技术领域
本申请涉及智能设备及视频检测技术领域,特别地,涉及一种显示设备、服务器及视频推荐的方法。
背景技术
视频推荐系统根据用户观看视频、或电视的记录,自动为用户推荐并呈现与用户所观看视频相关的视频,可以避免用户手动搜索,帮助用户找到感兴趣的视频,增加用户在视频网站上的停留时间。
在一些视频推荐的实现中,用户通过电视预装的应用程序观看视频,然后在应用程序中获取用户的观看记录,通过搜索相关视频、确定视频之间的相似度,进而根据相似度的大小向用户推荐视频。
发明内容

应当理解的是,不同的视图显示区,尤其是分别属于不同图层中的视图显示区,可以部分重叠或者完全重叠。显示设备可以基于不同的信号源而显示从不同信号源获得的内容。
在一些实施例中,信号源可以是预置的视频点播程序,还可以是HDMI接口,直播电视接口等中的至少一种。用户可以通过操作控制装置上的“信号源”按键,使显示设备显示信号源选择界面,然后通过选中该界面中的信号源选项,来切换信号源。在信号源是直播电视接口的情况下,用户可以使用显示设备观看各个卫视、央视等频道的直播电视节目内容。在信号源是视频点播程序的情况下,用户可以使用显示设备获取网络上的视频、音频资源,以通过显示设备观看网络视频或者收听网络音频。
在一些实施例中,显示设备启动后可以直接进入预置的视频点播程序的界面,视频点播程序的界面可以如图2中所示,至少包括导航栏601A和位于导航栏601A下方的视图显示区,该视图显示区中显示的内容会随导航栏中被选中控件的变化而变化。应用程序层中的程序可以被集成在视频点播程序中,通过导航栏的一个控件进行展示,也可以在导航栏中的应用控件被选中后进行进一步显示。
在一些实施例中,用户可以在如图2所示的视频点播程序的界面中选择想要播放的媒体资源,如网络视频或者网络音频,也可以通过操作视频点播程序的界面中的控件,使显示设备显示视频点播程序的界面的下一级界面,在下一级界面中选择想要播放的媒体资源。
在一些实施例中,显示设备启动后可以直接进入上次选择的信号源的显示界面,或者信号源选择界面,其中信号源可以是预置的视频点播程序,还可以是HDMI接口,直播电 视接口等中的至少一种,用户选择不同的信号源后,显示器可以显示从不同信号源获得的内容。
图3为本申请在一些实施例中示出的直播电视节目的显示界面,如图3所示,该界面中包括频道列表701A、还可以包括位于频道列表701A右侧的直播电视节目的小窗口702A和位于该小窗口702A下方的内容显示区703A。当焦点落在某个频道上时,在小窗口中播放该频道对应的直播电视节目,内容显示区703A中可以显示该直播电视节目的相关信息或者其他信息。用户可以通过操作控制装置切换频道。

图中示出正在播放的第一节目为电视剧“我的前半生”,其播放电视台为央视电视剧频道,电视台台标位于播放画面的左上角,其中,所述第一节目为电视当前正在播放的电视节目。
在一些实施例中,在电视播放节目的视频源为DTV时,其播放画面会包含电视台图标。本申请提供的显示设备包括显示器和第一控制器,其中,所述显示器用于显示用户界面,所述用户界面中设置有播放窗口;所述第一控制器被配置为可对显示设备的视频源进行检测和识别。例如,第一控制器可识别图4电视当前播放的第一节目其视频源为DTV。
在一些实施例中,还可以使用电视台图标外的参数来作为频道标识表征用户当前观看的节目,例如,直播节目源的频点信息,唯一标识等等。
在一些实施例中,在播放第一节目的同时,显示设备还被配置为可以展示其他交互元素,所述交互元素可包括例如电视主页控件、搜索控件、消息按钮控件、邮箱控件、浏览器控件、收藏夹控件、信号栏控件等。
为提高电视UI的便利性、形象性,在一些实施例中,本申请实施例中电视的第一控制器响应于对所述交互元素的操作而对电视及其UI进行控制。例如,用户通过遥控器等控制器对搜索控件进行点击,可以将搜索UI展示于其它UI的顶部,即控制交互元素映射的应用组件的UI能够变大、或全屏运行和显示。在一些实施例中,所述交互元素还可通过传感器进行操作,所述传感器可以是但不限于是声学输入传感器,例如麦克风,其可检测包括所需交互元素指示的语音命令。例如,用户可使用“识图推荐”或任意其它合适的标识识别所需交互元素,例如搜索控件,并且还可描述将执行与所需交互元素相关的所需动作。第一控制器可识别语音命令并向UI或其处理部件或引擎提交表征交互的数据。
图5示出了本申请另一实施例电视播放画面的UI示意图。
显示设备播放第一节目,其视频源为ATV,可以发现图中第一节目的播放画面上没有电视台图标。在一些实施例中,当视频源为ATV时,其第一节目的播放画面也可以包含电视台图标。在一些实施例中,在电视的视频源为HDMI时,其电视播放画面也可以实施为图5所示不包含电视台图标,或还可以实施为包含电视台图标,如图4所示。
在一些实施例中,当电视第一节目的视频源为DTV时,其播放画面包含电视台图标;当第一节目的视频源为ATV、或HDMI时,其播放画面有可能包含电视台图标、也有可能不包含电视台图标。
在一些实施例中,预设应用可以作为显示设备的一个信号源。示例性的:用户选择信号源后可以呈现对应HDMI接口的标识、还可以呈现对应直播信号源的标识、对应预设应用(如聚好看应用)的标识。用户可以切换不同标识来进入不用信号源的显示界面。
在一些实施例中,直播信号源可以包括模拟信号信号源和数字信号信号源。
预设应用媒体资源推荐
在一些实施例中,显示设备第一节目的视频源不是预设应用时,第一控制器确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
第一控制器对第一节目的视频源进行持续检测,所述预设应用在一些实施例中可实施为显示设备在出厂时预装的视频应用程序。本申请实施例提供的显示设备,其第一控制器可以检测用户在观看节目时的视频源,从而识别预设应用、DTV、ATV以及HDMI。可以理解,电视用户界面的播放窗口播放的第一节目其视频源为DTV、或ATV时,第一节目的播放进度不能控制、也不可以实现点播,因此为用户提供、推荐具备进度控制、点播功能的相同节目的第一媒体文件是有价值的。
通过第一控制器对第一节目的视频源进行持续检测,可以即时获取电视当前播放的第一节目的视频源类型,以进一步检测视频推荐的触发条件。
在一些实施例中,第一控制器通过在数据库中读取用于表征视频源通道的标识信息识别视频源。第一控制器从预设的数据库中读取用于表征视频源的标识信息,然后根据标识信息与视频源的对应关系,确定第一节目的视频源。例如,在基于android系统架构中,系统的视频源在使用过程中都会在数据库中进行记录。例如,标识1代表ATV通道;标识2代表DTV通道,标识3代表HDMI通道等,若用户当前正在观看DTV数字电视节目,其使用视频源的标识信息会被存储在数据库中,第一控制器通过检测数据库中记录的视频源标识信息。例如,如当前数据库中记录的视频源标识信息为2-1,第一控制器可以根据已对应的标识信息和视频源关系,确定当前的视频源为DTV。
在一些实施例中,在首次检测、获取第一节目的视频源为预设应用时,第一控制器降低预设次数后视频源的检测频率。第一节目的视频源为预设应用时,第一控制器可以正常通过应用程序获取用户信息进行视频推荐。
例如,在第一节目的正常播放期间,其视频源通常是不变的,为了降低检测视频源对显示设备系统资源的占用,可通过降低预设次数后的视频源检测频率,以提高视频源检测的有效率。例如,所述预设次数设置为5时,第一节目视频源第1次被识别为预设应用,并以3次/分钟的频率连续4次的识别结果都为所述预设应用时,从第6次开始第一控制器将视频源检测频率降至1次/分钟,以降低系统资源的占用。
在一些实施例中,用户在切换节目后,第一控制器即时检测第一节目的视频源。
切换后的第一节目,有可能是在原视频源通道内进行节目切换,也有可能是通过切换视频源进行节目切换。
例如,当前节目的视频源为DTV,用户将保存第一节目的存储器插入电视的HDMI端口,则所述存储器中的第一节目将自动进行播放,第一控制器将即时执行视频源检测,获取显示设备切换节目后所述第一节目的视频源,以进一步检测视频推荐的触发条件。
图6示出了本申请一实施例视频推荐提示的UI示意图。
以图4中播放的第一节目为例,显示设备执行视频推荐后,第一控制器在显示器的播放窗口中显示图示控件、即第一交互元素,提示用户已经生成了视频推荐。
服务器存在和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件时,在所述播放窗口上显示提示控件,所述提示控件用于在接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至所述服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面。
在一些实施例中,所述第一媒体文件以推荐列表的形式发送至显示设备,第一控制器将包含推荐列表的提示控件,即第一交互元素显示于预定消息显示位置。在一些实施例中,所述第一交互元素为非全屏窗口,例如可实施为悬浮在第一节目播放UI界面之上的小窗口,显示于电视屏幕界面的右下角。所述提示控件,或第一交互元素接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面,所述描述界面例如可以包括第一媒体文件的名称、简介、封面图等内容。
所述提示控件配置为电视应用消息的高层级,直接显示在预定消息显示位置,只会遮挡第一节目播放UI界面的小部分区域,被配置为能够在任何场景下显示提示控件,保证用户视频推荐的体验。
