本实用新型提供一种打饮料装置,属于饮料饮用设备技术领域,包括饮料容器以及用于安装饮料容器的分配器,饮料容器内设有用于盛装饮料的内袋,饮料容器与内袋之间为气腔,分配器具有壳体以及设置在壳体内的充气组件,其特征在于:壳体上设有与内袋连通的出液组件,出液组件具有让使用者操作控制让饮料流出的控制件,出液组件处还设有与控制件联动的开关元件,该开关元件在控制件被操作时控制充气组件向气腔充气。也就是说,打饮料装置在使用者触动控制件进行打酒的过程中对气腔充气,实现了充气与打酒动作的联动。

本发明属于饮料饮用设备技术领域,涉及一种打饮料装置。
背景技术
打饮料装置是一种用于分配饮料容器中的饮料(例如啤酒、咖啡、汽水等)的装置。一般应用在酒吧、咖啡厅等商用场景以及聚会等家用场景中。使用者可以通过打饮料装置快速的分配饮料。
打饮料装置具有分配器以及饮料容器,为了保证饮料,尤其是具有例如二氧化碳等气体的饮料的风味,会在饮料容器内设置内袋,将饮料储存在内袋中,通过向内袋与饮料容器之间的气腔充气的方式挤压内袋使内袋中的饮料流出。
现有技术中,打饮料装置具有由控制模块控制的充气组件,该充气组件会持续地向气腔内充气使得气腔内的压力维持在一定压力范围内,使得使用者无论何时打饮料都可以顺利让饮料流出,但是这种方式,在使用者不打饮料期间,依然会维持气腔处于一个相对高压的环境,也就是说,饮料容器长时间处于带压状态,危险性较高,严重地可能因为长时带压导致饮料容器损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,提供一种打饮料装置,可以更好地对饮料进行制冷且更卫生更安全,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种打饮料装置,包括饮料容器以及用于安装饮料容器的分配器,饮料容器内设有用于盛装饮料的内袋,饮料容器与内袋之间为气腔,分配器具有壳体以及设置在壳体内的充气组件,其特征在于:壳体上设有与内袋连通的出液组件,出液组件具有让使用者操作控制让饮料流出的控制件,出液组件处还设有与控制件联动的开关元件,该开关元件在控制件被操作时控制充气组件向气腔充气。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,分配器还具有气压传感器以及控制模块,气压传感器设置在与充气组件的气源相连通的管道内且与控制模块电连接。进一步,该压力传感器可以是压力开关。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,壳体具有壳体下部以及可开合地安装在壳体下部上的顶盖。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,控制件为扳手,开关元件为与扳手联动的微动开关,该微动开关与充气组件电连接。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,饮料容器具有连通内袋的出液通路和连通气腔的进气通路,分配器还具有制冷组件、出液管以及控制模块,制冷组件具有与饮料容器的出液通路附近所匹配的容纳部,饮料容器的至少三分之一容纳在容纳部中,充气组件与进气通路相连通,出液管一端与出液通路相连通,另一端用于让饮料流出,控制模块控制制冷组件对饮料容器中的饮料从而维持饮料的温度在预定范围内,并且控制充气组件向气腔内充气。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,制冷组件具有内胆、制冷器以及温度传感器,内胆的内表面具有容纳部,制冷器与控制模块电连接,通过制冷器对内胆进行制冷,进而对饮料进行冷却,温度传感器与饮料容器的外表面接触,用于检测饮料的温度,并与控制模块电连接,控制模块根据温度传感器检测到的温度控制制冷器制冷使得饮料的温度维持在预定温度范围内。