Description
Rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants
The present invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for growing plants in an artificial environment.
Different devices for growing plants on protected soil are known, which are intended for optimal placement of vegetation plants. The ultimate goal of these devices is to create the best growing conditions for plants and maximize utilization of the limited area. For this, plant storage capacities made with different technical solutions are used, which are installed longitudinally on structures arranged in rows in mechanized greenhouses. The mentioned issue is especially relevant in such greenhouses where mechanization is used, considering the possibility of turning around the common axis of the vegetation receptacles of the plants installed in the mentioned rows, in order to ensure the movement of service personnel and mechanical means between the rows. During the rotation of the vegetation receptacles of the plants, it is necessary that the plants placed in the receptacles always maintain a vertical position.
The closest technical solution to the present invention is a rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants, which contains a number of soil containing capacities, which are located on tensioners between the stands of the device, the stands being mounted on a central axis with the capability of rotating about it. In addition, the capacities also rotate about their hanger axes and along concentric circles around the central axis. The central axis is located between two side walls placed on a movable platform. The platform is provided with wheels that are made with the capability of moving on a pair of rails that are mounted on the surface of the device /RU 173220 Ul, 16.08.2017/.
The drawback of the known device is that it is characterized by the complexity of construction and operating conditions, and the efficiency of growing plants using this device is low. Although the system containing the mentioned devices allows the
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26)
rotation of the rows, it requires a massive construction, installation of pairs of rails to move the platform, which is related to the complexity, and at the same time, the system containing such features intended for growing plants located in the greenhouse is very limited by the longitudinal dimension of the rows, so that the vegetative capacities of the plants are not affected by the force of gravity. In long greenhouses, it will be necessary to make many such heavy structures, or it will create the need to insert many intermediate supports, which will make the structure even heavier and make it inflexible to move the platform on the rafters. In addition, the design of the device cannot exclude undesirable vibrations during the rotation of the stands around the central axis and the possibility of overturning of containers containing soil, which causes damage to the plants in the containers.
The objective of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings and make it possible to fully utilize the useful area of a greenhouse and provide the best environment of vegetation.
The technical effect of the invention is increased productivity of the plant growing process by maximizing the use of a greenhouse area and improving the operating conditions of the device by avoiding overturning of the vegetation receptacles of the plants.
The essence of the invention is that the rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants includes vertical support posts with a central axis passing through them, vegetation receptacles for plants, which are located on horizontal beams. In addition, these beams are installed on the central axis, with the possibility of turning around it. The device in the places of installation of vegetation receptacles on horizontal beams is equipped with circular guides, which are attached to horizontal beams, and the vegetation receptacles of plants placed in them based on rollers have the capability of maintain a horizontal position when turning the horizontal beams around the central axis.
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26)
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the guides are placed on horizontal beams with the possibility of being installed on both sides. Plant vegetation receptacles are made in the form of a continuous profile along the entire length of the device.
The features of the rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants included in the essence of the invention are essential and provide the possibility of achieving a technical result. In particular, the implementation of the proposed device in the form of vertical posts, in which the central axis is passed, horizontal poles installed on the central axis with the capability of turning, and the vegetation receptacles of the plants located on them, means that in this construction it is possible to rotate the horizontal poles around the central axis, both clockwise and counterclockwise by a 90° angle, and by 180° angle in total, i.e. to move the horizontal beams to a vertical position, which allows for more dynamism and transformation capability of the device. When transforming the device according to the present invention, wide service passages are created in the greenhouse, for moving technical means: carts, small tractors or other technical means. In addition, it is possible to arrange these devices in the greenhouse in rows at an optimal distance, which ultimately allows the maximum use of the greenhouse area. Its construction allows for placement of the vegetation receptacles of plants at a convenient height for the greenhouse service personnel, which leads to the reduction of labor costs for the greenhouse service and the increase of the efficiency of plant cultivation.