在一些实施例中,提示控件还可实施为预先设定的消息提示框的定位坐标在电视屏幕界面上位置。所述提示控件例如可占用右下角100*100个像素的正方形区域。
在一些实施例中,提示控件可以包括图片和文本,通过所述文本信息,可以提示用户对所述提示控件进行不同的操作,例如包括选择、确认操作。
例如,图7所示,提示控件实施为“点击更多精彩”,则用户通过控制显示器焦点的位置,使的提示控件高亮度显示后,点击确认,则可以激活所述提示控件的交互UI,进入第一媒体文件的描述界面。又例如,图8所示,提示控件的文本信息为“右键更多精彩”,则用户通过操作显示设备对应遥控器的右键,可以激活所述提示控件的交互UI,进入第一媒体文件的描述界面。
下面将结合上述生成视频推荐的电视UI界面对视频推荐的方法进行阐述。
图11示出了本申请实施例一种视频推荐方法的流程示意图。
在步骤701中,对第一节目的图像进行截图以获取对应所述第一节目的第一特征。
本申请提供的显示设备包括显示器和第一控制器,其中显示器用于显示用户界面、播放视频节目。
在第一节目的视频源不是预设应用时,第一控制器确定服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
所述第一控制器获取所述第一节目的第一名称;根据所述第一名称确定服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件。
在一些实施例中,第一控制器对所述显示器播放的第一节目的图像进行截取得到第一特征。所述第一特征为第一节目播放画面中图像的全部、或部分内容,用于识别电视当前播放的第一节目的名称。
例如,第一节目的视频源是DTV时,第一控制器截取所述图像的电视台图标作为第 一特征;第一节目的视频源是ATV、或HDMI时,第一控制器将截取的所述图像作为第一特征。
在一些实施例中,在所述第一节目的视频源是DTV时,根据所述截图向服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图和表征所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源的第一标识,其中,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器相应于所述第一标识,识别所述截图中的台标,并根据所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,所述服务器还根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
例如,当电视播放的第一节目视频源为DTV视频源时,通过获取其电视台信息可以查询得到第一节目的名称,因此第一控制器可以将第一节目图像中电视台图标进行截图,作为第一节目的第一特征,图12示出了本申请实施例部分电视台图标的示意图。例如,第一控制器将对图4中UI界面左上角的电视台图标进行截取,作为第一节目“我的前半生”的第一特征,根据所述第一特征,可以得知第一节目“我的前半生”播放的电视台是央视电视剧频道CCTV8。然后根据公开的CCTV8节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,所述服务器还根据所述第一名称检索查询服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
在一些实施例中,在所述第一节目的视频源是ATV视频源或HDMI视频源时,第一控制器根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图和表征所述第一节目的节目源是ATV或HDMI视频源的第二标识,其中,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器相应于所述第二标识,识别所述截图中的文字和/或图像,并根据识别出的所述文字和/或图像查询所述第一节目的第一名称,所述服务器还根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
例如,当电视播放的第一节目视频源为ATV、或HDMI时,第一控制器将对第一节目在播放过程中的图像进行截图,所述截图作为第一节目的第一特征,通过对第一特征进行图像识别以获取第一节目的第一名称。其中,作为第一特征的截图可包括人物图像、或文本信息。可以理解,所述文本信息可以包括例如:视频名称、或导演名称、或演员名称、或节目台词等。
第一控制器对图5中UI界面的图像进行截取,获取的截图将作为第一节目“我的前半生”的第一特征,所述截图包括作为文本信息的台词,以及人物靳东、马伊琍。在一些实施例中,所述截图还可包括第一名称文本信息,所述第一名称通常位于所述截图的右侧边缘位置。
继续参考图11,在步骤702中,基于所述第一特征进行解析获取所述第一节目的第一名称,并将所述第一名称发送至服务器。
在得到第一节目的第一特征后,第一控制器基于所述第一特征进行解析获取所述第一节目的第一名称,并将所述第一名称发送至服务器。
在一些实施例中,第一控制器获取所述第一节目的第一名称包括:第一控制器对所述播放窗口播放的所述第一节目的图像进行截图;根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名 称。
第一控制器识别所述截图中的文字或图像;根据识别出的所述文字或图像和预设映射关系,确定对应识别出的所述文字或图像的第一名称,所述预设映射关系为节目名称和文字/图像的映射。例如,第一控制器识别所述截图中的台标;根据所述台标和所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称。第一节目的视频源为DTV时,第一控制器截取第一节目图像中的电视台图标作为第一特征,例如截取图4中UI左上角的电视台图标。又例如,第一控制器还可以通过对电视台图标进行图像识别得到其文本信息,例如识别图4电视UI中的电视台图标为“央视电视剧频道“,然后根据所述电视台图标、和/或文本信息“央视电视剧频道“及当前的日期时间在网络中检索、获取央视电视剧频道的节目列表,进一步比对得到第一节目的第一名称。可以理解,通过央视电视剧频道的电视台图标获取央视电视剧频道的节目列表,然后根据第一节目播放的当前时间、日期比对所述节目列表,可以得到央视电视剧频道节目列表中当前时间计划播放的节目名称,即第一节目的第一名称。
在一些实施例中,根据截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称执行如下:第一控制器根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一名称;接收所述服务器反馈的所述第一名称。
例如,第一节目的视频源为ATV、或HDMI时,第一控制器通过对第一特征进行图像识别比对检索得到第一节目的名称。
第一控制器对第一特征进行解析,可获取第一节目的基础描述信息,然后基于得到的基础描述信息在数据库中比对检索得到第一节目的名称。在一些实施例中,通过对第一特征的解析,可以得到第一节目的主特征和所有次特征;然后根据主特征从特征视频结合中查找具有该主特征的特征视频子集合;然后从特征视频子集合中查找与第一节目视频具有相同次特征的视频,并作为第一节目视频的相关视频;计算相关视频与第一节目视频的内容相似度,将相似度最高的视频的名称确定为第一节目的名称。其中,所述主特征为一个典型视频标签,主特征之外的其余视频标签均作为次特征。例如,将视频标签中的视频类型标签作为主特征,其余视频标签例如演员、导演、演员、台词等均作为次特征。
所述视频标签可以通过对视频的基础描述信息进行分词处理后得到,所述基础描述信息中包括有视频名称、视频类型、国家、演员名称、导演名称、影片简介、台词等。将基础描述信息进行分词处理,处理结果去重后生成视频标签。
在一些实施例中,根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称执行如下:第一控制器识别所述截图中的文字或图像;根据识别出的所述文字或图像和预设映射关系,确定对应识别出的所述文字或图像的第一名称,所述预设映射关系为节目名称和文字/图像的映射。
例如,第一控制器将对第一节目的UI界面的图像进行截取,获取的截图将作为第一节目的第一特征,所述截图包括作为文本信息的台词、第一名称,人物图像等;所述第一节目的第一名称通常位于所述截图的右侧边缘位置,第一控制器根据识别出的文字,例如第一节目截图右侧边缘位置的第一名称,根据预设映射关系,可以确定对应识别出的所述 文字的第一名称,所述预设映射关系为节目名称和文字/图像的映射。
在一些实施例中,第一控制器在确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件之前,所述第一控制器确定所述显示设备是否开启识图推荐的功能;若开启,则确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;若未开启,则继续播放所述第一节目,不执行确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件的步骤。可以理解,仅在识图推荐功能开启、且满足推荐策略时,显示设备进行视频推荐。
仅在显示设备第一控制器检测到所述显示设备的识图推荐功能开启、且满足推荐策略时,所述显示设备才进行视频推荐,以防止用户投诉。也可以理解为,第一控制器首先需要检测电视的识图推荐功能的开启状态,如果所述识图推荐功能是关闭的,则电视不会进行视频推荐,即使电视的第一节目其视频源非预设应用时。
