背景技术
目前,空调水洗加湿模块内部湿度大,容易产生凝露最后汇集到模块底部,如果冷凝水存积过多会堵塞风道,另外容易有细小水滴混入加湿气流,形成吹水。其次,加湿模块使用的水和其吸入的空气中都可能会含有一定量的杂质,这些杂质很多会积聚在加湿模块里,污染水洗后的空气,不利于使用者的健康。
相关技术中,多采用过滤吸附组件等对加湿用水进行净化过滤,并定期对加湿仓内进行排水清洗,进而防止积水或者杂质沉积,但是这样一方面过滤只能够去除部分杂质,并且对于雾化水滴等不能较好的去除,而定期对加湿仓费时费力,增加用户的劳动不利于提高用户的使用体验。
可见,如何更加方便快捷的去除积聚的杂质,且防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

本公开实施例提供一种水洗加湿组件、空调,可更加方便快捷的去除积聚的杂质,且防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流。
在一些实施例中,水洗加湿组件包括:雾化仓、雾化器、超声波模块、水质检测探头和排水阀。雾化器其出雾端设置于所述雾化仓内;超声波模块设置于所述雾化仓内,能够检测所述雾化仓内的水位,或进行超声波清洗;水质检测探头设置于所述雾化仓内的底部;排水阀设置于所述雾化仓内,用于受控排水。
在一些实施例中,空调包括:上述的水洗加湿组件。
本公开实施例提供的水洗加湿组件、空调,可以实现以下技术效果:
当空调不断进行水洗加湿工作时,雾化器产生的水雾会有一部分凝结在雾化仓的内壁上,然后汇聚到雾化仓的底部,此时超声波模块能够实时检测雾化仓内的水位变化,在水位过高时,用户可通过打开排水阀可及时将雾化仓内的积水排出,既可避免积水堵塞风道的情况,又可防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流而排向室内的情况发生,其中,当积水在雾化仓底部汇聚时,利用水质检测探头可实时对积水的水质进行检测,在水质较差的情况下,控制并关闭空调水洗加湿空气的功能,此时利用超声波模块对雾化仓进行超声波清洗,通过超声波清洗能够更加方便快捷的去除积聚在雾化仓内的杂质,增强除杂效果,提高除杂效率,避免积聚在雾化仓内的杂质污染水洗后的空气,并且在清洗完成之后,通过打开排水阀可及时将雾化仓内的污水排出,可防止清洗后混有杂质的污水沉积在雾化仓内,保证了雾化仓内的清洁性。

可选地,排水阀103为单向电磁阀。这样,使排水阀103只具备排水功能,保证排水过程的稳定性,且电磁阀可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制,无需手动操作,使排水自动化,提升用户使用体验感。
可选地,排水阀103具有进水口和出水口,进水口位于雾化仓100的底侧壁上,且与雾化仓100的底侧壁处于同一平面。这样,在开启排水阀103后,可使积聚在雾化仓100底部的水顺利的通过进水口进入排水阀103内,并由出水口排出,可避免因进水口高于雾化仓100的底部而导致积水无法排出的情况,使排水更加顺畅。
如图2所示,可选地,位于雾化仓100底侧壁上的进水口的周圈具有向下倾斜的导流面110。这样,可使积聚在雾化仓100底部的水顺利的流向进水口处,可避免雾化仓100底部存留有未排净的积水的情况,使排水更加彻底,提高排水效率。

可选地,加湿出风口104的外周设有遮挡罩300,且雾化器101设置于遮挡罩300的上侧。这样,由于在向室内加湿的过程中,雾化仓100内部的湿度较大,此时雾化器101产生的水雾会有一部分凝结在雾化仓100的内壁上,然后汇聚到雾化仓100的底部,而这些细小的水滴容易混入到加湿气流中而通过加湿出风口104排向室内,从而利用遮挡罩300可对细小的水滴和积水的流动形成阻挡,避免细小的水滴被排向室内的情况,同时由于加湿时所使用的水以及吸入的空气中都可能会含有杂质,而这些杂质很多会积聚在雾化仓100里,利用遮挡罩300也可阻挡雾化仓100中的杂质由加湿出风口104排向室内,使加湿过程更加健康卫生,而将雾化器101安装在遮挡罩300的上侧,保证雾化器101安装的更加稳固的同时降低雾化仓100底部的积水对雾化器101的影响。
