实施例1
本发明实施例1提供了一种电子配件,参照图1~图4C所示,该电子配件1可以包括:中空的壳体11,壳体11内设置的电路板12,以及可与壳体11可拆卸连接的壳体连接件13,壳体连接件13可以包括:壳体基座131和位于壳体基座131下方的基座连接板132;上述壳体11可拆卸地连接于壳体基座131,电路板12与基座连接板132电连接; 基座连接板132用于与其他电子配件(图中未示出)电连接。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中以图1和图2两种不同电子配件作为两个具体的示例进行说明,该两种电子配件是基于同一发明构思的,在结构上相似,但是局部又存在差异的电子配件。图1中的电子配件可以作为主控器使用,图2中的电子配件可以作为探测传感器使用。
还需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述壳体连接件13包括的壳体基座131和基座连接板132可以是一体成型,也可以是分体设计后组装在一起使用。发明人在测试和使用过程中发现,由于基座连接板132(本质是一个可以转换电信号PCB电路板)和壳体基座131的材质不同,基座连接板为印制电路板,壳体基座为强塑料材质,所以在开模以及加工时均使用了不同的工艺,因此优选的将壳体基座131和基座连接板132分体设计,当然,分体设计的基座连接板也可以直接粘贴于壳体基座的底板上,分体设计还可以方便将损坏后的单一部件及时更换,进一步节约了资源。
进一步需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的上述电子配件存在多种状态,第一状态为壳体、电路板、壳体基座、以及基座连接板分离设置;第二状态为电路板位于中空的壳体中,壳体连接于壳体基座上,基座连接板连接于壳体基座下方,电路板与基座连接板电连接。第二状态是在壳体连接于壳体基座之后,电路板能够与基座连接板电连接。
本发明实施例中提供的上述电子配件,通过将电路板设置于中空的壳体中,并通过可拆卸连接的壳体基座固定,进而通过位于壳体基座下方的基座连接板外接其他电子配件,能够方便快捷地实现电子配件安装进而组装成完整的电路。对于相同或者不同的电路板,在盛装于壳体之后,能够实现部件之间快速组装或更换,且基座连接板作为公用/通用的连接件,能够匹配不同的电路板,通用性较强。
在一个具体的实施例中,上述中空的壳体可以由刚性聚合物材质制成,为了便于设置于壳体中的电路板进行维修或更换,参照图3A~3C及图4A~4C所示,本发明实施例中的上述中空的壳体11可以包括:上壳111以及与上壳111可拆卸连接的底壳112,上壳111和底壳112之间形成容纳腔113,电路板12可以设置于上述容纳腔113中。当然,本实施例中的上壳的内表面和底壳的内表面可以对应设置多个肋板或者肋条(可参照图3B所示),该肋板/肋条既可以增强壳体的强度,同时又可以安装、限位设置于壳体中的电路板以及其他电子元器件。
本实施例中的上壳和底壳是可拆卸地连接在一起,共同组装成一个中空的壳体,可以是通过螺栓可拆卸地连接在一起。也可以是参照图3B、3C及图4B、4C所示,通过上壳111的内表面的设置的第一卡接部1111,底壳112的内表面设置的对应的第二卡接部1121可拆卸地连接。优选的,本实施例中的上述第一卡接部和第二卡接部于上壳和底壳上均匀布设,这样上壳和底壳连接更加稳定,方便拆卸和扣合。
进一步的,参照图3B、3C及图4B、4C所示,该实施例中的上述壳体11还可以包括位于上壳111和底壳112之间的第一密封圈114,对壳体起到密闭作用。更进一步的,为了使得密封效果更佳,还参照图3B、3C及图4B、4C所示,上壳111的端面边缘设置有第一闭合部1112,底壳112与上壳111连接的一面设置有与第一闭合部1112对应的第二 闭合部1122;上壳111和底壳112通过第一闭合部1112、第二闭合部1122和第一密封圈114闭合。通过上述结构能够实现壳体密封,对其内部的电子元器件(例如电路板以及下文提及的电源模块)起到有效的防护,进而达到防尘防水的效果。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的上述第一闭合部可以是凹槽,对应的第二闭合部可为凸起;或者第一闭合部为凸起,对应的第二闭合部为凹槽。当然,上述第一闭合部和第二闭合部也可以均为凹槽,上述第一密封圈嵌入到第一闭合部和第二闭合部中来实现上述壳体的闭合,或者,上述第一闭合部和第二闭合部也可以是光滑平面,直接上下扣合时通过第一密封圈闭合,本发明实施例对上述第一闭合部和第二闭合部的结构不作具体限定。
