无人平台大多设置在较高处,但是还是会有需要人上去进行维修的情况,所以需要使用爬梯装置。
现有技术中无人平台的吊桥式爬梯装置大多为固定安装在无人平台,可能会有违法分子通过爬梯登上无人平台进行违法活动,甚至可能会破坏爬梯,造成严重事故,使用不够安全。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适用于无人平台的安全便捷的吊桥式爬梯装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种适用于无人平台的安全便捷的吊桥式爬梯装置,包括滑轮、转动辊、爬梯本体、外壳、限位槽、固定板、固定架和安装架,所述外壳的下表面焊接有底板,且外壳的下表面开设有通槽,所述外壳的内壁焊接有固定杆,且固定杆的外表面转动连接有转动辊,所述转动辊的外表面缠绕有爬梯本体,所述爬梯本体的内部焊接有支撑杆。
使用本技术方案中一种适用于无人平台的安全便捷的吊桥式爬梯装置时,转动辊在动力装置的作用下转动,转动辊带动爬梯本体转动,转动辊可以带动爬梯本体上升或者下降,使用时将爬梯本体放下,即可攀爬,不需要使用时将爬梯本体收回,可以防止不法分子进行违法行为。
优选的,所述转动辊的内部嵌入固定有回转弹簧,且回转弹簧采用弹性设计。通过在转动辊的内部设置回转弹簧,便于带动转动辊转动。

本实施例中,将底板9放置在无人平台上表面,旋紧固定螺栓8,即可将底板9固定在无人平台上表面,爬梯本体6穿过滑轮1,便于爬梯本体6移动,将爬梯本体6下降至地面,将固定板12下降至地面,旋紧锁紧螺栓11,即可固定爬梯本体6,保证安全性。
