照明装饰环 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车装饰件技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于方向盘的照明装饰环。
背景技术
相关技术中,汽车方向盘照明装饰环的壳体的内部设置发光体,发光体放入照明装饰环内部后,通过嵌体扣合在壳体,以允许发光体的光线透出并避免发光体掉落,然而,嵌体与壳体扣合后,往往仍有部分光线会从嵌体的边缘与壳体的缝隙中泄露出来,从而影响照明装饰环发光体的出光效果。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种照明装饰环。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,本公开提供一种照明装饰环,包括:壳体,包括连通的容纳空间、出光槽和卡槽,所述出光槽用于使所述容纳空间的光线发出,所述卡槽沿垂直于光线射出方向延伸;以及嵌体,位于所述出光槽内并允许光线由所述嵌体透出,所述嵌体与所述壳体在所述卡槽处通过卡接的方式实现可拆卸式连接,其中,所述嵌体的侧壁还设置有遮光板,在所述嵌体安装于所述出光槽内后,沿光线射出方向,所述遮光板覆盖所述卡槽,用以避免光线从所述卡槽泄露。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体在所述出光槽处的内壁设有多个卡孔,多个所述卡孔沿光线射出方向与所述卡槽对齐;所述嵌体的侧壁设有多个卡凸,所述遮光板沿光线射出方向设置在所述卡凸的外侧,所述卡凸沿光线射出方向进出所述卡槽,并沿第一方向发生弹性形变,通过所述卡凸卡入所述卡孔实现所述嵌体与所述壳体的卡接,其中,所述第一方向垂直于光 线射出方向。

在一些实施例中,所述嵌体包括光扩散器,所述光扩散器的表面与所述嵌体的表面平齐,用于使光线透过并扩散光线。
在一些实施例中,所述照明装饰环还包括光引导器,部分所述光引导器位于所述嵌体的两个侧壁之间,用于引导所述容纳空间内的光线至所述出光槽。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:通过设置遮光板,可避免光线由卡槽泄露,使发光体的光线经过嵌体后,可以按照预设的位置、预设的图案或颜色发出,从而提高整体的发光性能及用户体验。

为解决上述技术问题,如图1所示,本公开提供一种照明装饰环100,应用于方向盘200,如图2、图7和图12所示,照明装置环100可以包括壳体10、发光体20和嵌体30,发光体20为导光件和/或光源。照明装饰环100可以是组成方向盘200的一部分,通过照明装饰环100中的发光体20发出的光线透过嵌体30,以形成不同图案、形状或色彩的光线效果,使方向盘200更加绚丽和美观,满足使用者的需求及提高用户体验。 方向盘200可以设置一个或多个照明装置环100。
具体地,如图3、图8至图10所示,壳体10可以是一体成型的壳体10,壳体10包括连通的容纳空间11(如图2和图7所示)、出光槽12和卡槽121,容纳空间11用于容纳发光体20及其他结构,其他结构包括光引导器、PCB板70以及线缆等。容纳空间11通过出光槽12与壳体10的外部连通,嵌体30位于出光槽12内并允许发光体20产生的光线由嵌体30透出,卡槽121沿垂直于光线射出方向延伸,嵌体30与壳体10在卡槽121处通过卡接的方式实现可拆卸式连接,换而言之,嵌体30与壳体10的卡接处位于卡槽121内。
其中,嵌体30的侧壁还设置有遮光板32,在嵌体30安装于出光槽12内后,沿光线射出方向,遮光板32位于卡槽121的外侧并覆盖卡槽121,用以避免光线从卡槽泄露。即通过设置遮光板32,可避免光线由嵌体30和壳体10的卡接处泄露,使发光体20的光线透光嵌体后,可以按照预设的位置、预设的图案或颜色发出,避免泄露光线影响整个从而提高整体的发光性能及用户体验。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例一
