本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示设备以及频道处理方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和进步,显示设备的功能越来越多样化,为人们的工作和生活带来了极大的便利。人们使用显示设备,如电视机、平板电脑以及智能手机等能够观看各个频道上播放的多媒体内容。
用户打开显示设备之后,显示设备上播放的频道通常是随机的,或者是上次关闭显示设备时播放的频道,如果用户不喜欢随机播放的频道或者上次关闭显示设备时播放的频道,则需要从众多频道中选择自己喜欢的频道,选择频道的操作十分繁琐、费时,给用户带来了极大的不便,影响用户观看多媒体内容的体验。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种显示设备,该显示设备包括:显示器;控制器,被配置为:接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于所述操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求;发送所述频道推荐请求至服务器,以使所述服务器基于所述请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,所述直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取所述推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将所述直播频道列表、所述推荐频道列表和所述多媒体内容信息反馈给所述显示设备;基于所述显示器的当前显示界面,控制所述显示器在不同的位置展示所述多媒体内容信息。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本公开的上述目的、特征和优点,下面将对本公开的方案进行进一步描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施;显然,说明书中的实施例只是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
多媒体内容(也称媒资)可以理解为各种类型的媒体资料数据,如音频数据、视频数据等。对显示设备,如电视机而言,多媒体内容可以包括电影、电视剧以及综艺节目等,本公开实施例对此不做具体限制。用户在显示设备中可以选择各种类型的多媒体内容进行观看,从而达到娱乐休闲的目的。
当前,有线电视产品的使用量不断增长,在全国很多地方都投入了使用,许多地方上线的频道超过了40个,甚至有的超过90个,用户在观看多媒体内容时,通过节目单去搜寻频道比较麻烦,并且显示设备的导航页(即焦点位于显示设备的主页面的导航栏中的第一导航控件时的界面)上有线电视直播媒资的编排是基于人工编排,推荐频道不能做到差异化,导致用户选择频道的操作十分繁琐、费时,带来了极大的不便。其中,第一导航控件可以为有线电视控件。
为了解决上述问题,本公开实施例中首先显示设备的控制器接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于该操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求,然后发送频道推荐请求至服务器,以使服务器基于请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备,最后基于显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息,通过上述方法所确定的推荐频道与用户的请求参数信息有关,更加符合用户需求,并且通过在当前显示界面的不同位置展示推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,能够使得用户快速选择喜欢的频道,提高用户的使用体验,扩展显示设备的功能。
图1为根据一些实施例的显示设备与控制装置、服务器之间操作场景的示意图。如图1所示,用户可通过智能设备300或控制装置100操作显示设备200,同时,用户可以通过显示设备200与服务器400之间的交互,基于显示器的当前显示界面进行频道推荐,从而用户通过显示界面中展示的多媒体内容信息可以选择喜欢的多媒体内容进行观看。
用户对显示设备进行操作,主要是用于唤起显示设备的频道推荐功能,该操作可以为:对显示设备中设置的快捷键进行触发操作,也可以对触发控制装置100中的按键进行触发操作,还可以通过语音等方式进行触发操作,本实施例对此不做具体限制。显示设备的控制器在接收到用户输入的针对显示设备的操作之后,能够响应于该操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求,其中,该请求参数信息可以包括:用户的标识、显示设备的标识、区域编码(即有线电视有线网的区域编码)以及场景号(即不同城市对应的编号,如某地 方卫视的编号)中的至少一种,还可以是其他请求参数,本实施例对此不做限定。然后控制器在生成频道推荐请求之后,发送该频道推荐请求至服务器。服务器接收该频道推荐请求之后,基于该频道推荐请求中的请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备。最后控制器基于显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息,通过上述过程能够实现为用户进行频道推荐以及多媒体内容信息直观展示的效果,能够使得用户快速选择喜欢的频道,提高用户的观看体验和满意度。
在一些实施例中,控制装置100可以是遥控器,遥控器和显示设备的通信包括红外协议通信、蓝牙协议通信、无线或其他有线方式来控制显示设备200。用户可以通过遥控器上按键、语音输入以及控制面板输入等输入用户指令,来控制显示设备200。在一些实施例中,也可以使用移动终端、平板电脑、计算机、笔记本电脑和其他智能设备来控制显示设备200。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200可以不使用上述的智能设备或控制设备接收指令,而是通过触摸或者手势等接收用户的控制。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200还可以采用除了控制装置100和智能设备300之外的方式进行控制,例如,可以通过显示设备200设备内部配置的获取语音指令的模块直接接收用户的语音指令控制,也可以通过显示设备200设备外部设置的语音控制设备来接收用户的语音指令控制。
在一些实施例中,智能设备300可与显示设备200中安装的软件应用,通过网络通信协议实现连接通信,实现一对一控制操作的和数据通信的目的。也可以将智能设备300上显示音视频内容传输到显示设备200上,实现同步显示功能。显示设备200还与服务器400通过多种通信方式进行数据通信,可允许显示设备200通过局域网(LAN)、无线局域网(WLAN)和其他网络进行通信连接。服务器400可以是一个集群,也可以是多个集群,可以包括一类或多类服务器。服务器400可以向显示设备200提供各种内容和互动。显示设备200,可以为液晶显示器、OLED显示器或者投影显示设备等。显示设备200除了提供广播接收电视功能之外,还可以附加提供计算机支持功能的智能网络电视功能。
图2为根据一些实施例的控制设备100的硬件配置框图。如图2所示,控制装置100包括控制器110、通信接口130、用户输入/输出接口140、存储器以及供电电源。控制装置100可接收用户的输入操作指令,且将操作指令转换为显示设备200可识别和响应的指令,起用用户与显示设备200之间交互中介作用。通信接口130用于和外部通信,包含WIFI芯片,蓝牙模块,NFC或可替代模块中的至少一种。用户输入/输出接口140包含麦克风,触摸板,传感器,按键或可替代模块中的至少一种。
图3A为根据一些实施例的显示设备200的硬件配置框图。如图3A所示显示设备200包括调谐解调器210、通信器220、检测器230、外部装置接口240、控制器250、显示器260、音频输出接口270、存储器、供电电源、用户接口(即用户输入接口)280中的至少 一种。控制器250包括中央处理器,视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器,RAM,ROM,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口。显示器260可为液晶显示器、OLED显示器、触控显示器以及投影显示器中的至少一种,还可以为一种投影装置和投影屏幕。调谐解调器210通过有线或无线接收方式接收广播电视信号,以及从多个无线或有线广播电视信号中解调出音视频信号,如以及EPG数据信号。通信器220是用于根据各种通信协议类型与外部设备或服务器进行通信的组件。例如:通信器可以包括Wifi模块,蓝牙模块,有线以太网模块等其他网络通信协议芯片或近场通信协议芯片,以及红外接收器中的至少一种。显示设备200可以通过通信器220与外部控制设备100或服务器400建立控制信号和数据信号的发送和接收。检测器230用于采集外部环境或与外部交互的信号。控制器250和调谐解调器210可以位于不同的分体设备中,即调谐解调器210也可在控制器250所在的主体设备的外置设备中,如外置机顶盒等。用户接口280可用于接收控制装置100(如:红外遥控器等)的控制信号。