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,分配器还具有出液管,该出液管具有出酒顶芯、软管以及出酒嘴,出酒顶芯设置在容纳部的底部,具有与出液通路相连通的饮料通道以及与进气通路相连通的气体通道,饮料通道与气体通道之间设有密封件,软管一端与饮料通道相连通,另一端与出酒嘴相连通,出酒嘴安装在出液组件中,具有与出液组件相配合控制饮料流通或截断的出酒嘴顶芯,容纳部上设有用于固定部分软管的软管卡条。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,出液组件具有龙头外壳、芯轴以及压块,控制件为扳手,龙头外壳固定连接在壳体上,芯轴沿水平方向延伸,可转动地穿设在龙头外壳上,一端位于龙头外壳的外部并与扳手固定连接,另一端位于龙头外壳的内部并与压块的一端相连接,压块的另一端可转动地安装在龙头外壳内,出酒嘴安装在龙头外壳内,具有出酒嘴座部、出酒嘴头部以及与出酒嘴头部固定连接的出酒顶芯,出酒嘴头部可移动地安装在出酒嘴座部上,转动扳手使得压块与芯轴相连接的一端从出酒嘴座部远离出酒嘴头部的一侧压下出酒嘴座部,使得出酒嘴座部向靠近出酒嘴头部的方向移动,进而打开出酒嘴让饮料流出。
本发明提供的打饮料装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,压块上连接有沿竖直方向向下延伸的复位弹簧,龙头外壳具有第一侧盖、第二侧盖以及龙头上盖,第一侧盖与第二侧盖固定连接,压块位于第一侧盖与第二侧盖之间,第一侧盖与第二侧盖的顶部靠近壳体的一侧设有橡胶条和磁铁,龙头上盖可转动地连接在第一侧盖和第二侧盖上,龙头上盖的对应位置处也设有磁铁,用于与第一侧盖和第二侧盖上的磁铁相配合,使得龙头上盖吸附在第一侧盖和第二侧盖上。
发明作用与效果
根据本发明的打饮料装置,具有饮料容器和分配器,饮料容器中设有内袋,内袋与饮料容器之间为气腔,分配器具有向气腔内充气的充气组件以及与内袋连通的出液组件,出液组件具有让使用者操作控制让饮料流出的控制件以及与控制件联动的开关元件,一旦控制件被使用者触动,开关元件就控制充气组件对气腔充气。也就是说,打饮料装置在使用者触动控制件进行打酒的过程中对气腔充气,实现了充气与打酒动作的联动,且结构简单,无需维持气腔处于长时带压状态,安全性高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及实施例来说明本发明的具体实施方式。
<实施例>
打饮料装置主要用于打酒,也可以用于打其他饮料(如汽水等)。本实施例中,以打饮料装置用于打酒为例进行详细说明。
图1是本发明实施例中打饮料装置的立体结构示意图一。图2是本发明实施例中打饮料装置的立体结构示意图二。图3是本发明实施例中去除顶盖后的打饮料装置的立体结构示意图。
如图1~图3所示,本实施例提供一种打饮料装置100,包括饮料容器1以及分配器2。本实施例中,打饮料装置100为打酒装置100,饮料容器1为酒液容器1。酒液容器1安装在分配器2中,酒液容器1中储存有酒液,通过分配器2进行打酒,将酒液容器1中的酒液打入酒杯中。
分配器2具有壳体30,酒液容器1位于壳体30内。壳体30上安装有出液组件60。
壳体30包括底座31、前盖32、后盖33、第一侧盖34、第二侧盖35、顶盖36、装饰盖37。
以出液组件60所在的位置为壳体的前端,相应的与出液组件60相对的位置为壳体的后端。
前盖32、后盖33、第一侧盖34以及第二侧盖35通过螺钉固定安装在底座31的周沿上。前盖32位于壳体的前端,后盖33位于壳体的后端,第一侧盖34以及第二侧盖35分别位于前盖32的两端,并与前盖32和后盖33相固定连接。出液组件60安装在前盖32的中央位置,位于前盖32的顶部。
前盖32设有前盖微动开关321、气压显示部322、容量显示部323、温度显示部324以及急冷显示部325。前盖微动开关321位于前盖33底部的一侧,与通过电源插座与外部电源连接,用于控制打酒装置100中相应的用电零部件与电源之间电路的闭合和断开,也就是说,用于控制打酒装置100的启动与关闭。气压显示部322、容量显示部323以及温度显示部324为圆形的LED显示部,分别用于显示酒液容器1内的气压、剩余容量以及温度。急冷显示部325用于显示当前打酒装置100是否处于制冷中。