在另一个可选的实施例中,在上述壳体连接于壳体基座上之后,电路板和基座连接板实现电连接。参照图3B、3C及图4B、4C所示,本实施例中提供了一种具体的连接方式,在壳体11(具体可以是在底壳112)的底板上设置有第一窗口115,电路板12上设置有第一连接头121;第一连接头121限位于第一窗口115;基座连接板132上设置有可与第一连接头121连接的第二连接头1321,以及可通过基座连接板132外接其他电子配件的第三连接头1322。
需要说明的是,上述第一连接头限位于第一窗口,此处的“限位于”可以有多种方式,例如第一连接头延伸出第一窗口;或者是第一连接头卡接于第一窗口但并未延伸出;还可以是,第一连接头未卡接于第一窗口,只是通过底壳上的肋板或者肋条固定电路板后,使得第一连接头位于第一窗口处。本发明实施例对上述限位的位置和结构不做具体限定。
上述第一连接头和第二连接头的连接方式,可以是插接,也可以是抵接,只要能够实现电路连通,本实施例的最终目的是实现电子配件中的壳体与壳体连接件插拔式连接,以实现电路板通过壳体连接件外接外部电路和其他电子配件,但是电路板和基座连接板之间具体的连接/连通方式本实施例不作具体限定。
还需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述电路板可以是任何形式的电路板,可以实现不同的功能,以及可以根据需要随时更换。但是电路板中与基座连接板的第二连接头连接的第一连接头的结构需要是匹配设计的,能够在更换电路板后,快速实现与基座连接板的电连接。
在一个具体的实施例中,为了适用于上述壳体连接件分体设计,即实现壳体基座和基座连接板两个单独部件的连接,参照图3B和图4B所示,本实施例中在壳体基座131的底板上设置有用于限位第二连接头1321的第二窗口1311,以及用于限位第三连接头1322的第三窗口1312。本实施例中的限位,可以是延伸出该窗口,即上述基座连接板132位于壳体基座131下方时,上述第二连接头1321可以延伸出第二窗口1311,第三连接头1322可以延伸出第三窗口1312,这样结构的设计,既能够保证电路板上的第一连接头与基座连接板上的第二连接头连接,同时使得第三连接头位于壳体基座和壳体之间,在连接其他电子配件时,信号连接线的连接端位于壳体基座和壳体之间,方便进行固定。
在另一个可选的实施例中,现有技术中虽然有多种无线通讯的方式,但是对于反应灵敏度和抗干扰要求较高的智能防护设备而言,各个电子配件之间使用有线数据传输更 加稳定,可靠性更高。为了实现该电子配件与其他的电子配件通过基座连接板连接。参照图3C和图4C所示,壳体基座131的底板的上表面设置有至少一个限位柱1313和与限位柱1313匹配的走线槽1314。信号连接线的连接端连接第三连接头后,连接端套接于所述限位柱上,信号连接线沿走线槽布设。本实施例中的上述限位柱位于走线槽两侧,该走线槽(例如走线凹口)能够使得使用该电子配件时通过信号连接线连接并便于走线。
信号连接线例如可以是柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,简称FPC),结合图6A所示,可以将该FPC信号连接线的连接端设置成T形或者十字形,并在连接端的横板611上打孔(限位孔612),方便安装时与上述限位柱一起定位卡接。该结构设计的目的是,在操作过程中,例如操作下述中的智能防护手套,本实施例中的柔性电路板极容易变形,会对连接头有拉扯作用,为了防止连接端连接不稳定,本实施例通过限位柱与FPC连接端的限位孔固定,解决了使用过程中电路连接后断开的问题。
在另一个可选的实施例中,为了便于实现壳体和壳体基座可拆卸连接,参照图3A和图4A所示,上述壳体的侧表面设置有至少一个凸起部1113,壳体基座131的侧壁上设置有与凸起部1113对应的限位部1315;或,
壳体的侧表面设置有至少一个限位部,壳体基座的侧壁上设置有与限位部对应的凸起部;限位部和凸起部可拆卸连接。
参照图3A~3C所示上述限位部可以是设置于侧壁上的通孔,也可以参照图4A~4C所示,上述限位部可以是设置于侧壁上的圆形凹槽;上述限位部可以设置于壳体基座对称的侧壁上,也可是设置于壳体基座四周的侧壁,可以成对设置,也可以单独设置。由于本实施例中的上述壳体基座在横向和纵向上均有张力和韧性,在安装上壳和底壳围成的壳体时,会有局部变形以实现上述壳体卡接于壳体基座上。本实施例的限位部只要能够与上壳或底壳上的凸起部对应设置完成卡接即可,对上述限位部的具体结构以及设置的具体位置不作限定。由于本发明实施例中上述限位部采用的凹槽或者通孔结构,为了保证壳体密封性更佳,优选的将限位部设置在壳体基座上,将凸起部设计在壳体上。当然,如果限位部采用其他结构(例如外凸的台阶式限位部)或者能够保证上述壳体密封性的要求,本实施例中的限位部也可以设计在壳体上。