在一些实施例中,控制器250,通过存储在存储器上中各种软件控制程序,来控制显示设备的工作和响应用户的操作。控制器250控制显示设备200的整体操作。用户可在显示器260上显示的图形用户界面(GUI)输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过图形用户界面(GUI)接收用户输入命令。或者,用户可通过输入特定的声音或手势进行输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过传感器识别出声音或手势,来接收用户输入命令。
图3B为根据一些实施例的显示设备200中软件配置示意图,如图3B所示,将系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序(Applications)层(简称“应用层”),应用程序框架(Application Framework)层(简称“框架层”),安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库层(简称“系统运行库层”),以及内核层。
在一些实施例中,应用程序层中运行有至少一个应用程序,这些应用程序可以是操作系统自带的窗口(Window)程序、系统设置程序或时钟程序等;也可以是第三方开发者所开发的应用程序。在具体实施时,应用程序层中的应用程序包括但不限于以上举例。
在一些实施例中,系统运行库层为上层即框架层提供支撑,当框架层被使用时,安卓操作系统会运行系统运行库层中包含的C/C++库以实现框架层要实现的功能。
在一些实施例中,内核层是硬件和软件之间的层,至少包含以下驱动中的至少一种:音频驱动、显示驱动、蓝牙驱动、摄像头驱动、WIFI驱动、USB驱动、HDMI驱动、传感器驱动(如指纹传感器,温度传感器,压力传感器等)、以及电源驱动等。

基于请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备,以使控制器基于显示设备的显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息。
图4A为根据一些实施例的进行频道推荐的系统框架图。如图4A所示,该系统中可以包括请求生成模块401、请求发送模块402以及信息展示模块403。该系统在接收到接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作之后,请求生成模块401响应于该操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求;接着请求发送模块402发送频道推荐请求至服务器,以使服务器基于该频道推荐请求中的请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备;最后信息展示模块403基于显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息,通过上述过程所确定的频道与用户的请求参数信息有关,更加符合用户需求,并且通过在当前显示界面的不同位置展示推荐频道以及多媒体内容信息,能够使得用户快速选择喜欢的频道,提高用户的使用体验,扩展显示设备的功能。
图4B为根据一些实施例的进行频道推荐的架构图。基于上述系统框架,本公开在安卓系统中的实现如图4B所示,安卓系统中主要包括应用层、框架层、系统运行库层以及内核层,实现逻辑主要在应用层体现,其中包括请求生成模块、请求发送模块以及信息展示模块。
为了更加详细的频道处理方法,以下将以在本公开的某一实施例中方式结合图5A进行说明,可以理解的是,图5A中所涉及的步骤在实际实现时可以包括更多的步骤,或者更少的步骤,并且这些步骤之间的顺序也可以不同,以能够实现本公开实施例中提供的频道处理方法为准,本公开实施例不做限定。
图5A为根据一些实施例的一种用于显示设备的频道处理方法的流程示意图。本实施例可适用于在显示设备侧,基于显示器的当前显示界面,进行频道推荐的情况。如图5A所示,该方法具体包括如下步骤:
S510,接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求。
其中,用户输入的针对显示设备的操作可以为:对显示设备中设置的快捷键进行触发操作,也可以对触发控制装置100中的按键进行触发操作,还可以通过语音等方式进行触发操作,本实施例对此不做具体限制。用户输入的针对显示设备的操作主要用于唤起显示设备的频道推荐功能。频道是指物理或虚拟通道在其中一个电视台或电视网络的分支,通过不同的频道能够观看不同的多媒体内容,本实例中的频道主要是指用户通过显示设备能够观看的频道。频道推荐请求用于指示显示设备为用户进行频道推荐。请求参数信息是显示设备获取的,其可以包括:用户的标识、显示设备的标识、区域编码(即有线电视有线网的区域编码)以及场景号(即不同城市对应的编号,如某地方卫视的编号)中的至少一种,还可以是其他与用户有关的参数,本实施例对此不做具体限制。
用户在观看显示设备播放的多媒体内容时,如果有频道推荐的需求,则输入针对显示设备的操作,显示设备的控制器在接收到用户输入的针对显示设备的操作之后,响应于该操作,能够生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求。
S520,发送频道推荐请求至服务器,以使服务器基于请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备。
其中,预设数据库可以为预先设置的存储有多个频道以及每个频道对应的多媒体内容信息的数据库,该数据库可以配置服务器中。多媒体内容信息可以理解为频道播放的多媒体内容的相关信息,例如播放画面信息、标识信息(如标题信息和/或标签信息)以及简介信息等。触发条件可以为基于预设周期获取多媒体内容信息,还可以为接收到显示设备发送的请求之后获取多媒体内容信息,以及判断上次反馈信息的时间超过阈值后,获取多媒体内容信息等,本实施例对此不做限定。预设周期可以预先确定,例如30分钟,还可以视具体情况而定,本实施例不做限定。阈值可以预先确定,例如20分钟,还可以视具体情况而定,本实施例不做限定。
控制器生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求之后,将该频道推荐请求发送至服务器。服务器接收到频道推荐请求之后,对该频道推荐请求进行解析,得到请求参数信息,基于该请求参数信息能够从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表中包括推荐频道列表,服务器基于预设触发条件,例如可以是服务器基于预设周期获取推荐频道列表中包含的各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息;也可以为服务器接收到显示设备发送的请求之后,获取推荐频道列表中包含的各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息;还可以为服务器判断上次反馈信息的时间超过阈值后,获取推荐频道列表中包含的各推荐频道对应的多媒体 内容信息,并将获取到的直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备。通过上述服务器基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,能够对多媒体内容信息进行更新,便于显示设备在展示多媒体内容信息时,能够基于更新后的多媒体内容信息进行展示,从而避免在显示器中展示的某推荐频道的多媒体内容信息与该推荐频道实际正在播放的多媒体内容信息不一致的情况。
在本公开的某一实施例中,控制器可以根据用户的标识(例如用户的登录信息)从预设数据库中获取该用户对应的直播频道列表;还可以根据显示设备的标识和区域编码(如显示设备A和区域编码0025)从预设数据库中获取该用户对应的直播频道列表,本实施例对此不做具体限制。
S530,基于显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息。
