Abstract

一种割草机(1A),具有主体部(10)和集草容器(50),主体部(10)能够向前方移动,集草容器(50)被配置在主体部(10)的后方,集草容器(50)以相对于主体部(10)自如拆装的方式与主体部(10)连接;在主体部(10)上形成有筒状的收容部(12),收容部(12)在主体部(10)的底部开口,收容部(12)内收容有割草刀片(16);在从主体部(10)拆下集草容器(50),并以主体部(10)的后部为下侧而使主体部(10)立起的状态下,能够将集草容器(50)安装到主体部(10)的底部,使集草容器(50)的至少一部分从主体部(10)的底部进入到收容部(12)内,并能够由收容部(12)的内表面来支承集草容器(50)。据此,在使主体部立起的状态下,能够将集草容器稳定地安装到主体部的底部,从而能安全且紧凑地进行保管。

Description

割草机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种割草机。
背景技术
用于切割地面上的草的手推式割草机具有:主体部,其能向前方移动;把手,其从主体部向后方延伸;和集草容器,其与主体部的后部连接,在主体部的底部设置有割草刀片。
并且,所述割草机通过一边驱动割草刀片一边使主体部和集草容器向前方移动,能够利用割草刀片割草。另外,割取的草从主体部被送入集草容器内。
作为所述割草机,存在一种能将把手向主体部的顶部侧折回,并且集草容器相对于主体部自如拆装的割草机(例如,参照专利文献1)。
在这种割草机中,能使把手相对于主体部折回,并且从主体部上拆下集草容器,以使主体部立起的状态进行保管。另外,当使主体部立起时,通过使集草容器与主体部的底部重叠,能利用集草容器覆盖割草刀片。

发明内容
[发明所要解决的技术问题]
在所述现有技术中的割草机中,由于将集草容器勾挂在立起的主体部的上部,使集草容器悬吊于主体部,因此存在保管时集草容器变得不稳定这一问题。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,解决所述问题,提供一种能将集草容器稳定地安装在立起的主体部的底部,从而能安全且紧凑地进行保管的割草机。
[用于解决技术问题的技术方案]
为了解决所述技术问题,本发明为一种割草机,其具有主体部和集草容器,其中,所述主体部能够向前方移动;所述集草容器被配置在所述主体部的后方,所述集草容器以相对于所述主体部自如拆装的方式与所述主体部连接。所述主体部上形成有在所述主体部的底部开口的筒状的收容部,在所述收容部内收容有割草刀片。在从所述主体部拆下所述集草容器,并以所述主体部的后部为下侧而使所述主体部立起的状态下,能够将所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部。另外,使所述集草容器的至少一部分从所述主体部的底部进入到所述收容部内,从而能够通过所述收容部的内表面支承所述集草容器。
[发明效果]
本发明的割草机能够将集草容器安装到立起的主体部的底部来进行保管。此时,通过使集草容器进入到主体部的收容部内,能够使集草容器相对于主体部稳定,并且将主体部与集草容器紧凑地连接。另外,通过使集草容器进入到主体部的收容部内,能够利用集草容器覆盖割草刀片,因此,能提高保管时的安全性。
如此,本发明的割草机能够将集草容器稳定地安装到立起的主体部的底部,从而能够安全且紧凑地进行保管。

具体实施方式
一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的实施方式详细地进行说明。
此外,在各实施方式的说明中,对相同的结构要素标注相同的附图标记,并省略重复的说明。
[第1实施方式]
如图1所示,第1实施方式的割草机1A是用于切割地面上的草的手推式作业机。割草机1A具有主体部10、把手20和集草容器50,其中,所述主体部10能向前方移动;所述把手20被设置于主体部10的后部;所述集草容器50与主体部10的后部连接,主体部10内与集草容器50内经由排草通路13连通。
主体部10具有:箱形的外壳11;前后左右四个车轮15,其被设置于外壳11;割草刀片16,其被设置于外壳11内;和驱动马达17,其被设置于外壳11的上表面。
此外,在第1实施方式的割草机1A中,以马达作为驱动源,但驱动源并没有限定,例如也可以将发动机作为驱动源。
在外壳11内形成有圆筒状的收容部12,该收容部12绕上下方向的轴形成有周壁部(参照图2)。收容部12的下端部在外壳11的底部(下表面)开口。
在收容部12的下部收容有割草刀片16(参照图2)。第1实施方式的割草刀片16为沿收容部12的径向延伸的直线状的切割刀片。割草刀片16能绕上下方向的轴旋转。此外,割草刀片16的结构并没有限定,可以使用圆盘状的割草刀片、十字形状的割草刀片等各种割草刀片。
驱动马达17是使设置于外壳11内的割草刀片16和风扇(未图示)旋转的驱动源。
割草刀片16通过驱动马达17在收容部12内旋转。另外,通过驱动马达17使风扇旋转,由此割草刀片16割取的草从外壳11被向后方排出。
把手20为从主体部10的后部向后方朝斜上方延伸的U形的棒状部件。把手20的两端部与主体部10的后部连接。通过作业者推动把手20,能使割草机1A移动。
把手20能向主体部10的顶部(上部)侧折回,从而与主体部10的顶部重叠(参照图2)。
此外,把手20的结构并不限定于U形,可以应用T形、L形等各种形状,只要为能向主体部10的顶部侧折回而与顶部重叠的形状即可。
在作业时的割草机1A中,集草容器50是被配置在主体部10的后方的大致长方体的容器。集草容器50具有框架51和覆盖框架51的罩55。
框架51具有:上框部52,其构成集草容器50的上表面的外缘;前框部53,其构成集草容器50的前表面的外缘;和左右的连接用挂钩54、54,其被设置于前框部53。
左右的连接用挂钩54、54分别被设置于前框部53的左右的缘部,且向前方突出。连接用挂钩54的前部向下方弯屈。
