Description
- la portion de la première conduite de récupération en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) de chaleur comprend au moins un passage dédié pour le gaz de vaporisation dans le ou les échangeur(s) de chaleur, ledit passage étant disposé en parallèle d’un passage de refroidissement pour le circuit d’hydrogène dans l’échangeur,
- l’installation comprend une seconde conduite de récupération de gaz de vaporisation comprenant une première extrémité reliée extrémité reliée au stockage (8) cryogénique et une seconde extrémité reliée à l’extrémité aval du circuit d’hydrogène à refroidir, ladite seconde conduite de récupération comprenant un compresseur cryogénique et une portion en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) de chaleur, la seconde conduite de récupération étant configurée pour permettre la récupération d’hydrogène vaporisé, sa compression son refroidissement puis son mélange avec l’hydrogène liquéfié au niveau de l’extrémité aval,
- les première et seconde conduites de récupération de gaz de vaporisation comportent une portion commune en aval de leur première extrémité et en particulier les première et seconde conduites de récupération de gaz de vaporisation partagent un même compresseur cryogénique commun et un même passage dans l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) de chaleur formant la portion en échange thermique et la même seconde extrémité,
- le circuit d’hydrogène à refroidir comprend, en aval du dernier échange de chaleur avec l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) de chaleur, au moins un organe de détente finale, par exemple une turbine ou une vanne de détente, la seconde extrémité de la première conduite de récupération de gaz de vaporisation étant raccordée en aval de l’organe de détente finale, c’est-à-dire entre l’organe de détente finale et le stockage cryogénique,
- l’installation comprend une ligne de dérivation du compresseur cryogénique comprenant une première extrémité reliée à la au moins première conduite de récupération en aval du compresseur cryogénique et en aval d’une portion en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) de chaleur, la ligne de dérivation comprenant une seconde extrémité reliée à une entrée d’aspiration du compresseur cryogénique, l’installation comprenant un organe de régulation de débit de fluide dans la ligne de dérivation configuré pour contrôler le flux de de gaz de vaporisation réinjecté dans le compresseur cryogénique,
- l’installation comporte un organe de pilotage de l’organe de régulation de débit pour maintenir la pression ou le débit à l’entrée d’aspiration du compresseur cryogénique au-dessus d’une valeur déterminée,
- la première conduite de récupération comprend, entre sa première extrémité et le compresseur cryogénique, au moins l’un parmi : un organe d’analyse de la composition du gaz de vaporisation et notamment un dispositif de mesure d’impureté(s), un organe de purification du gaz de vaporisation configuré pour retirer au moins une impureté,
- la première conduite de récupération comprend plusieurs compresseurs cryogéniques disposés en série et/ou en parallèle,
- l’installation comprend une conduite de dérivation prévue entre d’une part la conduite de récupération et un ensemble de vanne(s) prévu pour réguler le flux de gaz admis à passer ou non par cette conduite de dérivation,
- l’étape de compression du gaz de vaporisation utilisant le au moins un compresseur cryogénique de l’installation, lorsque la pression et/ou le débit à l’admission dudit compresseur cryogénique est inférieur(e) à un seuil déterminé, le procédé comprenant une étape de recirculation d’au moins une partie de du flux de gaz de de vaporisation comprimé à l’admission du compresseur cryogénique.
- le procédé comporte une étape de récupération de gaz de vaporisation du stockage cryogénique, une étape de compression de ce gaz de vaporisation récupéré, une étape de refroidissement de ce gaz comprimé et une étape de transfert de ce gaz refroidi dans le stockage cryogénique,
- le gaz de vaporisé récupéré lors de l’étape de récupération a une pression comprise entre 1 et 7 bar absolu et de préférence entre 1 et 2 bar absolu et une température comprise entre 20K et 50K, le gaz de vaporisation,
- lors de l’étape de compression la pression du gaz de vaporisation est augmentée pour atteindre une valeur comprise entre 1,3 et 6 bara et notamment 2bara et une température augmentée, par exemple de 5 à 10K.
