一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,包括车辆本体(2)、水箱(4)与喷雾管,车辆本体(2)内壁底端固定安装有水箱(4),水箱(4)内壁底端固定安装有水量传感器(3),水箱(4)内壁上端固定安装有普通水管(6),普通水管(6)另一端固定安装有喷雾管路(10),喷雾管路(10)外壁呈直线均匀分布固定安装有若干个喷嘴(8),车辆本体(2)底面后端固定安装有扬尘传感器(12)。该装置,当现场扬尘浓度高于40μg/m 3 时,会在显示屏(1)中提示开启喷嘴(8)进行抑尘,水箱(4)中的水源通过普通水管(6)由增压水泵(5)加压输出至喷雾管路(10),由喷雾管路(10)中设置的喷嘴(8)喷雾进行抑尘,在抑尘过程中,能够在运输车辆行驶过程中及时抑制车辆轮胎带起的扬尘,阻止扬尘进一步传播至空气中,造成环境污染。

Description

一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及道路施工扬尘治理设备领域,具体为一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置。
背景技术
随着道路交通的高速发展,道路施工过程中产生的扬尘污染日益严重。近年来,国内大部分地区空气质量下降,雾霾天气比较严重,扬尘成为PM2.5颗粒物污染的主要来源,不仅破坏环境,同时危害人们的健康。
根据相关研究,运输车辆行驶过程产生的扬尘占道路施工扬尘的主要部分,造成对环境的污染,存在一定的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,能够在运输车辆行驶过程中及时抑制车辆轮胎带起的扬尘,阻止扬尘进一步传播至空气中,造成环境污染,也能实现对喷嘴的喷射角度进行调节,保证抑尘过程的灵活性,提高抑尘的效率。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,包括车辆本体、水箱与喷雾管,所述车辆本体内壁底端固定安装有水箱,所述水箱内壁底端固定安装有水量传感器,所述水箱内壁上端固定安装有普通水管,所述普通水管另一端固定安装有喷雾管路,所述喷雾管路外壁呈直线均匀分布固定安装有若干个喷嘴,所述车辆本体操作面板处固定安装有显示屏,所述车辆本体底面后端固定安装有扬 尘传感器,所述喷雾管路外壁另一端固定安装有辅助齿轮,所述辅助齿轮外壁活动连接有调节齿轮,所述调节齿轮中间固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机底端固定安装在车辆本体内壁底端。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述车辆本体底面后端呈对称均匀分布固定安装有安装板,所述安装板与所述喷雾管路活动连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述喷雾管路远离普通水管一端固定安装有密封盖,所述喷雾管路靠近普通水管一端固定安装有流量调节阀。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、本实用新型,通过在驾驶车辆本体时,安装在车辆本体后端的扬尘传感器会实时检测现场扬尘浓度,当现场扬尘浓度高于40μg/m3时,会在显示屏中提示开启喷嘴进行抑尘,水箱中的水源通过普通水管由增压水泵加压输出至喷雾管路,由喷雾管路中设置的喷嘴喷雾进行抑尘,在抑尘过程中,根据现场具体扬尘浓度值大小通过调节流量调节阀来控制喷雾强度,能够在运输车辆行驶过程中及时抑制车辆轮胎带起的扬尘,阻止扬尘进一步传播至空气中,造成环境污染。
2、本实用新型,通过启动伺服电机带动调节齿轮进行旋转,随即带动与其连接辅助齿轮进行,来调节喷雾管路的角度,实现对喷嘴的喷射角度进行调节,保证抑尘过程的灵活性,提高抑尘的效率。

如图1-4所示,一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,包括车辆本体2、水箱4与喷雾管,车辆本体2内壁底端固定安装有水箱4,水箱4内壁底端固定安装有水量传感器3,水箱4内壁上端固定安装有普通水管6,普通水管6另一端固定安装有喷雾管路10,喷雾管路10外壁呈直线均匀分布固定安装有若干个喷嘴8,车辆本体2操作面板处固定安装有显示屏1,车辆本体2底面后端固定安装有扬尘传感器12,喷雾管路10外壁另一端固定安装有辅助齿轮15,辅助齿轮15外壁活动连接有调节齿轮14,调节齿轮14中间固定安装有伺服电机13,伺服电机13底端固定安装在车辆本体2内壁底端;
车辆本体2底面后端呈对称均匀分布固定安装有安装板11,安装板11与喷雾管路10活动连接,通过安装板11能够保证喷雾管路10旋转时的稳定性;
喷雾管路10远离普通水管6一端固定安装有密封盖9,喷雾管路10靠近普通水管6一端固定安装有流量调节阀7,通过流量调节阀7能够控制普通水管6的流量大小。
本实用新型的工作原理:驾驶人员在驾驶车辆本体2时,安装在车辆本体2后端的扬尘传感器12会实时检测现场扬尘浓度,当现场扬尘浓度高于40μg/m3时,会在显示屏1中提示开启喷嘴8进行抑尘,水箱4中的水源通过普通水管6由增压水泵5加压输出至喷雾管路10,由喷雾管路10中设置的喷嘴8喷雾进行抑尘,在抑尘过程中,根据现场具体扬尘浓度值大小通过调节流量调节阀7来控制喷雾强度,在抑尘的过程中,启动伺服电机13带动调节齿轮14进行旋转,随即带动与其连接辅助齿轮15进行,来调节喷雾管路10的角度,实现对喷嘴8的喷射角度进行调节,保证抑尘过程的灵活性。

  1. 一种加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,其特征在于,包括车辆本体(2)、水箱(4)与喷雾管,所述车辆本体(2)内壁底端固定安装有水箱(4),所述水箱(4)内壁底端固定安装有水量传感器(3),所述水箱(4)内壁上端固定安装有普通水管(6),所述普通水管(6)另一端固定安装有喷雾管路(10),所述喷雾管路(10)外壁呈直线均匀分布固定安装有若干个喷嘴(8),所述车辆本体(2)操作面板处固定安装有显示屏(1),所述车辆本体(2)底面后端固定安装有扬尘传感器(12),所述喷雾管路(10)外壁另一端固定安装有辅助齿轮(15),所述辅助齿轮(15)外壁活动连接有调节齿轮(14),所述调节齿轮(14)中间固定安装有伺服电机(13),所述伺服电机(13)底端固定安装在车辆本体(2)内壁底端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加装在施工车辆尾部喷雾抑尘装置,其特征在于,所述车辆本体(2)底面后端呈对称均匀分布固定安装有安装板(11),所述安装板(11)与所述喷雾管路(10)活动连接。