前盖32的底部连接有滴液盘38,该滴液盘38位于出液组件的下方。滴液盘38的宽度与前盖32的宽度近似相同,其顶部设有多个密布的孔洞,用于收集低落的酒液。底座31底部四周以及滴液盘38的底部四周分别设有支撑脚垫。
后盖33的底部设有透风盖331。透风盖331上具有多个平行设置的棱条,用于让壳体30内部与外部进行气体交换。第一侧盖34与第二侧盖35互相对称,其底部均设有多个互相平行的透气条孔。
装饰盖37与底座31相对设置,与前盖32、后盖33、第一侧盖34以及第二侧盖35固定连接。底座31、前盖32、后盖33、第一侧盖34、第二侧盖35以及装饰盖相配合形成壳体下部,该壳体下部近似于长方体的空间。酒液容器1的一 部分埋在壳体下部中。
装饰盖37靠近前盖32的位置设有两个平行于前盖的短灯带372,靠近后盖33的位置设有一个平行于后盖的长灯带373。在短灯带的近旁设有触摸开关374,与短灯带372以及长灯带373电连接,通过用户触摸的方式控制短灯带372以及长灯带373的亮起和熄灭。
顶盖36可拆卸地罩在壳体下部的顶端,与壳体下部相配合,包裹酒液容器1的整体。该顶盖36相当壳体上部。装饰盖37的周沿设有顶盖密封垫371,用于与顶盖36相配合使得顶盖罩在壳体下部上时形成密封。
顶盖36包括顶盖弯曲部361以及设置在顶盖弯曲部361两侧的顶盖侧部362。顶盖弯曲部361的一端延伸至靠近前盖31的顶部,另一端延伸至靠近后盖33的顶部,本实施例中,顶盖弯曲部361位透明材料加工而成,用户可以透过顶盖弯曲部361观察到位于壳体30内的酒液容器1。两个顶盖侧部362分别延伸至靠近对应的第一侧盖34和第二侧盖35。
图4是本发明实施例中打饮料装置的爆炸结构示意图。
如图4所示,分配器2还包括制冷组件、充气组件、以及控制模块。
制冷组件用于对对酒液容器1中的酒液进行冷却和保温,包括制冷器以及内胆43。制冷器包括冷凝器41以及压缩机42。在其他实施例中,制冷器也可以是半导体制冷器。
冷凝器41和压缩机42固定安装在底座31上,冷凝器41靠近后盖33的透风盖33,压缩机42靠近前盖32。冷凝器41与压缩机42相连接配合,通过冷却液对内胆43进行制冷,使得内胆43的温度降低。本实施例中,内胆43为制冷铝块43。
输送冷却液管道被保温材料所包裹,本实施例中,该保温材料为发泡泡沫。
图5是本发明实施例中打饮料装置的剖视结构示意图。图6是本发明实施例中分配器的立体结构示意图。
如图5和图6所示,内胆43的形状与酒液容器1的出口附近的形状相适配,本实施例中,酒液容器1的出口附近类似半球型,内胆43也与该类似地半球形的形状相同,使得内胆43可以包裹住酒液容器1的一部分。本实施例中,内胆43形成了类似半球形的内腔,包裹住酒液容器的1/3。
酒液容器1靠近出口附近的部分外壁与内胆43的内壁相贴合,使得内胆43与酒液容器1之间可以进行热传递,由于制冷铝块正在冷凝器41和压缩机42的作用下温度降低,进而使得酒液容器1内储存的酒液的温度也一起降低。
如图5所示,酒液容器1包括酒桶10以及设置在酒桶10的桶口(即酒液容器1的出口)处的酒矛20。
酒桶10的桶体采用避光设计,可以防止紫外线照射酒桶内的酒液。酒桶10内设有内袋,酒液储存在内袋中。酒矛20密封安装在酒桶10的桶口,具有出液通路以及进气通路,出液通路与内袋相连通,酒桶10的内壁与内袋之间的空间为气腔,进气通路与该气腔相连通。在打酒过程中,通过进气通路向气腔内充入气体,气体压缩内袋中的酒液顶开酒矛20内的阀芯后通过出液通路流出。在酒矛20处安装有一次性管70。
本实施例中,内袋为多层复合环保柔性袋,可以为三层膜结构,这三层膜依次为PET层、EVOH层以及PET层,也可以为四层膜结构,这四层膜依次为PET层、EVOH层、尼龙层以及PET层。
图9是本发明实施例中一次性管的立体结构示意图。
如图9所示,一次性管70包括出酒顶芯71、出酒嘴72以及连接出酒顶芯71和出酒嘴72的软管73。
图7是本发明实施例中分配器的俯视结构示意图。
如图7所示,内胆43的底部为通孔,用于让酒桶10上的酒矛20穿过。