如图4所示,可选地,遮挡罩300包括第一遮挡部301、第二遮挡部302和第三遮挡部303。第一遮挡部301的一端与雾化仓100的侧壁连接,第二遮挡部302为U形结构,第二遮挡部302围设于加湿出风口104的外周,且第一遮挡部301的另一端与第二遮挡部302一端连接,第三遮挡部303的一端与第二遮挡部302的另一端连接,第三遮挡部303用于将加湿气流导向加湿出风口104。这样,加湿气流可沿着第一遮挡部301与第二遮挡部302的侧壁流动,并在流动至第三遮挡部303时被导向加湿出风口104,从而在加湿气 流的流动过程中,而由于,利用第一遮挡部301、第二遮挡部302和第三遮挡部303可对雾化仓100内细小的水滴以及气流中的杂质形成阻挡,避免细小的水滴以及杂质被排向室内的情况,使加湿气流更加洁净。
可选地,如图3,雾化仓100的侧壁上设置有进风网孔112,且进风网孔112位于第一遮挡部301与雾化仓100侧壁连接处的上侧。这样,利用进风网孔112向雾化仓100内送风,且可使送风气流依次沿着第一遮挡部301、第二遮挡部302和第三遮挡部303流动,提高送风的稳定性的同时利用第一遮挡部301、第二遮挡部302和第三遮挡部303可阻挡杂质以及细小的水滴跟随加湿气流进入加湿出风口104,避免杂质以及细小的水滴因跟随加湿气流流动而被排向室内的情况。
可选地,第一遮挡部301为向上倾斜的S形结构,第三遮挡部303为向上倾斜的弧形结构,且第一遮挡部301与第三遮挡部303之间形成进风通道。这样,加湿气流在依次经过第一遮挡部301、第二遮挡部302和第三遮挡部303后,可通过进风通道被送向加湿出风口104,而由于雾化器101位于第二遮挡部302的上侧,因此第一遮挡部301为向上倾斜的S形结构,可使气流在第一遮挡部301上的流动较为平缓的同时可将气流导向雾化器101处,并在雾化器101的作用下形成加湿气流,可保证加湿过程稳定进行,而第三遮挡部303为向上倾斜的弧形结构,可阻挡混在加湿气流中较为轻盈的杂质,使此部分杂质不会进入到加湿出风口104,从而可彻底的将加湿气流中的杂质拦截在雾化仓100内,使排向室内的加湿气流更加洁净。
可选地,第一遮挡部301靠近雾化仓100侧壁的一端设置有第一通孔304,第二遮挡部302与第三遮挡部303连接的一侧壁上设置有第二通孔305。这样,当空调不断进行水洗加湿工作时,雾化器101产生的水雾会有一部分凝结在雾化仓100的内壁以及遮挡罩300的侧壁上,从而设置第一通孔304与第二通孔305,可使水滴通过第一通孔304与第二通孔305流向雾化仓100底部,同时在雾化仓100底部因积水较多而漫过第一遮挡部301以及第二遮挡部302与第三遮挡部303连接的一侧壁时,在用户打开排水阀103后,可避免这部分积水存留在第一遮挡部301和第二遮挡部302上,从而可避免积水堵塞风道的情况,保证加湿过程的稳定进行。
值得说明的是:为了使第一遮挡部301与第二遮挡部302上的水更加快速的流向雾化仓100底部,或为了快速排净第一遮挡部301与第二遮挡部302上存留的水滴,可在第一遮挡部301与第二遮挡部302上分别设置多个第一通孔304和多个第二通孔305,利用多个通孔更加有助于快速排水。
可选地,加湿出风口104与遮挡罩300之间以及遮挡罩300与雾化仓100的侧壁之间 均为密封连接。这样,增强密封性,可避免气流的流动发生混乱的情况,提高气流流动的稳定性,有助于提高加湿效率。
可选地,雾化仓100上侧设有加湿水箱105,且雾化器101的进水端与加湿水箱105的底部连通。这样,加湿水箱105可为雾化仓100中的雾化器101提供加湿水源,保证雾化器101可持续产生水雾向室内加湿,提高加湿的连续性,从而更好的向室内加湿,而雾化器101的进水端与加湿水箱105的底部连通,可使加湿水箱105中的水更加平稳且顺利的流向雾化器101,有助于雾化器101高效的利用加湿水箱105中的水,可避免因加湿水箱105中的水无法及时向雾化器101提供加湿水源而导致加湿过程中断的情况,保证加湿过程的稳定进行。
如图5所示,在一些实施例中,水洗加湿组件还包括:清洗喷水管106。清洗喷水管106一端插入雾化仓100内,能够向雾化仓100内喷射清水。这样,采用向雾化仓100内喷射清水的方式对雾化仓100内部进行冲洗,可对雾化仓100的内部进行较为全面且彻底的清洗,增强清洗效果,提高对雾化仓100内部的清洗效率,保证了雾化仓100内部的清洁性的同时使加湿空调更加健康卫生,且有助于提高空调运行能效。