显示设备接收到服务器发送的直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息之后,需要对直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息在显示器上进行展示,便于用户能够直观的看到推荐频道以及对应的多媒体内容信息,此时需要根据显示器的当前显示界面,确定在本公开的某一实施例中展示位置,在不同的位置展示直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息,从而实现对频道的推荐。
在一些实施例中,预设数据库中存储的多个频道以及每个频道对应的多媒体内容信息可以为预先根据请求参数信息生成的;也可以是从用户的历史观看记录中筛选出来的,并且在频道确定的情况下,每个频道对应的多媒体内容信息可以进行更新,本实施例对此不做具体限制。其中,推荐频道列表可以为从直播频道列表中确定的部分频道所形成的列表,具体确定规则可以为:基于请求参数信息获取当前用户的历史观看数据,对历史观看数据按照播放时长进行倒叙排列(其中,播放小于1分钟的不计算在内),根据排列结果确定出推荐频道。排列规则可以为:若观看时长相同,则根据按观看次数进行倒叙排列;若观看时长和观看次数均相同,则根据频道的编号进行升序排列。
需要说明的是:在倒序排列的过程中,播放时长小于预设时间(如5分钟)的不计算在内,避免引起干扰。
可以理解的是:基于不同的请求参数信息所获取的推荐频道列表可以是不同的,从而可以实现个性化推荐的功能,为不同的用户进行不同的频道推荐。
其中,推荐频道列表中包含的各推荐频道可以是每个推荐频道对应的名称,如XX卫视,也可以是每个推荐频道对应的编号,如001,本实施例对此不做限定。
服务器获取到推荐频道列表之后,根据推荐频道列表中包含的各推荐频道分别对应的名称或者编号等,就能够获取到各推荐频道分别对应的多媒体内容信息。
在一些实施例中,基于对用户隐私的保护要求,频道推荐功能支持实时关闭的操作。
在一些实施例中,如果服务器获取的直播频道列表为空或失败,则显示设备侧不进行频道推荐。

其中,第一导航控件可以为有线电视控件。第一区域和推荐栏区域为设置为在导航栏中的区域,本实施例中对二者的位置不做限定。
在本公开的某一实施例中,在当前显示界面是导航界面时,显示设备基于服务器发送的直播频道列表,控制导航栏中的第一区域中展示直播频道列表,具体可以是控制器在接收到直播频道列表之后,向服务器发送各直播频道的多媒体内容信息获取请求。服务器在接收到各直播频道的多媒体内容信息获取请求之后,根据各直播频道的标识从对应的节目单中获取各直播频道分别对应的多媒体内容信息,并在第一区域对应的展示栏位分别展示各直播频道所对应的多媒体内容信息。同时,显示设备基于预设触发条件接收服务器发送的推荐频道列表和各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并控制在推荐栏区域中展示各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息。
本实施例中,通过上述方法对直播频道列表和各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息分别进行直观展示,便于用户能够从推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息中快速选择喜欢的多媒体内容进行观看。

本实施例中,显示设备通过在推荐栏区域中推荐频道对应的推荐栏位的画面展示区域展示播放画面信息,标识展示区域展示标识信息,能够对推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息进行更加清楚和直观的展示,便于用户快速选择喜欢的频道,节省时间。

本实施例中,显示设备通过确定目标频道,并对目标频道对应的播放画面信息和表示信息在推荐栏位对应的展示区域进行展示,清楚直观,便于用户的选择。
在一些实施例中,如果某个推荐频道当前未播放任何多媒体内容,则可以在对应的推荐栏位的画面展示区域展示“暂无播放内容”,在推荐栏位的下方(即标识展示区域)展示该推荐频道的名称。

在一些实施例中,若导航栏中的导航控件从其他导航控件切换至第一导航控件时,则基于上述实施例中的步骤向服务器发送基于目标频道的多媒体内容信息更新请求,以对导航界面中推荐栏位所展示的目标频道的多媒体内容信息进行更新,从而保证推荐栏位所展示的内容与推荐频道正在播放的媒资的内容是对应的,避免二者不同步,造成推荐栏位所展示的内容不准确。

在本公开的某一实施例中,图7B为根据一些实施例的一种播放界面下进行频道推荐的第一显示界面示意图。如图7B所示:显示设备的当前显示界面是播放界面时,左侧为节目菜单选项,其中增加了推荐频道项,推荐频道项对应的子菜单中展示有:053C卫视XX妃第1集、005A-5XX滑雪比赛、031D卫视X爱情第24集、032E XX年华第3集以及008A-8X世间第33集,播放界面的右侧正在播放XX妃第1集。
图8A为根据一些实施例的一种用于服务器的频道处理方法的流程示意图。本实施例可适用于在服务器侧,基于频道推荐请求进行频道推荐的情况。如图8A所示,该方法具体包括如下步骤:
S810,接收显示设备的控制器发送的频道推荐请求,频道推荐请求是控制器接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于操作生成的包含请求参数信息的请求。
S820,基于请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备,以使控制器基于显示设备的显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息。
需要说明的是:上述S810-S820的实现过程已经在显示设备侧的实施例中详细解释过,为了避免重复,此处不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,频道推荐请求中还包括时间参数信息,时间参数信息表征显示设备上次接收服务器发送的各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息与显示设备的当前时间的时间差;
基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,可以具体包括:
确定时间差超过预设阈值,基于显示设备的当前时间,获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的目标多媒体内容信息。
其中,预设阈值可以预先确定,例如25分钟,还可以视具体情况而定,本实施例不做限定。
本实施例中,如果服务器确定显示设备上次接收服务器发送的各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息与显示设备的当前时间的时间差超过了预设阈值,则基于显示设备的当前时间,获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的目标多媒体内容信息,并将目标多媒体内容信息发送至显示设备,以使显示设备能够将原来展示的多媒体内容信息更新为目标多媒体内容信息,从而实现对多媒体内容信息的更新,使得当前显示界面所展示的内容能够与推荐频道对应的媒资内容同步。
图8B为根据一些实施例的又一种显示设备与服务器之间的交互过程的示意图。图8B可适用于在服务器侧,基于时间参数信息进行多媒体内容信息的更新的情况,包括下述步骤:
步骤8B01:控制器接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求,频道推荐请求中还包括时间参数信息;
步骤8B02:控制器向服务器发送频道推荐请求;
步骤8B03:服务器接收控制器发送的频道推荐请求;
步骤8B04:服务器基于请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表;
步骤8B05:服务器确定时间差超过预设阈值,基于现实设备的当前时间,获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的目标多媒体内容信息;

图9为根据一些实施例的一种显示设备与服务器中包含的子系统的交互过程的示意图。在本公开的某一实施例中,服务器中可以包括在线子系统、轮播子系统、推荐子系统、内容子系统以及截图服务,包括下述步骤:
步骤900:轮播子系统启动截图服务,并向内容子系统同步优先电视数据,以使内容子系统同步有线电视数据至推荐子系统;通过步骤900:,轮播子系统能够不断抓取频道的多媒体内容信息(获取有线电视数据),如多媒体内容的名称、上下线状态、第三方id、播放画面等信息,并且在多媒体内容信息发生变更时,同步至内容子系统,内容子系统将多媒体内容信息同步至推荐子系统,便于推荐子系统确定与请求参数信息对应的直播频道列表。