罩55是覆盖在框架51上的由布制成的大致长方体的袋体。罩55的上部被支承于框架51的上框部52,罩55的前部被框架51的前框部53支承。罩55的前部开口。
罩55的左右的侧部、底部和后部没有被框架51支承,而被悬吊于框架51的上框部52。另外,左右的连接用挂钩54、54从罩55向前方突出。
通过将集草容器50配置于图1所示的主体部10的后方,且使左右的连接用挂钩54、54勾挂于主体部10的后端部,能够将集草容器50连接在主体部10的后部。
通过一边使割草刀片16旋转一边由作业者推动把手20使割草机1A向前方移动,割草机1A能够利用割草刀片16来切割地面上的草。另外,由割草刀片16割取的草从主体部10向后方排出而被收容在集草容器50内。
在保管割草机1A的情况下,从主体部10拆下集草容器50。另外,将把手20向主体部10的顶部侧(前侧)折回,使把手20与主体部10的顶部重叠。
接着,如图2所示,以主体部10的后部为下侧,主体部10的前部为上侧的方式使主体部10立起。据此,主体部10的底部成为向侧方露出的状态。
从主体部10上拆下的集草容器50以前部为下侧且后部为上侧的方式进行配置。并且,使集草容器50的底部与立起的主体部10的底部相对。
然后,如图3所示,使集草容器50的底部进入主体部10的收容部12内,将集草容器50的框架51的前框部53载置于收容部12的内表面的下部。此外,两连接用挂钩54、54被配置在收容部12的外侧。
据此,集草容器50的一部分成为被嵌入到主体部10的收容部12内的状态,集草容器50的下部被设置于主体部10的收容部12的内表面的两个支承部14、14支承。
第1实施方式的支承部14是收容部12的内表面的一部分。两支承部14、14隔着割草刀片16被配置在割草刀片16的左右两侧。此外,在第1实施方式中,两支承部14、14为相同的结构(弯曲形状),但也可以使两支承部14、14构成为彼此不同的结构。
如图3所示,在上面那样的割草机1A中,能够从主体部10拆下集草容器50,使主体部10立起,并且将集草容器50安装于主体部10的底部。
此时,由于集草容器50的一部分进入到主体部10的收容部12内,集草容器50被支承于收容部12的内表面,因此能使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
在第1实施方式的割草机1A中,由于集草容器50的下端部的两点被隔着割草刀片16配置在收容部12的下端部的两个支承部14、14支承,因此,与由一点支承集草容器50的情况相比,能够提高稳定性。据此,即使在收纳时割草机1A摇晃,由于集草容器50不容易相对于收容部12偏移,因此割草刀片16不易露出到外部。
另外,通过使集草容器50的一部分进入到主体部10的收容部12内,可以将主体部10和集草容器50紧凑地连接,因此可以减小收纳空间。
并且,通过使集草容器50与主体部10的底部重叠,并使集草容器50的一部分进入到收容部12内,能够利用集草容器50覆盖割草刀片16。据此,能够抑制保管割草机1A时割草刀片16向外部露出。
此外,在图3中,为了明确集草容器50的框架51和主体部10的安装状态,用假想线来表示罩55。因此,在图3中,虽然 从外部能看见割草刀片16,但实际上割草刀片16被框架51和罩55覆盖。
如此,能够将集草容器50稳定地安装在割草机1A的立起的主体部10的底部,从而能安全且紧凑地进行保管。
上面,对本发明的第1实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第1实施方式,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
在图1所示的割草机1A中,主体部10及集草容器50的形状没有限定。另外,割草刀片16及驱动马达17的形状也没有限定。
如图3所示,第1实施方式的割草机1A构成为集草容器50的一部分进入到主体部10的收容部12内,但也可以构成为集草容器50整体进入到收容部12内。
另外,也可以为:在主体部10的收容部12的内表面,在与集草容器50的外表面接触的支承部14上粘贴橡胶板等弹性部件。
另外,也可以为:在集草容器50的罩55的外表面,在与收容部12的内表面的支承部14接触的部位粘贴橡胶板等弹性部件,或者提高该部位的摩擦系数。
通过采用这些结构,能提高安装于立起的主体部10上的集草容器50的稳定性。
[第2实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第2实施方式详细地进行说明。如图4所示,第2实施方式的割草机1B是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在集草容器50上设置有卡合部61这一点不同。
卡合部61是被设置于集草容器50的框架51的前框部53上的挂钩。在第2实施方式中,在前框部53上设置有左右两个卡合部61、61。
当保管第2实施方式的割草机1B时,使主体部10立起,将集草容器50安装到主体部10的底部。此时,通过前框部53和两个卡合部61、61夹住主体部10的收容部12的周壁部,由此集草容器50的下部被固定于主体部10,因此可以使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
上面对本发明的第2实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限定于所述第2实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
例如,卡合部61的数量、配置并没有限定,可以根据集草容器50和主体部10的大小、形状来适宜地设定。
[第3实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第3实施方式详细地进行说明。如图5所示,第3实施方式的割草机1C是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在主体部10上设置有嵌合部62这一点不同。
