在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。
参照图1-图7,一种可以调节的腰靠机构,包括设置在椅后架11上的基座12、腰靠21,所述椅后架11由椅座的后端向后延伸出一段再向上延伸形成,所述基座12位于椅后架11的中部位置。所述基座12设有横向设置的第一调节杆3,所述第一调节杆3可以绕自身中轴线转动,其左右两端分别具有旋转握把3a,用户的左右手可以握住对应的旋转握3a把来转动调节所述第一调节杆3。
所述第一调节杆3的表面具有多个沿周向延伸、并且呈阶梯过渡的支撑部31,所述支撑部31由第一调节杆3的表面径向凸起形成,并且和第一调节杆3为一体结构。所述第一调节杆3的表面还具有多个沿第一调节杆3周向延伸的衔接部41,衔接部41可沿第一调节杆3周向移动,使得衔接部41平滑衔接两个相邻的支撑部31、被支撑部31遮挡住。所述衔接部41也是由第一调节杆3的表面径向凸起形成,并且呈现为斜坡形状结构,并且,衔接部41的两端分别和被衔接的两个相邻的支撑部31齐平。所述衔接部41的数量比支撑部31少一个,例如在本实施案例中,支撑部31的数量设置为三个,衔接部41的数量为两个。在侧视的视角下,当所述衔接部41平滑衔接相邻两个支撑部31时,支撑部31和衔接部41在整体上呈现为绕第一调节杆3周向环绕的环形结构,并且该环形结构的宽度沿周向逐渐减少。当所述衔接部41被支撑部31遮挡住时,整体上仅呈现出多个支撑部31即绕第一调节杆3周向环绕的阶梯形结构。
所述腰靠21的顶部具有腰靠座22,所述腰靠座22的上部铰接在基座12上使得腰靠21可以前后转动,所述腰靠座22的下部具有可支撑在支撑部31上并且形状适配的承载部221,基座12和腰靠座22之间设有第一弹性复位结构122,用于承载部221压向支撑部31时提供缓冲作用。
具体地,所述基座12的上部具有横向设置的转轴121,腰靠座22上部套接在转轴121上,所述第一弹性复位结构122设置为扭簧,其套接在转轴121上,并且两端分别支撑基座12和腰靠座22上。所述第一弹性复位结构122处于自然状态时承载部221和第一调节杆3的支撑部31分离;当用户腰部贴靠在腰靠21上并且后仰时,第一弹性复位结构122逐渐被压缩,起到弹性缓冲作用,提升腰部的舒适度,直至所述承载部221支撑在支撑部31上。
由于所述第一调节杆3上的多个支撑部31呈阶梯形结构,根据支撑部31的数量,所述腰靠21可进行多档位调节。当用户没有靠在腰靠21上时,转动调节第一调节杆3使得所需的支撑部31面向承载部221即可。当用户的腰部贴靠在腰靠21并且承载部221支撑在支撑部31上,边转动第一调节杆3边感受腰靠21位置时,转动至档位切换时会产生比较强烈的顿挫感,造成用户腰部的不舒适。
因此,在这种情况下,用户调先通过调节衔接部41使得衔接部41平滑衔接两个相邻的支撑部31,即可将多档调节的过程呈现为无极调节,然后再边转动第一调节杆3边感受腰靠21位置,就可以避免产生顿挫感,当调节好腰靠21位置后再调节衔接部41,让衔接部41被支撑部31遮挡住即可完成最终的调节。
需要注意的是,所述支撑部31的厚度沿周向不变,使得支撑部31支撑住承载部221时的状态是稳定的,以避免受力不均匀导致第一调节杆3自动绕其中轴线转动。
在本申请中,所述第一调节杆3内插设有第二调节杆4,第二调节杆4从第一调节杆3的一端伸出,并且可相对第一调节杆3绕自身轴向转动,所述第二调节杆4从第一调节杆3伸出的外端设置有旋转握把4a,并且该旋转握把的尺寸小于第一调节杆3的旋转握把3a,便于用户坐在椅子上调节无法看到的情况下可以将两者区分。所述第一调节杆3上具有多个沿周向延伸、并且长度大于衔接部41的限位孔42,所述衔接部41设置在第二调节杆4上并且穿过限位孔42。用户通过旋转第二调节杆4,使得第二调节杆4相对于第一调节杆3绕自身中轴线转动,使得衔接部41沿着限位孔42周向移动。所述限位孔42用于允许衔接部41相对于支撑部31周向移动,还能起到限位作用,所述衔接部41分别和限位孔42的两端抵接时,分别对应衔接部41平滑衔接两个相邻的支撑部31、以及被支撑部31遮挡住的两个状态,并且也方便用户操作,用户通过正反双向转动第二调节杆4到底即可。