值得说明的是:启动清洗喷水管106清洗雾化仓100的同时需要关闭空调水洗加湿组件的空气水洗加湿功能,原因在于清洗喷水管106采用向雾化仓100内喷射清水的方式对雾化仓100内部进行清洗,在清洗过程中,清洗水喷洒在雾化仓100的内部,且清洗后的污水也会积聚在雾化仓100的底部,此时若两项功能处于同时开启的状态,则导致喷洒在雾化仓100内的水滴会混入加湿气流中,从而导致水滴与加湿气流一起被排向室内,且积聚在雾化仓100底部的污水也容易堵塞风道,不利于对室内进行加湿,从而启动清洗功能的同时关闭加湿功能,可避免积水堵塞风道或细小的水滴混入加湿气流的情况。
如图6所示,可选地,清洗喷水管106设置于雾化仓100内的一端设有多个朝向不同的喷水孔107。这样,利用多个朝向不同的喷水孔107可对雾化仓100内部的不同位置进行清洗,达到全方位倾斜雾化仓100内部的目的,可避免因清洗遗漏而导致污渍遗留在雾化仓100内的情况,提高清洗的全面性,使清洗后的雾化仓100更加洁净,保证向室内加湿更加健康与卫生。
可选地,雾化仓100的侧壁上设置有插孔,清洗喷水管106的一端插入插孔内。这样,便于对清洗喷水管106进行固定安装的同时可使清洗喷水管106的安装较为稳固,可防止清洗喷水管106发生晃动或移位,提高清洗的稳定性,且通过将清洗喷水管106入插孔内,可使清洗喷水管106与雾化仓100之间可拆卸,在清洗喷水管106损坏的情况下,便于对清洗喷水管106进行拆卸维修或更换。
可选地,插孔的内壁设置有密封垫圈。这样,增强密封性,可避免加湿气流或雾化仓100内的积水通过插孔与清洗喷水管106之间的缝隙流出的情况。
如图5所示,可选地,水洗加湿组件还包括:电磁阀108。电磁阀108具有一个进水口和两个出水口,进水口与水泵109连接,其中一个出水口与清洗喷水管106连通,另一个出水口用于给雾化器101供水。这样,电磁阀108可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制,且可保证控制的精度与灵活性,当执行清洗模式时,可控制与清洗喷水管106连通的出水口开启,而关闭与雾化器101连通的出水口,当执行加湿模式时,可控制与雾化器101连通的出水口开启,而关闭与清洗喷水管106连通的出水口,从而不仅便于用户根据使用需求通过控制电磁阀108调控空调的运行模式,使空调可按照用户的使用需求运行,提高用户使用体验感,而且可防止清洗与加湿模式同时进行的情况发生,提高空调运行的稳定性。
值得说明的是:电磁阀108与外部电源连接,使其可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制,电磁阀108里有密闭的腔室,腔室中间是阀体,而阀体的两面是两块电磁铁,从而哪面的磁铁线圈通电,阀体就会被吸引到哪边,进而通过控制阀体的移动来开启或关闭不同的出水口,例如:当需要执行清洗模式时,可控制电磁阀108内的阀体向与雾化器101连通的出水口移动,从而利用阀体封闭与雾化器101连通的出水口,而与清洗喷水管106连通的出水口则处于开启状态,可使水顺利的进入到清洗喷水管106中,通过清洗喷水管106向雾化仓100内部喷水对其内部进行清洗;当需要执行加湿模式时,可控制电磁阀108内的阀体向与清洗喷水管106连通的出水口移动,从而利用阀体封闭与清洗喷水管106连通的出水口,而与雾化器101连通的出水口则处于开启状态,从而可达到为雾化器101供水的目的,保证加湿过程的顺利进行。
结合图7-9所示,本公开实施例提供一种空调,包括上述的水洗加湿组件。
采用本公开实施例提供的空调,当空调不断进行水洗加湿工作时,雾化器101产生的水雾会有一部分凝结在雾化仓100的内壁上,然后汇聚到雾化仓100的底部,此时超声波模块200能够实时检测雾化仓100内的水位变化,在水位过高时,用户可通过打开排水阀103可及时将雾化仓100内的积水排出,既可避免积水堵塞风道的情况,又可防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流而排向室内的情况发生,其中,当积水在雾化仓100底部汇聚时,利用水质检测探头102可实时对积水的水质进行检测,在水质较差的情况下,控制并关闭空调水洗加湿空气的功能,此时利用超声波模块200对雾化仓100进行超声波清洗,通过超声波清洗能够更加方便快捷的去除积聚在雾化仓100内的杂质,增强除杂效果,提高除杂效率,避免积聚在雾化仓100内的杂质污染水洗后的空气,并且在清洗完成之后,通过打开 排水阀103可及时将雾化仓100内的污水排出,可防止清洗后混有杂质的污水沉积在雾化仓100内,保证了雾化仓100内的清洁性。