第3实施方式的嵌合部62是形成于外壳11的内表面的槽状的台阶部。在第3实施方式中,在外壳11的前端部的内表面形成有左右两个嵌合部62、62,在收容部12的内表面的左右支承部14、14上形成有左右两个嵌合部62、62。嵌合部62从底部侧的开口缘部向顶部侧呈直线状延伸。
各嵌合部62形成为:在使主体部10立起时被配置在外壳11的内表面的上下左右四个部位。
另外,在第3实施方式的集草容器50的框架51上设置有构成后部的外缘的后框部56。
当保管第3实施方式的割草机1C时,使主体部10立起,将集草容器50安装于主体部10的底部。此时,将集草容器50的前框部53的左右缘部插入到外壳11的下侧的左右嵌合部62、62中,并且将后框部56的左右缘部插入到外壳11的上侧的左右嵌合部62、62中。
据此,集草容器50的上部和下部与主体部10的外壳11彼此嵌合,因此可以使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
上面对本发明的第3实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第3实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
例如,嵌合部62的数量、配置没有限定,可以根据集草容器50和主体部10的大小、形状来适宜地设定。
[第4实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第4实施方式详细地进行说明。如图7所示,第4实施方式的割草机1D是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在主体部10上设置有连接部63这一点不同。
如图6所示,连接部63被设置在主体部10的前端部。连接部63是弯折成U字形状的棒状部件。连接部63的两端部与主体部10的前端部连接,并向前方突出。连接部63起到缓冲器(bumper)的作用,该缓冲器用于在使主体部10向前方移动时防止障碍物碰到主体部10。另外,连接部63的两端部与主体部10的前端部的左右侧面连接,以该连接部为旋转中心,连接部63可向主体部10的底部侧自如倾摆。
当保管第4实施方式的割草机1D时,使主体部10立起,将集草容器50安装到主体部10的底部。然后,如图7所示,将连接部63向主体部10的底部侧放倒,使连接部63勾挂在集草容器50的上部。
这样一来,除了基于集草容器50与主体部10的收容部12的内表面相抵接来固定之外,还可以通过被设置在主体部10的上部的连接部63将集草容器50的上部连接于主体部10,由此使集草容器50相对于主体部10更加稳定。
另外,集草容器50通过连接部63被固定在主体部10的上部,并通过与收容部12的内表面抵接而被固定在主体部10的下 部。这样,上下的固定部隔着割草刀片16而配置。通过该结构,集草容器50在上下左右的任意方向上都被稳定地固定于主体部10,因此能防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移,能有效地防止割草刀片16露出到外部。
另外,由于被设置在主体部10的上部的连接部63包围并保持集草容器50的上部,因此即使在主体部10向多个方向摇晃或倾斜的情况下,也能防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移或脱落。
上面对本发明的第4实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第4实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
例如,连接部63的形状没有限定,可以根据集草容器50和主体部10的大小、形状来适宜地设定。
[第5实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第5实施方式详细地进行说明。如图8所示,第5实施方式的割草机1E是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在主体部10上设置有嵌合部64这一点不同。
第5实施方式的嵌合部64是形成于主体部10的外壳11的前端部的内表面上的凹槽。嵌合部64在主体部10的左右方向上呈直线状延伸。
当保管第5实施方式的割草机1E时,使主体部10立起,将集草容器50安装于主体部10的底部。此时,通过将集草容器50的上框部52的后缘部嵌入到主体部10的嵌合部64,能够使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
另外,第5实施方式的集草容器50通过嵌合部64被固定在主体部10的上部,并通过与收容部12的内表面抵接而被固定在主体部10的下部。如此,上下的固定部隔着割草刀片16而配置。通过该结构,集草容器50在上下左右的任意方向上都被稳定地固定 于主体部10,因此能够防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移,且能够有效地防止割草刀片16露出到外部。
上面对本发明的第5实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第5实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
[第6实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第6实施方式详细地进行说明。如图9所示,第6实施方式的割草机1F是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在集草容器50上设置有挂绳65这一点不同。
在第6实施方式的集草容器50的罩55的后端部设置有两端部安装在罩55上的挂绳65。