用户在转动调节好第二调节杆4后,所述衔接部41和支撑部31的相对位置需要保持稳定,再进一步地,所述第二调节杆4可相对第一调节杆3沿自身轴向移动,所述限位孔42的宽度大于衔接部41,所述衔接部41的侧面具有插设结构411,所述支撑部31的侧面具有两个和插设结构411卡接配合的定位插槽311,分别对应衔接部41平滑衔接两个相邻支撑部31的位置、衔接部41被支撑部31遮挡住的位置。用户调节时,首先推拉第二调节杆4,使得所述衔接部41的插设结构411和其中一个定位插槽311分离,然后转动第二调节杆4到底直至无法相对于第一调节杆3转动,再反向推拉第二调节杆4使得插设结构411卡入另一个定位插槽311即可,当插设结构411和定位插槽311卡接配合时,支撑部31和衔接部41之间就可稳定保持相对位置关系。
另外,为了避免意外情况下插设结构411和定位插槽311分离,所述第一调节杆3和第二调节杆4之间设有第二弹性复位结构43,用于驱使所述插设结构411和定位插槽311卡接配合。更为具体的,所述第一调节杆3的内壁上具有径向凸出的一圈凸缘32,所述第二调节杆4在第一调节杆3内的内端穿过凸缘32,所述第二弹性复位结构43设为压簧,其套接在第二调节杆4上并且支撑在第二调节杆4的内端和凸缘32之间。当用户需要调节衔接部41时,先握住旋转握把4a向内推动使得插设结构411和定位插槽311分离,此时第二弹性复位结构43处于压缩状态,接着转动旋转握把4a将第二调节杆4转动到底再松开旋转握把4a,第二弹性复位结构43即可驱使插设结构411卡入另一个定位插槽311,从而完成衔接部41的调节。
在本实施案例中,所述支撑部31均设置为两个,并且在第一调节杆3的中心位置左右间隔布置,所述衔接部41设置为一个并位于两个左右间隔开的支撑部31之间,支撑部31和衔接部41构成的整体结构左右对称,从而使得支撑部31支撑住承载部221时左右受力均匀,提高支撑的稳定性。另外,所述衔接部41和左右两侧的支撑部31之间存在间隙,可以避免接触而产生的摩擦阻力。
所述基座12的底部设置两个左右对称的支撑柱123,所述支撑柱123竖立设置并且位于支撑部31和衔接部41两侧,支撑柱123的顶端支撑在第一调节杆3上,起到了支撑作用避免第一调节杆3出现弯曲变形的情况。
用户腰部贴靠在腰靠21上进行档位调节时,由于无法观察到第一调节杆3的转动情况,并且衔接部41平滑衔接相邻两个支撑部31的无极调节,因此很容易出现过度或过少转动第一调节杆3的情况,因此用户在完成档位调节后再调节第二调节杆4时会将衔接部41从支撑部31和承载部221之间抽出形成间隙,从而使得用户的腰部感受到顿挫。基于此,所述支撑柱123的顶端中心位置设置有竖立的并且可上下移动的支撑杆124,支撑柱123内设有第三弹性复位结构125用以驱使支撑杆124向上移动,所述第一调节杆3的表面具有多个呈内凹球面的定位槽33,用于支撑部31支撑住承载部221时和支撑杆124卡接配合。因此,每当用户切换一个档位时,所述支撑杆124就会卡入对应的定位槽33,而用户在转动第一调节杆3时会明显有手感的差异,从而在无需观察的情况下就可以精准地完成档位调节,避免腰部产生顿挫感。
更为具体地,所述第三弹性复位结构125设置为拉簧,其套接在支撑杆124位于支撑柱123内的部分,并且两端分别连接支撑柱123的顶端以及支撑杆124的底端。
所述第一调节杆3的表面设置有沿周向延伸并且连接相邻两个定位槽33的滑动槽34,所述支撑杆124的顶端呈球状,滑动槽34的槽底呈弧形和支撑杆124顶端相适配,滑动槽34的槽宽和支撑杆124顶端的直径基本相同,使得支撑杆124顶端沿滑动槽34的滑动较为平稳。所述定位槽33中心处的槽深大于滑动槽34的槽深,所述支撑杆124位于支撑柱123外的部分设有可以和支撑柱123顶端抵接的限位结构1241,当支撑杆124向下移动至限位结构抵接在支撑柱123顶端时,即支撑杆124的最低位置,此时所述支撑杆124的顶端卡入滑动槽34内,因此使得支撑杆124的顶端无法滑动到第一调节杆3的表面,从而转动第一调节杆3到最小档位或最大档位后无法继续转动。