步骤901:控制器接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求;

步骤909:在线子系统向控制器发送直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备;

通过上述流程可见,本公开通过显示设备和服务器的交互实现上述频道处理方法,显示设备的控制器首先接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于该操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求,然后控制器发送频道推荐请求至服务器;服务器接收到频道推荐请求之后,基于该频道推荐请求中包含的请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将直播频道列表、推荐频道列表和多媒体内容信息反馈给显示设备;最后显示设备接收到多媒体内容信息之后,基于显示器的当前显示界面,控制显示器在不同的位置展示多媒体内容信息,通过上述显示设备和服务器的交互过程,确定的推荐频道与用户的请求参数信息有关,更加符合用户需求,并且通过在当前显示界面的不同位置展示推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,能够使得用户快速选择喜欢的频道,提高用户的使用体验,扩展显示设备的功能。
为更加提高用户的观看体验,本公开还提供了一种用于显示设备的媒资搜索流程示意图,参见图10,为一种用于服务器的媒资搜索的流程示意图。
如图10所示,用于显示设备的媒资搜索流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤S101:接收关键词对应的媒资搜索操作。
在一些实施例中,用户可在显示设备上显示的媒资搜索框内输入想要观看的媒资对应 的关键词,以向显示设备输入媒资搜索操作,该媒资搜索操作也可称为搜索指令,其中,媒资搜索框可为显示设备的视频点播程序的界面显示的搜索框,关键词可为媒资名称。
步骤S102:响应于所述媒资搜索操作,生成包含所述关键词的媒资搜索请求,向服务器发送所述媒资搜索请求,使所述服务器将所述关键词与当前电子节目菜单中的媒资名称进行匹配以确定所述关键词对应的第一直播媒资,在所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间在所述第一直播媒资的直播时间范围内时,将包含所述第一直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备。
在一些实施例中,显示设备在接收到媒资搜索操作后,可生成包含关键词的媒资搜索请求,向服务器发送媒资搜索请求,使服务器根据该媒资搜索请求搜索关键词对应的直播媒资,该关键词对应的直播媒资可称为第一直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间可为媒资搜索请求中携带的时间,该时间可为显示设备发出媒资搜索请求的时间,或者,第一时间还可为服务器接收到该媒资搜索请求的时间。
在一些实施例中,显示设备也可在媒资搜索请求中添加直播标识,使服务器根据该直播标识搜索关键词对应的直播媒资和点播媒资,或根据该直播标识仅搜索关键词对应的直播媒资,若媒资搜索请求中不包含直播标识,则服务器不搜索直播媒资,仅搜索点播媒资。其中,直播标识可由显示设备根据进入搜索页面前的页面确定是否添加,例如,若进入搜索页面前的页面是第一主页和第二主页,则添加直播标识,若进入搜索页面前的页面不是第一主页或第二主页,而是第三主页,则不添加直播标识。在本公开的某一实施例中,第一主页可为视频点播程序的直播频道主页,第二主页可为视频点播程序的一些预设频道主页,如影视频道主页,第三主页可为视频点播程序的另一些预设频道主页,如少儿频道主页。
在一些实施例中,显示设备可默认在媒资搜索请求中添加搜索标识,根据显示设备根据进入搜索页面前的页面不同,搜索标识可不相同。例如,若进入搜索页面前的页面是第一主页,则搜索标识可为第一标识,第一标识用于使服务器仅搜索直播媒资,不搜索点播媒资;若进入搜索页面前的页面是第二主页,则搜索标识可为第二标识,第二标识用于使服务器搜索直播媒资和点播媒资;若进入搜索页面前的页面是第三主页,则搜索标识可为第三标识,第三标识用于使服务器仅搜索点播媒资,不搜索直播媒资。
步骤S103:接收所述频道标识,生成并控制所述显示器显示媒资搜索结果界面,所述媒资搜索结果界面设置有对应所述频道标识的频道控件。
在一些实施例中,显示设备向服务器发送媒资搜索请求后,可接收到服务器反馈的搜索结果,显示设备根据搜索结果生成并显示媒资搜索结果界面。
在一些实施例中,若搜索结果包含频道标识,则显示设备可生成频道标识对应的频道控件,将频道控件显示在媒资搜索结果界面。
在一些实施例中,若搜索结果包含媒资标识,且媒资标识未设置有关联的频道标识,则显示设备可生成该媒资标识对应的媒资控件,将媒资控件显示在媒资搜索结果界面。
由图10可见,显示设备在接收到用户输入的媒资搜索操作后,可向服务器发送媒资搜索请求,使服务器反馈关键词对应的直播频道的频道标识,在媒资搜索结果界面展示频道控件,从而用户可在媒资搜索结果界面快速进入想要观看的直播媒资所在的直播频道,与遍历直播频道相比,大幅提高了直播媒资的搜索效率。
参见图11,用于服务器的媒资搜索流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤S201:接收显示设备的媒资搜索请求,所述媒资搜索请求包含关键词。
在一些实施例中,显示设备发送的媒资搜索请求中包含关键词,关键词可为用户在显示设备上输入的文本或输入的语音指令转换成的文本。用户可将想要观看的媒资或直播频道作为关键词在显示设备上进行输入。
在一些实施例中,媒资搜索请求还可包括搜索标识,搜索标识用于确定媒资搜索范围,媒资搜索范围可包括电子节目单和媒资信息集,电子节目单对应的媒资为直播媒资,媒资信息集对应的媒资为点播媒资。媒资信息集可包括大量点播媒资的媒资信息,如媒资ID、播放地址等信息,媒资信息集为一个包含多个子集的信息集,对应着多个媒资类型,每个子集对应一种媒资类型,媒资信息集的子集和电子节目单均是只对应单一媒资类型的单一信息集。
步骤S202:响应于所述媒资搜索请求,将所述关键词与当前电子节目菜单中的媒资名称进行匹配以确定所述关键词对应的第一直播媒资;其中,所述当前电子节目菜单为频道标识、媒资名称和媒资直播时间之间的映射关系,所述媒资名称随所述当前电子节目菜单的更新而更新。
在一些实施例中,为推广显示设备可直接搜索直播节目的功能,服务器在接收到媒资搜索请求后,无论媒资搜索请求是否包含搜索标识,均确定搜索范围包括电子节目单,因此,服务器在接收到媒资搜索请求后,可在电子节目单中匹配与关键词相关度达到阈值的直播节目的媒资名称,得到第一匹配结果,第一匹配结果可包含该直播节目的频道ID、频道开始播放时间、频道结束播放时间等信息的第一匹配结果。
在一些实施例中,第一匹配结果也可仅包含频道标识。
在一些实施例中,为保障搜索结果符合用户需求的准确性,除了搜索电子节目单,服务器还根据媒资搜索请求中的媒资标识确定媒资搜索范围。
例如,若搜索标识为影视,即搜索标识为第二标识,除了电子节目单,还将媒资信息集加入到媒资搜索范围,使媒资搜索范围包括电子节目单和媒资信息集,从而根据第二标识可搜索到关键词对应的直播媒资和点播媒资,其中,该直播媒资和点播媒资的媒资名称均与关键词的相关度达到阈值,该直播媒资需要用户进在该直播媒资的播放时间范围内进入相应的直播频道进行观看,该点播媒资用户可随时观看。若搜索标识为直播,即搜索标识为第一标识,则确定媒资搜索范围只包括电子节目单。
在一些实施例中,为保障搜索结果符合用户需求的准确性,服务器也可只在一些场景下搜索直播媒资,在另一些场景下不搜索直播媒资。例如,若搜索标识为直播,即搜索标识为第一标识,则确定媒资搜索范围只包括电子节目单,若搜索标识为少儿,即搜索标识 为第三标识,则只将媒资信息集中的少儿标识对应的一个子集,如少儿媒资集加入到媒资搜索范围,不将电子节目单和媒资信息集的其他子集加入到媒资搜索范围。
在一些实施例中,若媒资搜索范围包括媒资信息集或媒资信息集中的一个子集,且匹配到了一些媒资,则服务器生成第二匹配结果,第二匹配结果对应的媒资为从该媒资信息集或媒资信息集中的一个子集匹配到的媒资名称、媒资ID等信息。
