媒体资源信息的处理方法、装置和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及图像通信领域,尤其涉及一种媒体资源的信息的处理方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
近年来,互联网视频资源爆发式增长,网络视频已经成为互联网的主要应用并成为用户获取电影、电视剧、体育娱乐等媒体资源的重要来源,通过互联网提供的视频直播、点播、连播、分享服务已成为用户收视的重要方式。为应对互联网挑战,广电数字电视在丰富自身直播频道、高清频道内容的同时,普及双向网络,提供点播、时移、多屏互动等交互服务,也力求向用户提供更多的内容和应用,采用安卓等操作系统的智能电视终端,包括电视机、机顶盒等,正成为厂商力推的主流产品并迅速普及。电视内容的海量、多样化,电视服务的融合、互动化,电视终端的智能、互联网化,正引导用户习惯从“看”电视向“用”电视的方向发展。然而,用户对数字电视和互联网视频的收视行为存在显著差异,在“用”电视的转变过程中经常面临困难。
在数字电视中,一套电视节目相当于模拟电视中的一个电视频道,电视节目列表是由一系列时间相继的节目事件组合而成,节目事件是对应具体时段的节目内容。数字电视采用电子节目指南(Electrnic Program Guide,EPG)来描述节目播出时间和节目信息,并通过EPG进行电视节目导航和用户交互。多年来数字电视用户已习惯于被动推送的电视节目,并通过EPG或切换频道来选择电视台设定好的电视节目。在互联网中,海量视频内容多是由视频网站通过web方式或者客户端应用方式呈现给用户,节目内容独立提供,没有时间相继的串联起来,用户需要主动浏览查找感兴趣的视频内容,视屏网站通过热点推荐、分类信息、检索等方式向用户提供视频内容导航,用户需要经过多级点选操作选定节目进行播放。一方面,面对数字电视和互联网视频两类不同媒体资源时,用户的收视习惯和操作方式转变存在一定困难,数字电视和互联网视频缺少融合的手段;另一方面,用户在面对海量媒体资源时,难以从中快速找到自己希望收看的节目事件;再一方面,面向普遍用户编排节目的数字电视频道和目前互联网视频的分类推荐方式,缺乏针对个人用户的个性化特征,也缺少个性化传播方式,与用户的个性化收视需求相矛盾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是将由电视直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络电视IPTV直播、时移、 点播节目,和/或网络视频生成的媒体资源信息编排成节目列表,以频道的方式提供给用户,以解决数字电视和互联网视频缺少融合的手段,用户难以快速获取自己希望收看的节目事件,缺乏针对个人用户的个性化特征,也缺少个性化传播方式,与用户的个性化收视需求相矛盾的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种媒体资源信息的处理方法,所述媒体资源信息由电视直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络电视IPTV直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络视频生成,所述方法包括:
服务端获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;
所述服务端获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;
所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;
所述服务端根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给所述客户端;
所述服务端接收所述客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;

第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种媒体资源信息的处理系统,所述系统包括第二方面所述的装置和客户端。
本发明通过服务端获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;根据媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给客户端;接收客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表,解决了用户的收视习惯和操作方式转变之间的困难,将数字电视和互联网视频缺少融合起来,以节目列表的方式提供给用户。

下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的媒体资源播控场景图。如图1所示,媒体资源播控的场景中,包括服务端110和客户端120。
客户端120位于家庭内部,客户端120通过双向网络和服务端110连接,服务端110通过双向网络向客户端120提供服务,客户端120通过双向网络收看媒体资源。
图2为本发明实施例一提供的媒体资源信息处理方法流程图。如图2所示,在本实 施例中,执行主体是服务端。
步骤S210,服务端获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性。
具体地,媒体资源信息由媒体资源生成,媒体资源可以是电视直播、时移或者点播节目,也可以是网络电视(Internet Protocol Television,IPTV)直播、时移或者点播节目,还可以是网络视频等互联网资源。服务端通过现有技术获取到这些媒体资源信息,比如,解析用户下载的数据包等,并将获取到的媒体资源信息保存在媒体资源信息表中,生成的媒体资源信息表可以是如表1所示的表,其中,媒体资源信息表中包括媒体特性,媒体特性包括媒体资源的名称、类型、播放来源、时长、开始结束时间、编码、速率和事件描述,其中,名称可以是电影的片名,也可以是电视剧的片名,类型可以包括直播、时移和点播,播放来源用于定位媒体资源信息,比如,有线电视直播节目的网络身份标识号码(IDentity,ID)、频道ID或者节目ID,IPTV点播节目的内容ID,网络视频的播放统一资源定位符(Uniform/Universal Resource Locator,URL),事件描述可以是电影的简介或者电视剧的简介等。
以下是媒体资源信息表的可能的一种表现形式:

步骤S220,服务端获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;
具体地,用户收视信息包括用户特性,用户特性可以包括用户的收视规律、收视喜好、收视率(热播情况),用户的收视规律可以是用户在特定时间收看特定节目的规律,比如,用户每天19:00点收看新闻联播,周末晚上收看英超比赛等;收视喜好可以是用户经常观看的节目,比如,用户经常收看体育节目,综艺节目等;热播情况可以用于节目推荐,其中,收视率可以通过收视率调查或者互联网视频网站统计的收视率获得。