在一些实施例中,当识图推荐功能开启时,第一控制器还需要检测是否满足推荐策略,只有电视满足推荐策略时,电视才会开始执行视频推荐。
在一些实施例中,上述推荐策略可被服务器进行远程配置;所述推荐策略包含设置禁止推荐日期、设置禁止推荐时段、设置日最大推荐次数中至少一种或多种的组合。
本申请提供的与所述显示设备对应的服务器包括第二控制器,所述第二控制器可通过远程操作显示设备进行配置推荐策略。
例如设置禁止推荐日期,每周六、周日电视禁止进行视频推荐;例如设置禁止推荐时段,晚上7:00-7:30分新闻联播时段禁止视频推荐;例如设置日最大推荐次数,每日视频推荐次数例如超过5次后,不再进行视频推荐等。上述推荐策略可以是一种、也可以是多种策略的组合。这样在用户因为视频推荐过多投诉时,电视厂家、或服务提供商可以远程配置、单独调整投诉客户的视频推荐设置,解决投诉问题,并不会影响其他电视用户的视频推荐策略。
在一些实施例中,上述推荐策略还可被第一控制器在本地配置。所述推荐策略包含设置禁止推荐日期、设置禁止推荐时段、设置日最大推荐次数中至少一种或多种的组合。
在一些实施例中,仅在所述第一节目的视频源为非预设应用时,第一控制器检测所述识图推荐功能开启的状态。即当电视第一节目视频源为预设应用时,第一控制器将不会检测电视的识图推荐功能是否开启。
可以理解,第一节目视频源为非预设应用为识图推荐功能开启状态检测的先决条件,而识图推荐功能开启状态条件的满足为显示设备执行视频推荐的先决条件。
继续参考图11,在步骤703中,显示包含推荐列表的提示控件,所述推荐列表及其包含的节目来自于服务器。
显示设备的第一控制器将包含推荐列表的提示控件,即第一交互元素显示于显示器用户界面中设置有播放窗口,所述提示控件如图6至图8电视UI界面的右下角所示,用户通过操作所述提示控件,可以进一步的进入第一媒体文件的描述界面。
在一些实施例中,所述推荐视频与第一节目完全相同,例如显示设备的第一节目为“我的前半生”第3集,推荐列表中的推荐视频也为“我的前半生”第3集。
在一些实施例中,所述推荐视频第一媒体文件与第一节目具有相同的名称,但是推荐视频包含电视剧、或综艺的全部分集、或分期的内容,用户可以通过交互界面进入其子菜单、或描述界面进行选取操作。例如,例如显示设备的第一节目为“我的前半生”第3集,推荐列表中的推荐视频也为“我的前半生”,但所述推荐视频点击后可显示电视剧包含的全部分集内容。
在一些实施例中,所述推荐列表可包括第一节目和第二节目。其中,第一节目被配置为包含免费提示、或全集提示的文本信息;第二节目被配置为指定节目,或广告位。
图9示出了本申请一实施例电视推荐列表的UI示意图。
用户通过操作UI界面的提示控件,可以将推荐列表显示于电视UI界面的最上层。例如,图中所述推荐列表包括4个节目,第一节目(1)、第一节目(2)、第二节目(1)、第二节目(1)。在一些实施例中,所述推荐列表中第一节目和第二节目的数量可根据实际情况发生变化。
可以理解为第一节目是服务器根据显示设备发送当前播放的第一节目名称根据视频推荐算法生成的推荐视频,即第一媒体文件,其数量、或内容由视频推荐算法决定。而第二节目是由显示设备厂家、或显示设别的服务提供商进行指定的,例如第二节目(1)可以指定为商业广告,电视节目(2)可以指定为厂家、或服务提供商进行推广的电视节目。在一些实施例中,第一节目、第二节目在推荐列表中的位置可根据实际需要由厂家、或服务提供商进行配置,或通过算法进行智能配置,本申请不做具体的限制。
图10示出了本申请另一实施例电视推荐列表的UI示意图。
图中电视正在播放的第一节目“我的前半生”为例进行视频推荐,对比图9,推荐列表中的:

基于上文中显示设备进行视频推荐的介绍,下文将就服务器端进行视频推荐的方法进行阐述。
图13示出了本申请另一实施例一种视频推荐方法的流程示意图。
在步骤901中,基于来自显示设备发送的第一节目的第一名称,在服务器的媒资库进行检索,若存在与所述名称相同的第一节目,则生成推荐列表。
本申请提供的用于实现视频推荐的服务器包括第二控制器,服务器接收到来自显示设 备发送的第一节目的第一名称,第二控制器基于所述第一名称在服务器端的媒资库进行检索媒资信息,如果服务器端的自有媒资库中存在与第一节目的第一名称相同的视频资源,则根据所述视频资源是否已经更新为全集、或是否免费生成相应的推荐列表。
在一些实施例中,服务器收到显示设备发送的识图推荐请求时,确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述显示设备播放窗口播放的第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;向显示设备反馈表征能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息,或表征不能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息。
例如,服务器接收来自显示设备发送的识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述第一节目的图像的截图;根据所述识图请求识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一节目的第一名称;根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件。
又例如,当服务器接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源的第一标识时,识别所述截图中的台标,并根据所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;当接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是ATV视频源或HDMI视频源的第二标识时,识别所述截图中的文字和/或图像,并根据识别出的所述文字和/或图像查询所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。其具体UI界面、操作、或描述已在上文中显示设备部分进行详细阐述,此处不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,服务器生成的推荐列表包括第一节目和第二节目。其中,第一节目被第二控制器配置为包含免费提示、或全集提示的文本信息;第二节目,被第二控制器配置为指定节目,或广告位。其具体UI界面、操作、或描述已在上文中显示设备部分进行详细阐述,此处不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,如果服务器端的媒资库中不存在与第一节目的第一名称相同的第一媒体文件视频资源时,则第二控制器生成不存在推荐视频的标识,并将所述表示发送至显示设备,所述显示设备将继续播放原视频源通道的视频节目。
在步骤902中,将所述推荐列表发送至显示设备。
第二控制器将生成的推荐列表发送至显示设备,在一些实施例中,第二控制器还将发送存在推荐列表标识至显示设备。在一些实施例中,本申请提供的显示设备在收到服务器发送的推荐列表以及存在推荐列表标识,第一控制器将提示控件,即第一交互元素作为提示显示于电视UI的顶层,提示用户进行操作。
图14示出了本申请实施例视频推荐方法的逻辑示意图。
检测当前观看视频第一节目的视频源为非预设应用时,第一控制器将检测显示设备的识图推荐功能的开关是否开启;
如果识图推荐功能的开关是关闭状态,则继续观看原视频源第一节目;否则,根据视频源的不同执行视频推荐;
当前播放第一节目视频源为DTV时,第一控制器获取第一节目的电视台图标作为第一特征,并根据图标获取电视台的节目单进而获取第一节目的第一名称;当视频源为ATV或HDMI时,第一控制器对第一节目进行视频截图,然后通过视频图像识别进行节目识别 得到第一节目的第一名称。在一些实施例中,在一些实施例中,基于第一特征识别第一节目的第一名称可在显示设备端实现;在另一些实施例中,基于第一特征识别第一节目的第一名称可在服务器端实现。
在一些实施例中,第一控制器在播放窗口上显示提示控件,包括第一控制器根据服务器反馈的表征所述第一媒体文件是免费资源时,在所述播放窗口上的提示控件加载第一消息;或根据服务器反馈的表征所述第一媒体文件是付费资源时,在所述播放窗口上的提示控件加载第二消息。
服务器基于显示设备发送的第一节目的第一名称在云端媒资库进行查询,以确定是否存在第一节目相应的媒资。
如果云端媒资库不存在相应的媒资,即第一媒体文件,则显示设备继续播放原视频源的视频节目;否则,检测云端推荐视频第一媒体文件的媒资是否免费。
如果免费,则在推荐列表,或提示控件中提示免费看全集作为所述第一消息;否则,提示点击看全集作为所述第二消息。
图15示出了本申请一实施例视频推荐中显示设备及服务器操作时序示意图。
在步骤1101中,在第一节目的视频源非预设应用时,首先显示设备的第一控制器需要判定当前第一节目的视频源,例如确定视频源为DTV、或ATV、或HDMI。
在步骤1102中,显示设备的第一控制器判定识图推荐功能为开启状态,执行视频推荐;否则,不进行视频推荐。
在步骤1103中,第一控制器确定视频源类型标识,并对第一节目进行截图。
