- FIGS. 2 to 10 may be performed, for example, by the electronic device 110 described above.
- Figure 2 is a flowchart for explaining an order management method according to an embodiment.
- step S201 the electronic device 110 receives an order request for item delivery from the user terminal 140.
- step S202 the electronic device 110 allocates order identification information corresponding to the received order request.
- the order identification information may include at least one of one or more character information and one or more numeric information.
- the electronic device 110 may allocate a unique combination including one or more character information and one or more numeric information as order identification information to the received order request.
- the electronic device 110 assigns information for identifying the item to be delivered to some of the digits of the order identification information consisting of multiple digits, and identifies the user terminal 140 that requested the order to the remaining digits.
- Order identification information can be created by assigning information to the user.
- the electronic device 110 generates order identification information by combining M-digit character information and N-digit numeric information (here, M and N are natural numbers, and N>1), and If all representable character information has already been combined with N-digit numeric information, order identification information can be generated by combining M+1-digit character information and N-1-digit numeric information.
- the electronic device 110 may assign unique order identification information to the received order request, at least in the order history of the user terminal 140 that transmitted the order request. For example, if the order history of the user terminal 140 that transmitted the order request consists of order request A, order request B, and order request C, the electronic device 110 distinguishes order request A from order requests B and C. Order identification information can be assigned.
- the electronic device 110 may provide a unique order request for the received order request in the shared order details.
- One order identification information can be assigned. For example, when the user terminal 140 that transmitted the order request and separate user terminals #1 and #2 share order details, order requests A and B, which are the order details of the user terminal 140, are included in the shared order details. , Let us assume that in addition to C, there are additional order requests D and E due to user terminal #1 or #2. In this case, the electronic device 110 may allocate order identification information to order request A that is different from order requests B, C, D, and E.
- step S203 the electronic device 110 provides a picking request including order identification information to the picking terminal 120 based on the received order request.
- the electronic device 110 provides a picking request through a picking application provided in the picking terminal 120, and when the picking operation page is activated on the picking application, the electronic device 110 provides an interface within the picking operation page.
- the picking terminal 120 is controlled to provide a picking request through the picking operation, and when a work page other than the picking work page is activated on the picking work application, a notification corresponding to the picking request is displayed on the currently activated work page.
- the terminal 120 can be controlled.
- the electronic device 110 provides a picking request through a picking application provided in the picking terminal 120, but when the picking application is running as a background application in the picking terminal 120, the picking request is made.
- the picking terminal 120 can be controlled so that a notification corresponding to is displayed on the screen of the picking terminal 120.
- the electronic device 110 provides a picking request through a picking operation application provided in the picking terminal 120, and selects a terminal to provide a picking request among a plurality of picking terminals according to a preset standard. You can select and provide a picking request to the selected picking terminal.
- the application for picking work provides a page for picking work (hereinafter referred to as picking work page) and a page for other tasks (hereinafter referred to as other work pages), and the picking employee uses the picking work application provided in the picking terminal. You can selectively activate the picking work page and one of the other work pages.
- the method of activating the page may vary, but a representative method of selecting a tab for each page can be used.
- picking staff can bring their accounts online for picking or take them offline.
- the online-offline status applies to picking tasks, and no distinction is made between online-offline status for other tasks.
- switching between online and offline status for picking work can be done through logging in and logging out of the account on the picking work page, but it is not necessarily limited to this method, and there is no limit to any method that can prove the identity of the picking staff.
- Can be used e.g., iris recognition, voice recognition, facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, etc.
- the electronic device 110 selects a terminal that is online for the picking operation among a plurality of terminals connected to the application for the picking operation. However, if there are multiple terminals that are online for the picking operation, the electronic device 110 is based on the order in which the terminals are online for the picking operation. You can select the terminal that will provide the picking request. For example, the electronic device 110 may select, among a plurality of terminals online for the picking operation, the terminal that came online first for the picking operation as the terminal to provide the picking request.
- the electronic device 110 selects a terminal that is online for the picking operation among a plurality of terminals connected to the application for the picking operation. However, if there are multiple terminals that are online for the picking operation, the terminal among the plurality of terminals in the online state is idle. Terminals in this state can be selected preferentially.
- the electronic device 110 states that a preset work page other than the picking work page is activated on the picking work application among the plurality of offline terminals. You can select a terminal with priority.
- step S204 the electronic device 110 provides delivery-related information including order identification information to the delivery terminal 130 based on the received order request.
- 'delivery-related information' may include at least one of 1) a request for delivery of an item and 2) a request to confirm whether delivery of the item has been completed. More specifically, the 'request for delivery of an item' may include at least one of a packaging request, a loading request, and a delivery request for the item picked by the picking staff.
- the electronic device 110 may provide delivery-related information for the item for which the picking operation has been completed to the delivery terminal 130, and at this time, the electronic device 110
- the method of recognizing that the picking task has been completed can be set in various ways depending on the embodiment (for example, receiving information indicating that the picking task has been completed through a picking terminal, or placing the picked items in a space where they are loaded). such as receiving information indicating that an item has been loaded through a sensor).
- step S205 the electronic device 110 provides an order response including order identification information to the user terminal 140.
- 'order response' is information about the status of an order being processed, and may include at least one of order identification information, delivery status information about the order, and response information according to a user inquiry about the order.
- order identification information it may be provided as is in the format created and assigned by the electronic device 110, but may also be processed and provided according to a format supported by the user application provided in the user terminal 140.
- 3 to 10 are flowcharts for explaining an order management method according to an additional embodiment.
- Figure 3 relates to an embodiment of checking whether delivery is completed between the electronic device 110 and the delivery terminal 130.