在内胆43的内壁上设有从其自身的通孔延伸至制冷铝块顶部靠近出液组件的软管卡条431,用于固定一次性管70的软管73,防止软管73在内胆43内发生偏移。
图8是本发明实施例中充气组件与饮料容器配合的剖视结构示意图。
如图8所示,内胆43的外壁上设有螺旋状的连续凹槽,在内胆43的底部外壁上靠近其通孔的位置设有温度传感器安装部432,该温度传感器安装部432为贯穿内胆43的孔洞。在该孔洞中设有温度传感器81。温度传感器81包裹在传感器橡胶垫中,与传感器橡胶垫一起嵌在温度传感器安装部432中,并且温度传感器81抵靠在酒桶10的外壁上。本实施例中,温度传感器81为温控探头,传感器橡胶垫的设置使得该温控探头仅测量酒桶10外壁的温度,由于酒桶10的桶壁很薄,酒桶10内的内袋也很薄,两者的导热性都很好,因此,可以将该温控探头测量得到的温度近似的认为是酒桶10中储存的酒液的温度。
温度传感器81与控制模块电连接,该控制模块还与冷凝器41和压缩机42电连接,根据温度传感器81检测获得的温度,当检测到的温度低于设定的最低温度阈值时,控制冷凝器41和压缩机42停止工作;反之,当检测到的温度高于设定的最高温度阈值时,控制冷凝器41和压缩机42开始工作,对酒桶内的酒液进行冷却降温,直到温度传感器81检测到酒桶内酒液的温度在最低温度阈值和最高温度阈值之间。
本实施例中,设定最低温度阈值为3℃,最高温度阈值为8℃,也就是说,当检测到酒液的温度低于3℃时,分配器2停止制冷,当检测到酒液的温度高于8℃时,分配器2开始制冷。
本实施例中,位于前盖32上的温度显示部324为一块温度显示屏,该温度显示屏与控制模块电连接,用于显示温度传感器81所检索的到的温度值。
充气组件、出酒顶芯71与酒矛20之间相配合进行打酒。
酒矛20包括酒矛座21、衬套22、法兰23、压帽24、密封顶芯25以及法兰弹簧26。
酒桶10的桶口设有外螺纹,酒矛座21上设有内螺纹,两者通过螺纹旋合进行连接。衬套22安装在酒桶10的桶口处,衬套22的外壁与桶口处的内壁紧密贴合。衬套22靠近桶口(远离酒桶10底部)的位置设有直径大于桶口直径的边沿,该边沿卡在桶口处,防止在安装过程中衬套22掉入酒桶10中。衬套22的中心为中空结构,用于安装法兰23。
法兰23远离桶口的位置处设有内袋安装部231,内袋密封安装在内袋安装部231上。法兰23固定安装在衬套22内,衬套22的内壁与法兰23的外壁之间形成进气通路,气体通过该进气通道进入酒桶10的桶壁和内袋的外表面之间。法兰23为中空结构。
法兰23内靠近内袋安装部231的位置上处设有压帽24,压帽24上具有用于让酒液流过的通孔以及环绕该通孔的向远离内袋安装部231的方向延伸的弹簧安装部241。法兰23的中空结构与压帽24上的通孔相配合形成出液通路。
密封顶芯25设置在法兰23内,其远离内袋安装部231的一侧设有密封垫 251。法兰弹簧26一端安装在弹簧安装部241上,另一端安装在密封顶芯25上,该法兰弹簧26处于压缩状态。在法兰弹簧26的作用下,密封顶芯26的密封垫251抵靠在法兰23内相应的倾斜面上,封堵住出液通路。当密封顶芯25被顶开时,出液通路打开,内袋中的酒液可以通过出液通路流出酒桶10。
向酒桶10内灌装酒液的工作过程具体如下:
先将连接在法兰23上的空的内袋塞入酒桶10中,然后将与法兰固定连接的衬套22插入酒桶10的桶口,使得衬套22的边沿卡在桶口处,接着将酒矛座21旋合至酒桶10的桶口压紧衬套22,最后将灌装设备的灌装接头连接在酒矛座21上,顶开密封顶芯25,将酒液灌入内袋中。
出酒顶芯71穿过酒矛座21、衬套22的一部分插入到法兰23中,顶开密封顶芯25,打开出液通路。
图10是本发明实施例中一次性管的出酒嘴处于封闭状态时的剖视结构示意图。
如图9以及图10所示,出酒顶芯71内设有L型的酒液通道711,该酒液通道711包含两个相连的直线通道分别为通道一711a和通道二711b。通道一711a的一端靠近酒矛20的出液通路,通道一711a的端口位于如图10所示的出酒顶芯71的底部。通道二711b与通道一711a相互垂直,并与软管73相连通。通道二711b的端口位于如图10所示的出酒顶芯71的侧面。