在一些实施例中,所述视频源类型标识为步骤1101中视频源检测结果。根据视频源检测结果的不同,分别将执行1104-1、或1104-2步骤。
在步骤1104-1中,显示设备播放第一节目的视频源为DTV时,第一控制器通过截图识别电视台图标,确定电视台相应的节目列表获取第一节目的第一名称;在步骤1104-2中,显示设备播放第一节目的视频源为ATV、或HDMI时,第一控制器通过对截图进行图像识别、检索得到第一节目的第一名称。
在步骤1105中,服务器接收来自显示设备发送的第一节目的第一名称,服务器的第二控制器基于所述第一节目名称查询服务器是否存在相同的节目媒资。如果存在相同的节目媒资,第二控制器生成推荐列表以及存在推荐列表标识;如果不存在相同的节目媒资,第二控制器只生成不存在推荐列表标识。
在一些实施例中,在所述服务器存在和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件时,在所述播放窗口上显示提示控件,所述提示控件用于在接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至所述服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面;在所述服务器存不存在所述第一媒体文件时,不显示所述提示控件。
在步骤1106中,生成视频推荐时,服务器的第二控制器将生成的推荐列表、存在推荐列表标识发送至显示设备;没有生成视频推荐时,服务器第二控制器将发送不存在推荐列表标识至显示设备。
在一些实施例中,显示设备的第一控制器对所述播放窗口播放的所述第一节目的图像 进行截图;第一控制器根据所述截图向服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器识别所述截图并确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;所述服务器反馈给显示设备表征能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息或表征不能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息。
在步骤1107中,显示设备的第一控制器控制显示器显示提示控件,所述提示控件用于在接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至所述预设服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面。
基于上文介绍的实施例,本申请还提供了一种显示设备,与上文实施例相同之处下文实施例不再赘述,下文将就与上文实施例不同之处展开阐述。
在一些实施例中,本申请提供的显示设备包括:显示器,用于显示用户界面;第一控制器,被配置为对所述显示器播放的第一节目的图像进行截取得到第一特征,并将所述第一特征发送至服务器;将包含推荐列表的第一交互元素显示于所述显示器,所述推荐列表及其包含的节目来自于服务器。
相较于前文,本实施例中第一控制器将第一节目的第一特征发送至服务器,即由服务器端根据第一节目的第一特征进行解析其第一名称。所述第一控制器获取第一特征、显示第一交互元素、及显示设备的其它相同、相似技术特征在上文中已进行详细的阐述,此处不再赘述。
基于上文介绍的实施例,本申请还提供了一种服务器,与上文实施例相同之处下文实施例不再赘述,下文将就与上文实施例不同之处展开阐述。
在一些实施例中,本申请提供的服务器包括第二控制器,被配置为:收到显示设备发送的识图推荐请求时,确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述显示设备播放窗口播放的第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;向显示设备反馈表征能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息,或表征不能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息。
在一些实施例中,第二控制器在确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述显示设备播放窗口播放的第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件包括:所述第二控制器接收来自显示设备发送的识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述第一节目的图像的截图;根据所述识图请求识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一节目的第一名称;根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件。
例如,接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源的第一标识时,识别所述截图中的台标,并根据所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是ATV视频源或HDMI视频源的第二标识时,识别所述截图中的文字和/或图像,并根据识别出的所述文字和/或图像查询所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
在一些实施例中,本申请提供的服务器包括第二控制器,所述第二控制器被配置为基于来自显示设备发送的第一特征进行解析获取第一节目的第一名称;基于所述第一名称在 媒资库进行检索,若存在与所述名称相同的第一节目,则生成推荐列表;将所述推荐列表发送至显示设备。
相较于前文,本实施例中第二控制器将根据显示设备发送的第一节目的第一特征解析第一节目的第一名称。所述第二控制器获取第一节目的名称、生成推荐列表、检索推荐媒资及服务器的其它相同、相似技术特征在上文中已进行详细的阐述,此处不再赘述。
图16示出了本申请另一实施例视频推荐中显示设备及服务器操作时序示意图。
在步骤1201中,在第一节目的视频源不是预设应用时,首先显示设备的第一控制器需要判定当前的视频源为非预设应用,例如确定所述视频源为DTV、或ATV、或HDMI。
在步骤1202中,显示设备的第一控制器判定识图推荐功能为开启状态,则进行视频推荐;否则,不进行视频推荐。
在步骤1203中,第一控制器确定视频源类型标识,并对并播放节目进行截图,然后将所述视频源标识、截图发送至服务器。
在一些实施例中,所述视频源类型标识为步骤1101中视频源检测结果。根据视频源检测结果的不同,服务器第二控制器分别将执行1104-1、或1104-2步骤。
在步骤1204-1中,显示设备播放第一节目的视频源为DTV时,服务器第二控制器通过截图识别电视台图标,确定电视台相应的节目列表,从而得到第一节目的第一名称;在步骤1204-2中,显示设备播放第一节目的视频源为ATV、或HDMI时,服务器第二控制器通过对截图进行图像识别、检索得到第一节目的第一名称。
在步骤1205中,服务器基于所述第一节目的第一名称查询服务器是否存在相同的节目媒资,即第一媒体文件。如果存在相同的节目媒资,第二控制器生成推荐列表以及存在推荐列表标识;如果不存在相同的节目媒资,第二控制器只生成不存在推荐列表标识。
在步骤1206中,生成视频推荐时,服务器第二控制器将生成的推荐列表、存在推荐列表标识发送至显示设备;没有生成视频推荐时,服务器第二控制器将发送不存在推荐列表标识至显示设备。
在步骤1207中,显示设备的第一控制器控制所述显示器显示提示控件,所述提示控件用于在接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至所述预设服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面。
本申请实施例的有益效果在于,通过获取显示设备的视频源、识图推荐开关的状态,可以实现自动开启视频推荐功能;进一步通过降频检测视频源,可以实现电视系统资源的优化;进一步通过远程配置推荐策略,可以实现在服务器端单独处理对用户投诉;进一步通过获取节目的第一名称,可以检索确认第一节目是否存在于服务器;进一步通过构建第一媒体文件,可以实现推荐视频的获取;进一步通过构建提示控件,可以实现用户对推荐视频的操作和即时获取,实现将电视自带应用的竞争力媒资被用户访问、提高用户访问电视应用的频率、实现离网用户的召回。
不同信号源件的内容推荐。
在一些实施例中,用户基于一个信号源通道观看节目,例如基于直播电视接口观看直播电视节目,或者基于预置的视频点播程序观看网络节目,而无法同时观看直播电视节目 和网络节目。例如,用户基于直播电视接口观看足球赛事直播节目时,便无法观看其他体育赛事,如要观看其他体育赛事,需要切换到其他频道或者切换到视频点播程序以观看网络信号下的体育赛事节目。
