Claims (11)
- 一种著作物周边物品数值量分享方法,包括:输入著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;输入分享路径获取步骤,其中,获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;输出著作物流通资源生成步骤,其中,由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;输出分享路径生成步骤,其中,由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;周边物品数值量获取步骤,其中,获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;周边物品数值量分配步骤,其中,向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后或由后到前的顺序,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由前到后的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由小到大的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量;或所述周边物品数值量分配步骤包括:按照所述输出分享路径由后到前的顺序,按照所分配的特定数值量由大到小的比例,依次向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述周边物品数值量由以下至少一项产生:所述周边物品的出售,所述周边物品的出租,所述周边物品的众筹开发。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:后续著作物流通资源获取步骤,其中,获取由所述输出著作物流通资源依次生成的所有后续著作物流通资源。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述后续著作物流通资源的属性信息包括以下至少一项:生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的年龄,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的职业,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的嗜好,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的社交平台,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的分享平台,访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:周边物品信息增加步骤,其中,在所述后续著作物流通资源中增加所述著作物的周边物品信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在区块链的节点中存储以下至少一项:输入著作物流通资源,输出著作物流通资源,输入分享路径,输出分享路径,周边物品数值量,后续著作物流通资源,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的年龄,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的职业,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的嗜好,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的社交平台,所述生成所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置,生成所述后续著作物流通资源的分享平台,访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的性别,所述访问所述后续著作物流通资源的用户的地理位置;和/或在区块链的智能合约中获取输入著作物流通资源;和/或在区块链的智能合约中获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;和/或在区块链的智能合约中由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;和/或在区块链的智能合约中由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;和/或在区块链的智能合约中获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;和/或在区块链的智能合约中向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量;和/或在区块链的智能合约中获取由所述输出著作物流通资源依次生成的所有所述后续著作物流通资源;和/或在区块链的智能合约中在所述后续著作物流通资源中增加所述著作物的周边物品信息。
- 一种著作物周边物品数值量分享装置,包括:输入著作物流通资源获取模块,被配置为使用处理单元获取输入著作物流通资源;输入分享路径获取模块,被配置为获取包含著作物流通资源的输入分享路径;输出著作物流通资源生成模块,被配置为由所述输入著作物流通资源生成输出著作物流通资源;输出分享路径生成模块,被配置为由所述输入分享路径和输出著作物流通资源生成输出分享路径;周边物品数值量获取模块,被配置为获取所述著作物的周边物品在所述输出分享路径生成的周边物品数值量;周边物品数值量分配模块,被配置为向所述输出分享路径中的节点分配所述周边物品数值量。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器;其中,所述存储器用于存储一条或多条计算机指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机指令被所述处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