软管73的另一端连接有出酒嘴72。出酒嘴72包括出酒嘴座部721以及出酒嘴头部722。
出酒嘴座部721固定连接在软管73远离出酒顶芯71的一端,与软管73相连通。出酒嘴座部721远离其与软管73的一端为密封头,该密封头的周壁上设有多个沿径向贯穿的通孔,在该通孔的两侧外壁上设有一对密封圈。出酒嘴头部722可移动地套设在出酒嘴座部721远离软管73的一侧,具有出酒口722a。
图10中,出酒嘴头部722位于远离出酒嘴座部721的位置,出酒嘴座部721的密封头上的一对密封圈与出酒嘴头部722的内壁配合进行密封,使酒液无法从出酒嘴72中流出。
图11是本发明实施例中一次性管的出酒嘴处于开启状态时的剖视结构示意图。
如图11所示,当出酒嘴座部721向靠近出酒嘴头部722的方向移动时,出酒嘴座部721的密封头相对于出酒嘴座部721进行移动,使得密封头上远离软管73的一侧的密封圈不再与出酒嘴头部722的内壁贴合进行密封,而使得出酒嘴座部721内部的通道通过密封头上的通孔与出酒嘴头部722内部的通道相连通从而使得出酒嘴72中的通路打开,酒液可以经出酒嘴72流出。
图12是出酒顶芯的剖视结构示意图。
如图12所示,出酒顶芯71内还设有气体通道712,该气体通道712包括与通道一711a相平行的通道三712a以及连通通道712a与出酒顶芯71外部的气孔712b。气孔712b位于通道三712a靠近通道一711a端口的一侧。
在通道一711a的端口与气孔712b之间的出酒顶芯71的外壁上设有密封圈一713,用于对出酒顶芯71的液体通道711与酒矛20上的出液通路相连形成的通路进行密封。
在气孔712b远离通道一711a的端口的一侧设有密封圈二714,用于与密封圈一713相配合,对出酒顶芯71的气体通道712余酒矛20上的进气通路相连形成的通路进行密封。密封圈而二714的直径大于密封圈一713的直径,通道一 711a以及通道三712a分别设置在出酒顶芯71的偏心位置处。
出酒顶芯71上设有两个两个气孔712b,这两个气孔712b均与通道三712a相连通。图12示出了出酒顶芯71的轴线Y-Y,气孔712b与出酒顶芯71的外侧面相交的部分与轴线Y-Y之间的距离小于安装密封圈二714的凹槽与轴线Y-Y之间的距离。
本实施例中,充气组件包括气源51、进气固定架53、进气芯固定板54以及进气芯55。
气源51固定安装在底座31上,用于向酒桶10与内袋之间充气;该气源51与控制模块电连接,在控制模块的控制下进行充气。本实施例中,气源51为气泵电机,该气泵电机采用低噪、低震动微型电动气泵,嵌在固定橡胶中,在恒定压力下,可以大幅延长酒液的风味保持期限。底座31上设有用于安装固定橡胶的支柱,固定橡胶通过螺钉固定安装在上述支柱上,使得气泵电机与底座31的底板之间具有空隙,在该空隙中还设有气泵减震棉,用于减少气泵电机工作导致的壳体震动。
进气固定架53的圆形边缘通过螺钉固定安装在支架311的顶部,并且与保温层外壳45固定连接以及对内胆43和保温层44进行承托。螺钉穿过支架311以及保温层外壳45旋合进进气固定架53中,使得支架311、保温层外壳45以及进气固定架53固定连接在一起。
进气固定架53中部的形状与酒桶10上的酒矛20的形状相适配,使得酒矛20可以安装在进气固定架53中。本实施例中,进气固定架53用于安装酒矛20的部位为一个朝向底座31的圆形容纳腔,酒矛20被容纳在该圆形容纳腔中。
进气固定架53的中央位置处还设有出酒顶芯安装部,用于安装出酒顶芯71。出酒顶芯安装部的中心位置为通孔。本实施例中,出酒顶芯安装部为环形槽。
出酒顶芯71上靠近通道三712a的端口的位置处设有环绕通道三712a的嵌合部。出酒顶芯71上的嵌合部与进气固定架53上的出酒顶芯安装部相配合,使得出酒顶芯71插在出酒顶芯安装部中,气体通道712的通道三712a的端口位于出酒顶芯安装部的通孔中。
在安装酒桶10的过程中,先将一次性管70的出酒顶芯71安装到进气固定架53上,然后将一次性管70的软管73卡在软管卡条431中对软管进行固定,接着讲一次性管70的出酒嘴72安装到出液组件60中,进一步地,将酒桶10倒置后放入内胆43所形成的内腔中,并将酒矛20安装到进气固定架53上,让出酒顶芯71的通道一711a的端口插入酒矛20中,使得出酒顶芯71顶开密封顶芯25。