进一步的,本实施例中的上述限位部和凸起部,不仅仅有连接/卡接的作用,同时也可以实现上述壳体(上壳和底壳)在壳体基座上的定位。在此进一步需要说明的是,本实施例中设置于上述壳体上的凸起部或限位部,可以是设置于上壳侧壁的外表面,也可以是设置于底壳侧壁的外表面,本实施例可以根据上述上壳和底壳的不同结构和不同形状来设置上述凸起部/限位部的位置和数量。
在另一个可选的实施例中,参照图3A~图4C所示,该电子配件还可以包括:透光面板14,壳体11的上板设置有第四窗口116,透光面板14安装于第四窗口116处。需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述透光面板14可以如图3B和图3C所示,由多块面板组成,也可以图4B和图4C所示,为一个整体的透光面板;该透光面板可以是普通的透光面板,也可以是折射面板,例如透激光的亚克力面板,本实施例上述透光面板可以根据具体的使用场景使用不同的透光面板。
上述上壳111的上表面靠近第四窗口116的边缘设置有梯台(图中未示出)3,透光面板14安装于梯台(台阶)上。本实施例中的上述梯台能够方便安装透光面板,当然也可以在透光面板上面设置一层保护板,在使用时将保护板打开,使用完成后再将其盖合,以达到保护透光面板的目的。
在另一个可选的实施例中,参照图3C所示,该电子配件还可以包括:设置于壳体11内与电路板12电连接的电源模块15;壳体11的侧壁上还设置有开关组件117和充电组件118;开关组件117与电路板12电连接;充电组件118通过电路板12与电源模块15电连接。
本实施例中的该电子配件,可以作为主控器使用,开关组件117可以包括:嵌入上壳111的侧壁上的开关密封圈1171以及嵌入开关密封圈1171中的开关1172;开关1172与电路板12电连接;充电组件118可以包括:嵌入上壳111的侧壁上的充电组件密封圈1181以及嵌入充电组件密封圈1181中的充电接头1182;充电接头1182通过电路板12与电源模块15电连接。
本实施例中的上述开关组件作为电子配件的控制组件,能够根据工作人员的需求随时开启闭合,同时本实施例中的电子配件设置有电源模块,通过侧壁上的充电接头进行充电。本实施例中的各个组件与外部连通时,均使用密封结构将预设的开口(如开关开口、充电开口)、窗口等进行密封处理,以达到主控器严格的密封要求。
在另一个可选的实施例中,参照图3C所示,上述电子配件1还可以包括:导光片123以及至少一个安装于电路板12上的状态显示灯122;
壳体11上设置有篦孔119;导光片123一端抵接于具有篦孔119的壳体11的内表面,另一端位于状态显示灯122外侧。本实施例中的上述状态显示灯122可以是LED灯。本实施例中的上述LED灯的功能可以用于电量显示、也可以用于充电状态显示,当然也可以作为灯语作为预警显示,本实施例对上述LED灯的功能不作具体限定。
参照图3B、图3C、图4B和图4C所示,为了保证壳体基座131和基座连接板132之间的连接稳定性,该电子配件还可以包括:粘接上述壳体基座131和基座连接板132之间的第一胶接物133,该胶接物分布为上述第二窗口和第三窗口周围,实现基座和连接板的稳定连接。还参照图4B和图4C所示,为了使透光面板14在上壳111上安装更佳稳定,可以通过第二胶接物141将透光面板14和上壳111粘贴一起。需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述胶接物可以是双面胶,也可以是灌入的胶水,其目的是为了密封和胶接,本实施例对胶接物并不作具体限定。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种电子元器件支撑盒,可以包括上壳、与所述上壳可拆卸连接的底壳、透光面板以及与所述上壳和/或所述底壳连接的壳体基座;
所述上壳的端面边缘设置有第一闭合部,所述底壳与所述上壳连接的一面设置有与所述第一闭合部对应的第二闭合部;所述上壳和所述底壳通过所述第一闭合部和所述第二闭合部闭合;所述上壳和所述底壳围成用于盛装电子元器件的容纳腔;

实施例2
