Abstract

一种漏水检测方法,包括:确定在预设时段内目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据(S110);基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量(S120);若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体进行漏水维护(S130)。还提供一种漏水检测装置和执行该漏水检测方法的电子设备及计算机可读存储介质。

Description

漏水检测方法、漏水检测装置、电子设备及存储介质 技术领域
本申请涉及计算机处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种漏水检测方法、漏水检测装置、电子设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
船只在海上航行的过程中,船只的机舱或货仓中通常会有大量水流入,当舱底水积存过多时,会对船体有腐蚀作用,也会使机电设备受潮或浸水损坏,还会浸湿货物造成货损,由此将会严重地影响船舶稳定性和危及航行安全。所以通常当积水水位达到一定高度时,就由排水系统自动进行排水动作,使得舱底积水高度始终处于安全范围内,保证船只始终正常航行,但是如此,用户则无法及时了解到舱底是否存在漏水的情况。
在相关技术中,舱底漏水检测的方法通常是由人工按期对舱底进行实地检测,确定舱底是否存在漏水的情况。该检测方法不仅浪费时间和人力成本,而且因需要目测去看是否会出现漏水,会导致检测效果差的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种漏水检测方法、漏水检测装置、电子设备及计算机可读存储介质,以实现在提高漏水检测的及时性、准确度和便捷性的同时,减少航行事故发生,达到提高航行安全性的技术效果。
根据本申请的一方面,提供了一种漏水检测方法。漏水检测方法用于目标航行载体,所述目标航行载体上设置有目标排水设备。该方法包括:
确定在预设时段内所述目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;
基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量;
若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使所述目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于所述漏水提示信息对所述目标航行载体进行漏水维护。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种漏水检测装置。漏水检测装置用于目标航行载体,所述目标航行载体上设置有目标排水设备。该装置包括:
排水数据获取模块,用于确定在预设时段内所述目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;
总排水量确定模块,用于基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量;
漏水提示信息发送模块,用于若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使所述目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于所述漏水提示信息对所述目标航行载体进行漏水维护。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:
至少一个处理器;以及
与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行本申请任一实施例所述的漏水检测方法。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使处理器执行时实现本申请任一实施例所述的漏水检测方法。
本申请实施例的技术方案,通过确定在预设时段内目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量;若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体进行漏水维护,解决了相关技术中基于人工实地检测舱底是否漏水,导致检测效率低、效果差的问题,实现了通过采集预设时段内目标排水设备所执行的各排水任务的排水数据,基于各排水数据计算目标排水设备的总排水量,进而通过判断总排水量与预设排水阈值的大小关系来判断舱底是否漏水,提高漏水检测的准确性、便捷性和及时性,同时当检测到漏水时,及时向目标用户发送漏水提示信息,以使目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体及时进行漏水维护,有效保护了目标航行载体,极大的减少航行事故的发生,达到提高航行安全性的技术效果。

