Description

抗菌剂,是指一类用来防治各类病源微生物引起植物病害的药剂。对病原微生物有杀死作用或抑制生长作用,但又不妨碍植物正常生长的药剂。杀菌剂可根据作用方式、原料来源及化学组成进行分类。
不同状态的抗菌剂不易分别存放,抗菌剂缺乏限位结构,不易稳定放置,不利于抗菌剂的取用,且保存设备内部的温度不易调节,不利于抗菌剂的低温存放,影响抗菌剂的存放效果。因此,针对上述问题提出一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备。
在本实施例中提供了一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备用于解决现有技术中不同状态的抗菌剂不易分别存放,抗菌剂缺乏限位结构,不利于抗菌剂的取用,且保存设备内部的温度不易调节,不利于抗菌剂的低温存放,影响抗菌剂的存放效果的问题。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
本实施例中的保存设备可以适用于各种循环泵,例如,在本实施例提供了如下一种循环泵,本实施例中的保存设备可以用来安装如下循环泵。
该循环泵,包括:泵壳,泵壳下端设置下腔、进水口和出水口,所述的进水口和出水口都连通到下腔,下腔内设置叶轮,泵壳的上端设置电机室,电机室内设置电机,电机的机轴连接叶轮,电机室的侧壁上设置有多个散热孔,散热孔的外孔口的高度低于内孔口,所述的散热孔外还设置有一个挡沙罩,所述挡沙罩为一个中空半圆球体,其包裹散热孔,且可旋转地安装在电机室外侧壁上,挡沙罩的外弧顶处设置一个导向板,挡沙罩上在贴近边沿处设置有一个进气口,进气口贴近的边沿的切线与导向板平行。
所述的外孔口与内孔口之间通过一个Z形走道连通。
挡沙罩的边端,嵌入电机室外壁上的圆槽内,挡沙罩进入圆槽的部位应该厚度稍大,比圆槽的槽口处要大,这样挡沙罩不会脱离圆槽。
循环泵中,电机带动叶轮旋转,从进水口处抽水,从出水口处出水,这里水与电机室的隔断,现有的循环泵都能达到要求,基本不会出现渗水发生。
实施例1本实施例在实施例的基础上,装置在所述的挡沙罩的边端上设置有圆周均匀排列的滚珠A。
所述的挡沙罩的边端位于电机室外壁上的圆槽内,圆槽的侧壁上设置有滚珠B。
滚珠A和滚珠B就是普通的钢珠,有很小的部分露出,起到减少摩擦的作用。
实施例2本实施例在实施例的基础上,装置在所述的挡沙罩的外圆壁上设置有与导向板平行的导向槽。
当然本实施例也可以用于安装其他结构的循环泵。在此不再一一赘述,下面对本申请实施例的保存设备进行介绍。
请参阅图1-4所示,一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,包括保存箱外壳12、保存机构和调温机构,所述保存箱外壳12底部固接有底座7,所述保存箱外壳12一侧安装有挡板15,便于抗菌剂的放置和取出;所述保存机构包括放置架3、限位板4和放置板9,所述保存箱外壳12内腔底部固接有加固板8,所述加固板8上套接有放置板9,所述加固板8顶部卡合有限位板4,所述限位板4上方安装有放置架3,便于放置架3的移动;所述调温机构安装在保存箱外壳12内部,所述保存箱外壳12右侧嵌合有电控箱11,所述电控箱11一侧设置有风机14,便于风机14加速保存箱外壳12内部空气流动。
所述保存箱外壳12内壁上固接有导向块2,所述导向块2上卡合有放置架3一端,所述放置架3与导向块2之间滑动连接,所述放置架3上固接有横板301,所述放置架3贯穿保存箱外壳12侧壁,便于对放置架3的移动进行导向;所述限位板4和放置板9两端均卡合在导向板6内与导向板6之间滑动连接,所述导向板6固接在保存箱外壳12内壁上,所述限位板4和放置板9底部均固接有缓冲块10,所述放置板9顶部固接有垫片5,便于抗菌剂的保存;所述保存箱外壳12内壁上嵌合有连接板101,所述连接板101靠近放置架3的一侧固接有除湿板1,所述连接板101之间通过连接管13连接,位于底部的所述连接板101通过风管与风机14连接,所述风机14嵌合在连接管13上,便于风机14与连接板101连接;所述调温机构包括循环泵16、内置板17和降温板18,所述内置板17固接在保存箱外壳12内壁上,所述内置板17上固接有降温板18,所述降温板18共三个,位于中间的所述降温板18上固接有半导体制冷片,便于加速降温板18降温;所述降温板18上套接有循环管1701,所述循环管1701右端与循环泵16连接,所述循环泵16固接在保存箱外壳12内腔底部,所述循环泵16与电控箱11之间采用电性连接,便于对保存箱外壳12内部降温。
