Description

一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及色织户外面料生产加工设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备。
背景技术
色织就是说纺织成布的时候，用的是事先染好的纱线，而不是织成白坯布然后印染的。面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。色织面料常被用作衬衫面料，轻盈质感的色织面料，舒适透气，尤适合单穿，配备外套风范气质俱佳，现代生活不可或缺的高档纯棉面料。
在对色织户外面料进行水洗加工的时候，可以在水洗箱内部对其进行酵素洗，由于水洗箱上表面呈开口式设置，很难保持酵素洗的适宜温度，影响水洗质量；水液的震荡效果不好，也会降低水洗的洁净度。
为解决上述问题，本申请中提出一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本实用新型提出一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备，在水洗箱的开口端安装盖板，减少热量的流失，盖板配合保温棉使用，对水洗箱内部的清洗液进行保温处理，方便控温，不仅节能，而且提高水洗效果；鼓气组件对清洗液和面料进行震荡处理，提高水洗的洁净度。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备，包 括水洗箱、进料辊和出料辊，所述水洗箱顶部呈开口式设置，所述进料辊和出料辊对称安装在水洗箱侧壁位置，且进料辊和出料辊均与水洗箱转动连接，所述水洗箱内壁靠近开口端位置对称焊接限位板，所述限位板上表面可拆卸连接盖板，所述盖板表面中间位置设置有观察窗，所述盖板上表面复合有保温棉，所述水洗箱内部转动连接导料辊，所述导料辊表面对称安装限位环，所述导料辊外壁均布圆弧型橡胶凸台且为固定连接，所述水洗箱正面位置安装鼓气组件。
优选的，所述鼓气组件包括鼓风机、导气管和吹气管，所述鼓风机固定连接在水洗箱表面，所述鼓风机的排气端通过导气管和吹气管导通连接，所述导气管贯穿水洗箱，所述吹气管位于水洗箱内部，在水洗箱内部灌装清洗液，通过外接电源启动鼓风机，增压之后的气体沿着导气管从吹气管表面吹出，对清洗液震荡，增大清洗液与面料的接触面积和时间，有效的提高水洗的洁净度。
优选的，所述水洗箱上表面固定连接酵素存储罐，所述酵素存储罐下表面安装截流阀，所述酵素存储罐位于盖板斜上方位置，酵素存储罐内部灌装酵素液，根据使用的需要，旋拧截流阀，定量添加酵素液，方便使用。
优选的，所述酵素存储罐上表面可拆卸连接塑料挡板，所述酵素存储罐正面位置设置有液位线，通过拆卸塑料挡板，酵素存储罐上表面的注液口呈开放式状态，即可添加酵素液。
优选的，所述盖板表面对称焊接手柄，所述盖板表面靠近边角位置开设有吊孔，在水洗箱的开口端安装盖板，减少热量的流失，盖板配合保温棉使用，对水洗箱内部的清洗液进行保温处理，方便控温，不仅节能，而且提高水洗效果。
优选的，所述水洗箱正面位置设置有液位窗，所述液位窗位于鼓风机下方，通过液位窗方便及时添加清洗液。

需要说明的是，酵素存储罐6内部灌装酵素液，根据使用的需要，旋拧截流阀601，定量添加酵素液，方便使用。
在一个可选的实施例中，所述酵素存储罐6上表面可拆卸连接塑料挡板，所述酵素存储罐6正面位置设置有液位线。
需要说明的是，通过拆卸塑料挡板，酵素存储罐6上表面的注液口呈开放式状态，即可添加酵素液。
