Description

一种带有纤维废屑清洁功能的棉织机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有纤维废屑清洁功能的棉织机。
背景技术
棉织机又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称。像纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等。古今纺织工艺流程和设备的发展都是因应纺织原料而设计的,因此,原料在纺织技术中具有重要的地位。
现有的棉织机在将织物加工成型之后,通过卷布辊对织物进行收卷,由于成型的织物上吸附有大量的纤维废屑,导致织物在收卷过程中这些纤维废屑扬起,影响工作人员的工作环境。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种带有纤维废屑清洁功能的棉织机。

(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种带有纤维废屑清洁功能的棉织机,通过毛刷辊对织物上粘附的纤维废屑进行清除,然后通过集气罩将清除下的纤维废屑吸出,然后通过清洁辊上的胶纸对织物上残留的纤维废屑进行粘附,对织物上的纤维废屑具有很好的清洁功能,避免织物在收卷过程中纤维废屑扬起,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种带有纤维废屑清洁功能的棉织机, 包括机架和卷布辊,所述卷布辊上方固定连接有罩壳,且罩壳顶端与底端均呈开放式结构设置,所述罩壳内侧通过轴承对称安装有毛刷辊,所述毛刷辊下方通过轴承对称转动连接有清洁辊,所述清洁辊表面包覆有胶纸,所述罩壳端部对称安装有减速电机,且减速电机的动力输出端与毛刷辊传动连接,所述清洁辊两侧均通过铰链安装有检修门,所述罩壳外侧安装有集气罩,且集气罩的输入端与罩壳内腔导通连接,所述集气罩的输出端安装有连通管,所述连通管的外壁处导通连接有抽气管。
优选的,所述机架顶端焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板表面开设有通孔,且通孔与卷布辊相对应。
优选的,所述检修门与罩壳结合处设置有密封胶条。
优选的,所述检修门外壁处安装有卡块,与所述卡块相对应的壳体罩壳外壁处安装有锁扣。
优选的,所述集气罩设置有多个,且多个所述集气罩之间等距分布。
优选的,所述罩壳顶口处可拆卸连接有盖板,所述盖板表面开设有一字孔。
优选的,所述盖板上表面边缘处对称焊接有支架,且支架之间通过轴承转动连接有导向辊。
本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、通过毛刷辊上的刷毛与织物相抵接,同时通过减速电机的动力输出端驱动毛刷辊转动,从而可对织物上的纤维废屑进行去除,同时通过抽气管外接抽风设备,通过集气罩将罩壳内侧漂浮的纤维废屑吸出,然后汇集在连通管内侧,最终被抽气管全部抽出,同时通过清洁辊上包覆的胶纸与织物表面相贴合,当织物在收卷过程中,会带动清洁辊转动,从而可有效的对织物上残留的纤维废屑进行粘附处理,因此对织物上的纤维废屑具有很好的清洁功能,避免织物在 收卷过程中纤维废屑扬起,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境。
2、通过卡块与锁扣之间相卡合,方便检修门的开启与闭合,从而方便人工对清洁辊绕卷的胶纸进行定期更换。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述机架1顶端焊接有支撑板2,所述支撑板2表面开设有通孔201,且通孔201与卷布辊101相对应;
需要说明的是,经过处理之后的织物穿过支撑板2上开设的通孔201与卷布辊101相连接,方便对织物进行收卷处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述检修门305与罩壳3结合处设置有密封胶条;
需要说明的是,可有效的提高检修门305与罩壳3结合处的密封性,防止纤维废屑从检修门305与罩壳3结合处的缝隙中溢出。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述检修门305外壁处安装有卡块306,与所述卡块306相对应的壳体罩壳3外壁处安装有锁扣307;
需要说明的是,通过卡块306与锁扣307之间相卡合,方便检修门305的开启与闭合,从而方便人工对清洁辊302绕卷的胶纸303进行定期更换。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述集气罩4设置有多个,且多个所述集气罩4之间等距分布;
需要说明的是,可一次性吸取更多的纤维废屑,从而提高纤维废屑清洁的效率。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述罩壳3顶口处可拆卸连接有盖板5,所述盖板 5表面开设有一字孔501;
需要说明的是,通过在盖板5上设置一字孔501,可使织物穿过一字孔501进入到罩壳3内侧进行清洁处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述盖板5上表面边缘处对称焊接有支架502,且支架502之间通过轴承转动连接有导向辊503;
需要说明的是,通过织物与导向辊503相贴合,将织物送入到罩壳3内侧,对织物在移动过程中起到很好的导向作用。
本实用新型中,通过将纺织成型之后的织物导入至罩壳3的内侧,首先是织物从两个毛刷辊301之间经过,通过毛刷辊301上的刷毛与织物相抵接,同时通过减速电机304的动力输出端驱动毛刷辊301转动,从而可对织物上的纤维废屑进行去除,同时通过抽气管402外接抽风设备,通过集气罩4将罩壳3内侧漂浮的纤维废屑吸出,然后汇集在连通管401内侧,最终被抽气管402全部抽出,然后将收集的废屑通入到集尘装置中,同时通过清洁辊302上包覆的胶纸303与织物表面相贴合,当织物在收卷过程中,会带动清洁辊302转动,从而可有效的对织物上残留的纤维废屑进行粘附处理,因此对织物上的纤维废屑具有很好的清洁功能,避免织物在收卷过程中纤维废屑扬起,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境。
