过滤组件及抽水装置 技术领域
本发明涉及家居用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种过滤组件,和应用该过滤组件的抽水装置。
背景技术
通常将过滤组件装入抽水装置中,以对水进行过滤。然而,现有的过滤组件并未牢固地安装于所述抽水装置中。所述抽水装置工作时,所述过滤组件会因水流发生移位、晃动、振动、共振、或异响,不仅导致所述过滤组件不能平稳运行,还会产生极大的噪音,进而导致所述抽水装置难以平稳运行。
具体的,所述过滤组件移位、晃动、振动时,不仅会导致过滤组件破裂,内部的滤芯材料还可能会泄露,堵住所述抽水装置的管道或其他组件,造成所述抽水装置出现故障。
申请内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种过滤组件,旨在解决现有的过滤组件难以于抽水装置中平稳运行的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种过滤组件,包括:
排泄阀,所述排泄阀的一端凸设有第一连接部;
连接件,开设有容纳槽,所述第一连接部容纳于所述容纳槽中;及
第一过滤件,与所述连接件连接。
进一步地,所述第一连接部设有外螺纹,所述容纳槽的槽壁设有内螺纹,所述第一连接部和所述容纳槽的槽壁螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述连接件包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部开设有所述容纳槽,所述第一过滤件开设有用于容置过滤材料的容置槽,所述第二连接部容纳于所述容置槽中,所述第一连接部伸入所述容置槽并容纳于所述容纳槽中。

本发明技术方案中,所述过滤组件包括排泄阀、连接件、及第一过滤件。所述排泄阀的一端凸设有第一连接部。所述连接件开设有容纳槽,所述第一连接部容纳于所述容纳槽中,所述第一过滤件与所述连接件连接。通过所述连接件将所述排泄阀和第一过滤件稳定的连接,以防将所述过滤组件应用于抽水装置时,所述过滤组件因未相互连接而因水流发生移位、晃动、振动、共振、或异响,不仅可保证所述过滤组件平稳的运行,还可降低噪音,进而提高应用该过滤组件的抽水装置的运行平稳度。

在至少一实施例中,所述第一过滤件15中填充有过滤材料,例如,VC陶瓷球、VE陶瓷球、氧化铝陶瓷球、电气石矿化球、高铝陶球、或氮化硅陶瓷球、银离子、锌、白胡椒粉、十二醇硫酸钠、或氯化钠等。所述VC陶瓷球和VE陶瓷球可用于制备矿化水,富含维生素C、硒、锰、锌、镁、及钙等元素,可有效去除余氯、及农药有机物等污物,吸附杂质,还可有效去除锈味等味道或气味。
可以理解的,可根据实际需要,于所述第一过滤件15中加入不同的滤芯材料,来满足不同的水处理需求。
在至少一实施例中,所述排泄阀11用于排出气体、或泥巴和沙子等沉积物。
本发明技术方案中,所述过滤组件10包括排泄阀11、连接件13、及第一过滤件15。所述排泄阀11的一端凸设有第一连接部111。所述连接件13开设有容纳槽1311,所述第一连接部111容纳于所述容纳槽1311中,所述第一过滤件15与所述连接件13连接。通过所述连接件13将所述排泄阀11和第一过滤件15稳定的连接,以防将所述过滤组件10应用于抽水装置100时,所述过滤组件10因未相互连接而因水流发生移位、晃动、振动、共振、或异响,不仅可保证所述过滤组件10平稳的运行,还可降低噪音,进而提高应用该过滤组件10的抽水装置100的运行平稳度。
所述第一连接部111设有外螺纹,所述容纳槽1311的槽壁设有内螺纹,所述第一连接部111和所述容纳槽1311的槽壁螺纹连接。
本发明技术方案中,所述第一连接部111和所述容纳槽1311的槽壁螺纹连接,使得所述排泄阀11可与所述连接件13稳固地连接。
所述连接件13包括第二连接部131,所述第二连接部131开设有所述容纳槽1311,所述第一过滤件15开设有用于容置过滤材料的容置槽151,所述第二连接部131容纳于所述容置槽151中,所述第一连接部111伸入所述容置槽151并容纳于所述容纳槽1311中。
在至少一实施例中,所述容置槽151的槽侧壁和槽底壁均开设有若干通孔155,以便于水流通过。
本发明技术方案中,所述第二连接部131容纳于所述容置槽151中,所述第一连接部111伸入所述容置槽151并容纳于所述容纳槽1311中,从而使所述过滤组件10的结构紧凑。
所述连接件13还包括与所述第二连接部131远离所述第一过滤件15一端连接的第三连接部132,所述第三连接部132开设有过孔1321,所述过孔1321与所述容纳槽1311连通,所述第三连接部132至少部分容纳于所述容置槽151中,所述第一连接部111穿过所述过孔1321容纳于所述容纳槽1311中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第三连接部132的尺寸大于所述第二连接部131的尺寸。具体地,所述第三连接部132的直径大于所述第二连接部131的直径。