可选地,空调包括:壳体400。水洗加湿组件可拆卸的设置于壳体400内部的一侧。这样,将水洗加湿组件安装在壳体400内部的一侧,可降低安装难度,提高安装的便捷性,且可使水洗加湿组件的安装不会影响空调其他部件的安装,而水洗加湿组件可拆卸设置于壳体400内部,在水洗加湿组件损坏的情况下,可对水洗加湿组件进行拆卸维修或更换,而水洗加湿组件安装在壳体400内部的一侧同样可降低对水洗加湿组件进行拆卸的难度,更加方便用户对水洗加湿组件进行拆卸。
如图8所示,可选地,空调还包括:用于控制水洗加湿组件的装置。且用于控制水洗加湿组件的装置包括:检测模块500、第一控制模块600、第二控制模块700和第三控制模块800。检测模块500被配置为确定雾化仓100内的水质以及确定处于水位检测模式的超声波模块200获取雾化仓100内的水位;第一控制模块600被配置为在水质符合设定条件的情况下启动清洗喷水管106;第二控制模块700被配置为在水位高于第一设定水位的情况下,控制超声波模块200切换至超声波清洗模式;第三控制模块800被配置为超声波模块200切换至超声波清洗模式设定时长后,开启排水阀103。这样,通过确定雾化仓100内的水质,并在水质符合设定条件的情况下启动清洗喷水管106,利用清洗喷水管106对雾化仓100内部进行清洗,此时超声波模块200处于水位检测模式,从而利用超声波模块200可对雾化仓100内的水位进行实时监控,当雾化仓100内的水位高于第一设定水位时,控制超声波模块200切换至超声波清洗模式,利用超声波在液体中传播时产生的气泡和振动可以对雾化仓100内的污渍进行反复的清洗,将附着在雾化仓100内壁上的污渍分散到水中,从而通过超声波清洗能够更加方便快捷的去除积聚在雾化仓100内的杂质,保证了雾化仓100内的清洁性,避免积聚在雾化仓100内的杂质污染水洗后的空气,使加湿过程更加健康卫生,当超声波模块200切换至超声波清洗模式设定时长后,也就是利用超声波清洗模式对雾化仓100内部持续清洗设定时长后,开启排水阀103,通过排水阀103可将污水顺利排出,既可避免积水堵塞风道的情况,又可防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流而排向室内的情况发生,保证加湿过程正常进行。
如图9所示,可选地,用于控制水洗加湿组件的装置还包括:第四控制模块900。第四控制模块900被配置为开启排水阀103后,控制超声波模块200切换至水位检测模式,且确定水位低于第二设定水位的情况下关闭排水阀103。这样,在开启排水阀103将雾化仓100内的污水排出时,将超声波模块200切换至水位检测模式,可利用超声波模块200实时监测雾化仓100内的水位变化,并在确定水位低于第二设定水位的情况下关闭排水阀 103,可避免因排水阀103始终处于开启状态而影响下一次对雾化仓100进行清洗的情况,从而再次对雾化仓100进行超声波清洗时,确保排水阀103处于关闭状态,可保证超声波清洗的稳定且顺利的进行,并且关闭排水阀103也可防止在空调进行加湿过程时,可避免因排水阀103处于开启状态而导致空调出现漏水的情况。
可选地,用于控制水洗加湿组件的装置还包括:第五控制模块1000。第五控制模块1000被配置为确定水质不符合设定条件,且水位到达第三设定水位的情况下,开启排水阀103。这样,当空调不断进行水洗加湿工作时,雾化器101产生的水雾会有一部分凝结在内壁,然后汇聚到底部,而由于水位不断升高容易造成积水堵塞风道的情况,从而利用超声波模块200实时监控水位的变化,当水位到达第三设定水位时,且确定水质不符合设定条件的情况下,打开用于排水的排水阀103,雾化仓100内的水可通过排水阀103顺利的排出,既可避免积水堵塞风道的情况,又可防止细小的水滴混入加湿气流而排向室内的情况发生,有助于保证加湿过程正常进行。
值得说明的是:第一设定水位、第二设定水位和第三设定水位均位于加湿出风口104的下侧,可避免因水位过高而导致积水由加湿出风口104溢出的情况。
可选地,水质符合设定条件,包括以下一种或多种:溶解性固定总量大于或等于第一设定值;可溶性盐浓度大于或等于第二设定值,酸碱度处于设定区间外。这样,溶解性固定总量、酸碱性和可溶性盐浓度均可作为判断水体质量的依据,从而通过测量其中的一种或多种均可达到判断水质情况的目的,更加便于用户准确的确定出水质的情况,从而根据水质的情况合理的调节运行模式,进而通过测量上述用于检测水质的数据可准确的确定水质是否符合设定条件,从而根据多种检测数据可更加精确的判断水质的情况,使检测结果更加可靠。
