一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶 技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品以及护肤品容器领域,尤其涉及一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶。
背景技术
化妆品和护肤品的包装真空瓶一般由瓶身和瓶盖组成,瓶身起存储功能,瓶盖上一般安装有将内部的化妆品乳液挤出的出液机构。
现有的化妆品或护肤品的真空瓶一般采用的是按压挤出的出液机构,在专利号CN201820297054.2的发明中就提出了一种活塞下移式喷头系统,活塞下移式喷头结构虽然结构简单,但是在使用时容易损坏,使用体验不佳,同时许多化妆品或护肤品在使用过程中,需要化妆品或护肤品的用量进行限定,但是现有真空瓶的出液机构设计要么每次出液的量是固定的,无法根据需求选择特定的剂量,要么出液的量是不定的,无法准确的挤出所需的剂量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:包括瓶体,所述瓶体的上方设置有旋转出液机构,所述旋转出液机构包括可转动的按摩头、与所述按摩头扣件固定的旋转按头、与所述旋转按头配合运动的下压阀、对所述下压阀运动进行限位的连接套以及用于送液的连接管与泵体;
所述下压阀的侧部设置有阶梯状阀槽,所述旋转按头的内部设置可卡入所述阶梯状阀槽内的按头内忖。
优选的,所述按摩头的外部设置有带有刻度线的肩套,所述肩套的内部设置有与所述刻度线对应的内凸筋。
优选的,所述按摩头的外侧设置有指示条,所述指示条的下方设置有外 凸筋。
优选的,所述按摩头的内部设置有第一连接扣,所述旋转按头的外侧开设有第一连接槽,所述第一连接扣与第一连接槽卡接。
优选的,所述阶梯状阀槽上设置有多组阶梯结构。
优选的,所述下压阀的底部外侧设置有限位条,所述连接套的内部设置有竖向设置的限位槽。
优选的,所述泵体设置有两组,两组泵体分别安装在下压阀的上下两侧,所述下压阀的顶部开口设置有储液腔。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、利用按摩头带动旋转按头运动,进而带动下压阀向下运动压缩泵体,从而将瓶体内部他液体送出,改变了出液方式,使得出液结构和泵体均保护性的设置在结构的内部,进而使得真空瓶更耐用,使用寿命更长;
2、利用按头内忖和阶梯状阀槽可以实现下压阀不同高度下压,从而泵出特定剂量的液体,并通过按摩头与肩套配合指示出液剂量,从而方便使得真空瓶可以准确挤出特定剂量的液体,使用效果更好。

下压阀4的侧部设置有阶梯状阀槽41,旋转按头3的内部设置可卡入阶梯状阀槽41内的按头内忖32。
进一步的,按摩头2的外部设置有带有刻度线的肩套5,肩套5的内部设置有与刻度线对应的内凸筋51。
进一步的,按摩头2的外侧设置有指示条21,指示条21的下方设置有外凸筋23。
通过以上技术方案,按摩头2上设置有起指示作用的刻度线,指示条21指示不同刻度线,方便用户调节使用,同时按摩头2外侧外凸23筋与肩套内部喷出刻度对应的内凸筋51配合,旋到每个刻度时会有明显的手感及声音提示,方便把握出液剂量。
进一步的,按摩头2的内部设置有第一连接扣22,旋转按头3的外侧开设有第一连接槽31,第一连接扣22与第一连接槽31卡接。
通过该技术方案,按摩头2与旋转按头3的连接结构使得旋转按钮3可以跟随按摩头2做同步转动,从而通过旋转按摩头2可以带动旋转按头3进行转动。
进一步的,阶梯状阀槽41上设置有多组阶梯结构。
进一步的,下压阀4的底部外侧设置有限位条42,连接套6的内部设置有竖向设置的限位槽61。
通过以上技术方案,旋转按头3转动时,按头内忖32在阶梯状阀槽41上移动,由于限位槽61对限位条42的运动方向进行了限位,则使得下压阀4无法跟随旋转按头3进行转动,只能进行下压运动;而阶梯状阀槽41的阶梯结构,使得旋转按头3转动的幅度不同,下压阀4下压的高度也不同,继而 通过控制阶梯状结构各阶梯的高度,就可以控制不同的下压高度,挤出不同剂量的化妆品或护肤品,同时通过设置不同组数的阶梯,就可以提供不同复数个出液量指示器,因而在实际使用中,可以根据使用需求对阶梯状阀槽41进行特异化设计。
进一步的,泵体9设置有两组,两组泵体9分别安装在下压阀4的上下两侧,下压阀4的顶部开口设置有储液腔。