进气芯固定板54固定安装在进气固定架53的圆形容纳腔的外侧面的底部,位于圆形容纳腔靠近底板31的位置处,整体呈圆盘形。进气固定板54的中央位置处设有与进气固定架53的出酒顶芯安装部中心的通孔相对应的进气芯安装孔541。进气芯安装孔541的周沿具有向远离底座31的方向延伸的延伸部分,该延伸部分抵靠在进气固定架53的底部外壁上。
在与进气芯固定板54的偏心位置处,即,进气芯安装孔541的近旁设有通道542,该通道542沿竖直方向贯穿进气芯固定板54。
进气芯55安装在进气芯安装孔541中,包括芯座551以及芯体552。芯座551插在进气芯安装孔541中,在芯座551远离底座31的一端外壁上设有凸沿,该凸沿抵靠在进气芯安装孔541的延伸部分的端部,从而使芯座551卡在进气芯安装孔541中。芯座551设具有朝向底座31的方向延伸的连接段,本实施例中, 该连接段被设置为便于安装管道的形状,用于在连接管道的时候可以快速插拔安装。
芯座551的连接段与气源51通过管道相连通,通过气源进行充气。芯座551为中通结构,具有用于气体流过的通道。
芯体552为中通结构,具有用于让气体流过的通道,包括两个连接段分别为第一连接段552a和第二连接段552b,这两个连接段的直径相同,在这两个连接段之间设有凸部552c,第一连接段522a插在芯座551的中通结构中,位于芯座551远离底座31的一端,芯体552的凸沿抵靠在芯座551的端面上。
第一连接段522a靠近芯体8552的凸部552c的外表面上嵌有密封圈,该密封圈与芯座551的内壁相配合形成密封。第二连接段522b靠近芯体8552的凸部552c的外表面上也嵌有相应的两个密封圈,这两个密封圈与进酒顶芯71上的通道三712a的内壁相配合形成密封。
在气源51进行充气的过程中,压缩气体从气源依次经过与芯座551连接的管道、芯座551的内部通道、芯体552的内部通道、进行顶芯的气体通道712(从通道三712a流向气孔712b)以及酒矛20上的进气通路后,进入酒桶10和内袋之间,从而挤压内袋中的酒液。
在与芯座551以及气源51相连的管道中设有压力传感器。本实施例中,压力传感器具体采用压力开关的形式,其与控制模块电连接,当压力超过阈值时向控制模块发送相应电信号,此时,控制模块就控制气源51停止充气,以避免压力过大。
图13是本发明实施例中打酒装置的出液组件所在位置的局部剖视图。图14是本发明实施例中出液组件的爆炸结构示意图。
如图13和图14所示,出液组件60包括龙头固定架61、龙头橡胶垫62、微动开关固定板63、开关元件64、龙头外壳65、芯轴66、压块67以及扳手68。扳手68就相当于用于控制饮料流出的控制件。
前盖32的顶端的中央位置处具有龙头安装部,龙头固定架61固定安装在龙头安装部上,用于连接固定出液组件的其他部件。
装饰盖37靠近前盖32的一侧具有用于让软管73穿过的装饰盖凹槽375,该装饰盖凹槽375的一端与软管卡条431的一端连通,另一端与龙头橡胶垫62紧密贴合。龙头橡胶垫62的另一端与龙头外壳65紧密贴合。龙头橡胶垫62中也设有用于让软管73穿过的橡胶垫凹槽621。
龙头安装部还具有延伸出前盖32的延伸部分,该延伸部分向远离后盖33的方向延伸。微动开关固定板63固定安装在龙头安装部的延伸部分上。开关元件64固定安装在微动开关固定板63上,其该开关元件64的触点朝向远离后盖33的方向。开关元件64为微动开关,开关元件64与控制模块电连接,用于控制气源51对气腔内充气。具体地,一旦开关元件64被触动,控制模块就控制气源51对气腔进行充气。
龙头外壳65由三部分构成,分别为第一侧盖651、第二侧盖652以及龙头上盖653。第一侧盖651和第二侧盖652对称设置,并且第二侧盖652通过螺钉固定安装在第一侧盖651上,构成用于安装压块66、活动芯轴67以及扳手68的安装座。龙头上盖653可转动地安装在该安装座上,并且从该安装座的顶部以及该安装座远离前盖32的一端部分地包裹住该安装座。
图15是本发明实施例中龙头上盖打开状态下的出液组件的立体结构示意图。