发明人针对现有智能防护用品中的不足,基于对上述主控器、探测传感器等电子配件的改进的基础上,本发明实施例2提供了一种智能穿戴用品,该智能穿戴用品可以包括:主控器和至少一个探测传感器,其中,该主控器为上述实施例1中图1及图3A~图3C所示的电子配件;该探测传感器为上述实施例1中的图2及图4A~图4C所示的电子配件。上述主控器和探测传感器通过信号连接线连接。上述信号连接线可以是柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,简称FPC),具体可以参照上述实施例1中的描述,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中的上述智能穿戴用品可以是智能防护服、智能头盔(安全帽)、智能眼镜、智能防护手套等。以智能安全帽为例进行说明,上述主控器可以作为智能安全帽的主控部件,其电路板上设置有对探测传感器采集来的信息进行处理的处理器,经过处理之后,通过设置于主控器上的状态显示灯发出预警,或者通过智能安全帽上设置的其他警示装置发出警示(例如喇叭播放)。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述智能穿戴用品为智能防护手套;参照图5、图6A和图6B所示,该智能防护手套还可以包括:手套本体4、设置于手套本体上的防砸件5以及设置于手套本体4和防砸件5之间的信号连接线6;防砸件5上设置有贯穿孔51;主控器2和至少一个探测传感器3分别安装于贯穿孔51中。
本实施例中的智能防护手套解决了现有技术中被动防护的弊端,提前预警以便于使操作人员更加快捷地了解周围环境并提前做好防护准备,而且可以根据不同等级的提示信号及时作出动作调整/规避,使手部重新回归到安全区域,从而大大降低了发生事故时 受伤的概率。
本实施例中的主控器可以作为其评估模块、提示模块等使用,其实现原理可以参照公开号为CN109243140A,发明名称为《一种手部防护方法、装置及相关防护手套》的专利中评估模块、提示模块的描述;上述探测传感器的功能可以参照该专利中探测模块,具体的参照距离探测单元。本申请发明人在此基础上,也将陀螺仪传感器加入到上述探测传感器中,当然,也可以将陀螺仪传感器设置于主控器的电路板中,方便陀螺仪传感器全方位多角度采集手部(手背和手指)的位姿信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例中上述手套本体可以是针织、缝制的手套,或者是橡胶材质的手套等,本发明实施例对手套本体的材质不作具体限定。上述防砸件的主要材质可以是:热塑性树脂、塑料、橡胶等;防砸件和壳体连接件等可以通过缝制、黏贴、熨烫等方式连接于手套本体的手指部位和手背部位。
在一个具体的实施例中,参照图6B所示,壳体连接件13包括的壳体基座131以及基座连接板132嵌入防砸件5设置的贯穿孔51,一端(底部)抵接于手套本体4的外表面上,基座连接板132位于壳体基座131下方,结合图3A~图4C所示,基座连接板132的第二连接头1321限位于壳体基座131的底板上设置的第二窗口1311,并与主控器2和/或探测传感器3的电路板12上的第一连接头121电连接。本实施例中的电连接可以参照上述实施例1中描述的插接或抵接接触等连接方式实现的电路连通。
本实施例中信号连接线6的连接端61位于壳体基座131的上方,结合图3A~图4C所示,与基座连接板132的第三连接头1322电连接;信号连接线6通过走线槽1314延伸到防砸件5的下端。进一步需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述信号连接线可以是柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,简称FPC),其连接端61位于壳体基座131和壳体11(底壳112)之间,其他布线部位位于防砸件5与手套本体4之间,在走线槽1314处有部分柔性变形。
在一个可选的实施例中,参照图6B所示,上述智能防护手套还可以包括:位于手套本体4和壳体基座131之间的垫片7。该垫片的主要作用是缓冲作用,在上述主控器2和探测传感器3受到外界撞击或者挤压时,该垫片能够有效缓冲,起到对手部和电子元器件的保护作用。
本发明实施例中,因为上述智能防护手套在使用时经常会有抓取、搬运等动作,即手指会伸缩或者张开,即信号连接线在平行于手指方向上变形比较大。而且信号连接线一般是通过插接或者抵接的方式,将其连接端与电子配件1的基座连接板132上的第三连接头1322连接的,本实施例中的信号连接线容易变形,会对连接头有拉扯作用,为了防止连接端连接不稳定,参照图6A、图6B以及结合图3A、图3C、图4A和图4C所示,本实施例通过设置于基座连接板上的限位柱1313,以及信号连接线位于连接端的限位孔612将信号连接线的连接端固定。防止在使用过程中连接端与连接头断开,解决了使用过程中电路断开的问题。