图1至图5为本发明实施例一的相关示例图。如图2所示,壳体10的出光槽12沿壳体10的周向延伸,嵌体30沿方向盘的周向安装在出光槽12内并允许发光体20的光线透出,嵌体30的外轮廓形状与出光槽12的轮廓形状相同,嵌体30装入出光槽12后,嵌体30在径向上凸出于壳体10的表面,在壳体10的外表面包裹包裹体(例如皮革等)后,使得整个方向盘表面更加光滑和美观。
在实施例一中,如图4和图5所示,嵌体30的侧壁设置有卡凸31,且卡凸31可以沿第一方向A对称地设置在嵌体30的两侧,其中,第一方向A为照明装饰环100(或方向盘200)的中心轴线的方向。
需要说明的是,卡凸31可以设置在嵌体30轮廓的任意一个位置,卡凸31也可以设置多个,并不局限于实施例一中所列举的位置及数量,例如,卡凸31还可以设置于如图5所示的上方和下方。
如图3所示,在壳体10在出光槽12处对应卡凸31的位置设置有卡槽121。壳体10在出光槽12处的内壁设置有卡孔,卡孔沿第二方向B与卡槽121对齐,卡槽121可以允许卡凸31沿第二方向B进出卡槽121。其中,第二方向B为照明装饰环100的径向,即与光线射出方向一直且与第一方向A垂直。在实施例一中,卡凸31可以沿第一方向A发生弹性形变,卡凸31沿第二方向B进出卡槽121,通过嵌体30的卡凸31卡入壳体10的卡孔内,实现嵌体30与壳体10的卡接。
进一步地,如图2和图4所示,遮光板32沿第二方向B设置在卡凸31远离发光体20的一侧,遮光板32的数量与卡凸31的数量和位置相对应,遮光板32也对称地设置在嵌体30的两侧。遮光板32的宽度沿与照明装饰环100的中心轴线重合的第一方向A水平延伸,遮光板32的长度沿周向延伸,在嵌体30安装于出光槽12内后,遮光板32的长度和宽度尺寸大于卡槽121的尺寸,因此遮光板32可以覆盖卡槽121。
通过设置遮光板32,可避免光线由卡槽121泄露,使发光体20的光线经过嵌体30后,可以按照预设的位置、预设的图案或颜色发出,从而提高整体的发光性能、光线效果及用户体验。此外,遮光板32体积小,质量轻,因此不会占用太多径向或轴向上的空间和重量。遮光板32结构简单、生产工艺简单,因此制作成本低。
在实施例一中,嵌体30设置有光扩散器33,光扩散器33呈长条状,且沿嵌体30的长度方向延伸,光扩散器33的表面与嵌体30的表面平齐,光扩散器33可以使发光体20的光线通过折射分散且均匀地透过。光扩散器33可以是预设的任何形状或颜色,光扩散器33可以设置多个,从而组成预设的发光图案,在此不一一列举。
在实施例一中,壳体10的内部还可以设置光引导器(图中未显示),光引导器可以将发光体20产生的光线按照预定的路线引导至光扩散器33处,从而使发光体20发出的光线最大可能地从光扩散器33透出,不仅节能,还能避免光线由其他缝隙泄露,从而影响发光性能和外观等。
在实施例一中,壳体10也可以分体设置,如图2所示,壳体10包括可拆卸连接的第一壳体13和第二壳体14,发光体20固定在第一壳体 13。当照明装饰环100应用于方向盘时,照明装饰环100可以呈圆环状,而第一壳体13和第二壳体14可是呈半圆弧板状,沿第二方向B组装呈横截面为圆形的壳体10。
在实施例一中,照明装置环100的径向截面可以为方形、三角形、波浪圆环型或任意形状,因此,第一壳体13和第二壳体14的径向截面可以是根据设计需求设计的任意形状,在此不详细列举。
在实施例一中,第一壳体13呈平板状,第二壳体14呈弧形板状。第二壳体14扣设在第一壳体13的上方,形成半圆弧状的容纳空间11,发光体20固定在第一壳体13的上方,其中,上方是图1和图2中所示的上方。在实际应用中,第二壳体14可以沿前方、后方以及下方与第一壳体13连接,在此不作具体限定。
在实施例一中,沿第一方向A,第一壳体13两端的端面131与第二壳体14两端的端面141平齐。第一壳体13的两端的端面131与第二壳体14的两端的端面141平齐,便于组装和美观。
