Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de guidage à réglage d'inclinaison pour une machine de fabrication de sacs ou une machine d'impression, le dispositif comprenant une base (1), un corps de machine (2) étant monté à demeure sur le dessus de la base (1) ; un corps de plaque (3) est prévu sur le dessus de la base (1) ; des plaques de support (4) sont montées de manière symétrique et fixe sur le dessus du corps de plaque (3) ; une plaque annulaire est montée à demeure sur le dessus de chaque plaque de support (4) et une plaque circulaire (5) est montée rotative à l'intérieur de la plaque annulaire ; des arbres rotatifs (6) sont montés de manière symétrique et rotative sur des côtés internes des plaques circulaires (5) au moyen de paliers (34) ; chaque arbre rotatif (6) est pourvu d'une encoche au niveau du dessus, un bloc de liaison (7) est relié dans l'encoche au moyen d'un boulon et une plaque de limitation est montée à demeure à l'extrémité du bloc de liaison (7) qui est éloignée de la plaque circulaire (5) correspondante ; un rouleau d'enroulement (8) est monté à demeure entre les deux plaques de limitation opposées ; et un corps cylindrique (9) est monté à demeure au milieu du côté interne de chaque plaque circulaire (5) et un ensemble de remplissage d'huile pour apporter de l'huile de lubrification dans le corps cylindrique (9) est prévu au-dessous du rouleau d'enroulement (8). Le dispositif peut réaliser la commutation des rouleaux d'enroulement, tout en réalisant le réapprovisionnement en huile de lubrification pour le palier qui est commuté pour ne pas être utilisé.