在一些实施例中,为了能让用户在观看直播电视节目的同时观看到其他节目,如同时观看当前直播电视节目和当前直播电视节目的相似节目或者相关节目,本申请提供的显示设备,在全屏播放直播电视节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,将当前直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器。服务器根据直播电视节目的相关信息和预置的推荐策略获取网络推荐节目的节目信息,该网络推荐节目可以为当前直播电视节目的相似节目或者相关节目。其中,直播电视节目的相关信息可以为直播电视节目的画面截图、直播电视节目对应的频道标识或者直播电视节目的节目信息;显示设备向服务器发送的画面截图中包括频道标志,服务器通过图像识别画面截图中的频道标志识别出直播电视节目对应的频道标识,并根据频道标识和当前时间从电子节目指南中确定直播电视节目的节目信息,再根据直播电视节目的节目信息和预置的推荐策略获取网络推荐节目的节目信息,最后将网络推荐节目的节目信息返回给显示设备。显示设备接收服务器返回的网络推荐节目的节目信息;将当前直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,并在第二视图显示区中显示网络推荐节目的节目信息;当焦点在第一网络推荐节目的节目信息上停留预设时长时,在第二播放窗口中播放第一网络推荐节目,该第一网络推荐节目为第二视图显示区中显示的任意一个网络推荐节目。
在一些实施例中,网络推荐节目可以是作信号源的预设应用提供的推荐内容。在一些实施例中,网络推荐节目可以是安装在电视上的其他应用提供的推荐内容。
在另一些实施例中,当开始在目标频道下全屏播放直播电视节目时,显示设备便将当前直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器,从而获取到网络推荐节目的节目信息。可选地,当检测到输入的频道切换操作时,认为开始在目标频道下播放直播电视节目,该目标频道即为切换后的频道。在一些可能的实现方式中,通过检测声音信号从有到无、在从无到有的过程,检测是否有频道切换操作输入,若检测到声音信号从有到无、在从无到有的过程,则认为有频道切换操作。在另外的实现方式中,也可以通过检测特定的按键操作,检测是否有频道切换操作输入,例如,如果在全屏播放电视直播节目时接收到“节目+”键输入,则认为有频道切换操作输入。当接收到输入的预设操作时,将当前直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,并在第二视图显示区中显示网络推荐节目的节目信息。在这些实施例中,由于在接收到预设操作前,即已获取到与当前直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目的节目信息,因此当接收到预设操作时,显示设备可以快速响应该预设操作,完成播放窗口的切换以及显示出网络推荐节目的节目信息。
在一些实施例中,频道标识可以包括频道名称和/或频道的云端编码(ID)等。当在目标频道下全屏播放直播电视节目时,对当前直播电视节目的画面进行截图,以获取包含目标频道标志的画面截图;然后将画面截图作为直播电视节目的相关信息发送云端服务器,通过云端服务器识别截图中包含的频道标志,以确定频道标识。在另外的实现方式中,也可以通过SurfaceFlinger对Video层的指定区域进行截取,获得频道标志显示区域对应的局部 画面截图,将该局部画面截图发送到云端服务器,云端服务器则从收到的局部画面截图中识别出频道标识,由于该局部截图包含的图像特征少于节目完整画面截图包含的图像特征,因此该实现方式可以一定程度上减少云端服务器的计算量,提高识别速度。
在另一些实施例中,在检测到输入的频道切换操作后,显示设备通过频道标识特性码匹配的方式,对频道标识进行本地识别。从而,将频道标识作为直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器。服务器根据频道标识和当前时间从云端电子节目指南(EPG信息)中获取当前直播电视节目的节目信息。具体的,根据频道标识从电子节目指南中查找频道标识在最近一段时间内(如3天或者7天)的节目信息列表,节目信息列表中包括各直播电视节目的节目信息和播放时间段。根据当前时间,即可从节目信息列表中确定当前直播电视节目的节目信息。其中,直播电视节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等。在确定当前直播电视节目的节目信息后,根据直播电视节目的节目信息和预置的推荐策略获取该直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目信息。其中,网络推荐节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等,对此,本申请不予限定。应当理解,可以根据用户喜好和需求预置推荐策略,如体育节目优先或者影视节目优先等,又如足球节目优先或者篮球节目优先等,再如直播节目优先或者网络视频优先等。
在一些实施例中,可以在第二视图显示区中显示至少一个控件,在每个控件中显示一个网络推荐节目的节目信息。
在一些实施例中,控制器通过运行直播电视应用来控制与直播电视节目播放及网络推荐节目播放的相关工作和用户操作。例如,控制全屏播放直播电视节目、控制将直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,控制在第二视图显示区中显示网络推荐节目的节目信息,以及控制播放任意的网络推荐节目,等等。在一些实施例中,直播电视应用可获取焦点,即第一播放窗口和控件可获取焦点,这样,用户可以通过操作遥控器移动焦点的位置,使焦点在第一播放窗口和多个控件之间移动。
图17示例性示出了直播电视节目的全屏播放画面。在显示该画面时,用户可以输入预设操作,指示显示设备显示与当前直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目信息。其中,预设操作可以是遥控器右键操作、确认操作,也可以是用户通过语音助手输入的预设语音指令,还可以是输入的预设手势等等。
图18为本申请在一些实施例中示出的一种可能的用户界面,其具体为在显示图17所示画面时接收到输入的预设操作而显示的用户界面。如图18所示,该用户界面包括第一视图显示区801A和第二视图显示区802A,第二视图显示区802A位于第一视图显示区801A的右侧;第一视图显示区801A中包括第一播放窗口803A,第一播放窗口803A中继续播放着图17中的直播电视节目;第二视图显示区802A中显示有控件804A-807A,控件804A-807A中依次显示网络推荐节目1-4的节目信息,这些网络推荐节目信息形成网络推荐节目列表。
值得注意的是,第一视图显示区801属于Video图层,第二视图显示区802属于OSD图层。由于Video层的层级低于OSD层,因此为了使第一播放窗口中的播放画面可以显示出来,需 要将OSD层中与第一视图显示区801A对应的区域设置为透明,且不设置任何背景、颜色。对于OSD层的其他区域,则可以正常绘制信息内容、颜色和背景,如在第二视图显示区802中绘制包含节目信息的控件。
值得注意的是,第一播放窗口803A和控件804A-807A被配置为可获取焦点,这样,用户可以通过操作遥控器移动焦点的位置,以使焦点可以第一播放窗口803以及多个控件之间移动。
在一些实施例中,用户可以通过操作遥控器将网络推荐节目列中靠下的网络推荐节目拖出,使其可显示在第二视图显示区中。例如,当焦点停留在控件807A上时,若用户继续向下移动焦点,可以将控件808A下方的控件807A(图中未示出)及其中显示的网络推荐节目5的节目信息拖到第二视图显示区中显示,控件804A则将从第二视图显示区802中移出。
还需说明的是,图18所示用户界面中第一视图显示区和第二视图显示区的布局方式仅为本申请的一种示例性方式。例如,图19为本申请在另一些实施例中示出的用户界面,其具体为在显示图17所示画面时接收到输入的预设操作而显示的用户界面。与图18所示用户界面不同的是,在图19中,第二视图显示区802A位于第一视图显示区802A的下方。
在另一些实施例中,在全屏播放电视直播节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,继续全屏播放当前直播电视节目,并在节目画面上层的指定区域显示当前直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目信息。
在一些实施例中,在全屏播放直播电视节目时,在接收到输入的预设操作后显示的用户界面中,节目画面可以全屏显示,内容显示区可以位于全屏显示的节目画面的上方。节目画面位于Video图层,内容显示区属于OSD图层。因此为了使节目画面901可以显示出来,需要将OSD层中除内容显示区以外的区域设置为透明,且不设置任何背景、颜色,对于内容显示区则可以正常绘制信息内容、颜色和背景。
在一些实施例中,当在小窗口中播放直播电视节目时,在接收到输入的预设操作后显示的用户界面中,节目画面可以缩小显示窗口进行显示,和内容显示区分层,但显示内容部分不交叠。
在一些实施例中,当在小窗口中播放直播电视节目时,在接收到输入的预设操作后显示的用户界面中,节目画面可以缩小显示窗口进行显示,和内容显示区同层,且显示内容部分不交叠。这时可以通过刷新video层的界面来实现完成多窗口界面的加载。
如前所述,第一播放窗口和各个控件被配置为可获取焦点,用户可以操作焦点在第一播放窗口和各个控件之间移动。
在一些实施例中,当焦点在第一控件上的停留时长超过预设时长(如3S)时,继续在第一播放窗口中播放直播电视节目的同时,在第一控件的上方设置第二播放窗口,在第二播放窗口中播放第一控件对应的第一网络推荐节目。该第一控件可以是第二视图显示区中的任意一个控件。而当用户将焦点从第一控件移动到其他位置时,则将第二播放窗口移除,以停止播放第一控件对应的第一网络推荐节目。
