Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Probenaufnahmevorrichtung (1) und ein Probenaufnahme-Set zur Aufnahme von einer an einem Patienten entnommenen Gen-Probe, Virusprobe, Bakterienprobe oder organischem Probenmaterial. Die Probenaufnahmevorrichtung (1) umfasst ein Probentransportröhrchen (4) mit einer Längsachse (14) und eine Verschlusskappe (5), wobei das Probentransportröhrchen (4) einen Probenaufnahmeabschnitt (6) mit einem, von einer ersten Behälterwand (7) mit einer Innenfläche (13) umgrenzten Sammelraum (11) umfasst. Innerhalb des Sammelraums (11) sind zumindest ein erster Steg (16) und ein zweiter Steg (17) ausgebildet, wobei sich der erste Steg (16) und der zweite Steg (17) jeweils ausgehend von der Innenfläche (13) der ersten Behälterwand (7) hin zum Nahbereich der Längsachse (14) des Probentransportröhrchens (4) erstrecken und wobei der erste Steg (16) und der zweite Steg (17) in einer Normalebene der Längsachse (14) einen Öffnungswinkel (26) einschließen, wobei der Öffnungswinkel (26) im Bereich zwischen 30° und 120° liegt. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung einen Fixier-Einsatz (2) zum Positionieren und/oder Halten eines Probenentnahmestäbchens (3) und ein Probenahme-Verfahren.
