在一些实施方式中,所述磁性件呈环状构造,套设于所述抵接凸台;及
若干所述抵块环绕所述避让孔均匀间隔设置。
在一些实施方式中,所述环形凸台内侧设有用于避免用户手指卷入的挡件;
和/或
所述环形凸台朝向所述第一盖体的一侧设有若干空腔,且每相邻两所述空腔之间形成加强肋板;
和/或
所述第二盖体对应所述磁性件区域设有若干空腔,且每相邻两所述空腔之间形成加强肋板。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一盖体远离所述第二盖体的一侧设有一挂环。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一盖体边缘设有用于放置所述挂环的放置槽,且所述放置槽侧壁设有至少一卡块,用于卡持所述挂环。
本实用新型还提供一种充气泵,包括:
壳体、叶轮、驱动件以及权利要求1-6任一项所述的充气泵上盖;
所述壳体侧边边缘或底部设有排气口,且所述壳体内部设有第一腔室及第二腔室,分别用于放置所述叶轮及所述驱动件,所述叶轮与所述驱动件驱动连接;
其中,所述充气泵上盖盖设于所述第一腔室,在所述驱动件的驱动下,所述叶轮将外部的气体经所述环形凸台抽取至所述第一腔室,并通过所述排气口排出。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一盖体朝向所述壳体的一侧设有卡合槽,用于对接所述壳体。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一腔室边缘设有一定位块,且所述第二盖体对应区域设有定位孔;
所述定位块与所述定位孔相卡嵌配合,对所述壳体和所述充气泵上盖进行定位。
在一些实施方式中,所述叶轮朝向所述充气泵上盖的一侧,且朝向于所述第一腔室侧壁的一端设有第一引流坡面,以将所述第一腔室内的气体引导至所述第一腔室的边缘;及
所述第二盖体朝向所述壳体的一侧,且对应所述第一引流坡面的区域形成和所述第一引流坡面相平行的第二引流坡面。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:
1、本专利中,通过设置磁性件,使得充气泵能够吸附于金属件上,以适应多种使用场景,提高了充气泵的通用性及实用性。同时,磁性件环绕避让孔设置,既能将充气泵稳定地吸附于金属件,又不会影响充气泵充气,结构设置合理,空间利用率高。此外,避让孔与环形凸台之间形成间隙更有利于充气泵对接外接各种产品,进一步提高了充气泵的通用性。
2、本专利中,通过设置挂环,使得充气泵能够被挂在所需的位置,增加了充气泵的使用场景,大大提高了其通用性。同时,本专利设置了用于放置挂 环的放置槽,优化了整体结构,使得充气泵的造型更为美观。
3、本专利中,通过设置第一引流坡面和第二引流坡面,将第一腔室内的气体引导至第一腔室的边缘,提高了第一腔室内气体的利用率及充气效率。同时,设置第一引流坡面和第二引流坡面还能有效减少气体与第一腔室之间发生的碰撞,在避免气体流速因碰撞而受到影响的同时,还减少了充气泵因高速气体发生碰撞而产生的噪音,降低了充气泵对环境的噪音污染。

根据本实用新型提供的一个具体实施例,参见图1至图10,一种充气泵上 盖及充气泵。其中,充气泵上盖100具体可包括本体及设于该本体内的磁性件130。本体包括第一盖体110及第二盖体120,第二盖体120朝向第一盖体110延伸有环形凸台121,此时,环形凸台121可作为进气口,供外部的气体进入充气泵内部。同时,第一盖体110对应该环形凸台121区域设有避让孔111,且避让孔111与环形凸台121之间形成间隙。值得注意的是,磁性件130应环绕避让孔111设置,且第一盖体110与第二盖体120共同形成用于容纳磁性件130的腔体140。
在本实施例中,通过设置磁性件130,使得充气泵能够吸附于金属件上,以适应多种使用场景,提高了充气泵的通用性及实用性。同时,磁性件130环绕避让孔111设置,既能将充气泵稳定地吸附于金属件,又不会影响充气泵充气,结构设置合理,空间利用率高。此外,避让孔111与环形凸台121之间形成间隙更有利于充气泵对接外接各种产品,进一步提高了充气泵的通用性。
优选地,参见图2及图3,在本实施例中,环形凸台121应不凸出于第一盖体110,结构设置更为合理,方便放置且造型美观。
在一个实施例中,参见图3至图6,避让孔111边缘朝向第二盖体120延伸有抵接凸台112,用于对接第二盖体120,且第一盖体110朝向第二盖体120的一侧设有若干抵块113,与抵接凸台112共同抵持磁性件130。此时,将第一盖体110210和第二盖体120220装配在一起,即可实现磁性件130的安装固定。
当然,在一个实施例中,还可在第二盖体120朝向第一盖体110的一侧,且对应避让孔111区域设置抵接凸台112,用于对接第一盖体110。此时,第一盖体110朝向第二盖体120的一侧设有若干抵块113,与抵接凸台112共同抵持磁性件130。