需要说明的是,对步骤S210和步骤S220的顺序并不做限制,可以是服务端先获取媒体资源信息,再获取用户收视信息,也可以是服务端先获取用户收视信息,再获取媒体资源信息,还可以是服务端同时获取媒体资源信息和用户收视信息。
步骤S230,所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列。
具体地,当媒体特性是媒体资源信息的类型时,媒体资源信息的类型包括直播类媒体资源信息,时移类媒体资源信息和点播类媒体资源信息,并且服务端可以预先设定这三种媒体资源信息类型的优先级从高到低依次为直播类、时移类、点播类,服务端还可以预先设置用户特性的优先级,比如可以设置用户收视规律、收视喜好、热播情况的优先级,比如可以设置用户特性间的优先级从高到低依次为用户收视规律、收视喜好、收 视率。
如图3所示,图3为本发明实施例提供的媒体资源信息处理中生成第一序列的流程图。步骤S230包括:
步骤S301,服务端根据媒体资源信息的类型,从媒体资源信息中筛选出直播类媒体资源信息,根据筛选条件,其中,筛选条件可以是用户特性,对筛选出的直播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,直至直播类资源信息筛选完毕,生成直播类第一序列;
步骤S302,服务端根据媒体资源信息的类型,从媒体资源信息中筛选出时移类媒体资源信息,根据筛选条件,其中,筛选条件可以是用户特性,对筛选出的时移类媒体资源信息设置优先级,直至时移类资源信息筛选完毕,生成时移类第一序列;

需要说明的是,上述步骤S401-S422只是本发明的一种编排方法,本发明不限于该方法,上述步骤中频道的优先级按照频道号正序排列,频道的优先级也可以按照频道号倒叙排列。

步骤S508,客户端按照节目列表播放,遇到点播节目,进行快进、快退、暂停等交互控制,造成时间基线提前,当下一个节目事件为直播节目时,当前节目事件与直播节目事件之间存在空闲时间段;
步骤S509,客户端向服务端发送当前节目列表更新请求,请求中包括时间基线变化情况。
步骤S510,客户端按照更新的节目列表顺序播放;
步骤S511,客户端播放结束。
进一步地,服务端根据所媒体特性和用户特性,对媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列具体包括:
服务端根据媒体特性和用户特性的变化,对第一序列进行动态调整;其中,所述媒体特性包括媒体资源的名称和/或类型和/或播放来源和/或时长和/或开始结束时间和/或编码和/或速率和/或事件描述,所述用户特性包括用户收视规律和/或收视喜好和/或收视率。
具体地,当媒体特性发生变化,或者用户特性间的优先级变化,或者媒体特性和用户特性都发生变化时,服务端对生成的第一序列进行动态调整,重新生成节目列表。
需要说明的是,客户端更新节目列表的方法和生成节目列表的方法相同,这里不再赘述。节目事件是节目列表中的每一个节目,它也表格的形式呈现,其表现形式可以是如表1所示的媒体资源信息表。
本发明实施例提供的媒体资源信息处理方法,服务端获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;所述服务端获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;所述服务端根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给客户端;所述服务端接收客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;所述服务端根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表,以频道的方式提供给用户,解决了用户的收视习惯和操作方式转变之间的困难,将数字电视和互联网视频融合起来,满足了用户特性的需求。
图6为本发明实施例二提供的媒体资源信息的处理装置示意图。如图6所示,本实施例包括:第一获取单元610,第二获取单元620,排序单元630,编排单元640,接收单元650,更新单元660。
所述第一获取单元610,用于获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;
所述第二获取单元620,用于获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;
所述排序单元630,用于根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;
所述编排单元640,用于根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给客户端;
所述接收单元650,用于接收客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;
所述更新单元660,用于根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表。
进一步地,所述排序单元630具体用于:
所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性的变化,对第一序列进行动态调整;其中,所述媒体特性包括媒体资源的名称和/或类型和/或播放来源和/或时长和/或开始结束时间和/或编码和/或速率和/或事件描述,所述用户特性包括用户收视规律和/或收视喜好和/或收视率。
进一步地,所述媒体特性包括所述媒体资源信息的类型,所述类型包括直播类媒体资源信息、时移类媒体资源信息和点播类媒体资源信息;
所述排序单元630具体用于:从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出直播类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述直播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成直播类第一序列;
从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出时移类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述时移类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成时移类第一序列;
从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出点播类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述点播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成点播类第一序列;
根据所述直播类第一序列、时移类第一序列和点播类第一序列的优先级,生成第一序列。
进一步地,所述编排单元640具体用于:
当所述类型是直播类媒体资源信息时,判断第一频道的第一时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段空闲,将所述直播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的第一时间段,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段已占用,判断第二频道的第一时间段是否空闲,直至将所述直播类第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段;
当所述类型是时移类媒体资源信息时,获取直播类媒体资源信息的原始直播时间段和可时移范围;判断第一频道的原始直播时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段空闲,将所述时移类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的原始直播时间段,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段已占用,判断第一频道的可时移范围是否空闲,直至将所述时移类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段;
当所述类型是点播类媒体资源信息时,第一频道的规律时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段空闲,将所述点播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的规律时间段,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段已占用,判断第二频道的规律时间段是否空闲,直至将所述点播类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段,其中,频道的优先级为频道号大小的正序排列。
进一步地,本发明实施例还可以包括拆分单元,用于将一个节目列表按照频道号拆分为多个节目列表。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供了一种媒体资源信息的处理系统,所述系统包括如图6所示的装置以及客户端。
应用本发明实施例提供的媒体资源信息处理装置,第一获取单元,获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;第二获取单元,获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;排序单元,根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;编排单元,根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给客户端;接收单元,接收客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;更新单元,根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表,以频道的方式提供给用户,解决了用户的收视习惯和操作方式转变之间的困难,将数字电视和互联网视频融合起来,满足了用户特性的需求。
最后所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种媒体资源信息的处理方法,所述媒体资源信息由电视直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络电视IPTV直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络视频生成,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务端获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;
    所述服务端获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;
    所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;
    所述服务端根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给所述客户端;
    所述服务端接收所述客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;
    所述服务端根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列具体包括:
    所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性的变化,对所述第一序列进行动态调整;其中,所述媒体特性包括媒体资源的名称和/或类型和/或播放来源和/或时长和/或开始结束时间和/或编码和/或速率和/或事件描述,所述用户特性包括用户收视规律和/或收视喜好和/或收视率。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述媒体特性包括所述媒体资源的类型,所述类型包括直播类媒体资源信息、时移类媒体资源信息和点播类媒体资源信息;
    所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列具体包括:
    所述服务端从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出直播类媒体资源信息,根据预设的用户特性的优先级,对所述直播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成直播类第一序列;
    所述服务端从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出时移类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述时移类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成时移类第一序列;
    所述服务端从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出点播类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述点播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成点播类第一序列;
    所述服务端根据所述直播类第一序列、时移类第一序列和点播类第一序列的优先级,生成第一序列。
  4. 如权利要求1或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务端根据预设的频道的时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段具体包括:
