背景技术
近年来,保护著作权的重要性已在世界受到重视,尤其是著作物的主要生产国。但是,由于非法复制(盗版)而使著作权人遭受了严重的利益损失。此外,对于缺乏《著作权法》和《工业产权法》等法律的国家,在限制或制裁非法网络传播等侵害著作权的行为上有一定的难度。而且如果限制了著作物的传播,存在着著作权人或版权持有者等著作权利持有者可以获取的收益大幅减少的问题。
为了防止非法传播,专利文献1公开了了通过在音乐和视频等著作物中嵌入难以被人感知的认证信息(如超高频率的声音信号等)来认定复制源的电子水印技术,能够抑制非法复制。专利文献2公开了一种是合法分享著作物的方法。
但是,即使通过使用专利文献1中所公开的技术来保护著作物的流通,侵权者也可以采用先进的技术破解专利文献1中的技术,使之无效。如果通过其它技术手段来保护著作权的非法复制或流通,侵权者也可能对保护技术进行破解。另一方面,对于著作物的过度保护也会阻碍著作物的流通,并且使著作权人等失去从著作物的流通中获益的机会。在专利文献2公开的技术方案中,由于需要参与社区的过程才能够分享著作物,过程较为复杂。

根据本公开的实施方式,通过输入著作物流通资源获取模块,被配置为使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;输入分享路径获取模块,被配置为获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;输出著作物流通资源生成模块,被配置为由输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;输出分享路径生成模块,被配置为由输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;周边物品数值量获取模块,被配置为获取著作物的周边物品在输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;周边物品数值量分配模块,被配置为向输出分享路径中的节点分配周边物品数值量,从而通过分享者获取著作物的相关物品产生的收益的方式促进著作物的周边物品的流通,并通过著作物的周边物品的流通产生除著作物流通收益之外的更多的收益。
图5示出根据本公开一实施方式的电子设备的结构框图。
本公开实施方式还提供了一种电子设备,如图5所示,所述电子设备500包括处理器501和存储器502;其中,存储器502存储有可被至少一个处理器501执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器501执行以实现以下步骤:
输入著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;
输入分享路径获取步骤,其中,获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;
输出著作物流通资源生成步骤,其中,由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;
输出分享路径生成步骤,其中,由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;
周边物品数值量获取步骤,其中,获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;
周边物品数值量分配步骤,其中,向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
在本公开的实施例中,所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后或由后到前的顺序,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
在本公开的实施例中,所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由小到大的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量;或
所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由后到前的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由大到小的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
在本公开的实施例中,所述周边物品数值量由以下至少一项产生:所述周边物品的出售, 所述周边物品的出租,所述周边物品的众筹开发。
在本公开的实施例中,还包括:
后续著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,获取由所述输出著作物流通资源依次生成的所有后续著作物流通资源。
在本公开的实施例中,所述后续著作物流通资源的属性信息包括以下至少一项:
生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的年龄,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的职业,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的嗜好,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的社交平台,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的分享平台,访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置。

图6是适于用来实现根据本公开一实施方式的透镜参数确定方法的计算机系统的结构示意图。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括处理单元601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行上述附 图所示的实施方式中的各种处理。在RAM603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理单元601、ROM602以及RAM603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
以下部件连接至I/O接口605:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分606;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分607;包括硬盘等的存储部分608;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分609。通信部分609经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器610也根据需要连接至I/O接口605。可拆卸介质611,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器610上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分608。其中,所述处理单元601可实现为CPU、GPU、TPU、FPGA、NPU等处理单元。
特别地,根据本公开的实施方式,上文参考附图描述的方法可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施方式包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括有形地包含在及其可读介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包含用于执行附图中的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施方式中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分609从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质611被安装。

  1. 一种著作物周边物品数值量分享方法,包括:
    输入著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;
    输入分享路径获取步骤,其中,获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;
    输出著作物流通资源生成步骤,其中,由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;
    输出分享路径生成步骤,其中,由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;
    周边物品数值量获取步骤,其中,获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;
    周边物品数值量分配步骤,其中,向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后或由后到前的顺序,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由小到大的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量;或
    所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由后到前的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由大到小的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述周边物品数值量由以下至少一项产生:所述周边物品的出售,所述周边物品的出租,所述周边物品的众筹开发。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    后续著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,获取由所述输出著作物流通资源依次生成的所有后续著作物流通资源。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述后续著作物流通资源的属性信息包括以下至少一项:
    生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的年龄,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的职业,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的嗜好,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的社交平台,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的分享平台,访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置。

    周边物品信息增加步骤,其中,在所述后续著作物流通资源中增加所述著作物的周边物品信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,
    在区块链的节点中存储以下至少一项:输入著作物流通资源,输出著作物流通资源,输入分享路径,输出分享路径,周边物品数值量,后续著作物流通资源,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的年龄,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的职业,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的嗜好,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的社交平台,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的分享平台,访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置;和/或
    在区块链的智能合约中获取输入著作物流通资源;和/或
    在区块链的智能合约中获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;和/或

    在区块链的智能合约中获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;和/或
    在区块链的智能合约中向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量;和/或
    在区块链的智能合约中获取由所述输出著作物流通资源依次生成的所有所述后续著作物流通资源;和/或
    在区块链的智能合约中在所述后续著作物流通资源中增加所述著作物的周边物品信息。
  9. 一种著作物周边物品数值量分享装置,包括:
    输入著作物流通资源获取模块,被配置为使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;
    输入分享路径获取模块,被配置为获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;
    输出著作物流通资源生成模块,被配置为由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;
    输出分享路径生成模块,被配置为由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;
    周边物品数值量获取模块,被配置为获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;
    周边物品数值量分配模块,被配置为向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器;其中,
    所述存储器用于存储一条或多条计算机指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机指令被所述处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
  11. 一种可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该计算机指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