实施例一
图1是根据本申请实施例一提供的一种漏水检测方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于漏水检测情况,该方法可以由漏水检测装置来执行,该漏水检测装置可以采用硬件和/或软件的形式实现,该漏水检测装置可配置于计算设备中。如图1所示,该方法包括:
S110、确定在预设时段内目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据。
需要说明的是,可以基于本技术方案开发相应的漏水检测的系统,进而基于该系统处理相应的任务,从而进行漏水的检测。示例性的,在船舶领域中,可以通过部署在船只舱底上的排水设备在预设时段内排水总量,与预设标准排水量之间的差异,判断舱底是否存在漏水情况。还需要说明的是,本技术方案可以应用在船舶领域中舱底漏水检测的情形,还可以应用在任意需要漏水检测的情形中。
其中,预设时段是指预设的时间段,可以为7天,也可以为15天,此处不作限制。目标航行载体可以理解为船只,目标航行载体上设置有目标排水设备。目标排水设备可以部署在船只的舱底,用于排除舱底积水,可选的,目标排水设备可以为舱底泵。例如,在船舶排水领域中,可以当船只舱底的积水水位达到一定高度,或者到达一个排水周期时,生成一个排水任务A,以使部署在船只舱底的目标排水设备执行排水任务A将舱底积水排除,保证船只正常航行。
在实际应用中,可以采集部署在目标航行载体舱底上的目标排水设备在预设时段内执行排水任务时,所记录的排水数据,可选的,排水数据中包括排水时长以及排水速率。例如,目标排水设备可以为舱底泵,可以采集舱底泵在预设时段(如7天、10天、15天、20天或30天)内排水的频率、时长、以及每次排水时的排水速率等数据,可以将这些数据均作为排水数据,以使后续基于排水数据计算舱底泵在该预设时段内的排水量总和,从而基于排水量总和判断船只舱底是否漏水。
S120、基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量。
其中,总排水量可以表征舱底总积水排除量。
在实际应用中,可以基于各排水任务所对应的排水数据统计出目标排水设备在预设时间段内总计的排水量,作为总排水量。例如,可以根据排水的频率、每次排水的时长、舱底泵的排水速率计算预设时段内的排水量总和,即总排水量。
需要说明的是,为了提高排水量统计的准确性,可以在基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量时,基于每项排水数据分别确定对应的排水量,进而将各排水量进行统计,可以得到总排水量。
可选的,基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量,包括:确定各排水数据所对应的子排水量;对各子排水量进行整合,得到总排水量。
在实际应用中,可以根据某项排水数据中的排水时长和排水速率计算该排水数据所对应的排水量,作为子排水量,例如,假设排水数据A中排水时长为0.3h,排水速率为5.66m 3/h,那么子排水量可以为0.3×5.66=1.698m 3。相应的,可以得到各排水数据所对应的子排水量,可以将各子排水量之和作为总排水量。
需要说明的是,目标排水设备所排的舱底积水可能来自因船体裂缝导致海水渗进舱底的水,也可能是来自船只的冲洗用水,在实际场景中,若是对船只进行冲洗,可能存在冲洗用水渗进舱底的情况,导致目标排水设备的总排水量增多,为了提高漏水检测的准确性,还可以考虑冲洗用水对总排水量的影响。
可选的,漏水检测方法还包括:确定预设时段内与目标航行载体相对应的至少一个清洗任务;基于各清洗任务所对应的预设清洗渗水量,确定总清洗渗水量;基于总清洗渗水量更新总排水量。
在实际应用中,可以将清洗目标航行载体的任务作为清洗任务,相应的,可以获取预设时段内目标航行载体对应的多个清洗任务。在确定各清洗任务所对应的预设清洗渗水量时,可以基于各清洗任务中的清洗时长以及清洗速率,确定每个清洗任务可能产生的渗水量,即预设清洗渗水量;也可以将历史清洗 多个船只时可能产生的渗水量之和的均值作为清洗渗水量,可以将该清洗渗水量作为每个清洗任务的预设清洗渗水量。进一步的,可以将各预设清洗渗水量之和作为总清洗渗水量。基于总清洗渗水量修正总排水量,例如,可以根据总清洗渗水量的大小,适当降低总排水量,得到降低更新后的总排水量。例如,在实际场景中,可以判断在该段预设时段内目标航行载体是否进行过船只清洗,若进行过船只清洗,则应对该段预设时段内的总排水量进行修正,以判断修正后的总排水量是否超出正常的水量总和,若是,则此时可以认为舱底存在漏水情况,可以发出告警信息。
需要说明的是,目标排水设备所排的舱底积水还可能是目标航行载体在航行的过程中,浪花和/或雨水落进舱底的海水,例如,下雨或浪太大时,会有水从甲板处流入到舱底内,导致目标排水设备的总排水量增多,为了进一步提高漏水检测的准确性,还可以考虑浪花和/或雨水对总排水量的影响。
可选的,漏水检测方法还包括:确定目标航行载体在预设时段内的目标航行区域;获取目标航行区域所对应的天气影响数据;基于天气影响数据确定总影响渗水量,并基于总影响渗水量更新总排水量。