另外,可以在第一壳体13的两端和/或第二壳体14的两端设置径向的挡块,从而使容纳空间11形成一个相对封闭的环境,可以避免外界的灰尘、水汽和颗粒的进入。
在实施例一中,第一壳体13的两端和第二壳体14的两端均未设置挡块,因此第一壳体13和第二壳体14形成的容纳空间11在沿照明装饰环100的中心轴方向上是贯通的。
在实施例一中,照明装饰环100还包括底座40,底座40包括安装凹槽41,壳体10可拆卸地固定在安装凹槽41内。当照明装饰环100应用在方向盘时,壳体10安装于底座40的安装凹槽41内,底座40可以起到支撑和固定壳体10的作用。
底座40可以是方向盘的整体,即底座40呈环形。根据预设位置,设置安装凹槽41,用于安装壳体10。安装凹槽41可以与壳体10的形状相匹配。安装凹槽41可以是四周均设置有内壁的安装凹槽41,也可以沿径向方向贯通底座40的安装凹槽41。
在实施例一中,由于壳体10整体呈半圆形结构,因此安装凹槽41也 成半圆形结构,且本实施例中的安装凹槽41沿径向贯通,即安装凹槽41只在第一方向A设置有两个内壁411。
待壳体10安装于安装凹槽41后,沿第一方向A,安装凹槽41的两个内壁411分别与壳体10的两端抵接,用于封闭容纳空间11,如此可以节省材料、成本和重量,还可以便于拆卸后检查壳体10内部的零部件。
待壳体10安装于安装凹槽41后,可以通过紧固件50可以为紧固螺钉或螺栓)沿第二方向B,依次穿过第二壳体14、第一壳体13固定在底座40上,紧固件50的数量和位置在此不作具体限定,可以根据实际情况进行设置。
另外为了照明装饰件的美观,壳体10可以在紧固件50的位置设置紧固件盖51,在紧固件50紧固后,将紧固件盖51覆盖在壳体10并与壳体10平齐。
进一步地,沿壳体10的周向,壳体10的外表面与底座40的外表面平齐。即,壳体10安装后,壳体10的外表面与底座40的外表面平齐,并使得照明装饰环100在径向截面上呈圆形。在其他实施例中,壳体10与底座40安装后,照明装饰环100在径向截面上呈方形、三角形或其他任意形状,在此不作具体限定。
进一步地,底座40包括骨架42和发泡棉43,发泡棉43包裹在骨架42的外面,骨架42起到支撑的作用。
在实施例一中,照明装饰环100的中心轴线呈弧形、波浪形、直线形、折线形中的一种或几种组合。即当照明装饰环100并非是圆环形状,可以是其他任意形状,且照明装饰环100并非只应用于方向盘,可以应用于其他结构中,例如车内饰、外饰等位置,起到装饰或警示作用。
实施例二
图6至图11为本发明实施例二的相关示例图。
实施例二与实施例一不同之处在于,如图6所示,实施例二中的照明装饰环100沿方向盘200的环形的中心轴线方向设置,因此,如图8所示,壳体10的出光槽12也沿方向盘200的中心轴线方向延伸,且沿中心轴线的方向为卡槽121的长度。
此外,实施例二与实施例一的不同之处还在于,如图7、图9至图11所示,壳体10在出光槽12处的内壁设有多个卡凸31,多个卡凸31沿光线射出方向与卡槽121对齐,即径向或实施例一中的第二方向B;嵌体30的侧壁包括多个卡孔34,且遮光板32位于卡孔34的外侧,在卡槽121处,壳体10的卡凸31通过卡入嵌体30的卡孔34实现嵌体30与壳体10的卡接。
由此可知,实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于嵌体30和出光槽12的延伸方向不同以及卡凸31和卡孔34的位置不同,但实施例二与实施例一具有相同的发明构思,即嵌体30的侧壁上均设置有遮光板32,通过设置遮光板32,可避免光线由嵌体30和壳体10的卡接处(即卡槽121)泄露,使发光体20的光线透光嵌体后,可以按照预设的位置、预设的图案或颜色发出,避免泄露光线影响整个从而提高整体的发光性能及用户体验。