相对地,在实际生产中,还可同时在第一盖体110和第二盖体120同时设置相对接配合的抵接凸台112,与若干抵块113共同抵持磁性件130,在此不 作限制,可根据实际情况灵活设置,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
优选地,参见图5,磁性件130为磁铁,呈环状构造,套设于抵接凸台112,且若干抵块113环绕避让孔111均匀间隔设置。
当然,在实际生产中,磁性件130还可呈弧状构造,此时,若干磁性件130环绕抵接凸台112设置并均匀分布,同样能将充气泵稳定地固定于金属件上,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
值得注意的是,当磁性件130呈弧状构造时,还可在抵接凸台112上设置若干抵块113,以进一步提高抵接凸台112及若干抵块113对磁性件130的固定效果。
进一步地,参见图1及图7,环形凸台121内侧设有用于避免用户手指卷入的挡件122,大大提高了本实施例所提供的充气泵的安全性。具体地,该挡件122呈长条状构造,在不影响充气泵进气的同时,保证用户手指不易被卷入,结构设置合理且具有较高的实用性及安全性。
更进一步地,参见图7及图8,为减轻充气泵上盖100的整体重量,实现轻量化生产,环形凸台121朝向第一盖体110的一侧设有若干空腔150,且每相邻两空腔150之间形成加强肋板160。相对地,第二盖体120对应磁性件130区域设有若干空腔150,且每相邻两空腔150之间形成加强肋板160。
在实际生产中,减重孔的数量可根据实际需求设置,在此不作限制,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
在一个实施例中,图1、图2、图6及图7,第一盖体110远离第二盖体120的一侧设有一挂环170,优选为采用不锈钢材料制成。此时,挂环170既可供用户抓持,方便携带,又可用于将气泵挂于所需位置,增加了充气泵的使用场景,大大提高了其通用性。
具体地,挂环170呈半圆弧状构造,且两端均设有对接部,此时,第一盖体110远离第二盖体120的一侧对称设置有两安装孔114,用于对接对接部。
优选地,参见图6及图7,第一盖体110边缘设有用于放置该挂环170的放置槽115,结构设置合理且造型美观。同时,放置槽115侧壁设有至少一卡块116,用于卡持挂环170,使挂环170在不使用时不会轻易脱离放置槽115。
在实际生产中,卡块116的数量及排布方式可根据实际情况灵活设置,在此不做赘述,能将挂环170卡置在放置槽115区域即可,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
参见图7至图10,本实用新型还提供一种充气泵,具体可包括壳体200、叶轮300、驱动件400以及上述任一实施例所提供的充气泵上盖100。此时,壳体200侧边边缘或底部设有排气口,且壳体200内部设有第一腔室210及第二腔室220,分别用于放置叶轮300及驱动件400,叶轮300与驱动件400驱动连接。其中,充气泵上盖100盖设于第一腔室210,在驱动件400的驱动下,叶轮300将外部的气体经环形凸台121抽取至第一腔室210,并通过排气口排出。其中,驱动件400优选为一电机。
具体地,参见图3、图4、图5及图10,第一盖体110朝向壳体200的一侧设有卡合槽117,用于对接壳体200,以对第一腔室210进行封堵。
为进一步提高充气泵的充气效率,环形凸台121应正对于叶轮300,增加进气口单位时间内的气体流量,大大提高充气泵的工作效率。
优选地,参见图1及图8,第一腔室210边缘设有一定位块211,且第二盖体120对应区域设有定位孔123。当定位块211与定位孔123相卡嵌配合,即可对壳体200和充气泵上盖100进行定位。
在本实施例中,通过设置定位块211及定位孔123,使得用户在对充气泵上盖100及壳体200进行装配时,能够快速定位,以使环形凸台121应正对于叶轮300,加快了装配速度,从而提高了工作效率。
进一步地,参见图10,叶轮300朝向充气泵上盖100的一侧,且朝向于第一腔室210侧壁的一端设有第一引流坡面310,以将第一腔室210内的气体引 导至第一腔室210的边缘。
在本实施例中,若排气口设于壳体200侧边边缘,那么,排气口应设置在第一腔室210的边缘,通过设置第一引流坡面310,能够使更多的气体流通至开设在壳体200侧边边缘的排气口,从而增加排气口在单位时间内排出的气体流量。
相对地,若排气口设于壳体200底部,那么,应在第一腔室210的边缘设置一气体流道,将气体引导至排气口。此时,通过设置第一引流坡面310,能够使更多的气体流通至开设在壳体200侧边边缘的气体流道,从而增加排气口在单位时间内排出的气体流量。
当然,考虑到整体结构的合理设置,在本实施例中,排气口优选为设于壳体200底部。