步骤S203:在所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间在所述第一直播媒资的直播时间范围内时,将包含所述第一直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备,使所示显示设备在媒资搜索结果界面显示对应所述频道标识的频道控件。
在一些实施例中,若匹配结果包含第一匹配结果,则需对匹配结果进行过滤,滤除直播时间范围不包含媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间的直播媒资的媒资数据,根据第一匹配结果中直播时间范围包含该第一时间的直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识,生成搜索结果,反馈搜索结果至显示设备。
若第一直播媒资数量为1个,且第一直播媒资的播放时间范围包含媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间,则可将包含该第一直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备。
若第一直播媒资数量为多个,且多个第一直播媒资对应的频道标识相同,在其中一个第一直播媒资的直播时间范围包含所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间时,将包含所述频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备。
若第一直播媒资数量为多个,且多个所述第一直播媒资的频道标识不相同,在多个第一直播媒资的直播时间范围均包含所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间时,按照直播时间范围中的直播开始时间将多个第一直播媒资的频道标识进行排序,将包含排序后的频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备,使显示设备按照频道标识的顺序显示频道控件,例如,服务器按照直播开始时间由晚到早开始排序,使得显示设备将直播时间开始较晚的频道对应的频道控件排列较靠前,将直播时间开始较晚的频道对应的频道控件排列较靠后,有利于用户优先观看刚开始播放的直播媒资,而不是观看已播放较长时间的直播媒资,提升了用户观看直播媒资的体验。
在一些实施例中,若匹配结果包含第二匹配结果,则服务器生成的搜索结果包含过滤后的第一匹配结果以及第二匹配结果,其中,第二匹配结果用于使显示设备在媒资搜索结果界面显示根据关键词匹配到的点播媒资对应的媒资控件。
步骤S204:在所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间不在所述第一直播媒资的直播时间范围内时,不将所述第一直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识反馈给显示设备。
在一些实施例中,若匹配结果包含第一匹配结果,对于从第一匹配结果中滤除的直播时间范围不包含媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间的直播媒资的频道标识,不反馈至显示设备,避免了显示设备显示该频道标识对应的频道控件后,用户点击该频道控件无法观看该直播媒资的问题。
上述实施例示出了媒资搜索过程,根据该媒资搜索过程,显示设备可显示媒资搜索结 果界面,媒资搜索结果界面可包括频道控件和媒资控件,若用户想要观看直播,可点击其中一个频道控件以进入该频道控件对应的直播频道,显示设备对用户点击频道控件的响应流程可参见图12,包括如下步骤:
步骤S301:接收频道控件的触发操作。
在一些实施例中,媒资搜索结果界面可包括频道控件和媒资控件,每个频道控件对应一个直播频道中的直播媒资,每个媒资控件对应一个点播媒资。
用户可通过点击频道控件的方式点播一个第一直播媒资,该用户点播的第一直播媒资可称为目标媒资。
步骤S302:响应于所述频道控件的触发操作,若当前终端时间在所述频道控件对应的目标媒资的播放时间范围内,向服务器发送包含所述目标媒资的媒资标识和频道标识的第一播放请求,使所述服务器根据所述媒资标识和频道标识获取所述目标媒资的播放时间范围,若所述第一播放请求对应的第二时间不在所述播放时间范围内,向所述显示设备反馈播放结束标识,其中,所述搜索结果还包括所述目标媒资的媒资标识和播放时间范围。
在一些实施例中,第一播放请求对应的第二时间可为第一播放请求中携带的时间,该时间可为显示设备发出第一播放请求的时间,或者,第二时间还可为服务器接收到该第一播放请求的时间。
在一些实施例中,若显示设备在生成该媒资搜索结果界面之前接收到的搜索结果包括第一直播媒资的媒资标识和播放时间范围,则显示设备可判断当前终端时间是否在目标媒资的播放时间范围内。
若当前终端时间在播放时间范围内,则向所述服务器发送第一播放请求,第一播放请求包含目标媒资的媒资标识和频道标识。若当前终端时间不在播放时间范围内,则不向所述服务器发送第一播放请求,而是显示回放控件,回放控件的显示可参见步骤S303的相关描述。
步骤S303:根据所述播放结束标识显示回放控件。
在一些实施例中,显示设备在发送第一播放请求后,若接收到服务器反馈的结束播放标识,则显示播放结束提示界面,用户向显示设备输入返回指令可退出该播放结束提示界面。
在一些实施例中,播放结束提示界面设置有回放控件,该回放控件被配置为响应于触发时生成第二播放请求,第二播放请求包括目标媒资所在频道的频道标识、目标媒资的媒资标识和回看标识。
在一些实施例中,播放结束提示界面还设置有下一节目控件,该下一节目控件被配置为响应于触发时生成第三播放请求,所述第三播放请求包括目标媒资所在频道的频道标识、目标媒资的媒资标识和下一节目标识,若用户点击该下一节目控件,显示设备可向服务器请求下一节目的播放地址,以播放下一节目,其中,下一节目为该直播频道当前正在直播的直播媒资,或该直播频道在目标媒资播放完后播放的下一媒资。
在一些实施例中,显示设备也可不生成播放结束提示界面,而是刷新当前界面,在刷 新后的界面显示回放控件和下一节目控件,便于用户继续浏览当前界面的内容。
步骤S304:接收所述回放控件的触发操作。
在一些实施例中,用户可通过点击播放提示界面的回放控件的方式向显示设备输入回放控件的触发操作。
步骤S305:响应于所述触发操作,向所述服务器发送包含所述频道标识、媒资标识和回看标识的第二播放请求,使所述服务器根据所述回看标识、频道标识和媒资标识向所述显示设备反馈所述媒资标识对应的第二播放地址。
在一些实施例中,显示设备响应于回放控件被触发,生成第二播放请求,向服务器发送第二播放请求。
步骤S306:根据所述第二播放地址回放所述媒资标识对应的媒资。
在一些实施例中,显示设备在发送第二播放请求后,若接收到服务器的回放参数,从回放参数中提取出回看地址,根据该回看地址播放目标媒资。
由图12可见,本公开实施例的显示设备在向服务器请求直播媒资的播放数据后,根据服务器下发的播放结束标识,生成回放控件,使用户可通过回放控件对直播媒资进行回看,解决了用户点播直播媒资时,直播媒资已播放完毕而无法观看的问题。
需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,若显示设备在生成媒资搜索结果界面之前,接收到的搜索结果仅包括频道标识,不包含第一直播媒资的媒资标识和直播时间范围,则显示设备在接收到频道控件的触发指令后,可不判断当前终端时间是否在直播时间范围内,而是直接向服务器发送仅包含频道标识或仅包含频道标识以及关键词的播放请求,其中,该关键词为用户在步骤S101中输入的关键词。
服务器若接收到不包含媒资标识的播放请求,可根据步骤S201中接收到的关键词,或根据播放请求中的关键词,在步骤S203生成的匹配结果中查询关键词对应的直播媒资,即确定目标媒资的媒资标识。为实现图12所示的用于显示设备的直播媒资回看操作,本公开实施例还提供了一种应用于服务器的直播媒资回看方法,参见图13,该直播媒资回看方法可包括如下步骤:
步骤S401:接收显示设备的第一播放请求,所述第一播放请求包括媒资标识。
在一些实施例中,服务器接收到第一播放请求后,可从第一播放请求中提取出媒资标识,根据该媒资标识查询该目标媒资的媒资类型、播放地址等媒资数据,其中,若媒资类型为直播类型,则媒资数据可包括播放时间范围,播放地址包括直播地址和回看地址。
步骤S402:响应于所述第一播放请求,在所述媒资标识对应的媒资类型为直播类型时,若当前服务器时间不在所述媒资标识对应的直播时间范围内,向所述显示设备反馈直播结束标识,使所述显示设备根据所述直播结束标识显示回放控件。
