防晒修护组合物及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种防晒修护组合物,还涉及该防晒修护组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
地球环境持续变化,最引人关注的话题之一是全球气候变暖和人类环境污染导致的温室效应,可能导致臭氧层的破坏形成巨大空洞,进入地球的紫外线强度会日益增加。当人类长时间、大剂量受到紫外线的照射时,会对皮肤乃至机体造成很大的损伤,轻则引起皮肤浅层的脱皮红肿,紫外线的继续穿透会导致真皮层的细胞组织和胶原蛋白损伤,大量黑色素细胞生成,出现皮肤过早衰老和光老化,严重的可能会出现各类皮肤病,甚至皮肤癌等危及生命。
随着人类文明的进步,人们追求更健康的生活方式,户外活动的活跃性提高。世界卫生组织统计,有超过80%的大城市空气污染指数超标,如今更多的肌肤问题是由于暴露于城市污染的环境中,工业废气、机动车尾气以及生态环境导致的烟尘微粒的污染会破坏皮肤细胞,引发各类皮肤问题。
由于环境的污染引起的臭氧破坏会导致到达地表的太阳辐射增大,太阳辐射可简单地分为可见光和不可见光,不可见光中除了大众所熟知的紫外线辐射,常被忽视的红外线占到达皮肤阳光总量的50%以上,远高于紫外线到达皮肤阳光总量的7%,红外线IRA可直接穿透整个真皮层,致使胶原蛋白破坏和流失,引起皮肤衰老。同时,人类赖以生存的环境离不开可见光的影响,其中以400-500nm蓝光波段能量最高,它不仅存在于太阳光中,也大量存在于数码产品的背景光源,在广谱中紧邻紫外线,对皮肤的强穿透力会加速肌肤的老化。
随着人们对于皮肤护理的需求日益增长,防晒不应仅局限于抵抗紫外线的侵袭,消费者更多地追求全面的光防护,减少自由基的增加,预防和减轻光老化等多功能性的防晒产品。因此,防晒产品配方设计中除了增加UVA、UVB段的防护能力外,还需要关注其他光辐射、城市污染引发的皮肤问题,同时在防晒产品中添加自由基清除剂,不仅能增强防晒剂的保护功能,同时有效地防止光老化。
市面上常见的传统防晒产品大多局限在简单的紫外线防护领域,忽略引起皮肤光老化机制的多样、与光防护相关的护肤功能。随着大众对皮肤护理需求的日益增加,防晒产品不再是简单的防晒剂的组合,消费者仍在寻求更符合其诉求的多功能性护理产品。
使用防晒产品后,日常的光辐射不可避免的会对皮肤产生灼热,引起刺激和脱水,在给皮肤提供全面光防护的同时,添加保湿、修护、抗氧化成分是必要的,可通过增强皮肤本身抵御光辐射的能力,减少自由基的产生,延缓光老化,发挥辅助协同作用。同时,如今被证实的城市污染中细小的污染颗粒能够穿透皮肤,损伤皮肤细胞,添加抗污染活性物在表皮形成隐形的保护膜,避免污染物渗透进入皮肤。
防晒产品的防护能力不仅取决于其本身的防晒性能和施加量,也取决于汗水、水浸、衣物摩擦等因素造成防晒成分的损失,因此添加具有抗水性能聚合物可以明显提升产品的防晒能力,减少防晒剂和油脂的黏腻感,带来愉悦的肤感体验。
更全面的防晒修护配方应该考虑到以下几个方面:1、全波段的光防护(UVA、UVB、HEV、IRA);2、防晒产品的防水抗汗功效,加强防晒性能;3、帮助肌 肤抵御外界的污染,保护肌肤屏障损伤。4、添加生物活性原料,增强肌肤防御能力,降低光辐射对肌肤的损伤,强效抗氧化,防止光老化。
基于此,本发明提供一款防晒修护组合物,进行全波段光防护的同时增强肌肤抵御外界刺激的能力。
发明内容
本发明第一目的在于提供一种防晒修护组合物,解决的技术问题是现有的防晒用品无法实现全面防晒修护的不足。
本发明第二目的在于提供一种防晒修护组合物的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防晒修护组合物,包括防晒修护组分,以防晒修护组合物总量计,所述防晒修护组分包括以下质量百分比的组分:防晒剂组合物0.05%-50%;所述防晒剂组合物由甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚组成。
进一步地,所述防晒剂组合物中,甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚占防晒修护组合物总量的质量百分比分别为0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%。
本发明防晒剂组合物中,苯基苯并咪唑磺酸的防护波段在280~340nm,甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯的防护波段在280~340nm,双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪的防护波段在280~400nm,二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的防护波段在280~430nm,亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚防护波段280~900nm,涵盖了 紫外光和蓝光、红外光的全波段防护。其中亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚是水溶性UVA、UVB、HEV、IRA全波段防晒剂,是目前防晒技术上防护波段最长的防晒剂,同时,其即时阻挡红外的性能,使其具有优异的日照抗热效果。日照抗热,指的是皮肤或物体表面,受光照后本来表面温度是稳定上升,加入特定物质后温度上升幅度低,或者维持在较低水平。