    当所述类型是直播类媒体资源信息时,所述服务端判断第一频道的第一时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段空闲,将所述直播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的第一时间段,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段已占用,判断第二频道的第一时间段是否空闲,直至将所述直播类第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段;
    当所述类型是时移类媒体资源信息时,所述服务端获取直播类媒体资源信息的原始直播时间段和可时移范围;所述服务端判断第一频道的原始直播时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段空闲,将所述时移类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的原始直播时间段,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段已占用,判断第一频道的可时移范围是否空闲,直至将所述时移类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段;
    当所述类型是点播类媒体资源信息时,所述服务端判断第一频道的规律时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段空闲,将所述点播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的规律时间段,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段已占用,判断第二频道的规律时间段是否空闲,直至将所述点播类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段,其中,频道的优先级为频道号大小的正序排列。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述服务端可以生成一个节目列表;或者,
    所述服务端根据频道号,将所述一个节目列表拆分为多个节目列表。
  6. 一种媒体资源信息的处理装置,所述媒体资源信息由电视直播、时移、点播节 目,和/或网络电视IPTV直播、时移、点播节目,和/或网络视频生成,其特征在于,所述装置包括:第一获取单元,第二获取单元,排序单元,编排单元,接收单元,更新单元;
    所述第一获取单元,用于获取媒体资源信息,其中,所述媒体资源信息包括媒体特性;
    所述第二获取单元,用于获取客户端的用户收视信息,其中,所述用户收视信息包括用户特性;
    所述排序单元,用于根据所述媒体特性和用户特性,对所述媒体资源信息进行排序,生成第一序列;
    所述编排单元,用于根据预设的频道和时间段的优先级,将所述第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段,生成节目列表,并将所述节目列表发送给所述客户端;
    所述接收单元,用于接收所述客户端发送的更新请求,其中,所述更新请求包括时间基线变化情况;
    所述更新单元,用于根据所述时间基线变化情况更新所述节目列表。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述排序单元具体用于:
    所述服务端根据所述媒体特性和用户特性的变化,对第一序列进行动态调整;其中,所述媒体特性包括媒体资源的名称和/或类型和/或播放来源和/或时长和/或开始结束时间和/或编码和/或速率和/或事件描述,所述用户特性包括用户收视规律和/或收视喜好和/或收视率。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述媒体特性包括所述媒体资源信息的类型,所述类型包括直播类媒体资源信息、时移类媒体资源信息和点播类媒体资源信息;
    所述排序单元具体用于:从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出直播类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述直播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成直播类第一序列;
    从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出时移类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述时移类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成时移类第一序列;
    从所述媒体资源信息中筛选出点播类媒体资源信息,根据用户特性,对所述点播类媒体资源信息设置优先级,生成点播类第一序列;
    根据所述直播类第一序列、时移类第一序列和点播类第一序列的优先级,生成第一序列。
  9. 如权利要求6或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述编排单元具体用于:
    当所述类型是直播类媒体资源信息时,判断第一频道的第一时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段空闲,将所述直播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的第一时间段,如果所述第一频道的第一时间段己占用,判断第二频道的第一时间段是否空闲,直至将所述直播类第一序列编排进空闲频道的时间段;
    当所述类型是时移类媒体资源信息时,获取直播类媒体资源信息的原始直播时间段和可时移范围;判断第一频道的原始直播时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段空闲,将所述时移类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的原始直播时间段,如果所述第一频道的原始直播时间段己占用,判断第一频道的可时移范围是否空闲,直至将所述时移类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段;
    当所述类型是点播类媒体资源信息时,第一频道的规律时间段是否空闲,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段空闲,将所述点播类第一序列中优先级最高的编排进所述第一频道的规律时间段,如果所述第一频道的规律时间段已占用,判断第二频道的规律时间段是否空闲,直至将所述点播类第一序列编排进所述空闲频道的时间段,其中,频道的优先级为频道号大小的正序排列。
  10. 一种媒体资源信息的处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括如权利要求6至9所述的装置和客户端。