In addition, providing the device in places of installation of vegetation receptacles on horizontal beams with circular guides, in which said receptacles are placed supported by rollers, ensures the maintenance of the horizontal position of these receptacles when turning the horizontal beams around the central axis and excludes the possibility of overturning the vegetation receptacles of plants.
The description of the invention is explained by the drawings, where

Fig. 1 shows a rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants, front view;
Fig. 2 - the same, lateral view;
Fig. 3 - the same, when turning the horizontal beams counterclockwise by an angle of 90° around the central axis, front view;
Fig. 4 - the same, when turning the horizontal beams clockwise around the central axis by an angle of 90°, front view;
Fig. 5 - arrangement in rows of rotor-planetary type devices intended for growing plants in a greenhouse.
The rotor-planetary type device intended for growing plants (see fig. 1 and fig. 2) comprises vertical support posts 1 with a central axis 2 passing through them, on which horizontal beams 3 are mounted. The horizontal beams 3 have the capability of turning around the central axis 2, both clockwise (see Fig. 4) and counter-clockwise (see Fig. 3), by an angle of 90°, and a total of 180°. Plant vegetation receptacles 4 are placed on horizontal beams 3. The device is equipped with circular guides 5 attached to horizontal beams 3 in places of mounting of plant vegetation receptacles 4 on horizontal beams 3. In the guides 5, the vegetation receptacles 4 of the plants, supported on the rollers 6, are placed, which, when the horizontal poles 3 turn around the central axis 2, maintain the horizontal position with the help of the rollers 6, and, accordingly, the plants placed in them maintain the vertical position. Thus, the 4 overturning of the said receptacles is avoided. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the guides 5 are placed on horizontal beams 3 with the capability of being mounted on both, upper or lower sides, and the plant vegetation receptacles 4 are made in the form of a continuous profile along the entire length of the device.
The described device is a module of similar devices that can be arranged in rows, for example, five rows I-V in the greenhouse 7 (see Fig. 5). In each row, these devices contained in each f the rows I-V are placed longitudinally, at a minimally close

distance from each other, and their number depends on the geometric dimensions of the greenhouse 7. In row I, the initial horizontal position of the horizontal poles 3 of the device are represented.
In rows II and IV, vertical positions of horizontal poles 3 rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise around central axis 2 can be seen, and in row III, shows positions of horizontal beams 3 rotated 90 degrees clockwise are shown, thereby creating a wide movement area between the II-IV rows for the service personnel and for the movement of mechanical means. The exits between rows I-II and IV-V are semirestricted, which is sufficient only for the movement of the personnel. Until the horizontal posts 3 in rows I and V remain horizontal, the movement of the mechanical means will be limited.
The Rotor-planetary devices according to the present invention can be used in systems where processes such as hydroponics, aquaponics and aeroponics are used for growing. All types of irrigation and drainage systems known in the art are compatible with these devices.
Growing plants with the device according to the present the invention is carried out as follows: for planting seedlings or harvesting, the horizontal beams of the device 3 with the vegetation receptacles 4 of the plants located on them are placed in a horizontal position (see Fig. 1) and are fixed in this position. After performing the necessary actions, the horizontal beams 3 are turned around the central axis 2 clockwise (see Fig. 4) or in the opposite direction (see Fig. 3) at an angle of 90°, thereby moving the said poles 3 to a vertical position, and are fixed in this position. A similar action is performed on all other modules of the greenhouse 7.
By moving the horizontal posts 3 to the vertical position in the greenhouse 7 (see Fig. 5), wide exits are created for service, and for moving technical means: carts, small tractors or other technical means.
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26)
When the horizontal posts 3 are moved to the vertical position, the vegetation receptacles 4 of the plants are located at a convenient height for the greenhouse service staff. When turning the horizontal posts 3 around the central axis 2, the vegetation receptacles 4 of the plants placed in the guides 5 on the rollers 6, rolling on the rollers 6, maintain the horizontal position using the rollers and, accordingly, the plants placed in them maintain the vertical position, thus preventing the said receptacles 4 from tilting.