本发明防晒剂组合物中,苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚是水溶防晒剂,甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯,二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯,是油溶防晒剂,硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪,能均匀分散于水油两相。通过水油两相防晒剂搭配,更易于形成致密的防护膜,更全方位防护紫外及可见光伤害。该防晒组合物高效稳定、温和低敏,在紫外照射下,依然能长时间保持强效防晒性能,同时几乎不会渗透皮肤,具有很高的温和性能。
本发明中,所述硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪是二氧化硅包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪,通过以下方式获得:用二氧化硅对双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪进行包裹,然后经表面改性得到。
硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪通过上述工艺将防晒剂双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪包裹在硅石中,在辅助防晒剂稳定的同时,降低防晒剂的皮肤吸收而提高温和性,在光学防护上同时兼具光散射和光吸收的效果更强效,并提供清爽肤感,是未来型的防晒剂形式。在技术上,硅石包裹这样的外壳还具有光淬灭的效果。
本发明可以做以下改进,所述防晒修护组分还包括防御因子组合物,所述防御因子组合物由以防晒修护组合物总量计的以下质量百分比组分组成:小果咖啡籽提取物0.0001%-5%,肌肽0.0001%-5%。
本发明防晒修护组分中,小果咖啡籽提取物由咖啡籽提取而来,咖啡籽中富含活性成分糖肽,在蓝光区域具有很强的吸收作用,同时还能提升紫外防护性能。通过有效的蓝光防护,与防晒剂组合物配合,增强了配方的整体防护性能,起到舒缓刺激、清除自由基、抗衰老等功效。
进一步地,小果咖啡籽提取物通过亚临界水萃取方法获得。亚临界水的物理、化学特性与常温常压下的水在性质上有较大差别。常温常压下水的极性较强,亚临界状态下,随着温度的升高,亚临界水的氢键被打开或减弱,这样就可以通过控制亚临界水的温度和压力,使水的极性在较大范围内变化,从而实现天然产物中有效成分从水溶性成分到脂溶性成分的连续提取,并可实现选择性提取。
本发明防晒修护组分中,肌肽是一种氨基酸多肽,本身就存在人体肌肉中,具有超强的抗衰老能力,帮助人体对抗老化。红外线IRA超过一半的能量能抵达人类肌肤,而大部分的IRA能抵达真皮层,IRA可以分解和破坏胶原蛋白,加速皮肤衰老。肌肽能显著抑制金属蛋白酶MMP-1的产生,抑制胶原蛋白的分解。
本发明可以做以下改进,所述防晒修护组分还包括增效剂,所述增效剂以防晒修护组合物总量计的质量百分比为0.0001%-5%。
进一步地,所述增效剂为聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯。聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯是一种成膜增效剂,其EWG分数为1,代表其绿色友好的性能,适合当下环 保潮流趋势,且能与防晒剂结合,有效提升防晒膜的均匀性和韧性,提高防晒成分的抗水能力。聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯使本发明防晒修护组分应用到日化用品中后,能够增强W/O和O/W体系产品的抗水、耐摩擦性能,提升光防护持久性。
本发明可以进一步做以下改进,所述防晒修护组分还包括生物活性组合物,所述生物活性组合物由糖类同分异构体、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚、抗污染藻提取物和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸组成。本发明中生物活性组合物能够深层锁水,增强肌肤防御能力,超强抗氧化,在光防护的同时阻隔城市污染物。
进一步地,所述生物活性组合物中,糖类同分异构体、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚、抗污染藻提取物和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸以防晒修护组合物总量计的质量百分比分别为0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%。
进一步地,所述富勒烯分散液为质量分数为0.02%富勒烯水分散液。

一种防晒修护组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯与聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯中加入油相溶剂加热溶解,得到油相防晒修护组合物;
(2)用碱液将苯基苯并咪唑磺酸中和成盐,然后再加入亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚搅拌溶解,得到水相防晒修护组合物;
(3)将步骤(1)油相与步骤(2)水相进行混合,加热均质乳化均匀,降温,再加入硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、加入四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、小果咖啡籽提取物、肌肽、糖类同分异构体、抗污染藻提取物、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚搅拌分散均匀,得到防晒修护组合物。