在一些可选实施例中,第二播放窗口将第一控件完全遮挡,即,第二播放窗口与第一 控件可以具有相同的尺寸,或者第二播放窗口的尺寸可以大于第一控件的尺寸,第二播放窗口显示区域的几何中心与第一控件显示区域的几何中心可以重合或者足够接近,从而保证第二播放窗口将第一控件完全遮挡。
在图18所示示例中,焦点停留在控件804A上,当焦点在控件804A上的停留时长超过预设时长时,将由图18所示界面变化到图20。在图20中,控件804A被第二播放窗口111A遮挡,第二播放窗口中正在播放网络推荐节目2的画面。
在一些实施例中,控件804A和第二播放窗口111A可以是同一控件,其在不同时刻加载不同的内容,示例性的,在接收到预设操作后加载预览信息,在焦点停留超过预设时长后加载节目源的视频信息。
在一些实施例中,控件804A和第二播放窗口111A可以是不同的控件,在接收到预设操作后内容展示区加载控件804A,在焦点停留预设时长后,在相同位置加载第二播放窗口111A,同时撤销或覆盖控件804A。
在焦点移出第二播放窗口111A时,显示的内容切换为控件804A。
由以上实施例可以看出,用户可以通过控制焦点位置以及焦点在控件上的停留时间,触发显示设备播放指定的网络推荐节目,以及,触发显示设备停止播放网络推荐节目。
在另一些实施例中,在全屏播放或者小窗口播放直播电视节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,在第二视图显示区或者不遮挡小窗口的指定视图显示区中显示多个控件,每个控件中都包括一个播放窗口,在各控件中显示一个网络推荐节目的节目信息的同时,在各控件的播放窗口中静音播放各控件对应的网络推荐节目。这样,无需用户操作,显示设备即自动在各控件中播放各网络推荐节目。
图21为本申请在一些实施例中示出的一种可能的用户界面,其具体可以为在显示图17所示界面时接收到预设操作而显示的用户界面。与图20所示用户界面不同的是,在图21所示用户界面中,各控件中分别设置有视频播放窗口121A-123A,在视频播放窗口121A-123A中分别播放网络推荐节目1-3,在视频播放窗口121A-123A的下方依次显示网络推荐节目1-3的节目信息。
可以看出,与图18所示实施例不同的是,图21所示实施例中,不仅网络推荐节目的节目信息显示在控件中,而且网络推荐节目还在控件的播放窗口中预览播放。另外,相对于图20所示实施例,显示设备在接收到预设操作后,自动在各控件中播放各网络推荐节目。无需用户操作。
在一些实施例中,当焦点停留在第二播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目;当焦点离开第二播放窗口时,移除第二播放窗口以停止播放网络推荐节目,并以当前设置的音量继续播放直播电视节目。其中,前述预设值可以根据需求确定,例如设置为1或者5等。
在一些实施例中,当焦点停留在第二播放窗口时,静音播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目;当焦点离开第二播放窗口时,移除第二播放窗口以停止播放网络推荐节目,并以当前设置的音量继续播放直播电视节目。
在一些实施例中,显示设备响应于对第二控件的选中操作时,将直播电视节目切换到 第三视图显示区中的第三播放窗口中播放,并在第四视图显示区中的第四播放窗口中播放第二控件对应的第二网络推荐节目,第二控件为第二视图显示区中的任意一个控件。
例如,用户通过移动焦点的位置选择任意一个控件,当焦点停留在某个控件时,用户可以按下遥控器上的确认键以输入对该控件的选中操作。
在一些实施例中,第三播放窗口和第四播放窗口在用户界面中左右对称,且第三播放窗口和第四播放窗口具有相同的尺寸。
在一些实施例中,在显示第三播放窗口和第四播放窗口的同时,撤销第二视图显示区中对于控件的显示。
图22为本申请在一些实施例中示出的一种可能的用户界面,其具体为在显示图20所示用户界面时接收到对控件804A的选中操作后而显示的用户界面。如图22所示,该用户界面包括第三视图显示区131A和第四视图显示区132A,第三视图显示区131A和第四视图显示区132对称分布。第三视图显示区131A设置有第三播放窗口133A,第四视图显示区132A中设置有第四播放窗口134A,第三播放窗口13A3和第四播放窗口134A在用户界面中左右对称。第三播放窗口133A中继续播放当前直播电视节目,第四播放窗口134A中继续播放网络推荐节目2。
应当理解,图22所示用户界面中第三视图显示区及第三播放窗口和第四视图显示区及第四播放窗口的布局方式仅为本申请的一种示例性方式。例如,还可以使第三播放窗口占据更大的显示区域,或者使第四播放窗口占据更大的显示区域,本申请不予赘述。
在一些实施例中,当焦点停留在第三播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放网络推荐节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放直播电视节目;当焦点停留在第四播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目。其中,前述预设值可以根据需求确定,例如设置为1或者5等。
在一些实施例中,当焦点停留在第三播放窗口时,静音播放网络推荐节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放直播电视节目;当焦点停留在第四播放窗口时,静音播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目。
例如,在图22所示实现场景中,由于焦点停留在第四播放窗口上,因此,此时需以当前设置的播放音量播放直播电视节目,以低于预设值的播放音量播放网络推荐节目2。当用户焦点由第四播放窗口移动到第三播放窗口时,需以低于预设值的播放音量播放网络推荐节目2,以当前设置的播放音量播放直播电视节目。
在一些实施例中,显示设备响应于对第三播放窗口的选中操作,控制直播电视节目全屏播放;显示设备响应于对第四播放窗口的选中操作,控制在第四播放窗口中播放的网络推荐节目全屏播放。
示例性的,用户通过移动焦点的位置选择要放大的播放窗口,当焦点停留在播放窗口时,用户可以按下遥控器上的确认键以输入对该播放窗口的选中操作。
例如,若显示设备接收到对第三播放窗口的选中操作,则将当前直播电视节目切换成全屏播放。若显示设备接收到对第四播放窗口的选中操作,则将网络推荐节目2切换到全屏播放。
在另一些实施例中,控制器通过运行直播电视应用和相关媒资播放应用来协同控制与直播电视节目播放及网络推荐节目播放的相关工作和用户操作。其中,直播电视应用作为主控应用,用于控制与直播电视节目播放和节目信息显示的相关工作和用户操作,例如,控制全屏播放直播电视节目、控制将直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,以及控制在第二视图显示区中显示网络推荐节目的节目信息。此外,直播电视应用还可以通过控制相关媒资播放应用,通过相关媒资播放应用来控制与网络推荐节目播放的相关工作和用户操作。也就是说,相关媒资播放应用做为被控应用,在直播电视应用的控制下,控制播放任意的网络推荐节目。
通过直播电视应用独立控制与直播电视节目播放及网络推荐节目播放的相关工作和用户操作,要求直播电视应用实现网络推荐节目在线播放的授权、接口或者插件等,从而一定程度上限制了可播放的网络推荐节目数量。
值得注意的是,通过直播电视应用和相关媒资播放应用来协同控制与直播电视节目播放及网络推荐节目播放的相关工作和用户操作,通过相关媒资播放应用即可实现对网络推荐节目的在线播放,从而无需直播电视应用具有播放相关节目的授权、接口或者插件等,提高了可播放的网络推荐节目数量,提高显示设备功能的可扩展性。
在一些实施例中,直播电视应用作为主控应用,可获取焦点,而相关媒资播放应用作为被控应用,不可获取焦点。
由于直播电视应用可获取焦点,而媒资播放应用不可获取焦点,因此第三播放窗口可获取焦点,而第四视频窗口不可获取焦点。此时可以在第四播放窗口上方设置透明控件来获取焦点,这样,虽然第四播放窗口不可获取焦点,但由于在用户移动焦点时,媒资播放应用在直播电视应用控制下,通过控制透明控件,使得在UI层面对用户移动焦点的操作做出响应,可以提升用户体验。并且,在透明控件获取到的指令可以转给第四播放窗口,以使第四播放窗口响应用户的操作。
由以上实施例可以看出,本申请提供的显示设备,可以在全屏播放直播电视节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,将直播电视节目切换到预设的第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,并在预设的第二视图显示区中显示该直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目的节目信息。或者当在小窗口播放直播电视节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,在不遮挡小窗口的指定区域中显示该直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目的节目信息。当焦点在某个网络推荐节目信息上的停留时长超过预设时长时,在第二播放窗口中播放该网络推荐节目。这样,用户可以在观看直播电视节目的同时观看到其他节目。
