本案是关于一种组合式板材结构,尤其是可藉由一结合固定部与该墙面定位结构进行结合固定。
背景技术
习知在建筑大楼或者室内装修时在墙面上都会使用磁砖或壁砖作为建材使用,但使用上述磁砖或壁砖建材必须搭配水泥固定及泥作师傅进行施工,由于施作时间久远及天候因素造成造成磁砖的热胀冷缩现象,而建筑外墙常常因为外墙磁砖剥落而造成工安意外事故发生,因在实际外墙施作时也会预留接缝隙但由于水泥胶黏施作不确实,有可能也会造成上述磁砖剥落事件,如习知专利「TWI317398」一种铺设砖及其铺设工法,该铺设砖是铺设在一铺设基层上,包含:一砖本体,以及至少一个嵌插单元,其中该砖本体包括:一朝向该铺设基层之底面、一与底面间隔之表面,以及至少一个自底面往表面凹设且周围封闭的结合槽,上述结合槽具有一个邻近底面之槽口,以及一个邻近表面的槽底,其中槽底的面积大于槽口的面积。而该嵌插单元是以在水平面方向不移动的方式安装在砖本体之结合槽中,包括一具有一突出于砖本体之底面并嵌卡在铺设基层上之嵌卡部的嵌卡座。利用该嵌卡座嵌装在铺设基层上,可以增进铺设砖与铺设基层间结合的稳固性。

上述习知技术及前案专利都无法进行稳定固定磁砖在墙壁上面,有鉴于上述缺憾,发明人有感其未臻于完善,遂竭其心智悉心研究克服,凭其从事该项产业多年之累积经验,进而研发出一种组合式板材结构,利用一简单结合固定部与墙面定位结构,可将上述板材轻易固定在墙面上且操作容易并且可随时替换所需要的造型使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种组合式板材结构,其包括:一板材本体,可固定至墙面,其包括具有:第一表面,为具有一堆栈结构位于该板材本体一侧;第二表面,位于该第一表面的相对另一侧并具有至少有一结合固定部;其中当该板材本体固定至该墙面,其中该墙面进一步具有至少一墙面定位结构,其中该板材本体第二表面的结合固定部与该墙面定位结构进行结合固定,可达成组合板材与墙面稳定结合固定之功效。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该结合固定部为一凹槽、凹洞、卡槽或凹陷结构的外观。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该结合固定部为凹槽进一步结合一磁铁或具有磁性物质,并置于该凹槽用以与该墙面定位结构进行结合固定。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该墙面定位结构为一铁片、铜片、铝片或金属物质。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该板材本体为磁砖、壁砖、木砖、地砖、无尘地板、木制地板或三维打印堆积制程的板材材质。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该板材本体材质为乳聚酸(PLA)、玉米淀粉树酯、可生物降解的热塑性塑料、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、尼龙、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、热塑性共 聚酯(TPC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、柔性聚酯(FPE)、木丝或金属丝。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该第一表面的堆栈结构为一正方形表面及四个侧边梯形表面所形成堆积层迭结构。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该第一表面的堆栈结构为金字塔外观或三维打印堆积层迭结构。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该板材本体可进一步在该墙面组合任意图样、造型设计或花纹图样。
如上述的组合式板材结构,其中该板材本体可进一步应用在建筑外观、室内设计、餐厅造景、儿童教育、积木游戏或景观设计产业。
