随着粉尘污染的加剧,导致环境的恶化越来越严重,雾霾天气的出现频率越来越高。粉尘对公众的健康、工作和生活造成了极大的危害,人们对治理粉尘的诉求也越来越强烈,这使得国家越来越重视环境的治理,确保人员健康和维护环境卫生方面发挥着重要作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种消毒杀菌喷雨机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下内容:
一种消毒杀菌喷雨机,用于安装在城市道路两侧楼房顶部、大厦顶部和小区房顶,所述喷雨机包括底座、旋转支架、齿轮轴、电机、齿轮、电控箱、回转支架、升降调节杆、风筒、风机、GPS定位器和喷雨装置;在所述底座的上端设置旋转支架,且底座与旋转支架之间通过齿轮轴连接,并且齿轮轴与旋转支架固定连接带动其转动;在所述底座的内部设置电机,且电机的上端延伸出底座;在所述电机的上端设置齿轮,且齿轮与齿轮轴相配合,并且带动齿轮轴转动;在所述旋转支架的上端设置电控箱;在所述旋转支架的后端设置回转支架,前端设置升降调节杆,且升降调节杆与旋转支架之间活动连接;所述风筒设置在升降调节杆和回转支架的上端,且分别与升降调节杆和回转支架之间活动连接;在所述风筒的后端内部设置风机;在所述风筒 的上端设置GPS定位器;在所述风筒的前端设置喷雨装置;所述电控箱分别与电机、风机、升降调节杆和喷雨装置之间均通过电连接。

喷雨装置在使用时,启动离心泵,通过过水管道为雾化喷嘴供水,接着雾化喷嘴把水雾化,最后通过风筒后端的风机把雾化的水喷向空中,对空气进行净化。
优选的是,所述风筒呈圆锥形,且前端直径小于后端直径。
圆锥形风筒的设计,便于压缩风的体积,以此来增加空气的流速,使之水雾喷射的更远。
优选的是,所述升降调节杆与风筒和旋转支架之间均通过销轴活动连接;所述回转支架与风筒之间通过销轴活动连接。
风筒通过与升降调节杆和回转支架之间销轴连接,便于更好的调整风筒的角度,以便达到更好的喷射效果。
本发明具有以下优点:
本装置设计合理,使用方便,维护简单,能有效利用水资源,洒水均匀,对容易引起尘埃的堆场喷水除尘时,可实现精量喷雨,喷雨颗粒小,与飘起的尘埃接触时,形成一种潮湿雾状体,能快速将尘埃抑制沉降;设置在道路两侧的楼房顶上,可以达到射程远、功力强、 覆盖范围广、喷洒速度快、工作效率高的优点。

具体实施方式

如图1和2所示,一种消毒杀菌喷雨机,用于安装在城市道路两侧楼房顶部、大厦顶部和小区房顶,所述喷雨机包括底座1、旋转支架2、齿轮轴3、电机4、齿轮5、电控箱6、回转支架7、升降调节杆8、风筒10、风机9、GPS定位器15和喷雨装置;在底座1的上端设置旋转支架7,且底座1与旋转支架2之间通过齿轮轴3连接,并且齿轮轴3与旋转支架2固定连接带动其转动,在底座1的内部设置电机4,且电机4的上端延伸出底座1,在电机4的上端设置齿轮5,且齿轮5与齿轮轴3相配合,并且带动齿轮轴3转动,从而带动旋转支架2转动,在旋转支架2的上端设置电控箱6,在旋转支架2 的后端设置回转支架7,前端设置升降调节杆8,且升降调节杆8与旋转支架2之间活动连接;风筒10设置在升降调节杆8和回转支架7的上端,且分别与升降调节杆8和回转支架7之间活动连接,便于调节风筒10的角度,在风筒10的后端内部设置风机9,在风筒的上端设置GPS定位器15,便于定位各个喷雨机的位置;在风筒10的前端设置喷雨装置,且电控箱6分别与电机4、风机9、升降调节杆8和喷雨装置之间均通过电连接,便于控制本装置的运行。
进一步地,喷雨装置包括雾化喷嘴11、过水管道12和离心泵13;雾化喷嘴11设置在风筒10的前侧;所述底座1、齿轮轴3和旋转支架2的中心中空,且过水管道12的前端依次穿过底座1、齿轮轴3和旋转支架2的中心,并且一直延伸固定在雾化喷嘴11上,并且过水管道12的末端设置在离心泵13上。喷雨装置在使用时,启动离心泵13,通过过水管道12为雾化喷嘴11供水,接着雾化喷嘴11把水雾化,最后通过风筒10后端的风机9把雾化的水喷向空中,对空气进行净化。
进一步地,所述风筒10呈圆锥形,且前端直径小于后端直径,便于压缩风的体积,来增加空气的流速,使之水雾喷射的更远。
进一步地,所述升降调节杆8与风筒10和旋转支架2之间均通过销轴14活动连接,同时回转支架7与风筒10之间也通过销轴14活动连接,便于更好的调整风筒10的角度,以便达到更好的喷射效果。
本装置的工作原理:本装置是根据液体雾化和空气射流理论,先 使用高压泵对液体加压,然后通过微细雾化喷嘴11将水雾化,再利用高压射流风机9的大风量和高风压将雾化后的水雨送到较远距离,使得水雾到达较远距离的同时,能够覆盖更大面积。在此过程中粉尘颗粒与水雨颗粒产生充分接触而变得湿润,被湿润的粉尘颗粒继续吸收其他粉尘颗粒而逐渐拧接成颗粒团,然后粉尘颗粒团由于自身的重力作用而沉降,从而达到拟尘、降尘的作用,降低空气中PM2.5深度数值,提高空气质量。同时,本产品还可以用于城市的消毒和杀菌,便于保护在城市中生活的人们的健康。
