技术领域
本公开涉及电气元器件接插技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件。
背景技术
对大部分的高速类连接器而言,其接触件的密度都很高,同时对接触件的接触可靠性要求也很高。以往的连接器与PCB板(印刷电路板)之间的连接大多采用焊接、压接等形式。这样的结构组装非常的不方便,因为需要焊接的连接器需配备专门的焊接设备,而需要压接的连接器需配备压接操作的大型设备。这在现有的PCB板元器件高度密集的情况下给加工、生产带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
本公开针对相关技术的不足,提供了一种高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件。
本公开实施例提供了一种高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件,该高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件可以包括上基座和下基座,所述上基座和所述下基座的内部设置有接触件,所述接触件的头部位于上基座内,用于与对接端的对接,实现信号的传输,所述接触件的尾部延伸至下基座的外部,用于与PCB板上的PAD(盘)配合,实现连接器与PCB板之间的弹性接触,实现信号的传输;
该高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件还包括销钉,所述销钉穿过所述上基座和所述下基座上开设的通孔与PCB板的开口配合后铆接,实现连接器与PCB板之间的固定。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述下基座的内部可以设置有用于安装接触件的方槽结构。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述接触件的头部可以设置为前端,所述接触件的尾部设置为圆弧结构。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述方槽结构的内部可以设置有凸台部位;所述接触件上设置有装配导向结构、与凸台部位配合的限位结构和悬臂结构。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述接触件上可以设置有倒刺结构;所述方槽结构上设置有通孔结构,所述倒刺结构和所述通孔结构相配合。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
如图1所示,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件。该高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件包括上基座1和下基座2。在上基座1和下基座2的内部设置有接触件4,其中,接触件4的个数和位置可以与该接触件4要与之接合的PCB板上的PAD相对应(PCB板上的PAD分布例如如图5所示)。接触件4的头部可以位于上基座1内,用于与对接端进行对接,以实现信号的传输。接触件4的尾部可以延伸至下基座2的外部,用于与PCB板上的PAD配合,以实现连接器与PCB板之间的弹性接触,实现信号的传输。
高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件还可以包括销钉3。销钉3穿过上基座1和下基座2上开设的通孔与PCB板的开口配合后铆接,实现连接器与PCB板之间的固定,如图4所 示。
在本公开的一些实施例提供的高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件中,上基座1和下基座2相互配合,实现限制接触件4的上下、左右运动,并利用销钉3实现连接器与PCB板之间的固定连接。在连接器与PCB板固定连接后,接触件4的头部用于与对接端进行对接,接触件4的尾部用于与PCB板上的PAD配合,从而实现连接器与PCB板之间的弹性接触,进而实现信号之间的传输功能。
如图1、图2、图3所示,下基座2的内部可以设置有用于安装接触件4的方槽结构。在方槽结构的内部可以设置有凸台部位21。
接触件4的头部可以设置为前端41,用于与对接端的对接,从而实现信号的传输。接触件4的尾部可以设置为圆弧结构(弧形结构)46,用于与PCB板上的PAD配合,实现连接器与PCB板之间的弹性接触,从而实现信号的传输。接触件4上还可以设置有:用于装配导向的装配导向结构42;与凸台部位21配合的限位结构44,用以保证接触件4在上基座1、下基座2内的固定性能;和悬臂结构45,通过悬臂结构45实现弹性变形与PCB板上PAD接触,从而实现了连接器与PCB板之间的信号传输。
此外,接触件4上还可以设置有倒刺结构43。相应地,方槽结构上可以设置有通孔结构22。接触件4上的倒刺结构43与方槽结构上的通孔结构22配合,从而实现了防止接触件4在上基座1、下基座2内上下运动的功能,保证了连接器在对接时接触件4完好固定的作用。
在本公开实施例提供的高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件中,在产品接触件4的设计上采用弹性接触的方式来实现可靠接触的性能。具体而言,接触件4通过上基座1、下基座2固定来组装成成品连接器,连接器通过销钉3与PCB板进行固定,通过接触件4这样的接触方式保证了PCB板与连接器之间可靠的信号传输,以及该接触件4与对接端之间的可靠接触,从而实现了PCB板之间以及PCB板与设备之间的信号可靠传输。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件,其中,所述高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件包括上基座(1)和下基座(2),所述上基座(1)和所述下基座(2)的内部设置有接触件(4),所述接触件(4)的头部位于上基座(1)内,用于与对接端的对接,实现信号的传输,所述接触件(4)的尾部延伸至下基座(2)的外部,用于与PCB板上的PAD配合,实现连接器与PCB板之间的弹性接触,实现信号的传输;
    所述高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件还包括销钉(3),所述销钉(3)穿过所述上基座(1)和所述下基座(2)上开设的通孔与PCB板的开口配合后铆接,实现连接器与PCB板之间的固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高密度弹性接触高速连接器组件,其中,所述下基座(2)的内部设置有用于安装接触件(4)的方槽结构。