本实用新型在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,首先将瓶装的抗菌剂放置在放置板9上下两侧,限位板4对瓶剂顶部压合,袋装的粉末状抗菌剂放置在放置架3上,除湿板1上开设有若干通风孔,除湿板1与连接板101之间安装有干燥剂,风机14不工作时,干燥剂吸附保存箱外壳12内部的水分,风机14工作时,加速保存箱外壳12内部的空气循环,半导体制冷器可对循环管1701降温,循环管1701左端贯穿内置板17后与循环泵16右侧连接,实现循环管1701内部冷却液与循环泵16之间的循环,循环泵16远离放置板9的一侧贯穿保存箱外壳12,便于更换循环管1701内部的冷却液,保证保存箱外壳12内部的温度基本恒定,电控箱11内部带有控制模块可控制半导体制冷片的使用。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

- 一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:包括保存箱外壳(12)、保存机构和调温机构,所述保存箱外壳(12)底部固接有底座(7),所述保存箱外壳(12)一侧安装有挡板(15);所述保存机构包括放置架(3)、限位板(4)和放置板(9),所述保存箱外壳(12)内腔底部固接有加固板(8),所述加固板(8)上套接有放置板(9),所述加固板(8)顶部卡合有限位板(4),所述限位板(4)上方安装有放置架(3);所述调温机构安装在保存箱外壳(12)内部,所述保存箱外壳(12)右侧嵌合有电控箱(11),所述电控箱(11)一侧设置有风机(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:所述保存箱外壳(12)内壁上固接有导向块(2),所述导向块(2)上卡合有放置架(3)一端,所述放置架(3)与导向块(2)之间滑动连接,所述放置架(3)上固接有横板(301),所述放置架(3)贯穿保存箱外壳(12)侧壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:所述限位板(4)和放置板(9)两端均卡合在导向板(6)内与导向板(6)之间滑动连接,所述导向板(6)固接在保存箱外壳(12)内壁上,所述限位板(4)和放置板(9)底部均固接有缓冲块(10),所述放置板(9)顶部固接有垫片(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:所述保存箱外壳(12)内壁上嵌合有连接板(101),所述连接板(101)靠近放置架(3)的一侧固接有除湿板(1),所述连接板(101)之间通过连接管(13)连接,位于底部的所述连接板(101)通过风管与风机(14)连接,所述风机(14)嵌合在连接管(13)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:所述调温机构包括循环泵(16)、内置板(17)和降温板(18),所述内置板(17)固接在保存箱外壳(12)内壁上,所述内置板(17)上固接有降温板(18),所述降温板(18)共三个,位于中间的所述降温板(18)上固接有半导体制冷片。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织新材料的抗菌剂保存设备,其特征在于:所述降温板(18)上套接有循环管(1701),所述循环管(1701)右端与循环泵(16)连接,所述循环泵(16)固接在保存箱外壳(12)内腔底部,所述循环泵(16)与电控箱(11)之间采用电性连接。