其中,天气影响数据中包括降雨信息和浪高信息,可选的,还可以包括风级信息。
在实际应用中,可以将目标航行载体所负责航行的区域作为目标航行区域,可以获取目标航行载体在预设时段内的目标航行区域,进而可以结合该预设时段内目标航行区域中雨天的降雨量信息、水域的浪高信息统计出可能产生的渗水量,作为总影响渗水量。可以基于总影响渗水量对该段预设时段内的总排水量进行修正,例如,可以根据总影响渗水量的大小,适当降低总排水量,得到修正后的总排水量,再判断修正后的总排水量是否超出正常的水量总和,若是,则此时可以认为舱底存在漏水情况,可以发出告警信息。
需要说明的是,在基于天气影响数据确定总影响渗水量时,还可以基于降雨信息中的降雨频次和每次的降雨量预估计可能产生的渗水量,也可以基于浪高信息中的浪高值预估计可能产生的渗水量,可以将各渗水量之和作为总影响渗水量。还需要说明的是,预估计可能产生的渗水量可以为经验值,也可以为实际测量值。
可选的,基于天气影响数据确定总影响渗水量,包括:基于降雨信息确定降雨渗水量;基于浪高信息及目标航行载体的高度信息确定风浪渗水量;基于降雨渗水量以及风浪渗水量,确定总影响渗水量。
在实际应用中,可以基于降雨信息中的降雨频次、每次降雨时长、每次降 雨量统计出降雨时段可能产生的渗水量,作为降雨渗水量,例如,假设目标航行区域中出现五次降雨,降雨量依次分别为10mm/h、15mm/h、25mm/h、20mm/h、18mm/h,降雨时长依次分别为3h、0.5h、1h、1h、2h,那么产生的渗水量依次可以为1mm 3、0.3cm 3、1.5cm 3、1cm 3、1.5cm 3,可以将渗水量之和作为降雨渗水量,降雨渗水量可以为5.3cm 3。可以基于目标航行载体的船身高度、浪高信息中浪高高度等信息统计出风浪时段可能产生的渗水量,作为风浪渗水量,例如,假设目标航行载体的船身高度为20m,可以当浪高高度高于预设值时,预设值可以为15m,计算相应的渗水量,或,还可以基于浪高高度以及浪高时长统计出风浪时段可能产生的渗水量,可以将渗水量之和作为风浪渗水量。进一步的,可以将降雨渗水量和风浪渗水量之和作为总影响渗水量,也可以将降雨渗水量和风浪渗水量的加权和作为总影响渗水量,以基于总影响渗水量修正更新总排水量。
S130、若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体进行漏水维护。
其中,预设排水阈值可以为预设的标准水量总和,本技术方案对预设排水阈值不做限定,可以由技术人员根据实际工作情况进行确定。漏水提示信息可以为漏水警报信号、漏水短信信息、漏水语音信号或前端弹窗等等。
在实际应用中,在得到总排水量之和,可以将总排水量与预设排水阈值进行比对,若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则可以说明该段预设时段内排水总量过大,舱底可能存在漏水情况,此时可以生成漏水提示信息,例如,漏水提示信息可以为漏水警报信号,可以将漏水警报信号发送至警报器,触发警报器报警,也可以为漏水短信信息,可以将漏水短信信息发送至目标航行载体对应的目标用户终端。以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体及时进行漏水维护。
需要说明的是,为了提高漏水维护的准确性、精准性,在总排水量大于预设排水阈值,生成漏水提示信息时,还可以基于总排水量超出正常的预设排水阈值的水量情况,生成对应的漏水提示信息,若两者水量差值较大,可以将红色的警报信号作为漏水提示信息,若两者水量差值较小,可以将黄色的警报信号作为漏水提示信息。或者,还可以将两者水量差值发送给目标用户,以使目标用户可以基于水量差值及时确定漏水维护方式。
可选的,若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,包括:若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则基于总排水量与预设排水阈值之间的排水差值,确定漏水评估属性;基于漏水评估属性以及目标排水设备的位置信息,生成漏水提示信息。
其中,漏水评估属性可以用于表征漏水程度,例如,漏水评估属性的评估值越大,可以表征漏水越严重,漏水评估属性的评估值越小,可以表征漏水越轻微。
在实际应用中,若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则计算总排水量与预设排水阈值之间的排水差值,如总排水量-预设排水阈值=排水差值,若排水差值越大,可以表示舱底漏水程度越大,相应的,漏水评估值越大,若排水差值越小,可以表示舱底漏水程度越小,相应的,漏水评估值越小,可以将漏水评估值作为漏水评估属性。进一步的,将漏水评估属性和目标排水设备的位置信息填充至漏水提示模板中,生成漏水提示信息,以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户可以基于漏水提示信息中的位置信息及时对漏水地点进行定位,以及基于漏水提示信息中的漏水评估属性准确性及时地确定对目标航行载体执行的漏水维护方式,提高检测的及时性,保证航行载体的安全运行,极大地避免事故发生。