根据本申请实施例提供的显示设备,本申请还提供一种播放方法,该方法可以包括:
S151A,在全屏播放直播电视节目时,响应于输入的预设操作,将所述直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器。
其中,直播电视节目的相关信息为直播电视节目的画面截图、直播电视节目对应的频道标识或者直播电视节目的节目信息;画面截图中包括频道标志,频道标志用于使服务器识别出直播电视节目对应的频道标识,并根据频道标识和当前时间从电子节目指南中确定直播电视节目的节目信息。直播电视节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频 的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等。
在另一些实施例中,当开始在目标频道下全屏播放直播电视节目时,显示设备便将当前直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器,从而获取到网络推荐节目的节目信息。可选地,当检测到输入的频道切换操作时,认为开始在目标频道下播放直播电视节目,该目标频道即为切换后的频道。在一些可能的实现方式中,通过检测声音信号从有到无、在从无到有的过程,检测是否有频道切换操作输入,若检测到声音信号从有到无、在从无到有的过程,则认为有频道切换操作。在另外的实现方式中,也可以通过检测特定的按键操作,检测是否有频道切换操作输入,例如,如果在全屏播放电视直播节目时接收到“节目+”键输入,则认为有频道切换操作输入。当接收到输入的预设操作时,将当前直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,并在第二视图显示区中显示网络推荐节目的节目信息。在这些实施例中,由于在接收到预设操作前,即已获取到与当前直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目的节目信息,因此当接收到预设操作时,显示设备可以快速响应该预设操作,完成播放窗口的切换以及显示出网络推荐节目的节目信息。
在一些实施例中,频道标识可以包括频道名称和/或频道的云端编码(ID)等。当在目标频道下全屏播放直播电视节目时,对当前直播电视节目的画面进行截图,以获取包含目标频道标志的画面截图;然后将画面截图作为直播电视节目的相关信息发送云端服务器,通过云端服务器识别截图中包含的频道标志,以确定频道标识。在另外的实现方式中,也可以通过SurfaceFlinger对Video层的指定区域进行截取,获得频道标志显示区域对应的局部画面截图,将该局部画面截图发送到云端服务器,云端服务器则从收到的局部画面截图中识别出频道标识,由于该局部截图包含的图像特征少于节目完整画面截图包含的图像特征,因此该实现方式可以一定程度上减少云端服务器的计算量,提高识别速度。
在另一些实施例中,在检测到输入的频道切换操作后,显示设备通过频道标识特性码匹配的方式,对频道标识进行本地识别。从而,将频道标识作为直播电视节目的相关信息发送给服务器。服务器根据频道标识和当前时间从云端电子节目指南(EPG信息)中获取当前直播电视节目的节目信息。具体的,根据频道标识从电子节目指南中查找频道标识在最近一段时间内(如3天或者7天)的节目信息列表,节目信息列表中包括各直播电视节目的节目信息和播放时间段。根据当前时间,即可从节目信息列表中确定当前直播电视节目的节目信息。其中,直播电视节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等。在确定当前直播电视节目的节目信息后,根据直播电视节目的节目信息和预置的推荐策略获取该直播电视节目对应的网络推荐节目信息。其中,网络推荐节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等,对此,本申请不予限定。应当理解,可以根据用户喜好和需求预置推荐策略,如体育节目优先或者影视节目优先等,又如足球节目优先或者篮球节目优先等,再如直播节目优先或者网络视频优先等。
S152A,接收服务器返回的网络推荐节目的节目信息,所述网络推荐节目的节目信息 由所述服务器根据所述直播电视节目的相关信息和预置的推荐策略获取得到。
其中,网络推荐节目的节目信息可以包括节目名称或标题(网络视频的名称或标题)、节目类型(包括体育、影视、综艺等)、节目封面(网络视频的封面)、节目内容描述信息等,对此,本申请不予限定。应当理解,可以根据用户喜好和需求预置推荐策略,如体育节目优先或者影视节目优先等,又如足球节目优先或者篮球节目优先等,再如直播节目优先或者网络视频优先等。
S153A,将所述直播电视节目切换到第一视图显示区中的第一播放窗口中播放,并在第二视图显示区中显示所述网络推荐节目的节目信息。
在一些实现方式中,在所述第二视图显示区中显示至少一个控件,在每个所述控件中显示一个所述网络推荐节目的节目信息,例如图18、图19所示。
在另一些实现方式中,在每个控件包括一个播放窗口;除了在每个控件中显示一个网络推荐节目的节目信息,还可以在各控件的播放窗口中静音播放各控件对应的网络推荐节目,例如图21所示。
值得注意的是,第一视图显示区属于Video图层,第二视图显示区位于OSD图层。由于Video层的层级低于OSD层,因此为了使第一播放窗口中的播放画面可以显示出来,需要将OSD层中与第一视图显示区对应的区域设置为透明,且不设置任何背景、颜色。对于OSD层的其他区域,则可以正常绘制信息内容、颜色和背景,如在第二视图显示区中绘制包含节目信息的控件。
值得注意的是,第一播放窗口和控件被配置为可获取焦点,这样,用户可以通过操作遥控器移动焦点的位置,以使焦点可以第一播放窗口以及多个控件之间移动。
S154A,当焦点在第一网络推荐节目的节目信息上的停留时长超过预设时长时,在所述第一播放窗口中继续播放所述直播电视节目的同时,在第二播放窗口中播放所述第一网络推荐节目,其中,第一网络推荐节目为第二视图显示区中显示的任意一个网络推荐节目。
在一些实现方式中,当焦点在第一控件上的停留时长超过预设时长时,确定焦点在第一网络推荐节目的节目信息上的停留时长超过预设时长,该第一控件与第一网络推荐节目对应,即该第一控件中显示第一网络推荐节目的节目信息。
在一些实现方式中,当焦点停留在第二播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目;当焦点离开第二播放窗口时,移除第二播放窗口以停止播放所述网络推荐节目,并以当前设置的音量继续播放直播电视节目。具体实现时,当焦点停留在第二播放窗口时,可以通过音频中间件将网络推荐节目对应的音频输出通道调整为正常模式,将直播电视节目对应的音频输出通道调整为静音模块;当焦点离开第二播放窗口时,将直播电视节目对应的音频输出通道调整为正常模式。
在一些实施例中,直播电视节目的信号和网络推荐节目的信息采用不同的通路进行编码和解码。
在一些实施例中,本申请提供的播放方法还包括:
S153A,当接收到对第二网络推荐节目的节目信息的选中操作时,将直播电视节目切换到第三视图显示区中的第三播放窗口中播放,并在第四视图显示区中的第四播放窗口中 播放第二网络推荐节目,第二网络推荐节目为第二视图显示区中显示的任意一个网络推荐节目。
值得注意的是,第三播放窗口位于Video图层,第四播放窗口位于OSD图层。由于Video层的层级低于OSD层,因此为了使第三播放窗口中的播放画面可以显示出来,需要将OSD层中与第三播放窗口对应的区域设置为透明,且不设置任何背景、颜色。对于OSD层的其他区域,则可以正常绘制信息内容、颜色和背景,如在第四视图显示区中设置第四播放窗口,在第二播放窗口中播放节目。
具体实现时,当用户点击第三播放窗口时,通过视频中间件将video层的第三播放窗口的尺寸调整为最大尺寸,即屏幕尺寸,将OSD层的视图全部移除,从而进入到直播电视节目的全屏播放状态。当用户点击第四播放窗口时,通过视频中间件将第四播放窗口(TextureView)的尺寸调整为最大尺寸,即屏幕尺寸,从而进入到网络推荐节目的全屏播放状态。
在一些实现方式中,当接收到对第二控件的选中操作时,确定接收到对第二网络推荐节目的节目信息的选中操作。
在一些实施例中,当接收到对第三播放窗口的选中操作时,控制直播电视节目全屏播放;当接收到对第四播放窗口的选中操作时,控制在第四播放窗口中播放的第二网络推荐节目全屏播放。
在一些实施例中,当焦点停留在第三播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放网络推荐节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放直播电视节目;当焦点停留在第四播放窗口时,以低于预设值的播放音量播放直播电视节目,以当前设置的播放音量播放网络推荐节目。具体实现时,当焦点停留在第三播放窗口时,可以通过音频中间件将网络推荐节目对应的音频输出通道调整为静音模式,将直播电视节目对应的音频输出通道调整为正常模式。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示器,用于显示用户界面,所述用户界面中设置有播放窗口;
    第一控制器,被配置为:
    在第一节目的视频源不是预设应用时,确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;