进一步地,在实施例二中,嵌体30的宽度可以与出光槽12的宽度相同,遮光板32凸出于嵌体30的侧壁,此时,卡槽121可以沿垂直于光线射出方向凹陷于壳体10内,壳体10的卡凸位于卡槽121处,待嵌体30安装入出光槽12内时,在卡槽121处,壳体10的卡凸与嵌体30的卡孔34卡接,遮光板32的长度和宽度均大于卡槽121的长度和宽度,以覆盖卡槽121。
如图8、图9和图10所示,壳体10在出光槽12处的内壁设置有多个挡板15,多个挡板15间隔形成卡槽121,在嵌体30位于出光槽12内时,挡板15用于与嵌体30的侧壁的内端面抵接。
具体地,如图7和图12所示,在该实施例中,嵌体30与壳体10卡接后,挡板15通过抵接在嵌体30的侧壁的内端面,不仅可以在第二方向B上支撑嵌体30,限定了嵌体30在第二方向B伸入到出光槽12的深度,避免嵌体30的过度插入导致嵌体30的卡孔34与壳体10的卡凸因受力过大而折断,此外,挡板15抵接在嵌体30的侧壁的内端面,还可以起到遮光的作用,避免光线由嵌体30的侧壁与壳体10的内壁之间泄露。
进一步地,出光槽12内设置挡板15,使得嵌体30的宽度小于出光槽12的宽度,减小了嵌体30的宽度尺寸,通过挡板15间隔形成卡槽121,卡槽121也无需向壳体10凹陷,壳体10的强度得到增强。
此外,由实施例一可知,照明装饰环100还可以包括包裹体80,包裹体80包裹在壳体10的外壁,起到保护壳体10、美观壳体10以及为用户提供舒适度的效果,由于挡板15设置,使得嵌体30的宽度小于出光槽12的宽度,包裹体80的端部81则可以伸入出光槽12内,以夹设于嵌体30的侧壁和出光槽12的内壁之间,并沿光线射出方向,包裹体80的端部81位于遮光板32的外侧,覆盖遮光板32,进一步起到防泄漏的作用。
由此可知,由挡板15形成光线泄露路径上的第一道屏障,由遮光板32形成光线泄露路径上的第二道屏障,挡板15使得嵌体30的宽度小于出光槽12的宽度,并可以容纳包裹体80的端部81,使得由包裹体80形成光线泄露路径上的第三道屏障。如此,可以尽最大可能的避免光线由嵌体30上的光扩散器以外的缝隙泄露,提高照明装饰环100的发光性能及用户体验。
进一步地,遮光板32在第二方向B上位于挡板15的外侧,使得遮光板32在沿方向盘的中心轴线方向的长度可以大于卡槽121的长度,即遮光板32与挡板15可以在长度上重叠,从而能够更好的覆盖卡槽121,避免光线的泄露。
进一步地,在实施例二中,如图9和图10所示,卡凸31包括连接部311和卡接部312,其中,连接部311位于挡板15的外侧,卡接部312位于挡板15的内侧,卡接部312用于卡入嵌体30的侧壁的卡孔34中。
嵌体30的侧壁包括连接板16,在第二方向B上,连接板16的长度大于嵌体30的侧壁的长度,连接板16间隔设置并与卡槽121的位置相对应,卡孔34则位于连接板16上,通过连接板16的内端伸入卡槽121,使卡孔34位于挡板15的内侧以与卡接部312在挡板15的内侧进行卡接。
因此嵌体30与壳体10的卡接处位于挡板15的内侧,如此,可避免遮光板32与挡板15在光线射出方向上的距离过大,以便于使遮光板32更好地覆盖卡槽121,避免光线的泄露。
进一步的,卡凸31的连接部311位于挡板15的外侧,可以避免连接板16在第二方向B上的长度过长。在满足遮光板32位于挡板15的外侧以全部覆盖卡槽121的基础上,减小照明装饰环100在第二方向B上的占用,使整体结构更加紧凑。
在实施例二和实施例三中,照明装饰环100也都包括光引导器60,光引导器60的一部分则位于嵌体30的两个侧壁之间,在实施例二中,如图7所示,发光体20位于容纳空间11的内部且与出光槽12并非在第二方向B上对齐,则光引导器60呈弯折状。在实施例三中,如图12所示,发光体20位于容纳空间11的内部且与出光槽12在第二方向B上对齐,则光引导器60并未弯折。
光引导器60可以将发光体20产生的光线按照预定的路线引导至光扩散器33处,从而使发光体20发出的光线最大可能地从光扩散器33透出,不仅节能,还能避免光线由其他缝隙泄露,从而影响发光性能和外观。
