Definitions
- the present invention relates to a double-sided adhesive sheet.
- a mobile phone which is a typical mobile device, tends to have thinned main components.
- the display part of a portable device is mainly composed of an LCD module and a backlight unit, and various sheet-like parts are laminated in order to exhibit functions such as light emission, reflection, light blocking, and light guiding. Therefore, a double-sided adhesive sheet (double-sided adhesive tape) is used for assembling (bonding) these parts.
- portable electronic devices are often exposed to the risk of falling due to their usage patterns.
- double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets used in portable electronic devices are required to have impact resistance so that they are less likely to be damaged or peeled off from parts due to the impact of dropping the portable electronic device.
- Patent Documents 1 to 3 disclose, for example, known double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets that are used in mobile electronic devices and have excellent impact resistance.
- Double-sided adhesive sheets used in portable electronic devices may require narrow adhesive sheets.
- a double-sided PSA sheet has a flexible PSA layer, it tends to have excellent impact resistance. It may not be possible to punch well due to adhesion of the adhesive to the surface, and the workability may be poor.
- a coloring agent is sometimes added for the purpose of imparting visibility to the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used in electric and electronic devices so that sensing by a sensor is possible.
- double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets used in mobile electronic devices and the like are sometimes required to have designability.
- a coloring agent is generally added to the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in order to impart visibility and design.
- the addition of a coloring agent may result in poor impact resistance and workability.
- Patent Documents 1 to 3 do not mention a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which is excellent in impact resistance and processability.
- the present invention was conceived under such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which has excellent impact resistance and excellent workability. To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet.
- the present inventors have found that a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having no substrate, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer constituting the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet contains a colorant in a content within a specific range.
- the storage elastic modulus G′ of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer under low temperature conditions is specified, and the gel fraction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is within a specified range, thereby providing a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It has been found that it has excellent impact resistance and excellent workability. The present invention has been completed based on these findings.

- the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and has excellent impact resistance and processability. Therefore, even though the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is colored, it is easy to prepare a narrow double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet when used in, for example, portable electronic devices, and it is difficult to peel off even when subjected to a drop impact. . In addition, by being colored, it is excellent in visibility and design.
