两个所述第二支撑桩5的侧壁处均固定连接有固定耳板6的一端,两个所述固定耳板6的另一端之间固定连接有升降池7,所述升降池7的底面处开设有若干等距排布的漏孔8,通过支撑气缸4的伸缩可以带动第二支撑桩5进行上下移动,通过第二支撑桩5的上下移动可以带动升降池7进行上下移动,进而可以较为方便的将棉杆皮浸入碱液中或是从碱液中捞出;所述辅助结构包括风机9、连接管10、固定壳11和风孔12,所述固定底座1的上表面处固定安装有风机9,所述碱煮池2的底壁处固定连接有固定壳11,所述风机9的输出端处固定连接有连接管10的一端,所述连接管10的另一端延伸至固定壳11的内腔中且与固定壳11之间固定连接,通过风机9的工作可以将气流输送至固定壳11的内腔中;所述固定壳11的内腔上壁处开设有风孔12,所述风孔12共有若干个,若干个所述风孔12等距排布设置在固定壳11的上表面处,通过风孔12可以使得固定壳11内腔中的气流喷射在碱煮池2的内腔中,使得碱液进行起泡,进而对进行碱煮的棉杆皮进行冲击,使得棉杆皮不断的翻转搅动,使得碱煮更加均匀;所述挤压结构包括横板14、固定杆15、压板16、伺服驱动电机17和螺纹杆18,两个所述第二支撑桩5之间滑动设置有横板14,所述横板14的底面处固定连接有固定杆15的一端,所述固定杆15的另一端处固定连接有压板16,通过横板14的移动可以带动固定杆15和压板16移动,通过压板16的移动可以对碱煮后的棉杆皮进行挤压去除多余的碱液;所述固定杆15的内部开设有内腔,所述固定杆15的内腔中滑动设置有升降滑块13,所述升降滑块13和横板14之间固定连接,所述第二支撑桩5的顶端处固定安装有伺服驱动电机17,所述伺服驱动电机17的输出轴末端处固定连接有螺纹杆18的一端,所述螺纹杆18的另一端延伸至第二支撑桩5的内腔底壁处且与第二支撑桩5的内腔底壁之间转动连接,所述螺纹杆18贯穿升降滑块13且与升降滑块13之间螺纹配合,通过伺服驱动电机17的工作可以带动螺纹杆18进行旋转,通过螺纹杆18的旋转可以带动升降滑块13进行移动,进而可以带动横板14进行移动。
本申请在使用时,首先,将需要进行碱煮加工的棉杆皮投放至升降池7的内部,同时在碱煮池2的内部填充足量的碱液,对碱液进行加热,进而通过加热的碱液对棉杆皮进行碱煮加工,碱煮时,通过风机9的工作可以将气流输送至固定壳11的内腔中,通过风孔12可以使得固定壳11内腔中的气流喷射在碱煮池2的内腔中,使得碱液进行起泡,进而对进行碱煮的棉杆皮进行冲击,使得棉杆皮不断的搅动,使得碱煮更加均匀,碱煮结束后,通过支撑气缸4的工作可以带动第二支撑桩5进行上移,通过第二支撑桩5的上移可以带动升降池7进行上移,使得升降池7与碱液进行分离,通过漏孔8使得碱液漏下,同时通过伺服驱动电机17的工作可以带动螺纹杆18进行旋转,通过螺纹杆18的旋转可以带动升降滑块13进行移动,进而可以带动横板14进行移动,通过横板14的移动可以带动固定杆15和压板16移动,通过压板16的移动可以对碱煮后的棉杆皮进行挤压去除多余的碱液。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.本申请可以对需要进行处理的棉秆皮进行碱煮加工,配合辅助结构使用,可以使得碱煮更加均匀,使得碱煮效果更好,提高了加工效果,适合推广使用;
2.本申请可以在碱煮后,自动将棉杆皮从本装置中捞出,同时配合挤压结构将多余的碱液进行挤出,便于后续的加工工艺,提高了加工的效率,减少人力,使用方便。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:包括固定底座(1)、碱煮池(2)、第一支撑桩(3)、第二支撑桩(5)、辅助结构和挤压结构;
    所述固定底座(1)的上表面处固定连接有碱煮池(2),所述固定底座(1)的上表面两侧处均固定连接有第一支撑桩(3),所述第一支撑桩(3)的内部开设有内腔,所述第一支撑桩(3)的内腔中固定安装有支撑气缸(4),两个所述支撑气缸(4)的顶端处均固定连接有第二支撑桩(5),所述第二支撑桩(5)上安装设置有挤压结构,所述固定底座(1)的上表面处安装设置有辅助结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:两个所述第二支撑桩(5)的侧壁处均固定连接有固定耳板(6)的一端,两个所述固定耳板(6)的另一端之间固定连接有升降池(7),所述升降池(7)的底面处开设有若干等距排布的漏孔(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:所述辅助结构包括风机(9)、连接管(10)、固定壳(11)和风孔(12),所述固定底座(1)的上表面处固定安装有风机(9),所述碱煮池(2)的底壁处固定连接有固定壳(11),所述风机(9)的输出端处固定连接有连接管(10)的一端,所述连接管(10)的另一端延伸至固定壳(11)的内腔中且与固定壳(11)之间固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:所述固定壳(11)的内腔上壁处开设有风孔(12),所述风孔(12)共有若干个,若干个所述风孔(12)等距排布设置在固定壳(11)的上表面处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:所述挤压结构包括横板(14)、固定杆(15)、压板(16)、伺服驱动电机(17)和螺纹杆(18),两个所述第二支撑桩(5)之间滑动设置有横板(14),所述横板(14)的底面处固定连接有固定杆(15)的一端,所述固定杆(15)的另一端处固定连接有压板(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种农作废弃物棉秆皮纤维的制备装置,其特征在于:所述固定杆(15)的内部开设有内腔,所述固定杆(15)的内腔中滑动设置有升降滑块(13),所述升降滑块(13)和横板(14)之间固定连接,所述第二支撑桩(5)的顶端处固定安装有伺服驱动电机(17),所述伺服驱动电机(17)的输出轴末端处固定连接有螺纹杆(18)的一端,所述螺纹杆(18)的另一端延伸至第二支撑桩(5)的内腔底壁处且与第二支撑桩(5)的内腔底壁之间转动连接,所述螺纹杆(18)贯穿升降滑块(13)且与升降滑块(13)之间螺纹配合。