在至少一实施例中,所述过孔1321的尺寸大于所述容纳槽1311的尺寸。具体地,所述过孔1321的直径大于所述容纳槽1311的直径,以引导所述第一连接部111伸入至所述容纳槽1311中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第三连接部132的外表面凸设有搭边1322,所述搭边1322搭设于所述容置槽151的槽壁的外周缘,从而将所述连接件13搭设于所述第一过滤件15上。
本发明技术方案中,所述连接件13还包括第三连接部132,所述第三连接部132开设有过孔1321,所述过孔1321与所述容纳槽1311连通,所述过孔1321可用于引导所述第一连接部111伸入至所述容纳槽1311中。所述第三连接部132至少部分容纳于所述容置槽151中,从而使所述过滤组件10的结构紧凑。
所述容置槽151的槽壁凹设有至少一第一卡合槽152;所述连接件13的第三连接部132的外表面凸设有第一凸起1323,所述第三连接部132至少部分容纳于所述容置槽151中时,所述第一凸起1323卡合于所述第一卡合槽152中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第一凸起1323沿所述第三连接部132的周向设置。
在至少一实施例中,所述第一卡合槽152沿所述容置槽151的槽壁的周向设置。
在至少一实施例中,所述至少一容置槽151的槽壁开设有缺口153,以导引所述第一凸起1323卡合于所述第一卡合槽152中。
在至少一实施例中,所述缺口153位于所述第一卡合槽152的上方。
本发明技术方案中,所述容置槽151的槽壁凹设有至少一第一卡合槽152;所述连接件13的第三连接部132的外表面凸设有第一凸起1323,所述第一凸起1323卡合于所述第一卡合槽152中,以将所述第一过滤件15与所述连接件13连接,从而防止所述过滤组件10因未相互连接而随水流发生移位并产生异响,进而提高应用该过滤组件10的抽水装置100的运行平稳度并降低噪音。
所述第三连接部132的外表面还凸设有至少一第二凸起1324,所述容置槽151的槽壁还凹设有至少一第二卡合槽154,所述第三连接部132至少部分容纳于所述容置槽151中时,所述第二凸起1324卡合于所述第二卡合槽154中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第二凸起1324沿所述第三连接部132的轴向设置。
在至少一实施例中,所述第二卡合槽154沿所述容置槽151的槽壁的轴向设置。
本发明技术方案中,所述第三连接部132的外表面还凸设有至少一第二凸起1324,所述容置槽151的槽壁还凹设有至少一第二卡合槽154,所述第二凸起1324卡合于所述第二卡合槽154中,以进一步将所述第一过滤件15与所述连接件13连接,进而防止所述过滤组件10因未相互连接而随水流发生移位并产生异响,进而提高应用该过滤组件10的抽水装置100的运行平稳度并降低噪音。
所述过滤组件10还包括第二过滤件17,所述第二过滤件17开设有容置腔171,所述第一过滤件15容纳于所述容置腔171中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第二过滤件17可为前置过滤器,可用于过滤水中的二次污染物,例如泥沙、铁锈、颗粒、漂浮物、及微生物等。
在至少一实施例中,所述第二过滤件17的两端具有支撑部172。其中一支撑部172环绕所述容置腔171的开口设置。
在至少一实施例中,所述连接件13和排泄阀11部分容纳于所述容置腔171中。
在至少一实施例中,所述第一过滤件15的通孔155与所述容置腔171连通,以便于水流从所述第二过滤件17进入第一过滤件15,也便于水流从所述第一过滤件15进入第二过滤件17。
在至少另一实施例中,所述第二过滤件17可为滤渣器,用于收集漂浮水面的污染物,例如,树叶、树枝、有机颗粒、杨絮、藻类、及油污泡沫等漂浮水面的污染物。所述第二过滤件17的材质可为塑料或金属。所述第二过滤件17可开设有若干通 孔(未图示),以便于水的流入或流出。在一具体实施例中,所述滤渣器为具有容置腔和与容置腔连通的若干通孔的塑料件。
本发明技术方案中,所述过滤组件10还包括第二过滤件17。所述第二过滤件17开设有容置腔171,以容纳于所述第一过滤件15和连接件13,从而使所述过滤组件10的结构紧凑。
请参阅图1-3,本发明还提供一种抽水装置100,包括:
抽水机30,包括壳体31,所述壳体31开设有容纳腔311和与所述容纳腔311连通的开口312;及
所述过滤组件10,所述连接件13和所述第一过滤件15容纳于所述容纳腔311中,所述第一连接部111穿过所述开口312容纳于所述容纳槽1311中。
在至少一实施例中,所述抽水装置100可为泳池抽水装置。
在至少一实施例中,所述抽水机30为水泵或沙泵。
在至少一实施例中,所述壳体31还开设有与所述容纳腔311连通的入水口313和出水口314。所述抽水装置100工作时,水可通过入水口313进入至壳体31内部,壳体31内部的水可经过所述第二过滤件17的过滤后,进入至所述第一过滤件15中,经所述第一过滤件15过滤后的水经过所述第二过滤件17和出水口314排出至所述抽水装置100外。