在本实施例中,通过设置第一引流坡面310,还能有效减少气体与第一腔室210之间发生的碰撞,在避免气体流速因碰撞而受到影响的同时,还减少了充气泵因高速气体发生碰撞而产生的噪音,降低了充气泵对环境的噪音污染。
在实际生产中,第一引流坡面310也可呈弧面构造等,在此不作限制,可根据实际需要灵活设置,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
更进一步地,参见图1、图3及图10,第二盖体120朝向壳体200的一侧,且对应第一引流坡面310的区域形成和第一引流坡面310相平行的第二引流坡面124。
此时,第一引流坡面310和与其相平行的第二引流坡面124形成一供气体流通的通道,提高了第一引流坡面310的引流效果,从而提高了第一腔室210内气体的利用率,进而提高了充气泵的充气效率,同时,还降低了充气泵对环境的噪音污染。
优选地,当排气口设于壳体200底部时,可在第二盖体120对应气体流道的位置设置第三引流坡面,以将更多的气体引导至气体流道,从而提高充气泵 的充气效率,并有效降低充气泵对环境的噪音污染。
应当说明的是,上述实施例均可根据需要自由组合。以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种充气泵上盖,其特征在于,包括:本体及设于所述本体内的磁性件;所述本体包括第一盖体及第二盖体,所述第二盖体朝向所述第一盖体延伸有环形凸台,及所述第一盖体对应所述环形凸台区域设有避让孔,且所述避让孔与所述环形凸台之间形成间隙;其中,所述磁性件环绕所述避让孔设置,且所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体共同形成用于容纳所述磁性件的腔体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的充气泵上盖,其特征在于,所述避让孔边缘朝向所述第二盖体延伸有抵接凸台,用于对接所述第二盖体,且所述第一盖体朝向所述第二盖体的一侧设有若干抵块,与所述抵接凸台共同抵持所述磁性件;或所述第二盖体朝向所述第一盖体的一侧,且对应所述避让孔区域设有抵接凸台,用于对接所述第一盖体,及所述第一盖体朝向所述第二盖体的一侧设有若干抵块,与所述抵接凸台共同抵持所述磁性件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的充气泵上盖,其特征在于,所述磁性件呈环状构造,套设于所述抵接凸台;及若干所述抵块环绕所述避让孔均匀间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的充气泵上盖,其特征在于,所述环形凸台内侧设有用于避免用户手指卷入的挡件;和/或所述环形凸台朝向所述第一盖体的一侧设有若干空腔,且每相邻两所述空腔之间形成加强肋板;和/或所述第二盖体对应所述磁性件区域设有若干空腔,且每相邻两所述空腔之间形成加强肋板。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的充气泵上盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖体远离所述第二盖体的一侧设有一挂环。
- 根据权利要求5所述的充气泵上盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖体边缘设有用于放置所述挂环的放置槽,且所述放置槽侧壁设有至少一卡块,用于卡持所述挂环。
- 一种充气泵,其特征在于,包括:壳体、叶轮、驱动件以及权利要求1-6任一项所述的充气泵上盖;所述壳体侧边边缘或底部设有排气口,且所述壳体内部设有第一腔室及第二腔室,分别用于放置所述叶轮及所述驱动件,所述叶轮与所述驱动件驱动连接;其中,所述充气泵上盖盖设于所述第一腔室,在所述驱动件的驱动下,所述叶轮将外部的气体经所述环形凸台抽取至所述第一腔室,并通过所述排气口排出。
- 根据权利要求7所述的充气泵,其特征在于,所述第一盖体朝向所述壳体的一侧设有卡合槽,用于对接所述壳体。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的充气泵,其特征在于,所述第一腔室边缘设有一定位块,且所述第二盖体对应区域设有定位孔;所述定位块与所述定位孔相卡嵌配合,对所述壳体和所述充气泵上盖进行定位。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的充气泵,其特征在于,所述叶轮朝向所述充气泵上盖的一侧,且朝向于所述第一腔室侧壁的一端设有第一引流坡面,以将所述第一腔室内的气体引导至所述第一腔室的边缘;及所述第二盖体朝向所述壳体的一侧,且对应所述第一引流坡面的区域形成和所述第一引流坡面相平行的第二引流坡面。
