Description

过滤网清洗装置及空调器
本申请要求于2019年6月13日提交的中国专利申请第201910510108.8号的优先权,该中国专利申请的全文通过引用的方式结合于此以作为本申请的一部分。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及一种过滤网清洗装置及空调室器。
背景技术
空调室内机的进风口处通常会设置过滤网,内部设置有蒸发器,蒸发器的下端设置有接水盘用于收集从蒸发器滴落的冷凝水。空调的过滤网主要用于过滤灰尘等颗粒,而当空调长期使用后,过滤网则容易积灰过多从而影响正常的进风,因此需要定期对过滤网进行清洗。
已知技术中对过滤网进行清洗,通常是进行定期人工清洗、更换滤网,或在室内机中引入水洗模块对过滤网进行清洗,但已知技术的空调过滤网清洗方法还存在如下问题:人工拆卸、更换,费时费力,加大了维护成本、效率较低;利用额外的水资源对过滤网清洗造成水资源的浪费,不利于节能环保。
发明内容
本公开实施例解决的问题是已知技术中空调过滤网清洗效率低、资源浪费的问题。
为解决上述问题,本公开实施例一方面,提供一种过滤网清洗装置,所述过滤网清洗装置包括蒸发器部件和加水装置,所述蒸发器部件包括依次连接的蒸发器上支架、蒸发器和接水盘;
所述加水装置用于抽取所述接水盘收集的冷凝水,并将所述冷凝水传输至所述蒸发器上支架;所述蒸发器上支架设有多个冷凝水出水口,用以流出冷凝水。
本公开实施例利用空调自身产生的冷凝水对过滤网进行清洗,实现冷凝水的再利用,不需要引入额外的水资源,实现过滤网的自动清洗,在蒸发器上支架均匀布置多个出水口,使冷凝水流出面积更大,方位更广,也不会有水流冲击而溅射出来的问题。
进一步的,所述出水口有多个,多个所述出水口沿所述蒸发器上支架的延伸方向分布。
进一步的,所述出水口设置于所述蒸发器上支架的底部或侧壁。
进一步的,所述加水装置包括水泵、进水管和出水管,所述进水管连接所述接水盘,所述出水管连接所述出水口。
进一步的,所述接水盘包括冷凝水收集部和冷凝水排出部,所述冷凝水收集部用以收集所述蒸发器产生的冷凝水,所述进水管连接所述冷凝水收集部。
进一步的,所述出水口流出的冷凝水由所述冷凝水排出部排出。
进一步的,所述出水管包括水平管和管口朝下的竖直管,所述出水管设置为1个或多个。
进一步的,所述水泵设置在所述蒸发器上支架之上。
本公开实施例另一方面,提供一种空调器,包括如上述的过滤网清洗装置,还包括过滤网,所述过滤网固定于所述蒸发器上支架与所述接水盘之间,所述出水口流出的冷凝水可流经所述过滤网。
进一步的,所述过滤网为圆弧形结构,环绕所述蒸发器设置,所述接水盘及蒸发器上支架的形状与所述滤网的形状相适配。
本公开实施例的有益效果:本公开实施例利用空调自身产生的冷凝水对过滤网进行清洗,实现冷凝水的再利用,不需要引入额外的水资源,实现过滤网的自动清洗,本公开实施例的结构设置,将过滤网布置在蒸发器上支架与接水盘之间并在蒸发器上支架均匀布置多个出水口,使冷凝水流出面积更大,方位更广,直接利用出水口引出冷凝水对过滤网进行清洗,也不会有水流冲击而出现溅射的问题,结构简单、易于实现。

为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本公开的具体实施例做详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,本公开实施例提供一种过滤网清洗装置及包含其的空调器,所述过滤网清洗装置包括蒸发器部件和加水装置,所述蒸发器部件包括依次连接的蒸发器上支架2、蒸发器和接水盘1;所述加水装置用于抽取所述接水盘1收集的冷凝水,并将所述冷凝水传输至所述蒸发器上支架2,可实现冷凝水的再利用;所述蒸发器上支架2设有多个冷凝水出水口3,所述出水口3沿所述蒸发器上支架2的延伸方向分布,可选地,所述出水口3可沿所述蒸发器上支架2的延伸方向均匀分布,用以流出冷凝水,利用冷凝水从蒸发器上支架2流出实现对过滤网7的进行清洁。
