本发明一些实施例中,参照图3,所述第一线圈111从所述第一锚定件201相对的两侧外壁穿入所述第一锚定件201内部并从同侧穿出,即所述第一线圈111分别从所述图示所述第一锚定件201的C侧外壁穿入所述第一锚定件201内部,并从所述第一锚定件201内部穿出至所述第一锚定件201的C侧;然后,所述第一线圈111从图示所述第一锚定件201的D侧外壁穿入所述第一锚定件201内部,并从所述第一锚定件201内部穿出至所述第一锚定件201的D侧,其中所述C侧和所述D侧方向相反;所述第二锚定件202设置方式与所述第一锚定件201相同。
本发明实施例提供了一种医用固定器械的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S01提供编织绳和锚定件;
S02将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件;
S03将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述编织绳,穿过部分形成调节部,并在穿过位置的两侧形成牵引部和线圈,所述锚定件与所述线圈共同形成锚定部。
本发明一些实施例中,参照图1、图2和图3,所述将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:所述绳端第一绳端121和第二绳端122,所述锚定件包括第一锚定件201和第二锚定件202,将所述第一绳端121穿过所述第一锚定件201,将所述第二绳端122穿过第二锚定件202。
本发明一些实施例中,参照图1、图2和图3,所述将所述将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述编织绳包括:将所述第一绳端121和所述第二绳端122分别从所述编织绳上第一位置和第二位置穿过,两个穿过部分分别形成第一调节部101和第二调节部102,在所述编制绳上的所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间形成牵引部1,在所述第一位置和所述第二位置的另一侧分别形成第一线圈111和第二线圈112,所述第一线圈111与所述第一锚定件201形成第一锚定部301,所述第二线圈112与所述第二锚定件202共同形成第二锚定部302,通过增加所述锚定部的数量提高所述医用固定器械的固定效果。
本发明一些实施例中,参照图1,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:将所述第一绳端121从所述第一锚定件201的一端贯穿至另一端,所述第二锚定件202设置方式与所述第一锚定件201相同。
本发明一些实施例中,参照图2,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:将所述第一绳端121从所述第一锚定件201的一侧穿过后从相对的另一侧再次穿过,即图示所述锚定件的A侧穿过后从B侧再次穿过;所述第二锚定件202设置方式与所述第一锚定件201相同。
本发明一些实施例中,参照图3,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:所述第一绳端121分别从所述图示所述第一锚定件201的C侧外壁穿入所述第一锚定件201内部,并从所述第一锚定件201内部穿出至所述第一锚定件201的C侧;然后,所述第一绳端121从图示所述第一锚定件201的D侧外壁穿入所述第一锚定件201内部,并从所述第一锚定件201内部穿出至所述第一锚定件201的D侧,其中所述C侧和所述D侧方向相反;同理,所述第二锚定件202设置方式与所述第一锚定件201相同。
虽然在上文中详细说明了本发明的实施方式,但是对于本领域的技术人员来说显而易见的是,能够对这些实施方式进行各种修改和变化。但是,应理解,这种修改和变化都属于权利要求书中所述的本发明的范围和精神之内。而且,在此说明的本发明可有其它的实施方式,并且可通过多种方式实施或实现。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种医用固定器械,其特征在于,包括:
    牵引部,用于连接目标组织;
    与所述牵引部相连接的锚定部,所述锚定部用于植入骨组织内;
    所述锚定部通过编织缝线形成;
    与所述锚定部相连接的调节部,所述调节部用于使所述锚定部形变成柔性锚;
    使用过程中,所述锚定部先植入所述骨组织内,在所述调节部的作用下所述锚定部形变成柔性锚并固定在所述骨组织内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,包括:
    编织绳和锚定件;
    所述编织绳的绳端从所述编织绳上穿过,穿过部分形成所述调节部,并在穿过位置两侧形成所述牵引部和线圈;
    所述锚定件设置于所述线圈并共同形成所述锚定部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,所述锚定部的数量至少为两个。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,所述线圈从所述锚定件的一侧穿过并从相对的另一侧穿过。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,所述锚定件为两端开口的空心结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,所述线圈从所述锚定件的两端贯穿所述锚定件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的医用固定器械,其特征在于,所述线圈从所述锚定件相对的两侧外壁穿入所述锚定件内部并从同侧穿出。
  8. 一种医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    提供编织绳和缝线编织形成的锚定件;
    将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件;
    将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述编织绳,穿过部分形成调节部,并在穿过位置的两侧形成牵引部和线圈,所述锚定件与所述线圈共同形成锚定部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:
    所述绳端包括第一绳端和第二绳端,所述锚定件包括第一锚定件和第二锚定件,将所述第一绳端穿过所述第一锚定件,将所述第二绳端穿过第二锚定件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述编织绳包括:
    将所述第一绳端和所述第二绳端分别从所述编织绳上第一位置和第二位置穿过,穿过部分分别形成第一调节部和第二调节部,在所述第一位置和第二位置之间形成牵引部,在所述牵引部相对的另一侧形成第一线圈和第二线圈,所述第一线圈与所述第一锚定件形成第一锚定部,所述第二线圈与所述第二锚定件共同形成第二锚定部。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:
    将所述绳端从所述锚定件的一端贯穿至另一端。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:
    将所述绳端从所述锚定件的一侧穿过后从相对的另一侧再次穿过。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的医用固定器械的制造方法,其特征在于,所述编织绳的绳端穿过所述锚定件包括:
    将所述绳端从所述锚定件的第一侧的外壁穿入所述锚定件的内部;
    将所述绳端从所述锚定件内部穿出至所述第一侧的外壁外;
    将所述绳端所述锚定件的第二侧的外壁穿入所述锚定件的内部;
    将所述绳端从所述锚定件内部穿出至所述第一侧的外壁外;
    所述第一侧和所述第二侧朝向相反。