通过该技术方案,顺时针旋转按摩头2,旋转按头3跟随下按摩头2转动,按头内忖32在阶梯状阀槽41的阶梯状结构上移动,下压阀4向下运动,带动下部泵体9向下运动,打开泵芯中的活塞,液体从阀针孔经阀中心孔进入到下压阀4顶部的储液腔内,下压阀4向下运动时,上部泵体9内的活塞不动,下压阀4顶部储液腔空间被拉大,定剂量的液体储存于储液腔内;此时再逆时针旋转按摩头2至“0”位,按头内忖32沿着阶梯状阀槽41的阶梯状结构向下移动,下压阀4上升,带动下部泵体9泵芯内的活塞关闭,随着下压阀4上升压缩顶部的储液腔空间,液体从上部泵体9活塞顶部孔出液,将定量的液体送出。
进一步的,连接管8的顶端与按摩头2过盈密封连接,连接管8的底端与下压阀4过盈密封连接。
进一步的,按摩头2的内孔内设置有阀片7,阀片7上设置有柔性片,按摩头2的上方还设置有上盖1。
通过该技术方案,阀片7扣位与按摩头2顶部内孔配合,组装后可以封住出液口,液体挤出时冲开阀片7顶面柔性片,从阀片7周围出液。
进一步的,按摩头2的底部与连接套6抵接。
通过该技术方案,按摩头2在连接套6限位下只能做转动无法下压。
工作原理:顺时针旋转按摩头2,旋转按头3跟随下按摩头2转动,按头内忖32在阶梯状阀槽41的阶梯状结构上移动,下压阀4向下运动,带动下 部泵体9向下运动,打开泵芯中的活塞,液体从阀针孔经阀中心孔进入到下压阀4顶部的储液腔内,下压阀4向下运动时,上部泵体9内的活塞不动,下压阀4顶部储液腔空间被拉大,定剂量的液体储存于储液腔内;此时再逆时针旋转按摩头2至“0”位,按头内忖32沿着阶梯状阀槽41的阶梯状结构向下移动,下压阀4上升,带动下部泵体9泵芯内的活塞关闭,随着下压阀4上升压缩顶部的储液腔空间,液体从上部泵体9活塞顶部孔出液,将定量的液体送出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,包括瓶体(10),其特征在于:所述瓶体(10)的上方设置有旋转出液机构,所述旋转出液机构包括可转动的按摩头(2)、与所述按摩头(2)扣件固定的旋转按头(3)、与所述旋转按头(3)配合运动的下压阀(4)、对所述下压阀(4)运动进行限位的连接套(6)以及用于送液的连接管(8)与泵体(9);
    所述下压阀(4)的侧部设置有阶梯状阀槽(41),所述旋转按头(3)的内部设置可卡入所述阶梯状阀槽(41)内的按头内忖(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述按摩头(2)的外部设置有带有刻度线的肩套(5),所述肩套(5)的内部设置有与所述刻度线对应的内凸筋(51)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述按摩头(2)的外侧设置有指示条(21),所述指示条(21)的下方设置有外凸筋(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述按摩头(2)的内部设置有第一连接扣(22),所述旋转按头(3)的外侧开设有第一连接槽(31),所述第一连接扣(22)与第一连接槽(31)卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述阶梯状阀槽(41)上设置有多组阶梯结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述下压阀(4)的底部外侧设置有限位条(42),所述连接套(6)的内部设置有竖向设置的限位槽(61)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述泵体(9)设置有两组,两组泵体(9)分别安装在下压阀(4)的上下两侧,所述下压阀(4)的顶部开口设置有储液腔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于: 所述连接管(8)的顶端与按摩头(2)过盈密封连接,所述连接管(8)的底端与下压阀(4)过盈密封连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述按摩头(2)的内孔内设置有阀片(7),所述阀片(7)上设置有柔性片,所述按摩头(2)的上方还设置有上盖(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种出液量的真空瓶,其特征在于:所述按摩头(2)的底部与连接套(6)抵接。