本公开实施例提供的空调器的过滤网7固定于所述蒸发器上支架2与所述接水盘1之间,环绕所述蒸发器设置,因此当所述蒸发器上支架2的出水口3流出冷凝水后,冷凝水可以直接流经所述过滤网7,相比从水泵出水管直接喷洒过滤网,可避免因水流冲击而将冷凝水溅射出来的现象。另一方面,所述出水口3沿所述蒸发器上支架2的延伸方向均匀分布,可以保证流出的冷凝水全面覆盖过滤网7,实现过滤网7的全面清洗。
具体的,如图4所示,所述加水装置包括水泵4、进水管5和出水管6,所述进水管5连接所述接水盘1,所述出水管6连接所述出水口3。可选地,所述水泵4设置在所述蒸发器上支架2之上。所述出水管6包括水平管61和管口朝下的竖直管62,所述出水管6设置为1个或多个,可选为1个;所述出水口3可设置在所述蒸发器上支架2的底部或侧壁,可选为侧壁;多个出水管6可直接连通到出水口3或者连通在蒸发器上支架2的凹槽内,因此 使得出水管6排出的冷凝水可以从出水口3流出。
可选地,所述接水盘1包括冷凝水收集部和冷凝水排出部,所述进水管5连接所述冷凝水收集部,所述冷凝水收集部收集蒸发器产生的冷凝水。为了避免清洗完过滤网7的冷凝水直接从空调溢出,因此设置所述出水口3喷出的冷凝水由接水盘1的所述冷凝水排出部利用排水管排出。
可选地,所述过滤网7为圆弧形结构,所述接水盘1及蒸发器上支架2的形状与所述滤网7的形状相适配,可实现过滤网7环绕所述蒸发器并设置在蒸发器部件的接水盘1及蒸发器上支架2之间。
基于以上,本公开实施例提供的过滤网清洗装置通过空调自身产生的冷凝水对过滤网进行清洗,实现冷凝水的再利用,不需要引入额外的水资源,实现过滤网的自动清洗,进而提高了用户使用的舒适度;直接利用出水口引出的冷凝水对过滤网进行清洗,结构简单、易于实现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述过滤网清洗装置包括蒸发器部件和加水装置,所述蒸发器部件包括依次连接的蒸发器上支架(2)、蒸发器和接水盘(1);
    所述加水装置用于抽取所述接水盘(1)收集的冷凝水,并将冷凝水传输至所述蒸发器上支架(2);所述蒸发器上支架(2)设有多个冷凝水出水口(3),用以流出冷凝水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述出水口(3)有多个,多个所述出水口(3)沿所述蒸发器上支架(2)的延伸方向分布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述出水口(3)设置于所述蒸发器上支架(2)的底部或侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述加水装置包括水泵(4)、进水管(5)和出水管(6),所述进水管(5)连接所述接水盘(1),所述出水管(6)连接所述出水口(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述接水盘(1)包括冷凝水收集部和冷凝水排出部,所述冷凝水收集部用以收集所述蒸发器产生的冷凝水,所述进水管(5)连接所述冷凝水收集部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的过滤网清洗装置,所述出水口(3)流出的冷凝水由所述冷凝水排出部排出。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述出水管(6)包括水平管(61)和管口朝下的竖直管(62),所述出水管(6)设置为1个或多个。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤网清洗装置,其中,所述水泵(4)设置在所述蒸发器上支架(2)之上。
  9. 一种空调器,包括如权利要求1-8任一所述的过滤网清洗装置,还包括过滤网(7),所述过滤网(7)固定于所述蒸发器上支架(2)与所述接水盘(1)之间,所述出水口(3)流出的冷凝水可流经所述过滤网(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其中,所述过滤网(7)为圆弧形结构,环绕所述蒸发器设置,所述接水盘(1)及蒸发器上支架(2)的形状与所述滤网(7)的形状相适配。