在一些实施例中,服务器在接收到第一播放请求后,根据媒资标识可获取目标媒资的媒资类型,若媒资类型为直播类型,可比较当前服务器时间或第一播放请求中携带的时间与目标媒资的播放时间范围,若当前服务器时间不在播放时间范围内,可向显示设备反馈结束播放标识,若当前服务器时间在播放时间范围内,可向显示设备反馈第一直播数据, 第一直播数据可包括目标媒资的第一播放地址,显示设备可根据该第一播放地址对目标媒资进行直播。其中,当前服务器时间是服务器接收到第一播放请求的时间,该当前服务器时间晚于显示设备生成目标媒资的媒资控件对应界面的时间,第一播放请求中携带的时间为显示设备发出第一播放请求的时间,第一播放地址可为根据直播地址以及当前服务器时间得到的实时直播地址。
步骤S403:接收所述显示设备的第二播放请求,所述第二播放请求包括所述媒资标识和回看标识,其中,所述显示设备根据所述回放控件被触发生成所述第二播放请求。
在一些实施例中,服务器接收到第二播放请求后,根据第二播放请求中的回看标识,可向显示设备反馈第二直播数据,第二直播数据可包括目标媒资的第二播放地址,显示设备可根据该第二播放地址回播目标媒资,其中,第二播放地址可为目标媒资在回放数据源的播放地址。
步骤S404:响应于所述第二播放请求,根据所述回看标识向所述显示设备反馈所述媒资标识对应的第二播放地址,使所述显示设备根据所述第二播放地址回放所述媒资标识对应的媒资。
在一些实施例中,服务器接收到该第二播放请求后,根据第二播放请求中的回看标识,可向显示设备反馈第二直播数据,第二直播数据可包括目标媒资的第二播放地址,显示设备可根据该第二播放地址播放目标媒资,该第二直播数据也可称为回放参数。
由图13可见,本公开实施例的服务器接收到显示设备的第一播放请求后,可判断直播媒资是否已结束播放,若已结束播放向显示设备发送结束标识,使显示设备显示回放控件,用户点击回放控件后,服务器可将直播媒资的回放参数下发给显示设备,使显示设备可根据回放地址播放该直播媒资,解决了用户点播直播媒资时,直播媒资已播放完毕而无法观看的问题。
根据图12、图13所示的内容,在本公开的某一实施例中,显示设备是在9:59:00生成的媒资搜索结果界面,目标媒资的播放时间范围是9:00:00~10:00:00,用户点击目标媒资对应的媒资控件的时间为9:59:30,显示设备接收到该媒资控件的点击时间为9:59:50,则当前终端时间为9:59:50。还是以显示设备是在9:59:00生成的媒资搜索结果界面为例,服务器接收到第一播放请求的时间为10:00:30,则当前服务器时间为10:00:30,服务器可根据10:00:30已经不在9:00:00~10:00:00范围内,向显示设备发送播放结束标识,显示设备显示回放控件后,用户可点击该回放控件观看该目标媒资,解决了用户在媒资搜索结果界面点击一个直播媒资后无法观看的问题。
为对本公开实施例提供的直播媒资回看方法做进一步说明,下面结合媒资的搜索过程、点播过程的时序图以及显示设备的界面图进行介绍。
参见图14,为本公开实施例提供的一种媒资搜索过程的时序图,图14中,在线子系统、搜索子系统和内容子系统为服务器端的功能系统,可设置在一个服务器或多个服务器上,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。在线子系统用于与显示设备和其他子系统进行交互,可对来自显示设备的请求进行响应;内容子系统用于存储媒资数据,媒资数据可包括海量 媒资的媒资详情数据,媒资详情数据可包括播放地址、媒资类型、媒资标识等数据,搜索子系统用于对内容子系统内的媒资数据进行搜索,包括下述步骤:
步骤1401:用户向显示设备输入搜索指令;
步骤1402:显示设备基于该搜索指令向在线子系统发送没提搜索请求;
步骤1403:在线子系统向搜索子系统获取搜索结果;
步骤1404:搜索子系统进行媒资匹配;
步骤1405:搜索子系统向在线子系统返回匹配结果;
步骤1406:在线子系统向内容子系统获取媒资详情数据;
步骤1407:内容子系统向在线子系统返回媒资详情数据;
步骤1408:在线子系统生成搜索结果;
步骤1409:在线子系统向显示设备返回搜索结果;
步骤1410:显示设备将搜索结果进行显示。
在一些实施例中,用户可在显示设备上的视频点播程序的一个界面输入搜索指令。参见图15,为一种视频点播程序的首页示意图,如图15所示,视频点播程序的首页可设置有多个导航栏500以及位于导航栏500上方的搜索控件501以及位于导航栏500下发的内容展示区。导航栏500可包括多个导航控件,如“我的”控件、“推荐”控件、“影视”控件、“综艺”控件、“少儿”控件、“教育”控件等等,每个导航控件对应一个主页,当不同的导航控件被选中时,内容展示区展示的内容为不同主页的内容。
在一些实施例中,导航栏500还可包括“直播”控件,“直播”控件对应的主页可显示多个频道控件,每个频道控件对应一个直播频道,该主页上的频道控件响应于触发时进入该频道控件对应的直播频道。
在本公开的某一实施例中,“直播”控件对应的主页可称为第一主页,“影视”控件对应的主页可称为第二主页,“少儿”控件对应的主页可称为第三主页。
在一些实施例中,搜索控件501可被配置为与导航栏500设置有动态对应关系,若当前内容展示区是其中一个导航控件,如“电视剧”控件对应主页的内容,则此时搜索控件501与“电视剧”控件设置有对应关系,若当前内容展示区是“电影”控件对应主页的内容,则此时搜索控件501与“电影”控件设置有对应关系,若当前内容展示区是“综艺”控件对应的内容,则此时搜索控件501与“综艺”控件设置有对应关系。
图15中,页面的焦点在“影视”控件上,该页面为“影视”控件对应的影视主页,即第二主页。在该第二主页,用户可点击搜索控件501以进入图16所示的搜索页面,在图16所示的搜索页面,用户可向显示设备输入搜索指令,搜索指令可包括关键词。
在一些实施例中,显示设备根据接收到搜索指令,可生成媒资搜索请求,将媒资搜索请求发送给在线子系统。
在一些实施例中,媒资搜索请求可包括keyword(关键词),deviceId(设备ID),appVersion(终端版本),license(牌照),appType(主搜索意图产品),customerId(用户ID),pageId(页码),pageSize(每页数量),appPackageName(应用包名)等参数。其中, appType可为搜索标识,在本公开的某一实施例中,若搜索控件501对应的导航控件为“电影”控件或“电视控件”,则appType为影视,即第二标识若搜索控件501对应的导航控件为“少儿”控件,则appType为少儿,即第三标识;keyword用于进行媒资匹配;appVersion、license、appPackageName为设备能力参数,用于筛选搜索到的媒资;deviceId和customerId用于进行搜索合法性校验以及生成搜索记录;pageId和pageSize用于在搜索结果包含多条数据时,将搜索结果进行分页显示。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统在接收到媒资搜索请求后,校验媒资搜索请求中的deviceId和customerId是否有效,保障搜索安全性。在校验成功后,将媒资搜索请求中的keyword、appVersion、license、appPackageName、pageId和pageSize分别按照预设的参数转换规则转换为搜索子系统可识别的参数,根据转换后的参数调用搜索子系统,使搜索子系统根据该转换后的参数进行媒资匹配,得到并向在线子系统返回匹配结果。
在一些实施例中,除了显示设备在媒资搜索请求中发送的参数,在线子系统还可添加组装es(Elasticsearch,搜索引擎解决方案)的精细过滤条件到搜索子系统,以提高搜索结果的精准性。
在一些实施例中,搜索子系统可根据主搜索意图产品确定一个主要的搜索产品范围,即媒资搜索范围,其中,若主搜索意图产品为影视意图,则搜索的媒资类型可包括直播类型和非直播类型,其中,对于直播类型,可通过关键词和当前搜索子系统的时间匹配预先分词的直播媒资的媒资名称,即节目名称,过滤掉不在当前时间直播的节目,得到一些匹配的直播节目数据,对于非直播类型,可通过关键词匹配预先分词的点播媒资的媒资名称,得到一些匹配的非直播类型的媒资数据。除了在该主要的搜索产品范围进行搜索,还可在其他意图产品对应的范围进行搜索,例如,若主搜索意图为影视意图,还可在少儿意图对应的产品范围进行搜索,得到一些匹配的媒资数据。最终将匹配出的全部媒资数据按照意图产品进行分组,将分组后的媒资数据封装成匹配结果返回在线子系统,其中,在匹配结果中,将主搜索意图产品对应的媒资数据排列在第一位,将其他意图产品对应的媒资数据排列在主搜素意图产品对应的媒资数据之后。
在一些实施例中,搜索子系统在匹配媒资数据时,还可计算每条媒资数据的匹配度,根据匹配度选出预设数量的媒资数据作为精选意图产品对应的媒资数据,在匹配结果中,将精选意图产品对应的媒资数据排列在第一位,将主搜索意图产品对应的媒资数据排列在第二位,将其他意图产品对应的媒资数据排列在精选意图产品和主搜素意图产品对应的媒资数据之后。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统在得到搜索子系统返回的媒资数据后,从媒资数据中提取出索引信息,根据索引信息向内容子系统获取每个媒资的媒资详情数据,生成搜索结果,其中,索引信息可包括媒资标识,对于直播媒资,媒资详情数据可包括频道ID、节目ID、节目名称、频道名称、节目开始时间、节目结束时间、节目海报图、播放地址等数据,节目ID即媒资ID。