在一个更为具体的实施例中,参照图6A和图6B,结合图3A~4C所示,主控器2的基座连接板132连接于手套本体4上,主控器2的壳体基座131位于主控器2的基座连 接板132上方并嵌套于第一贯穿孔511中;探测传感器3的基座连接板132连接于手套本体4上,探测传感器3的壳体基座131位于探测传感器3的基座连接板132上方并分别嵌套于第二贯穿孔512、第三贯穿孔513和第四贯穿孔514中;信号连接线6的具有多个连接端61,分别位于主控器2的壳体基座131和/或探测传感器3的壳体基座131的上方,且与主控器2的基座连接板132的第三连接头1322和/或探测传感器3的基座连接板132的第三连接头1322连接,并通过主控器2的壳体基座131上的限位柱1313限位和/或探测传感器3的壳体基座131上的限位柱1313限位;且通过主控器2的壳体基座131上的走线槽1314和/或探测传感器3的壳体基座131上的走线槽1314延伸到防砸件5与手套本体4之间。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述贯穿孔可以包括:与手套本体手背处对应的第一贯穿孔、与手套本体的大拇指对应的第二贯穿孔、与手套本体的食指或中指对应的第三贯穿孔以及至少一个与手套本体的其他手指对应的第四贯穿孔;主控器安装于第一贯穿孔处,至少三个探测传感器分别安装于第二贯穿孔、第三贯穿孔和第四贯穿孔处。
本发明实施例中是上述探测传感器,在采集信息时,需要采集三维空间内各个方向的信息。在使用智能防护手套时,发明人发现大拇指和食指或中指的动作最多,因此首先需要将两个探测传感器设置于大拇指和食指/中指(优选的为食指)上,且能分别在三维坐标系中代表两个方向(例如图7中的Y方向和Z方向),另一个探测传感器位于中指、无名指或者小拇指上,代表图7中的X方向,这样就能够采集在三维空间中智能防护手套距离空间各个方向的数据信息。
发明人还发现,在进行操作时,手部的动作常见的有展开动作、抓取动作、搬运动作,展开动作如图5中所示,抓取动作如图7中所示,搬运动作如图8中所示。参照图8以及结合现有搬运知识可知,在搬运例如箱子等重物时,大拇指贴合箱子的一个平面,其余四只手指位于箱子的底面;或者,搬移箱体一个角时,大拇指、食指分别位于一个平面,其余三个手指位于另一个平面。因此,发明人经过与抓取动作手部探测传感器位置的布设进行结合之后,参照图6A和图6B所示,创新性地提出了第一贯穿孔511与手套本体手背处对应,第二贯穿孔512与手套本体的大拇指处的第一指节对应,第三贯穿孔513与手套本体的食指或中指处的第一指节对应,第四贯穿孔514与手套本体的无名指或小拇指处的第二指节对应;三个探测传感器分别安装于第二贯穿孔512、第三贯穿孔513和第四贯穿孔514处。将探测传感器安装于上述第二贯穿孔512、第三贯穿孔513和第四贯穿孔514中,能够实现采集手部多个动作时三维空间内的数据信息。
在此需要说明的是,本发明实施例中第一指节、第二指节是以距离手掌位置的远近命名的,由近及远分别为第一指节、第二指节和第三指节。
更为优选的,发明人发现,为了避免信号连接线在伸缩方向上受力不均引起信号连接线的连接端与主控器的基座连接板的第二连接头断开,以及避免在使用过程中对手背引起的挤压感,发明人将与主控器连接的信号连接线的布线位置,与手套本体的相邻掌骨之间的位置相对应。这样,不仅仅减少了在抓取、搬运等过程中,信号连接线在纵向上的变形,同时降低了对手背的挤压。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种智能防护的方法,该方法可以依托上述智能穿戴用品实现,也可以通过其他与本发明实施例中不同的智能穿戴用品实现。发明人发现公开号为CN109243140A,发明名称为《一种手部防护方法、装置及相关防护手套》的专利中,当时发明人使用加速度相关信息判断手部自身状态、使用相对距离信息判断手部与周围物体之间的相对运动信息,即使用上述两类信息判断手部是否处于风险状态。发明人在使用过程中,认为上述方法存在以下弊端:
1)只是用加速度相关信息不足以全面的判断手部自身状态;
2)由于手部自身状态判断不准确,使综合周围物体之间的相对运动信息的综合判断也不准确,从而导致风险状态的判断不正确(产生多判,少判,误判)。
基于上述问题,发明人提出了一种新的智能防护方法,参照图9所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S91、探测智能穿戴用品所在部位的位姿信息、自身运动信息以及穿戴部位与周围物体的相对运动信息。
本发明实施例以智能防护手套为例进行说明,所述位姿信息可以包括下述至少一项:手-肘连线与垂直地面方向的角度、手背部与手指(例如第一指段)的角度;若以肩部防护用品为例,该位姿信息可以包括:肩肘部与垂直地面方向的角度。