前文所述定位槽33和支撑杆124的作用是提高档位调节的精准度,在此基础上,在本申请中,所述定位槽33的直径大于支撑杆124的直径,当用户转动第一调节杆3调节到某档位时,即使支撑杆124的顶端没有抵至定位槽33的中心处,只要支撑杆124的顶端落入定位槽33的范围内,此时即使用户松开第一调节杆3,在第三弹性复位结构125的弹力驱使下,支撑杆124的顶端会在定位槽33呈球面的槽底上向中心处滑动,通过自动锁定完成档位调节,使得用户使用更为便捷。
另外,所述第一调节杆3贯穿基座12左右两个侧部126,第一调节杆3上具有抵靠在侧部上的限位结构3c,防止第一调节杆3沿其轴向移动,确保支撑部31能够稳定地支撑住承载部221。
最后应说明的是:以上实施案例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施案例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施案例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施案例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可以调节的腰靠机构,包括设置在椅后架上的基座、腰靠;其特征在于,所述基座上具有横向设置并且可绕其轴向转动的第一调节杆,第一调节杆的表面具有多个沿周向延伸、并且呈阶梯过渡的支撑部;第一调节杆的表面具有多个沿第一调节杆周向延伸的衔接部,衔接部可沿第一调节杆周向移动,使得衔接部平滑衔接两个相邻的支撑部、被支撑部遮挡住;所述腰靠的顶部具有腰靠座,腰靠座的上部铰接在基座上使得腰靠可以前后转动,基座和腰靠座之间设有第一弹性复位结构用于驱使腰靠向前转动;所述腰靠座的下部具有可支撑在支撑部上并且形状适配的承载部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆内插设有第二调节杆,第二调节杆从第一调节杆的一端伸出,并且可相对第一调节杆绕自身轴向转动;所述第一调节杆上具有多个沿周向延伸、并且长度大于衔接部的限位孔;所述衔接部设置在第二调节杆上并且穿过限位孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第二调节杆可相对第一调节杆沿自身轴向移动,所述限位孔的宽度大于衔接部;所述衔接部的侧面具有插设结构,所述支撑部的侧面具有两个和插设结构卡接配合的定位插槽,分别对应衔接部平滑衔接两个相邻支撑部的位置、衔接部被支撑部遮挡住的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆和第二调节杆之间设有第二弹性复位结构,用于驱使所述插设结构和定位插槽卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆上的支撑部设有两个并且相互间隔,所述衔接部位于两个支撑部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述基座的底部位于支撑部和衔接部的左右两侧设置有竖立的支撑柱,支撑柱的顶端支撑在第一调节杆上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述支撑柱的顶端中心位置设置有竖立的并且可上下移动的支撑杆,支撑柱内设有第三弹性复位结构用以驱使支撑杆向上移动;所述第一调节杆的表面具有多个呈内凹球面的定位槽,用于支撑部支撑住承载部时和支撑杆卡接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆的表面设置有沿周向延伸并且连接相邻两个定位槽的滑动槽;所述定位槽中心处的槽深大于滑动槽的槽深,所述支撑杆向下移动至最低位置时其顶端卡入滑动槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述定位槽的直径大于支撑杆的直径。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可以调节的腰靠机构,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆贯穿所述基座的左右两个侧部,并且第一调节杆上具有抵靠在侧部上的限位结构,用以防止第一调节杆沿其轴向移动。