需要说明的是,未到达播放时间的直播媒资,内容子系统中该媒资的媒资详情数据中 不包含播放地址,已开始播放的直播媒资,内容子系统中该媒资的媒资详情数据中包含播放地址,播放地址包括直播媒资在直播数据源的直播地址,对于不同的直播媒资,直播数据源可能在不同的服务器上,例如,显示设备方的直播媒资,其直播数据源位于显示设备方的服务器,第三方的直播媒资,其直播数据源位于第三方服务器。
未播放完毕的直播媒资,内容子系统中该媒资的媒资详情数据中的播放地址不包含该媒资的回放地址,回放地址为直播媒资在回放数据源的回放地址,若一个直播媒资已直播完毕,则内容子系统可得到该直播媒资在回放数据源的回放地址,并将该回放地址存储到该媒资的媒资详情数据中,并将媒资详情数据中的直播地址设置为失效或删除。对于不同的直播媒资,回放数据源可能在不同的服务器上。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统得到媒资详情数据后,还可从在线子系统的数据库中获取每个媒资的角标信息,将角标信息添加到搜索结果中,其中,角标信息可包括直播标识、院线标识、轮播标识等标识。在线子系统将搜索结果反馈给显示设备后,显示设备可在搜索页面显示部分搜索结果,如图16所示,在搜索页面可设置有搜索结果展示区域502,该区域可展示部分搜索结果,若用户判定该部分搜索结果与自己想要观看的媒资偏差较大,可在搜索控件501中重新输入关键词,若用户判定该部分搜索结果与自己想要观看的媒资较为接近或已经包含了自己想要观看的媒资,可将显示设备的焦点移动至搜索结果展示区域502,此时,显示设备响应于焦点的移动,可展示图17所示的媒资搜索结果界面,在该媒资搜索结果界面展示更为全面的搜索结果。
如图17所示,媒资搜索结果界面的可有分类控件503以及位于分类控件503下方的操作控件504。每个分类控件503可对应一个搜索意图产品,第一个分类控件对应的搜索意图产品可为主搜索意图产品或为精选意图产品。操作控件504可显示角标信息,例如,对于直播媒资,可显示“直播”角标。操作控件504可为对应一个直播频道的频道控件或为对应一个点播媒资的媒资控件,其中,频道控件可展示第一直播媒资的海报。
在一些实施例中,用户在图17所示的媒资搜索结果界面点击一个频道控件后,一种直播媒资的播放时序图可参见图18,如图18所示,包括下述步骤:
步骤1801:用户点击显示设备当前展示的一个频道控件;
步骤1802:显示设备判断是否在直播时间范围内;
步骤1803:若是,则显示设备向在线子系统发送第一播放请求;
步骤1804:在线子系统获取媒资详情;
步骤1805:在线子系统判断是否在播放时间范围内;
步骤1806:若是,则在线子系统向显示设备返回第一播放参数;
步骤1807:显示设备向直播数据源获取直播数据;
步骤1808:直播数据源将直播数据返回显示设备。
通过上述步骤可知,本公开的显示设备在接收到用户对频道控件的点播操作后,可从该频道控件对应的媒资详情数据中获取第一直播媒资的节目开始时间和节目结束时间,若当前终端时间在节目开始时间和节目结束时间之间,则表明当前终端时间在直播时间范围 内,此时,显示设备可发送第一播放请求到在线子系统。第一播放请求可包括节目ID、媒资类型、节目开始时间等多个参数,便于在线子系统快速筛选出用户想要观看的直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统可根据当前服务器时间,即在线子系统的当前系统时间判断该直播媒资是否在播放时间范围内,若在播放时间范围内,可根据媒资ID和频道ID从该媒资的详情数据中获取播放地址,该播放地址设置有直播标识和播放时间参数,直播标识用于表示该播放地址属于直播地址,播放时间参数表示需要从哪个时间开始播放该直播媒资。服务器根据直播标识判定播放地址为直播地址后,可将播放地址中的播放时间参数编辑为当前系统时间,得到直播流地址,将该直播流地址进行防盗链处理后生成第一播放地址,将该第一播放地址反馈给显示设备。
在一些实施例中,显示设备接收到第一播放地址后,可根据该第一播放地址向直播数据源获取直播数据,根据该直播数据从起始播放时间对直播媒资进行播放。直播媒资的一个播放界面可参见图19,如图19所示,直播媒资已播放至第25分钟,用户可从第25分钟开始观看该直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统在接收到第一播放请求后,若判定当前系统时间在直播媒资的播放时间范围内,还可进一步判断当前系统时间是否已超过播放时间范围的中间时间,若已超过,还可将播放地址中的播放时间参数编辑为直播时间范围的播放开始时间,得到直播流地址,将该直播流地址进行防盗链处理后生成第三播放地址,将第三播放地址和第一播放地址反馈给显示设备。显示设备根据接收到第三播放地址和第一播放地址,生成图20所示的播放过半提示界面。
参见图20,播放过半提示界面可设置有继续观看控件505和从头观看控件506,其中,继续观看控件505被配置为响应于触发时根据第一播放地址向直播数据源获取直播数据,以使显示设备从当前终端时间开始播放直播媒资,从头观看控件506被配置为响应于触发时根据第三播放地址向直播数据源获取直播数据,以使显示设备从直播开始时间开始播放直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统若判定当前系统时间已超过播放时间范围的中间时间,还可向所述显示设备反馈播放过半标识,使所述显示设备显示所述从头观看控件或回放控件。
在一些实施例中,用户在图17所示的媒资搜索结果界面点击一个频道控件后,一种直播媒资的播放时序图可参见图21,包括下述步骤:
步骤2101:用户点击显示设备当前展示的一个频道控件;
步骤2102:显示设备判断是否在直播时间范围内;
步骤2103:若在线子系统判断未在时间范围内,则向显示设备发送播放结束标识;此时显示设备会根据该播放结束标识显示播放提示界面;
步骤2104:若显示设备判断未在时间范围内,则显示播放结束提示界面;
步骤2105:用户点击显示设备当前展示的回放控件;
步骤2106:显示设备向在线子系统发送第二播放请求;
步骤2107:在线子系统向显示设备返回第二播放参数;
步骤2108:显示设备向回放数据源获取回放数据;
步骤2109:回放数据源向显示设备返回回放数据。
通过上述流程,本公开的显示设备若判断当前终端时间晚于节目结束时间,则表明当前终端时间不在直播时间范围内,此时,显示设备可显示播放结束提示界面。或者,若显示设备判定当前终端时间在直播之间范围内,但在线子系统判定当前系统时间不在直播时间范围内,则在线子系统向显示设备返回播放结束标识,显示设备根据该播放结束标识显示播放提示界面。
参见图22,为一种播放结束提示界面的示意图,如图22所示,播放结束提示界面可设置有回放控件507和下一节目控件508,图22中,回放控件507的显示内容为:观看回看,用于提示用户回看该直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,若用户在图19所示的界面中点击回放控件507,则显示设备向在线子系统发送第二播放请求,第二播放请求可包括媒资ID、频道ID和回看标识。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统接收到第二播放请求后,可根据媒资ID和频道ID向内容子系统重新获取该媒资ID的媒资详情数据,以得到该媒资ID的回放地址,其中,回放地址设置有回放标识,回放标识用于表示该播放地址属于回放地址。
在一些实施例中,在线子系统得到回放地址后,将回放地址进行防盗链处理后生成第二播放地址,将该第二播放地址反馈给显示设备,以提高播放安全性。
在一些实施例中,显示设备接收到第二播放地址后,可根据该第二播放地址向回放数据源获取回放数据,根据该回放数据对直播媒资进行回放。直播媒资的一个回放界面可参见图23,如图23所示,直播媒资从第0分钟开始回放该直播媒资。
在一些实施例中,用户在图22所示的界面点击下一节目控件508后,一种直播媒资的播放时序图可参见图24,如图24所示,显示设备向在线子系统发送第三播放请求,第二播放请求可包括媒资ID、频道ID和下一节目标识,包括下述步骤:
步骤2401:用户点击显示设备当前展示的一个直播媒资的媒资控件;
步骤2402:显示设备判断是否在直播时间范围内;
步骤2403:若在线子系统判断未在时间范围内,则向显示设备发送播放结束标识;此时显示设备会根据该播放结束标识显示播放提示界面;