本发明中所涉及的油相部分和水相部分在化妆品配方中,根据配方的特点分不同的工艺阶段加入,使得防晒修护组合物具有更好的均匀性和分散性能。
进一步地,步骤(1)加热温度为80-90℃。
步骤(2)中碱液为精氨酸。
步骤(3)中均质温度为75-85℃,降温为降至50℃以下。
优选地,均质温度为80℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:

上述防晒修护组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、水杨酸辛酯、月桂酸乙基己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯、吐温60加入一合适容器,加热至85℃,搅拌溶解完全,得到油相;

(3)在适当剪切条件下,将油相加入水相中,80℃均质搅拌使其乳化完全,搅拌冷却到50℃以下,加入硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、防腐剂和剩余活性成分,搅拌均匀,继续冷却到40℃以下,调配结束。

由图3-6可知,防晒修护组分(Solarex-X)适合于各种防晒产品开发,包括常规SPF30+防晒和SPF50+高防晒产品。与对比例未添加Solarex-X防晒修护组分的配方相比,实施例1表现出更高的防晒值,而且在蓝光波段得到有效防护。实施例2蓝光透过率为0.51,证明几乎一半的蓝光得到了防护。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒剂组合物中,甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚占防晒修护组合物总量的质量百分比分别为0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%,0.01%-10%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒修护组分还包括防御因子组合物,所述防御因子组合物由以防晒修护组合物总量计的以下质量百分比组分组成:小果咖啡籽提取物0.0001%-5%,肌肽0.0001%-5%。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒修护组分还包括增效剂,所述增效剂以防晒修护组合物总量计的质量百分比为0.0001%-5%。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述增效剂为聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒修护组分还包括生物活性组合物,所述生物活性组合物由糖类同分异构体、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚、抗污染藻提取物和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸组成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述防晒修护组合物,其特征在于,所述生物活性组合物 中,糖类同分异构体、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚、抗污染藻提取物和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸以防晒修护组合物总量计的质量百分比分别为0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%,0.0001%-5%。
  8. 一种权利要求7所述防晒修护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)向甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯与聚C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯中加入油相溶剂加热溶解,得到油相防晒修护组合物;
    (2)用碱液将苯基苯并咪唑磺酸中和成盐,然后再加入亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚搅拌溶解,得到水相防晒修护组合物;
    (3)将步骤(1)油相与步骤(2)水相进行混合,加热均质乳化均匀,降温,再加入硅石包裹的双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、加入四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、小果咖啡籽提取物、肌肽、糖类同分异构体、抗污染藻提取物、富勒烯分散液、维C乙基醚搅拌分散均匀,得到防晒修护组合物。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述防晒修护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)加热温度为80-90℃;步骤(3)中均质温度为75-85℃,降温为降至50℃以下。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述防晒修护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中碱液为精氨酸。