在至少一实施例中,所述入水口313和出水口314的位置可根据实际需求设置。如,所述入水口313和出水口314可设于壳体31的同一侧,也可设于不同侧。
由于该抽水装置100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
所述抽水装置100还包括盖设于所述壳体31上的盖体33,所述盖体33开设有通孔331,所述第一连接部331穿过所述通孔331和所述开口312容纳于所述容纳槽1311中。
在至少一实施例中,所述盖体33环设有第四连接部332,所述第四连接部332设于所述开口312的孔壁的周缘,从而形成容纳所述过滤组件10的腔体(未标示)。
在至少一实施例中,所述排泄阀11和盖体33之间设有第一密封圈12。
本发明技术方案中,所述抽水装置100还包括盖体33,所述盖体33开设有通孔331,所述第一连接部331穿过所述通孔331和所述开口312容纳于所述容纳槽1311中。所述盖体33和壳体31共同形成容纳所述过滤组件10的腔体。
所述抽水装置100还包括卡箍35,所述卡箍35套设于所述壳体31和盖体33的连接处。
在至少一实施例中,所述壳体31的外表面形成有外螺纹(未标示),所述卡箍35形成有内螺纹,所述卡箍35可与所述壳体31螺纹连接。
在至少一实施例中,所述卡箍35形成有通孔351,所述壳体31和盖体33的连接处可容纳于通孔351中。
在至少一实施例中,所述卡箍35和壳体31之间设有第二密封圈36。
在另一实施例中,所述第二密封圈36可设于卡箍35和盖体33之间。
本发明技术方案中,所述卡箍35套设于所述壳体31和盖体33的连接处,从而将所述过滤组件10牢固地安装于所述腔体内,防止所述过滤组件10随水流移动、晃动、或振动,不仅可保证所述过滤组件10平稳的运行,还可降低噪音。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种过滤组件,其特征在于,包括:
    排泄阀,所述排泄阀的一端凸设有第一连接部;
    连接件,开设有容纳槽,所述第一连接部容纳于所述容纳槽中;及
    第一过滤件,与所述连接件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部设有外螺纹,所述容纳槽的槽壁设有内螺纹,所述第一连接部和所述容纳槽的槽壁螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部开设有所述容纳槽,所述第一过滤件开设有用于容置过滤材料的容置槽,所述第二连接部容纳于所述容置槽中,所述第一连接部伸入所述容置槽并容纳于所述容纳槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述连接件还包括与所述第二连接部远离所述第一过滤件一端连接的第三连接部,所述第三连接部开设有过孔,所述过孔与所述容纳槽连接,所述第三连接部至少部分容纳于所述容置槽中,所述第一连接部穿过所述过孔容纳于所述容纳槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述容置槽的槽壁凹设有至少一第一卡合槽;所述连接件的第三连接部的外表面凸设有第一凸起,所述第三连接部至少部分容纳于所述容置槽中时,所述第一凸起卡合于所述第一卡合槽中;和/或
    所述第三连接部的外表面还凸设有至少一第二凸起,所述容置槽的槽壁还凹设有至少一第二卡合槽,所述第三连接部至少部分容纳于所述容置槽中时,所述第二凸起卡合于所述第二卡合槽中;和/或
    所述第三连接部的外表面还凸设有搭边,所述搭边搭设于所述容置槽的槽壁的外周缘。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述过滤组件还包括第二过滤件,所述第二过滤件开设有容置腔,所述第一过滤件容纳于所述容置腔中,所述第二过滤件用于过滤二次污染物或用于收纳漂浮水面上的污染物。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的过滤组件,其特征在于,所述第一过滤件开设有若干通孔,所述通孔与所述容置腔连通。
  8. 一种抽水装置,其特征在于,包括:
    抽水机,包括壳体,所述壳体开设有容纳腔和与所述容纳腔连通的开口;
    盖体,盖设于所述壳体上,所述盖体开设有通孔;及
    所述过滤组件,所述连接件和所述第一过滤件容纳于所述容纳腔中,所述第一连接部穿过所述通孔和所述开口容纳于所述容纳槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的抽水装置,其特征在于,所述抽水装置还包括卡箍,所述卡箍套设于所述壳体和盖体的连接处;和/或
    所述抽水装置还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设于所述排泄阀和所述盖体之间。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的抽水装置,其特征在于,所述抽水机为水泵或沙泵。
