    - une mâchoire mobile (7) disposée entre la poignée (3) et la mâchoire fixe (5), s'étendant en vis-à-vis et dans la même direction que ladite mâchoire fixe (5), et montée pivotante sur la tête de travail (4) autour d'un axe (8) globalement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (6) de ladite poignée (3),
    ledit carter (2) contenant au moins des moyens de pivotement (9) permettant de faire pivoter la mâchoire mobile (7) vers la mâchoire fixe (5) pour serrer la peau et former un pli, et inversement.