值得说明的是,溶解性固定总量的值与水质情况存在以下对应关系:
TDS值PPM 水质
0≤TDS<10 纯净水
10≤TDS<60 山泉水、矿化水
60≤TDS<100 净化水
100≤TDS<300 自来水
300≤TDS 污染水
因此,根据TDS值与水质的对应关系表格可知,溶解性固定总量大于或等于300PPM时,水质符合设定条件,即第一设定值为300PPM,其中,PPM是个1/100万计量单位,即每升水中所含有溶解物的毫克数。
水中可溶性盐浓度的值以下称为EC值,水质EC值的最好标准在1-4mmhos/cm(或mS/cm)之间,且EC值越小,水质越纯,里面所含有的离子越少,就是去离子水到超纯水,因此,EC值大于或等于4mS/cm时,水质符合设定条件,即第二设定值为4mS/cm。
酸碱度PH值与水质情况的关系具有以下几种情况,当PH值等于七的时候,水呈现的是中性;当PH值小于七的时候,水呈现的是酸性;当PH值大于七的时候,水呈现的是碱性;而水的PH值范围在零至十四之间,其中,6.5≤PH值<7水呈弱酸性,7<PH值≤7.5水呈弱碱性,而呈弱酸性与弱碱性的水均为正常水质,因此,PH值小于6.5与PH值大于7.5时,说明水的水质较差,则PH值处于设定区间外,此时水质符合设定条件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,包括:
    雾化仓(100);
    雾化器(101),其出雾端设置于所述雾化仓(100)内;
    超声波模块(200),设置于所述雾化仓(100)内,能够检测所述雾化仓(100)内的水位,或进行超声波清洗;
    水质检测探头(102),设置于所述雾化仓(100)内的底部;
    排水阀(103),设置于所述雾化仓(100)内,用于受控排水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述超声波模块(200)包括:
    发生器,用于发出超声波;
    接收器,用于接收超声波。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述发生器包括第一工作模式和第二工作模式,其中所述第一工作模式下发射低功率超声波用于检测汇聚在所述雾化仓(100)内的积水,所述第二工作模式下发射高功率超声波用于进行超声波清洗。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述雾化仓(100)的侧壁上设有加湿出风口(104)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述加湿出风口(104)的外周设有遮挡罩(300),且所述雾化器(101)设置于所述遮挡罩(300)的上侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述雾化仓(100)上侧设有加湿水箱(105),且所述雾化器(101)的进水端与所述加湿水箱(105)的底部连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    清洗喷水管(106),一端插入雾化仓(100)内,能够向雾化仓(100)内喷射清水。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,所述清洗喷水管(106)设置于所述雾化仓(100)内的一端设有多个朝向不同的喷水孔(107)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的水洗加湿组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    电磁阀(108),具有一个进水口和两个出水口,所述进水口与水泵(109)连接,其中一个所述出水口与所述清洗喷水管(106)连通,另一个所述出水口用于给所述雾 化器(101)供水。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的水洗加湿组件。