自身运动运动信息可以包括:手部的加速度数据与角加速度数据;加速度数据包括:加速度值和加速度方向;角加速度数据包括:角加速度值和角加速度方向。
相对运动信息可以包括:手部与周围物体之间的相对距离数据;相对距离数据包括:距离值、距离变化量和距离变化速度。
步骤S92、根据探测到的位姿信息、自身运动信息和相对运动信息评估智能穿戴用品所在部位被周围物体伤害的风险等级。
步骤S93、根据风险等级发出相应等级的预警。
上述步骤S91中,本发明实施例以智能防护手套为例进行说明,可以通过位于手背或者手指处陀螺仪传感器检测到的位姿信息来判断手部的实时姿态,具体的,判断手肘连线与垂直地面方向的角度时,可以将0°~45°命名为朝向地面区间;45°~135°为水平区间;135°~180°为朝上区间。判断手背部与手指(第一指段)的角度,可以将0°~20°命名为伸直状态;20°~70°命名为半抓取状态;70°~90°命名为抓取状态。
根据上述数据可以判断出手部的位姿状态,如下表所示:

上述步骤S92中,需要首先根据加速度与角加速度数据建立的矩阵,判断智能穿戴用品所在部位(例如手部)状态,参照下表所示:

本发明实施例中,将上表左上角的手部状态中加速度与角加速度都较小,可归纳为手部处于静止或平稳状态(状态A);上表左下角的手部状态中加速度较小、角加速度较大,可归纳为手部处于转动等自然动作状态(状态B);上表右上角的手部状态中加速度较大、角加速度较小,可归纳为手部处于较激烈的线性运动状态(状态C);上表右下角的手部状态中加速度与角加速度都较大,可归纳为手部处于剧烈活动状态(状态D);表中其他状态为以上四种状态的中间状态(状态E)。
本发明实施例中提供的应用智能穿戴用品进行智能防护的方法,具体可以参照图10A~图10E所示,首先如图10A所示,判断智能穿戴用品所在部位(本实施例中为手部)的姿势状态,根据步骤S91中陀螺仪传感器检测到的位姿信息数据进行判断,若是自然状态,则执行逻辑2;若执行逻辑2超过预设的时间阈值(t11),则再次判断手部姿势状态;
若是工作状态,则继续判断手部的运动状态;
根据上述步骤中加速度与角加速度数据建立的矩阵,可以判断出手部所处的状态A~状态D,且分别执行对应的逻辑1~逻辑4;状态E,则依据状态矩阵的具体位置与左上、左下、右上、右下四个角的距离最近者选择逻辑1~逻辑4中的一项,且该项中的逻辑参数需要进行适应性调整。
逻辑1中对应的为状态A,即加速度和角加速度均较小,手部处于相对静止或平稳状态。该逻辑中主要是判断手部被撞击、挤伤的风险并提出相应的预警。此时手部处于静止、匀速运动(稳定运动)状态或者是较稳定运动状态,手部被周围物体包围,形成狭小的空间,且手部与周围物体之间所处的空间时刻变化,则手部有被夹伤的风险;或者,手部与周围任一方向物体之间的距离时刻变化(即手部一侧有物体靠近或有障碍物),则手部有被撞击的风险。
将手部与位于手部各处方向上的周围物体之间的距离值之和(d和)与预设的第一距离阀值(d1)进行比较;当距离值之和小于第一距离阀值,且持续预设的第一时间阈值(t1)时,则判断为一级风险等级;若任意方向上距离周围物体之间的距离(d)小于预设的第二距离阀值(d2),且该方向上距离变化速度(distance change speed,简称dcs)大于第一距离变化速度阈值(dcs1),则判断为一级风险等级;若第一风险等级持续预设的第二时间阈值(t2),则升级为第二风险等级;若任意方向上距离周围物体之间的距离(d)小于预设的第二距离阀值(d3),且该方向上距离变化速度(dcs)大于第二距离变化速度阈值(dcs2),或,若任意方向上距离变化速度(dcs)大于第三距离变化速度阈值(dcs3),则判断为二级风险等级。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的上述dcs1<dcs2<dcs3;d和大于d2、d3,且d2与d3的大小没有关系。
逻辑2中对应的为状态B,即加速度较小、角加速度较大,手部处于转动等自然动作状态;此时该逻辑中处理器进入IGNORE状态(屏蔽状态),该状态中距离及距离变化速度不是由于与外部物体之间的关系产生的,而是由于手部自身位姿状态产生的变化引起的,例如翻动手掌的状态,是由于手部角度变化引起的,但是距离手部各个方向距离周围物体的距离及距离变化并没有发生改变,由于测距传感器的位置不同,因此数据上发生变化,如果与转动前对应传感器对应方向上距离和距离变化值进行比较,则也极有可能会引发预警,但是该预警是一种假的预警,因此需要进行屏蔽。执行屏蔽状态持续预设的第三时间阈值(t3)后再次判断是否满足屏蔽状态的条件,若不满足则退出,进而开始测距。
