背景技术
Type-C母端电连接器广泛运用于各种电子产品,诸如移动电源、蓝牙耳机、手机等,用于给电子产品充电或者数据传输。一般而言,Type-C母端电连接器包括绝缘主体、镶嵌于绝缘主体的端子和包覆绝缘主体的金属外壳。Type-C母端电连接器设有各种端子,各端子一般都设有焊脚,各端子一般也独立成型。
申请内容
本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供一种Type-C母端电连接器。
为了解决以上技术问题,本申请的Type-C母端电连接器,包括绝缘主体和若干端子,其中,所述端子包括第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子设有对接部以及与其对接部连接的固定部,所述第二端子设有对接部、固定部和焊脚,所述第二端子还设有与所述第一端子的固定部相对的固定分支。
由于第一端子没有设置焊脚,加工过程中不便独立固定,通过在第二端子上设置与所述第一端子的固定部相对的固定分支,在加工过程中,可以使第一端子的固定部与第二端子的固定分支连接在一起,从而使第一端子和第二端子可以先一体加工成型,而后将第一端子和第二端子打断,从而形成第一端子的固定部和第二端子的固定分支,从而方便加工。

以下结合附图及具体实施例,对本申请作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图1-8所示,本实施例的Type-C母端电连接器,包括绝缘主体2000和若干端子。其中,所述端子包括第一端子4和第二端子3。所述第一端子4设有对接部42以及与其对接部42连接的固定部46,所述第二端子3设有对接部32、固定部311和焊脚33,所述第二端子3还设有与所述第一端子4的固定部46相对的固定分支313。如图3所示,所述第一端子4的固定部46的自由端和所述第二端子3的固定分支313的自由端相对设置。所述第一端子4还设有接触部45,所述接触部45自所述第一端子的对接部延伸,所述第一端子4的固定部46与所述接触部45并联设置。
所述第二端子3还设有三头连接部312,所述第二端子3的固定部311、固定分支313、焊脚33分别与所述三头连接部312的各连接端连接,即所述第二端子3的固定部311与连接端3121连接;焊脚33与连接端3122连接;固定分支313与连接端3123连接。所述三头连接部312呈T形。通过设置三头连接部,便于第二端子3的固定部311、固定分支313、焊脚33的连接,还可使该端子更牢固地埋设于绝缘主体2000内。
所述端子还包括与第二端子3相同种类的第三端子8,所述第二端子3的焊脚33和第三端子8的焊脚83抵靠在一起。这样,可以使焊脚33和焊脚83合并为一个焊脚,使这两个焊脚共用一个焊盘,这样相当于减少了焊脚的数量,不影响数据传输,也便于维修,减少Type-C母端电连接器占用PCB板的面积,方便布板。
所述第二端子3和第三端子8位于不同排并且在竖直方向相互错开。具体地,第二端子3位于上排,第三端子8位于下排。

至少部分端子搭接于同类的其他端子以使该部分端子与同类的其他端子保持电连接。在本实施例中,第一端子4搭接于第四端子7。通过搭接于同类的其他端子,该部分端子不需要设置焊脚,而通过同类的其他端子的焊脚传输电能或者数据。这样焊脚减少了,也便于维修,减少Type-C母端电连接器占用PCB板的面积,方便布板。
所述端子包括分布于上排和下排的端子,搭接于同类端子的端子与被其搭接的端子分布于不同排。具体地,第一端子4位于上排,第四端子7位于下排。
搭接于同类端子的端子与被其搭接的端子在竖直方向相互错开。第一端子4和第四端子7在竖直方向相互错开。
搭接于同类端子的端子设有用于搭接的接触部。具体地,第一端子4设有用于搭接的接触部45。
所述接触部自搭接于同类端子的端子的对接部延伸后再朝被其搭接的端子弯折。具体地,所述接触部45自对接部42延伸后再朝第四端子7弯折。
搭接于同类端子的端子还设有与其接触部并联并且与其对接部连接的固定部。具体地,第一端子4还设有与其接触部45并联并且与其对接部42连接的固定部46。
所述被搭接的端子的固定部朝所述接触部方向延伸形成搭接凸部。具体地,第四端子7的固定部71朝接触部45方向延伸形成搭接凸部711。通过设置搭接凸部711,便于第一端子4的接触部45的与搭接凸部711导通的结构设计,避免第一端子4与其他端子发生短路或者干涉。
搭接于同类端子的端子为数据端子。具体地,第一端子4和第四端子7为数据端子。
所述Type-C母端电连接器还设有金属外壳1000,所述金属外壳1000设有支脚1001,所述支脚1001朝所述焊脚相反的方向弯折。通过设置支脚1001,可以加强所述Type-C母端电连接器与PCB的连接,提高连接强度,同时,与端子的焊脚折弯方向相反,可以使所述Type-C母端电连接器更容易保持平衡。
由于第一端子没有设置焊脚,加工过程中不便独立固定,通过在第二端子上设置与所述第一端子的固定部相对的固定分支,在加工过程中,可以使第一端子的固定部与第二端子的固定分支连接在一起,从而使第一端子和第二端子可以先一体加工成型,而后将第一端子和第二端子打断,从而形成第一端子的固定部和第二端子的固定分支,从而方便加工。
如图9所示,在打断前,第二端子3和第一端子4连接为一体,这样,第二端子3和第一端子4可以一体加工而成。
在本实施例中,所述Type-C母端电连接器共有10个对接部和9个焊脚。由于焊脚33和焊脚83合并在一起共用一个焊盘,所以共有8个焊盘。
实施例2:
如图10-11所示,本实施例的Type-C母端电连接器与实施例1的区别在于:所述Type-C母端电连接器还包括独立的卡锁3000。所述卡锁3000包括左卡锁3001、右卡锁3002和连接部3003。连接部3003将左卡锁3001和右卡锁3002连接成一体。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述第一端子的固定部的自由端和所述第二端子的固定分支的自由端相对设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述第一端子还设有接触部,所述接触部自所述第一端子的对接部延伸,所述第一端子的固定部与所述接触部并联设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的Type-C母端电连接器,其中,所述第二端子还设有三头连接部,所述第二端子的固定部、固定分支、焊脚分别与所述三头连接部的各连接端连接。