在一些实施例中,在线子系统接收到第三播放请求后,可根据频道ID和当前系统时间向内容子系统检索该频道ID对应频道的符合当前播放时间的直播节目,得到该直播节目的节目ID,根据节目ID、频道ID、当前系统时间作为参数在内容子系统中获取该直播节目的直播流地址,将该直播流地址进行防盗链处理后生成第三播放地址,将包含第三播放地址的第三播放参数反馈给显示设备。
在一些实施例中,显示设备接收到第三播放地址后,可根据该第三播放地址向回放数据源获取直播数据,根据该直播数据对下一节目进行播放。
由上述实施例可见,本公开实施例实现了直播媒资和非直播媒资的综合搜索,提高了搜索结果的全面性和丰富性;在用户点播一个直播媒资后,显示设备端对当前终端时间和直播媒资的播放时间范围进行比较,服务器端也对当前服务器时间和直播媒资的播放时间范围进行比较,若其中一个比较结果为超过播放时间范围,则显示设备显示播放结束提示界面,播放结束提示界面可设置有回放控件,用户通过回放控件可观看直播媒资的回放,解决了用户点播一个直播媒资后无法观看的问题;播放结束提示界面设置有下一节目控件,用户还可通过下一节目控件观看下一个直播媒资;进一步的,用户点播一个直播媒资后,若直播媒资已播放过半,显示设备还显示播放过半提示界面,播放过半提示界面设置有从头观看控件,用户通过从头观看控件可从头观看直播媒资,提升了直播媒资的观看体验。
本公开实施例提供一种计算机可读非易失性存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述频道处理方法执行的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,该计算机可读存储介质可以为只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示器;
    控制器,被配置为:
    接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于所述操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求;
    发送所述频道推荐请求至服务器,以使所述服务器基于所述请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,所述直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取所述推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将所述直播频道列表、所述推荐频道列表和所述多媒体内容信息反馈给所述显示设备;
    基于所述显示器的当前显示界面,控制所述显示器在不同的位置展示所述多媒体内容信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,导航界面是焦点位于主页面的导航栏中的第一导航控件时的界面,所述导航栏包括第一区域和推荐栏区域,所述第一区域用于展示直播频道列表,所述推荐栏区域用于进行频道的推荐,在所述当前显示界面是所述导航界面时,
    所述基于所述显示器的当前显示界面,控制所述显示器在不同的位置展示所述多媒体内容信息,包括:
    基于所述服务器发送的所述直播频道列表,控制所述第一区域中展示所述直播频道列表;

    根据所述推荐栏区域中包含的推荐栏位个数和所述推荐频道列表中包含的推荐频道的个数的大小关系,确定目标频道;
    针对每个目标频道,从所述目标频道对应的多媒体内容信息中获取所述目标频道对应的播放画面信息和标识信息,并控制在所述推荐栏区域中所述目标频道对应的目标推荐栏位的画面展示区域展示所述目标频道对应的播放画面信息,所述标识展示区域展示所述目标频道对应的标识信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,播放界面是在播放器全屏播放一直播频道时唤起浮层中的节目菜单的页面,在所述当前显示界面是所述播放界面时,
    所述基于所述显示器的当前显示界面,控制所述显示器在不同的位置展示所述多媒体内容信息,包括:
    基于所述预设触发条件接收所述服务器发送的所述推荐频道列表和所述各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,所述各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息中包括:所述各推荐频道对应的标识信息,所述标识信息是所述服务器从所述各推荐频道对应的节目单中获取的;
    根据所述推荐频道列表在所述浮层中显示节目菜单选项;
    基于所述服务器发送的所述直播频道列表,控制节目菜单中展示所述直播频道列表,以及根据所述推荐频道列表中包含的推荐频道在所述节目菜单中增加推荐频道项;
    在焦点位于所述推荐频道项时,在所述推荐频道项对应的子菜单栏中展示所述各推荐频道以及所述各推荐频道对应的标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显示设备,所述控制器还被配置为:
    在所述根据所述推荐栏区域中包含的推荐栏位个数和所述推荐频道列表中包含的推荐频道的个数的大小关系,确定目标频道之后,向所述服务器发送基于所述目标频道的多媒体内容信息更新请求,以使所述服务器基于所述多媒体内容信息更新请求获取所述目标频道对应的目标播放画面信息和目标标识信息,并将所述目标播放画面信息和所述目标标识信息反馈给所述显示设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一所述的显示设备,所述控制器还被配置为:
    接收关键词对应的媒资搜索操作;
    响应于所述媒资搜索操作,生成包含所述关键词的媒资搜索请求,向服务器发送所述媒资搜索请求,使所述服务器将所述关键词与当前电子节目菜单中的媒资名称进行匹配以确定所述关键词对应的第一直播媒资,在所述媒资搜索请求对应的第一时间在所述第一直播媒资的直播时间范围内时,将包含所述第一直播媒资对应的直播频道的频道标识的搜索结果反馈给显示设备;
    接收所述频道标识,生成并控制所述显示器显示媒资搜索结果界面,所述媒资搜索结 果界面设置有对应所述频道标识的频道控件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于所述频道控件的触发操作,获取当前终端时间;
    若当前终端时间在所述频道控件对应的目标媒资的播放时间范围内,则向服务器发送包含所述目标媒资的媒资标识和频道标识的第一播放请求,以使所述服务器根据所述媒资标识和频道标识获取所述目标媒资的播放时间范围。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示设备,执行所述向服务器发送包含所述目标媒资的媒资标识和频道标识的第一播放请求之后,所述控制器还被配置为:
    若所述第一播放请求对应的第二时间不在所述播放时间范围内,则向所述显示设备反馈播放结束标识,其中,所述搜索结果还包括所述目标媒资的媒资标识和播放时间范围;
    根据所述播放结束标识显示回放控件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示设备,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于所述回放控件的触发操作,通过向所述服务器发送包含所述频道标识、媒资标识和回看标识的第二播放请求,以使所述服务器根据所述回看标识、频道标识和媒资标识向所述显示设备反馈所述媒资标识对应的第二播放地址;
    所述控制器还被配置为:
    接收所述第二播放地址,根据所述第二播放地址回放所述媒资标识对应的媒资。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的显示设备,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于所述点播操作,若所述当前终端时间不在所述频道控件对应的目标媒资的播放时间范围内,显示所述回放控件。
  12. 一种用于显示设备的频道处理方法,包括:
    接收用户输入的针对显示设备的操作,响应于所述操作生成包含请求参数信息的频道推荐请求;
    发送所述频道推荐请求至服务器,以使所述服务器基于所述请求参数信息从预设数据库中获取对应的直播频道列表,所述直播频道列表包括推荐频道列表,基于预设触发条件获取所述推荐频道列表中各推荐频道对应的多媒体内容信息,并将所述直播频道列表、所述推荐频道列表和所述多媒体内容信息反馈给所述显示设备;
    基于所述显示设备的显示器的当前显示界面,控制所述显示器在不同的位置展示所述多媒体内容信息。