逻辑3中对应的为状态C,即加速度较大、角加速度较小,手部处于较激烈的线性运动状态;若测得的加速度(a)均大于预设的第一加速度阈值(a1),但小于预设的第二加速度阈值(a2),此时该逻辑中处理器中任意方向上距离周围物体之间的距离(d)小于预设的第四距离阀值(d4),且该方向上距离变化速度(dcs)大于第四距离变化速度阈值(dcs4),则判断为一级风险等级;若第一风险等级持续预设的第四时间阈值(t4),则升级为第二风险等级;若任意方向上距离周围物体之间的距离(d)小于预设的第五距离阀值(d5),且该方向上距离变化速度(dcs)大于第五距离变化速度阈值(dcs5),或,若任意方向上距离变化速度(dcs)大于第六距离变化速度阈值(dcs6),则判断为二级风险等级。该部分可以参照上述逻辑1中距离变化速度参数的判断,其中上述dcs4<dcs5<dcs6,但是与上述dcs1、dcs2和dcs3之间的大小关系并不作具体限定。
若测得的加速度(a)大于第二加速度阈值(a2),此时判断在预设时间(t5)的加速度次数(n)分别与第一次数阈值(n1)和第三次数阈值(n3)进行比较;或者在预设的第六时间(t6)内,判断单一方向上手部与位于手部任一方向上的周围物体之间的距离值(d)小于预设的第六距离阀值(d6)的次数(N)与第二次数阈值(n2)和第四次数阈值(n4)进行比较;若n≥n1,或者N≥n2,则判断为二级风险等级;若n1>n>n3,或n2>N>n4,则判断为一级风险等级;若n≤n3,或N≤n4,则判断为无风险;其中若上述判断在连续积累的第七时间阈值(t7)内不再满足上述条件,则风险降级,且n1>n2>n3>n4。
逻辑4中对应的为状态D,即加速度较大,且角加速度也较大,手部处于剧烈活动状态;若测得的加速度(a)大于第二加速度阈值(a2),此时判断在预设时间(t8)的加速度次数(n)分别与第五次数阈值(n5)和第七次数阈值(n7)进行比较;或者在预设的第九时间(t9)内,判断单一方向上手部与位于手部任一方向上的周围物体之间的距离值(d)小于预设的第七距离阀值(d7)的次数(N)与第六次数阈值(n6)和第八次数阈值(n8)进行比较;若n≥n5,或者N≥n6,则判断为二级风险等级;若n5>n>n7,或n6>N>n8,则判断为一级风险等级;若n≤n7,或N≤n8,则判断为无风险;其中若上述判断在连续积累的第七时间阈值(t10)内不再满足上述条件,则风险降级,且n5>n6>n7>n8。
在此需要说明的是,上述时间阈值和次数阈值,可以根据实际需求进行调整,本 发明实施例对此具体数值并不作限定。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种智能防护系统,该系统包括:服务器和至少一个上述的智能防护用品;
所述服务器中设置有通信模块,所述智能防护用品的主控器中设置有相对应的通信模块,所述服务器与所述智能防护用品通信连接。
该服务器可以将风险信息采集统计,然后通过对大数据进行统一分析、综合判断,确定风险分析的结果,从而实现对风险信息差异化处理的效果,为实现智能防护、智能管理、专项管控等提供了依据。
关于上述实施例中的智能防护方法、智能防护系统,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该智能防护用品的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子配件,包括:中空的壳体,所述壳体内设置的电路板;其特征在于,还包括:可与所述壳体可拆卸连接的壳体连接件,所述壳体连接件包括:壳体基座和位于所述壳体基座下方的基座连接板;
    所述壳体可拆卸地连接于所述壳体基座,所述电路板与所述基座连接板电连接;
    所述基座连接板用于与其他电子配件电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子配件,其特征在于,所述壳体的底板上设置有第一窗口,所述电路板上设置有第一连接头;所述第一连接头限位于所述第一窗口;
    所述基座连接板上设置有可与所述第一连接头连接的第二连接头,以及可通过所述基座连接板外接所述其他电子配件的第三连接头。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子配件,其特征在于,所述壳体基座的底板上设置有用于限位所述第二连接头的第二窗口,以及用于限位所述第三连接头的第三窗口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子配件,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧表面设置有至少一个凸起部,所述壳体基座的侧壁上设置有与所述凸起部对应的限位部;或,