其中,排水数据获取模块210,用于确定在预设时段内所述目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;总排水量确定模块220,用于基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量;漏水提示信息发送模块230,用于若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使所述目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于所述漏水提示 信息对所述目标航行载体进行漏水维护。

实施例三
图3是实现本申请实施例的漏水检测方法的电子设备的结构示意图。如图3所示,电子设备10包括至少一个处理器11,以及与至少一个处理器11通信连接的存储器,如只读存储器(ROM)12、随机访问存储器(RAM)13等,其中,存储器存储有可被至少一个处理器执行的计算机程序,处理器11可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)12中的计算机程序或者从存储单元18加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)13中的计算机程序,来执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 13中,还可存储电子设备10操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理器11、ROM 12以及RAM 13通过总线14彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口15也连接至总线14。
电子设备10中的多个部件连接至I/O接口15,包括:输入单元16,例如键盘、鼠标等;输出单元17,例如各种类型的显示器、扬声器等;存储单元18,例如磁盘、光盘等;以及通信单元19,例如网卡、调制解调器、无线通信收发机等。通信单元19允许电子设备10通过诸如因特网的计算机网络和/或各种电信网络与其他设备交换信息/数据。
处理器11可以是各种具有处理和计算能力的通用和/或专用处理组件。处理器11的一些示例包括但不限于中央处理单元(CPU)、图形处理单元(GPU)、各种专用的人工智能(AI)计算芯片、各种运行机器学习模型算法的处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、以及任何适当的处理器、控制器、微控制器等。处理器11执行上文所描述的各个方法和处理,例如漏水检测方法。
在一些实施例中,漏水检测方法可被实现为计算机程序,其被有形地包含于计算机可读存储介质,例如存储单元18。在一些实施例中,计算机程序的部分或者全部可以经由ROM 12和/或通信单元19而被载入和/或安装到电子设备10上。当计算机程序加载到RAM 13并由处理器11执行时,可以执行上文描述的任一漏水检测方法的一个或多个步骤。备选地,在其他实施例中,处理器11可以通过其他任何适当的方式(例如,借助于固件)而被配置为执行漏水检测方法。

确定在预设时段内目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;
基于各排水数据确定目标排水设备对应的总排水量;
若总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于漏水提示信息对目标航行载体进行漏水维护。

  1. 一种漏水检测方法,其中,用于目标航行载体,所述目标航行载体上设置有目标排水设备,包括:
    确定在预设时段内所述目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;
    基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量;
    若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使所述目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于所述漏水提示信息对所述目标航行载体进行漏水维护。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取各排水任务的排水数据,包括:
    获取执行各排水任务时所记录的排水数据;其中,所述排水数据中包括排水时长以及排水速率。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量,包括:
    确定各排水数据所对应的子排水量;
    对各子排水量进行整合,得到所述总排水量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    确定所述预设时段内与所述目标航行载体相对应的至少一个清洗任务;
    基于各清洗任务所对应的预设清洗渗水量,确定总清洗渗水量;
    基于所述总清洗渗水量更新所述总排水量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    确定所述目标航行载体在所述预设时段内的目标航行区域;
    获取所述目标航行区域所对应的天气影响数据;其中,所述天气影响数据中包括降雨信息和浪高信息;
    基于所述天气影响数据确定总影响渗水量,并基于所述总影响渗水量更新所述总排水量。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述天气影响数据确定总影响渗水量,包括:
    基于所述降雨信息确定降雨渗水量;
    基于所述浪高信息及所述目标航行载体的高度信息确定风浪渗水量;
    基于所述降雨渗水量以及所述风浪渗水量,确定所述总影响渗水量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,包括:
    若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则基于所述总排水量与所述预设排水阈值之间的排水差值,确定漏水评估属性;
    基于所述漏水评估属性以及所述目标排水设备的位置信息,生成漏水提示信息。
  8. 一种漏水检测装置,其中,用于目标航行载体,所述目标航行载体上设置有目标排水设备,所述漏水检测装置包括:
    排水数据获取模块,用于确定在预设时段内所述目标排水设备所执行的至少一个排水任务,并获取各排水任务的排水数据;
    总排水量确定模块,用于基于各排水数据确定所述目标排水设备对应的总排水量;
    漏水提示信息发送模块,用于若所述总排水量大于预设排水阈值,则生成漏水提示信息,以使所述目标航行载体对应的目标用户基于所述漏水提示信息对所述目标航行载体进行漏水维护。
  9. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的漏水检测方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使处理器执行时实现权利要求1-7中任一项所述的漏水检测方法。
