯折部212存在变形的风险;若第二底壁222b与安装部11的底壁之间的距离较小,则电子设备转角处的中框1与装饰件2的距离较小,当电子设备的转角处受外力撞击时,装饰件2易在中框1的作用下变形、开裂。因此,0.15mm≤D2≤0.35mm,降低了中框1变形对装饰件2的影响的同时,提升了弯折部212的强度,从而提升了装饰件2的可靠性。
具体地,第一延伸部221与安装部11固定连接,且第二延伸部222与安装部11不固定连接;或者,第一延伸部221与安装部11固定连接,且第二延伸部222与安装部11固定连接。
在本实施例中,仅第一延伸部221与安装部11固定连接时,简化了装饰件2的安装过程,从而缩短了装饰件2的安装时间;第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222均与安装部11固定连接时,增加了装饰件2与中框1的连接稳固性。
此外,在生产和使用过程中,上述多个实施例可以相互结合,以增加装饰件2结构的灵活性。即,将连接件23安装在装饰件2上,连接件23充当第二延伸部222;第一延伸部221和第二延伸部222可以同时存在宽度差和高度差。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种壳体组件,用于保护电子设备柔性屏的边缘,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括:
    中框,所述中框设置有安装部;
    装饰件,所述装饰件包括装饰本体和安装于所述装饰本体的延伸部,所述装饰本体和所述延伸部均用于绕设于所述柔性屏外侧,所述延伸部沿所述柔性屏的厚度方向向靠近所述中框的方向延伸,且所述延伸部的一部分位于所述安装部内并与所述安装部固定连接;
    所述装饰本体包括用于设置于所述柔性屏边缘的本体部和弯折部,相邻所述本体部通过所述弯折部连接,所述延伸部在所述弯折部处存在缺口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述延伸部在所述弯折部处断开,以形成所述缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括连接件,所述弯折部与所述安装部通过所述连接件连接;
    所述连接件为弹簧或弹性材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述连接件与所述弯折部固定连接,和/或,所述连接件与所述安装部固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述延伸部包括第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部设置于所述本体部,所述第二延伸部设置于所述弯折部;
    所述第一延伸部设置有第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁与所述安装部的侧壁之间的距离为D1;
    所述第二延伸部设置有第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁与所述安装部的侧壁之间的距离为D2;
    其中:D1<D2。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁与所述安装部的侧壁之间的距离D2满足:0.15mm≤D2≤0.35mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述延伸部包括第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部设置于所述本体部,所述第二延伸部设置于所述弯折部;
    所述第一延伸部设置有第一底壁,所述第一底壁与所述安装部的侧壁之间的距离为H1;
    所述第二延伸部设置有第二底壁,所述第二底壁与所述安装部的底壁之间的距离为H2;
    其中:H1<H2。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二底壁与所述安装部的底壁之间的距离H2满足:0.25mm≤H2≤0.45mm。
  9. 根据权利要求5至8中任一项所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一延伸 部与所述安装部固定连接;或者,
    所述第一延伸部与所述安装部固定连接,且所述第二延伸部与所述安装部固定连接。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    设备本体,所述设备本体至少包括柔性屏以及权利要求1至9中任一项所述的壳体组件,所述柔性屏安装于所述壳体组件,且所述壳体组件的所述装饰本体和所述延伸部均绕设于所述柔性屏外侧。