Claims (14)
- Installation de liquéfaction d’hydrogène comprenant un circuit (2) d’hydrogène à refroidir comprenant une extrémité amont (21) destinée à être reliée à une source (23) d’hydrogène et une extrémité aval (22) reliée à au moins un stockage (8) cryogénique d’hydrogène liquéfié, le stockage (8) cryogénique étant muni d’une conduite (11) de soutirage configurée pour permettre la fourniture d’hydrogène liquéfié à au moins un réservoir (19) à remplir, notamment un réservoir mobile, l’installation (1) comprenant un ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur en échange thermique avec le circuit (2) d’hydrogène à refroidir, l’installation (1) comprenant un dispositif de refroidissement en échange thermique avec l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, ledit dispositif de refroidissement comprenant un réfrigérateur (7) à cycle de réfrigération d’un gaz de cycle dans un circuit de travail, le gaz de cycle comprenant au moins l’un parmi : de l’hydrogène, de l’hélium, le circuit de travail du réfrigérateur (7) comprenant un organe (9) de compression du gaz de cycle, un organe (3, 4) de refroidissement du gaz de cycle, un organe (10) de détente du gaz de cycle et un organe (5, 4, 3) de réchauffage du gaz de cycle, l’installation (1) comprenant au moins une première conduite (12) de récupération de gaz de vaporisation comprenant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité reliée à l’extrémité aval (22) du circuit (2) d’hydrogène à refroidir, ladite première conduite, la seconde extrémité étant (12) de récupération comprenant au moins un compresseur (13) cryogénique et une portion en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, la première conduite (12) de récupération étant configurée pour permettre la récupération d’hydrogène vaporisé, sa compression puis son refroidissement et son mélange avec l’hydrogène liquéfié au niveau de l’extrémité aval (22) du circuit (2) d’hydrogène, caractérisée en ce que la première extrémité de la première conduite (12) de récupération est destinée à être reliée à un réservoir (19) et en ce que l’installation comprend une ligne (16) de dérivation du compresseur (13) cryogénique comprenant une première extrémité reliée à la au moins première conduite (12, 14) de récupération en aval du compresseur (13) cryogénique et en aval d’une portion en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, la ligne (16) de dérivation comprenant une seconde extrémité reliée à une entrée d’aspiration du compresseur (13) cryogénique, l’installation (1) comprenant un organe (17) de régulation de débit de fluide dans la ligne (16) de dérivation configuré pour contrôler le flux de de gaz de vaporisation réinjecté dans le compresseur (13) cryogénique.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la portion de la première conduite (12) de récupération en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur comprend au moins un passage dédié pour le gaz de vaporisation dans le ou les échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, ledit passage étant disposé en parallèle d’un passage de refroidissement pour le circuit (2) d’hydrogène dans l’échangeur (4, 5).
- Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comprend une seconde conduite (14) de récupération de gaz de vaporisation comprenant une première extrémité reliée extrémité reliée au stockage (8) cryogénique et une seconde extrémité reliée à l’extrémité aval (22) du circuit (2) d’hydrogène à refroidir, ladite seconde conduite (14) de récupération comprenant un compresseur (13) cryogénique et une portion en échange thermique avec au moins une partie de l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, la seconde conduite (14) de récupération étant configurée pour permettre la récupération d’hydrogène vaporisé, sa compression son refroidissement puis son mélange avec l’hydrogène liquéfié au niveau de l’extrémité aval (22).
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les première (12) et seconde (14) conduites de récupération de gaz de vaporisation comportent une portion commune en aval de leur première extrémité et en particulier les première (12) et seconde (14) conduites de récupération de gaz de vaporisation partagent un même compresseur (13) cryogénique commun et un même passage dans l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur formant la portion en échange thermique et la même seconde extrémité.
- Installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le circuit (2) d’hydrogène à refroidir comprend, en aval du dernier échange de chaleur avec l’ensemble d’échangeur(s) (3, 4, 5) de chaleur, au moins un organe (15) de détente finale, par exemple une turbine ou une vanne de détente, et en ce que la seconde extrémité de la première conduite (12) de récupération de gaz de vaporisation est raccordée en aval de l’organe (15) de détente finale, c’est-à-dire entre l’organe (15) de détente finale et le stockage (8) cryogénique.
- Installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte un organe (20) de pilotage de l’organe (17) de régulation de débit pour maintenir la pression ou le débit à l’entrée d’aspiration du compresseur (13) cryogénique au-dessus d’une valeur déterminée.
- Installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la première conduite (12) de récupération comprend, entre sa première extrémité et le compresseur (13) cryogénique, au moins l’un parmi : un organe (18) d’analyse de la composition du gaz de vaporisation et notamment un dispositif de mesure d’impureté(s), un organe (18) de purification du gaz de vaporisation configuré pour retirer au moins une impureté.
- Installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la première conduite (12) de récupération comprend plusieurs compresseurs (13) cryogéniques disposés en série et/ou en parallèle.
- Installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une conduite (25) de dérivation prévue entre d’une part la première conduite (12) de récupération et un ensemble de vanne(s) prévu pour réguler le flux de gaz admis à passer ou non par cette conduite (25) de dérivation.
- Procédé de liquéfaction d’hydrogène utilisant une installation selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant une étape de récupération de gaz de vaporisation au sein d’au moins réservoir (19) cryogénique d’hydrogène, une étape de compression de ce gaz de vaporisation récupéré, une étape de refroidissement de ce gaz comprimé et une étape de transfert de ce gaz refroidi dans le stockage (8) cryogénique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte une étape de récupération de gaz de vaporisation du stockage (8) cryogénique, une étape de compression de ce gaz de vaporisation récupéré, une étape de refroidissement de ce gaz comprimé et une étape de transfert de ce gaz refroidi dans le stockage (8) cryogénique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le gaz de vaporisé récupéré lors de l’étape de récupération a une pression comprise entre 1 et 7 bar absolu et de préférence entre 1 et 2 bar absolu et une température comprise entre 20K et 50K, le gaz de vaporisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que lors de l’étape de compression la pression du gaz de vaporisation est augmentée pour atteindre une valeur comprise entre 1,3 et 6 bara et notamment 2bara et une température augmentée, par exemple de 5 à 10K.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13 dans lequel l’étape de compression du gaz de vaporisation utilisant le au moins un compresseur (13) cryogénique de l’installation (1), caractérisé en ce que lorsque la pression et/ou le débit à l’admission dudit compresseur (13) cryogénique est inférieur(e) à un seuil déterminé, le procédé comprend une étape de recirculation d’au moins une partie de du flux de gaz de de vaporisation comprimé à l’admission du compresseur (13) cryogénique.