然后,在使主体部10立起并将集草容器50安装于主体部10的底部时,通过将挂绳65勾挂在设置于主体部10的前端部的挂钩19上,能够使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
另外,第6实施方式的集草容器50通过挂绳65被固定在主体部10的上部,并通过与收容部12的内表面抵接而被固定在主体部10的下部。如此,上下的固定部隔着割草刀片16而配置。通过该结构,集草容器50在上下左右的任意方向上都被稳定地固定于主体部10,因此能防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移,能够有效地防止割草刀片16露出到外部。
上面对本发明的第6实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第6实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。
[第7实施方式]
接着,一边适宜地参照附图一边对本发明的第7实施方式详细地进行说明。如图10所示,第7实施方式的割草机1G是与所述第1实施方式的割草机1A(参照图2)大致相同的结构,在集草容器50的罩55上设置袋部66这一点不同。
在第7实施方式的集草容器50的罩55的后端部设置有袋部66,该袋部66在将集草容器50安装在主体部10的底部时能覆盖主体部10的上部。
在第7实施方式的割草机1G中,在使主体部10立起并将集草容器50安装于主体部10的底部时,通过使集草容器50的罩55的袋部66覆盖主体部10的上部,由此能够使集草容器50相对于主体部10稳定。
另外,第7实施方式的集草容器50通过袋部66被固定在主体部10的上部,并通过与收容部12的内表面抵接而被固定在主体部10的下部。如此,上下的固定部隔着割草刀片16而配置。通过该结构,集草容器50在上下左右的任意方向上都被稳定地固定于主体部10,因此能防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移,能有效地防止割草刀片16露出到外部。
另外,由于被设置在罩55的上部的袋部66覆盖主体部10的前端部,因此,即使在主体部10向多个方向摇晃或倾斜的情况下,也能防止集草容器50相对于主体部10偏移或脱落。
上面对本发明的第7实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于所述第7实施方式,与所述第1实施方式相同,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能适宜地变更。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种割草机,其特征在于,
    具有主体部和集草容器,其中,
    所述主体部能够向前方移动;
    所述集草容器被配置在所述主体部的后方,
    所述集草容器以相对于所述主体部自如拆装的方式与所述主体部连接,
    在所述主体部上形成有筒状的收容部,该筒状的收容部在所述主体部的底部开口,
    在所述收容部内收容有割草刀片,
    在从所述主体部拆下所述集草容器,并以所述主体部的后部为下侧而使所述主体部立起的状态下,能够将所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部,
    使所述集草容器的至少一部分从所述主体部的底部进入到所述收容部内,并能够由所述收容部的内表面来支承所述集草容器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    在所述集草容器上设置有卡合部,在所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部的状态下,该卡合部与所述主体部卡合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    在所述主体部上设置有嵌合部,在所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部的状态下,所述集草容器的一部分与所述嵌合部彼此嵌合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    所述嵌合部为形成在所述主体部的内表面的台阶部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    在所述主体部上设置有连接部,在所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部的状态下,该连接部与所述集草容器的一部分连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    所述集草容器具有框架和覆盖所述框架的罩,
    在所述罩上设置有挂绳,在所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部的状态下,该挂绳勾挂于所述主体部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    所述集草容器具有框架和覆盖所述框架的罩,
    在所述罩上设置有袋部,在所述集草容器安装到所述主体部的底部的状态下,该袋部覆盖所述主体部的上部。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    在所述收容部的内表面,隔着所述割草刀片配置有用于支承所述集草容器的两个支承部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的割草机,其特征在于,
    所述两个支承部分别为不同的结构。