    所述壳体的侧表面设置有至少一个限位部,所述壳体基座的侧壁上设置有与所述限位部对应的凸起部;
    所述限位部和所述凸起部可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子配件,其特征在于,还包括:透光面板,所述壳体的上板设置有第四窗口,所述透光面板安装于所述第四窗口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子配件,其特征在于,还包括:设置于所述壳体内与所述电路板电连接的电源模块;所述壳体的侧壁上还设置有开关组件和充电组件;
    所述开关组件与所述电路板电连接;所述充电组件通过所述电路板与所述电源模块电连接。
  7. 一种智能穿戴用品,其特征在于,包括主控器和至少一个探测传感器,其中,所述主控器为如权利要求6所述的电子配件,所述探测传感器为如权利要求1所述的电子配件;
    所述主控器和所述探测传感器通过信号连接线连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能穿戴用品,其特征在于,所述智能穿戴用品为智能防护手套;
    所述智能防护手套还包括:手套本体、设置于所述手套本体上的防砸件以及设置于所述手套本体和所述防砸件之间的信号连接线;所述防砸件上设置有贯穿孔;
    所述主控器和至少一个所述探测传感器分别安装于所述贯穿孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能穿戴用品,其特征在于,所述贯穿孔包括:与所述手套本体手背处对应的第一贯穿孔、与所述手套本体的大拇指对应的第二贯穿孔、与所述手套本体的食指或中指对应的第三贯穿孔,以及至少一个与所述手套本体的其他手指对应的第四贯穿孔;
    所述主控器安装于所述第一贯穿孔处,至少三个所述探测传感器分别安装于所述第二 贯穿孔、第三贯穿孔和第四贯穿孔处。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能穿戴用品,其特征在于,所述第二贯穿孔与所述手套本体的大拇指处的第一指节对应,所述第三贯穿孔与所述手套本体的食指或中指处的第一指节对应,所述第四贯穿孔与所述手套本体的无名指或小拇指处的第二指节对应;
    三个所述探测传感器分别安装于所述第二贯穿孔、第三贯穿孔和第四贯穿孔处。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能穿戴用品,其特征在于:
    所述主控器的基座连接板连接于所述手套本体上,所述主控器的壳体基座位于所述主控器的基座连接板上方并嵌套于所述第一贯穿孔中;
    所述探测传感器的基座连接板连接于所述手套本体上,所述探测传感器的壳体基座位于所述探测传感器的基座连接板上方并分别嵌套于所述第二贯穿孔、所述第三贯穿孔和所述第四贯穿孔中;
    所述信号连接线的具有多个连接端,分别位于所述主控器的壳体基座和/或所述探测传感器的壳体基座的上方,且与所述主控器的基座连接板的第三连接头和/或所述探测传感器的基座连接板的第三连接头连接,并通过所述主控器的壳体基座上的限位柱限位和/或所述探测传感器的壳体基座上的限位柱限位;且通过所述主控器的壳体基座上的走线槽和/或所述探测传感器的壳体基座上的走线槽延伸到所述防砸件与所述手套本体之间。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的智能穿戴用品,其特征在于,与所述主控器连接的所述信号连接线的布线位置,与所述手套本体的相邻掌骨之间的位置相对应。
  13. 一种使用权利要求7所述的智能穿戴用品进行智能防护的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    探测所述智能穿戴用品所在部位的位姿信息、自身运动信息以及所述穿戴部位与周围物体的相对运动信息;
    根据探测到的所述位姿信息、所述自身运动信息和所述相对运动信息评估所述智能穿戴用品所在部位被所述周围物体伤害的风险等级,并根据所述风险等级发出相应等级的预警。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:
    所述位姿信息包括下述至少一项:手-肘连线与垂直地面方向的角度、手背部与手指的角度;
    所述自身运动运动信息包括下述至少一项:手部的加速度数据与角加速度数据;
    所述相对运动信息包括:手部与周围物体之间的相对距离数据;所述相对距离数据包括:距离值、距离变化量和距离变化速度。