    在所述服务器存在所述第一媒体文件时,在所述播放窗口上显示提示控件,所述提示控件用于在接收到用户的确认操作后,跳转至所述服务器提供的所述第一媒体文件的描述界面;
    在所述服务器存不存在所述第一媒体文件时,不显示所述提示控件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述显示设备,所述第一控制器确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件包括:
    所述第一控制器获取所述第一节目的第一名称;
    根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述显示设备,所述第一控制器获取所述第一节目的第一名称包括:所述第一控制器,
    对所述播放窗口播放的所述第一节目的图像进行截图;
    根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称。
  4. 如权利要求3所述显示设备,所述第一控制器根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称包括:所述第一控制器,
    识别所述截图中的台标;
    根据所述台标和所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称。
  5. 如权利要求3所述显示设备,所述第一控制器根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称包括:所述第一控制器,
    根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一名称;
    接收所述服务器反馈的所述第一名称。
  6. 如权利要求3所述显示设备,所述第一控制器根据所述截图确定所述第一节目的第一名称包括:所述第一控制器,
    识别所述截图中的文字或图像;
    根据识别出的所述文字或图像和预设映射关系,确定对应识别出的所述文字或图像的第一名称,所述预设映射关系为节目名称和文字/图像的映射。
  7. 如权利要求1所述显示设备,所述第一控制器确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件包括:所述第一控制器,
    对所述播放窗口播放的所述第一节目的图像进行截图;
    根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器识别所述截图并确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容 相同的第一媒体文件;
    接收所述服务器反馈的表征能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息或表征不能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息。
  8. 如权利要求5所述显示设备,所述第一控制器根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器识别所述截图并确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件包括:所述第一控制器,
    在所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源时,根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图和表征所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源的第一标识,其中,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器相应于所述第一标识,识别所述截图中的台标,并根据所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,所述服务器还用于根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;
    在所述第一节目的视频源是ATV视频源或HDMI视频源时根据所述截图向所述服务器发送识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述截图和表征所述第一节目的节目源是ATV或HDMI视频源的第二标识,其中,所述识图请求用于使所述服务器相应于所述第二标识,识别所述截图中的文字和/或图像,并根据识别出的所述文字和/或图像查询所述第一节目的第一名称,所述服务器还用于根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述显示设备,所述第一控制器在确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件之前,所述第一控制器,
    确定所述显示设备是否开启识图推荐的功能;
    若开启,则确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;
    若未开启,则继续播放所述第一节目,不执行确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件的步骤。
  10. 如权利要求1所述显示设备,所述第一控制器在所述播放窗口上显示提示控件,包括:所述第一控制器,
    根据服务器反馈的表征所述第一媒体文件是免费资源时,在所述播放窗口上的提示控件加载第一消息;或,
    根据服务器反馈的表征所述第一媒体文件是付费资源时,在所述播放窗口上的提示控件加载第二消息。
  11. 一种服务器,包括:
    第二控制器,被配置为:
    收到显示设备发送的识图推荐请求时,确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述显示设备播放窗口播放的第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;
    向显示设备反馈表征能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息,或表征不能提供所述第一媒体文件的消息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述服务器,所述第二控制器在确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所 述显示设备播放窗口播放的第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件包括:所述第二控制器,
    接收来自显示设备发送的识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述第一节目的图像的截图;
    根据所述识图请求识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一节目的第一名称;
    根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件。
  13. 如权利要求12所述服务器,所述第二控制器接收来自显示设备发送的识图请求,所述识图请求包括所述第一节目的图像的截图;根据所述识图请求识别所述截图并确定所述截图对应的第一节目的第一名称;根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供所述第一名称对应的媒体文件包括:所述第二控制器,
    接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是DTV视频源的第一标识时,识别所述截图中的台标,并根据所述台标对应的电台的节目单确定所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件;
    接收的所述识图请求包括表征所述第一节目的视频源是ATV视频源或HDMI视频源的第二标识时,识别所述截图中的文字和/或图像,并根据识别出的所述文字和/或图像查询所述第一节目的第一名称,根据所述第一名称确定所述服务器中是否能提供和所述第一节目内容相同的第一媒体文件。
  14. 一种视频推荐的方法,所述方法包括:
    对第一节目的图像进行截图以获取对应所述第一节目的第一特征;
    基于所述第一特征进行解析获取所述第一节目的第一名称,并将所述第一名称发送至服务器;
    显示包含推荐列表的提示控件,所述推荐列表及其包含的节目来自于服务器。
  15. 如权利要求14所述视频推荐的方法,
    所述第一节目的视频源是DTV时,所述第一特征为截图中的电视台图标;
    所述第一节目的视频源是ATV、或HDMI时,所述第一特征为所述截图。
  16. 一种视频推荐的方法,所述方法包括:
    基于来自显示设备发送的第一节目的第一名称,在服务器的媒资库进行检索,若存在与所述第一名称相同的第一节目,则生成推荐列表;
    将所述推荐列表发送至显示设备。