如图15所示,龙头上盖653通过转轴与安装座可转动地连接。该转轴设置在安装座的底部中央稍稍远离前盖32的位置处。龙头上盖653可以绕该转轴在图13所示的顺时针方向进行转动。第一侧盖651和第二侧盖652构成的安装座的顶部以及该安装座远离前盖32的一端设有用于安装第一性管70的软管73以及出酒嘴72的壳体凹槽。
在安装一次性管70的过程中,使用者需要打开龙头上盖653,也就是说,需要转动龙头上盖653,使得安装座的壳体凹槽暴露在外,以便将一次性管70的软管73以及出酒嘴72安装到壳体凹槽中。
在龙头上盖653靠近前盖32的位置处还设有橡胶条655,该橡胶条位于龙头上盖653与安装座之间。
第一侧盖651以及第二侧盖652的顶部还分别设有磁铁656。龙头外壳65上位于橡胶条655的两侧也具有磁铁656,使得龙头外壳65可以被磁铁656吸附。
当安装完毕一次性管70后,转动龙头上盖653使得龙头上盖653重新覆盖安装座上的壳体凹槽时,橡胶条655可以起到缓冲作用,同时,当转动龙头上盖653靠近橡胶条的过程中,龙头上盖会被磁铁656吸附,自动闭合在安装座上。
在安装座前端,也就时安装座远离前盖32的一端的壳体凹槽中,还设有卡扣657。卡扣657卡合在一次性管70的出酒嘴头部722的外壁上。壳体凹槽的前端部分设有用于固定出酒嘴头部722的结构,可以防止出出酒嘴头部722向靠近底座31的方向移动。
芯轴66穿设在第二盖板652,其一端延伸至安装座的内部,另一端延伸至安装座的外部,与扳手68固定连接。扳手68与第二盖板652之间还设有垫片661。转动手动68,可以使得芯轴66按图13所示的顺时针方向转动。
芯轴66延伸至安装座内的一端上设有沿芯轴66的径向延伸的突起662。安装座上还设有沿水平方向延伸的顶杆663。顶杆663可移动地安装在安装座内,其远离前盖32的一端具有沿竖直方向压缩的圆孔,突起662插入该圆孔中,靠近前盖32的一端与开关元件的触点对应设置。在芯轴66沿如图13的顺时针方向转动时,突起662推动顶杆663向靠近前盖的方向移动,按下触点触发开关元件。
压块67的一端可转动地连接在第一侧盖651和第二侧盖652所构成的安装座内,该转动连接的部分靠近前盖32。压块67的另一端(即,压块67的前端)具有朝向底座31的方向延伸的压块端部671。当出酒嘴安装到出液组件60的安装座的壳体凹槽中时,该压块端部671的端面抵靠在出酒嘴72的出酒嘴座部721远离出酒嘴头部722的端面上。
芯轴66延伸至安装座内的一端设有沿活动芯轴的的径向延伸的两个芯轴连接部664。突起662位于两个芯轴连接部664之间。芯轴连接部664远离芯轴66的一端设有沿芯轴66的轴向延伸的通孔,压块67长度方向的中部也设有与芯轴连接部664上的通孔相对应的孔洞,由一根轴穿过芯轴连接部664上的通孔以及压块67上的孔洞,将芯轴66和压块67连接在一起。
压块67位于初始位置时,出酒嘴顶芯723封堵住出酒嘴座部721,出酒嘴72处于封闭状态,酒液无法从出酒嘴72流出。
当扳手68带动芯轴66沿图13所示的顺时针方向转动时,会使得压块67也沿顺时针方向转动,从而推动出酒嘴72的出酒嘴座部721向靠近出酒嘴头部722的方向移动,也就是说,出酒嘴顶芯723相对地向出酒嘴座部721的反向移 动,从而打开出酒嘴72,在酒桶10内所充入的气体压力的作用下,内袋中的酒液沿一次性管70的出酒顶芯71、软管73流至出酒嘴72后从出酒嘴72的出口处流出。
压块67与芯轴接部664相连接的部位的底部(靠近底座31的方向)还设有复位弹簧672,该复位弹簧672一端抵靠在出液组件60的安装座上,另一段抵靠在压块67与芯轴接部664相连接的部位的底部。当扳手68带动芯轴66沿图13所示的顺时针方向转动时,复位弹簧处于压缩状态。
当使用者打酒完毕后,松开扳手68,在复位弹簧672的弹性力作用下,压块67沿图13所示的逆时针方向转动,回到初始位置。
图16是本发明实施例中使用打饮料装置的过程示意图。
如图16所示,使用本实施例提供的打酒装置100进行打酒的具体过程如下:
