Description

一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及色织户外面料生产加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备。
背景技术
色织就是说纺织成布的时候,用的是事先染好的纱线,而不是织成白坯布然后印染的。面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。色织面料常被用作衬衫面料,轻盈质感的色织面料,舒适透气,尤适合单穿,配备外套风范气质俱佳,现代生活不可或缺的高档纯棉面料。
在对色织户外面料进行水洗加工的时候,可以在水洗箱内部对其进行酵素洗,由于水洗箱上表面呈开口式设置,很难保持酵素洗的适宜温度,影响水洗质量;水液的震荡效果不好,也会降低水洗的洁净度。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备,在水洗箱的开口端安装盖板,减少热量的流失,盖板配合保温棉使用,对水洗箱内部的清洗液进行保温处理,方便控温,不仅节能,而且提高水洗效果;鼓气组件对清洗液和面料进行震荡处理,提高水洗的洁净度。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种色织户外面料水洗加工设备,包 括水洗箱、进料辊和出料辊,所述水洗箱顶部呈开口式设置,所述进料辊和出料辊对称安装在水洗箱侧壁位置,且进料辊和出料辊均与水洗箱转动连接,所述水洗箱内壁靠近开口端位置对称焊接限位板,所述限位板上表面可拆卸连接盖板,所述盖板表面中间位置设置有观察窗,所述盖板上表面复合有保温棉,所述水洗箱内部转动连接导料辊,所述导料辊表面对称安装限位环,所述导料辊外壁均布圆弧型橡胶凸台且为固定连接,所述水洗箱正面位置安装鼓气组件。
优选的,所述鼓气组件包括鼓风机、导气管和吹气管,所述鼓风机固定连接在水洗箱表面,所述鼓风机的排气端通过导气管和吹气管导通连接,所述导气管贯穿水洗箱,所述吹气管位于水洗箱内部,在水洗箱内部灌装清洗液,通过外接电源启动鼓风机,增压之后的气体沿着导气管从吹气管表面吹出,对清洗液震荡,增大清洗液与面料的接触面积和时间,有效的提高水洗的洁净度。
优选的,所述水洗箱上表面固定连接酵素存储罐,所述酵素存储罐下表面安装截流阀,所述酵素存储罐位于盖板斜上方位置,酵素存储罐内部灌装酵素液,根据使用的需要,旋拧截流阀,定量添加酵素液,方便使用。
优选的,所述酵素存储罐上表面可拆卸连接塑料挡板,所述酵素存储罐正面位置设置有液位线,通过拆卸塑料挡板,酵素存储罐上表面的注液口呈开放式状态,即可添加酵素液。
优选的,所述盖板表面对称焊接手柄,所述盖板表面靠近边角位置开设有吊孔,在水洗箱的开口端安装盖板,减少热量的流失,盖板配合保温棉使用,对水洗箱内部的清洗液进行保温处理,方便控温,不仅节能,而且提高水洗效果。
优选的,所述水洗箱正面位置设置有液位窗,所述液位窗位于鼓风机下方,通过液位窗方便及时添加清洗液。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述水洗箱1上表面固定连接酵素存储罐6,所述酵素存储罐6下表面安装截流阀601,所述酵素存储罐6位于盖板5斜上方位置。
需要说明的是,酵素存储罐6内部灌装酵素液,根据使用的需要,旋拧截流阀601,定量添加酵素液,方便使用。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述酵素存储罐6上表面可拆卸连接塑料挡板,所述酵素存储罐6正面位置设置有液位线。
需要说明的是,通过拆卸塑料挡板,酵素存储罐6上表面的注液口呈开放式状态,即可添加酵素液。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述盖板5表面对称焊接手柄,所述盖板5表面靠近边角位置开设有吊孔。
需要说明的是,在水洗箱1的开口端安装盖板5,减少热量的流失,盖板5配合保温棉502使用,对水洗箱1内部的清洗液进行保温处理,方便控温,不仅节能,而且提高水洗效果。

需要说明的是,通过液位窗101方便及时添加清洗液。
本实用新型中,在水洗箱1内部灌装清洗液,酵素存储罐6内部灌装酵素液,根据使用的需要,旋拧截流阀601,定量添加酵素液;色织户外面料从进料辊3位置进料,从两侧的导料辊7下表面及中间位置的导料辊7上表面穿过,最后从出料辊4位置出料;在水洗作业的过程中,通过外接电源启动鼓风机201,增压之后的气体沿着导气管202从吹气管203表面吹出,对清洗液震荡,增大清洗液与面料的接触面积和时间,有效的提高水洗的洁净度;在水洗箱1的开口端安装盖板5,减少热量的流失,盖板5配合保温棉502使用,对水洗箱1内部的清洗液进行保温处理,方便控温,不仅节能,而且提高水洗效果。