需要说明的是,实施例三与实施例二只在发光体20的位置以及光引导器60的结构存在区别,其他结构与实施例二相同,详细内容已经在实施例二的相关内容中已详细说明,在此不再赘述。
此外,实施例二与实施例三中也包括骨架42和发泡棉43,其结构及作用在实施例一中已进行详细说明,在此不在赘述。

    壳体(10),包括连通的容纳空间(11)、出光槽(12)和卡槽(121),所述出光槽(12)用于使所述容纳空间(11)的光线发出,所述卡槽(121)沿垂直于光线射出方向延伸;以及
    嵌体(30),位于所述出光槽(12)内并允许光线由所述嵌体(30)透出,所述嵌体(30)与所述壳体(10)在所述卡槽(121)处通过卡接的方式实现可拆卸式连接,
    其中,所述嵌体(30)的侧壁还设置有遮光板(32),在所述嵌体(30)安装于所述出光槽(12)内后,沿光线射出方向,所述遮光板(32)覆盖所述卡槽(121),用以避免光线从所述卡槽(121)泄露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述壳体(10)在所述出光槽(12)处的内壁设有多个卡孔(34),多个所述卡孔(34)沿光线射出方向与所述卡槽(121)对齐;
    所述嵌体(30)的侧壁设有多个卡凸(31),所述遮光板(32)沿光线射出方向设置在所述卡凸(31)的外侧,所述卡凸(31)沿光线射出方向进出所述卡槽(121),并沿第一方向发生弹性形变,通过所述卡凸(31)卡入所述卡孔(34)实现所述嵌体(30)与所述壳体(10)的卡接,其中,所述第一方向垂直于光线射出方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述壳体(10)在所述出光槽(12)处的内壁设有多个卡凸(31),多个所述卡凸(31)沿光线射出方向与所述卡槽(121)对齐;

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述卡凸(31)包括卡接部(332),所述卡接部(332)位于所述挡板(15)的内侧;
    所述嵌体(30)的侧壁包括连接板(16),所述卡孔(34)位于所述连接板(16);
    其中,所述连接板(16)的长度大于所述嵌体(30)侧壁的长度,所述连接板(16)的内端通过所述卡槽(121)伸入所述挡板(15)的内侧,使所述卡接部(332)与所述卡孔(34)在所述挡板(15)的内侧卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    沿光线射出方向,所述遮光板(32)位于所述挡板(15)的外侧,且所述遮光板(32)的长度大于所述卡槽(121)的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述照明装饰环(100)还包括包裹体(80),所述包裹体(80)包裹在所述壳体(10)的外壁;
    其中,所述包裹体(80)的端部(81)伸入所述出光槽(12)内,夹设于所述嵌体(30)的侧壁和所述出光槽(12)的内壁之间,并沿光线射出方向,所述包裹体(80)的端部(81)覆盖所述遮光板(32)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述嵌体(30)的两侧壁对称设有所述遮光板(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述嵌体(30)包括光扩散器(33),所述光扩散器(33)的表面与所述嵌体(30)的表面平齐,用于使光线透过并扩散光线。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的照明装饰环(100),其特征在于,
    所述照明装饰环(100)还包括光引导器(60),部分所述光引导器 (60)位于所述嵌体(30)的两个侧壁之间,用于引导所述容纳空间(11)内的光线至所述出光槽(12)。