步骤S1,将顶盖36取下,打开转动龙头上盖653(即,沿图13的顺时针方向转动龙头上盖653)露出出液组件60的安装座上的壳体凹槽,并准备一次性管70进行安装,然后进入步骤S2;
步骤S2,将一次性管70的出酒顶芯71穿过位于内胆43中央的通孔安装到进气固定架53的出酒顶芯安装部上,然后将连接在出酒顶芯71上的软管73依次卡在软管卡条431、装饰盖凹槽375、橡胶垫凹槽621以及壳体凹槽,接着将出酒嘴72的出酒嘴头部722卡在卡扣657中,闭合转动龙头上盖653(即,沿图13的逆时针方向转动龙头上盖653),然后进入步骤S3;
步骤S3,将酒桶10安装到打酒装置100中,将酒矛20穿过内胆43中间的通孔后安装到进气固定架上53上,使得出酒顶芯顶开酒矛20的密封顶芯25,转动酒桶10使得酒矛20的酒矛座21上的卡合结构与进气固定架上53上相应的卡合结构配合,使酒桶10固定在打酒装置100中,然后进入步骤S4;
步骤S4,盖上顶盖36,然后进入步骤S5;
步骤S5,按下前盖微动开关321,此时气泵电机启动、制冷器启动;由于气泵电机启动,充气组件向酒桶10与内袋之间充入气体,直到压力传感器(即压力开关)感应压力达到阈值,即停止充气;此外,制冷器启动使内胆43温度降低,控制模块根据温度传感器81的温度检测结果控制制冷器工作,使温度始终保持在最低温度阈值与最高温度阈值之间,然后进入步骤S6;
步骤S6,将酒杯放在出液组件60的下方,转动扳手68即可实现打酒,然后进入结束状态。
使用打酒装置100打酒的过程中,位于前盖32上的气压显示部322、容量显示部323和温度显示部324会分别显示酒桶10内的气压是否过高(即是否高于阈值)、酒桶10内的剩余容量以及酒液的温度。急冷显示部325在压缩机进行制冷时会亮起,提示使用者该打酒装置100正在进行制冷。
实施例作用与效果
本实施例提供的打饮料装置,具有饮料容器和分配器,饮料容器中设有内袋,内袋与饮料容器之间为气腔,分配器具有向气腔内充气的充气组件以及与内袋连通的出液组件,出液组件具有让使用者操作控制让饮料流出的控制件以及与控制件联动的开关元件,一旦控制件被使用者触动,开关元件就控制充气组件对气腔充气。也就是说,打饮料装置在使用者触动控制件进行打酒的过程中对气腔充气,实现了充气与打酒动作的联动,且结构简单,安全性高。
另外,分配器中具有用于容纳饮料容器的一部分的制冷组件,用于对饮料容 器中的饮料进行制冷,还具有用于向饮料容器充气和放气充气组件,用于向内袋和饮料容器壁之间充气。饮料盛装在内袋中,通过在酒桶和内袋之间充入空气的方式,压出酒液。酒液盛放在内袋内气密性更好,且充入空气后,空气不与酒液直接接触,可以避免酒液因进气后导致的变质。制冷组件包裹住的是饮料容器中即将流出的饮料所对应的部分,可以使打饮料装置打出的饮料尽可能保持在预设的低温状态下,提升饮料的口感。
另外,内袋具有一定的遮光性,由于酒桶为透明的塑料材质,而酒液长时间接触紫外线的照射会加剧变质,因此,具有遮光性的内袋可以避免紫外线直接照射酒液,从而大大延缓酒液变质。
另外,本实施例中,使用一次性管与饮料容器相连接打酒,该一次性管包括连接在酒桶的酒矛上的出酒顶芯、软管以及出酒嘴。一次性管为可更换部件,每次更换打饮料装置中的饮料容器时,可以一并更换一次性管,避免酒液在出酒管中残留,免除对出酒管的清洗,更加卫生。
另外,制冷组件包括由铝块制成的内胆,通过内胆包裹住饮料容器的一部分,由于材料铝的导热性好,且密度较小,作为与饮料容器直接接触的材料,可以提升饮料容器中饮料的冷却速度,提升打饮料装置的冷却效率。
另外,内胆上设有软管卡条,一次性管的软管卡在酒管卡条中,防止软管产生位移或被打饮料装置的气体部件挤压卡死,导致酒液无法流出。
另外,内胆上安装有与饮料容器的外壁紧贴的温度传感器,控制模块与温度传感器以及制冷器电连接,温度传感器检测饮料容器外壁的温度,也就相当于检测其内饮料的温度,使得本是实施例的打饮料装置可以根据检测到的饮料温度自动控制制冷器进行制冷,进而让饮料容器中的饮料保持在预先设置的一个合适的低温范围内,实现智能恒温,保证饮料的口感。
另外,在与芯座以及气源相连的管道中设有压力传感器,该压力传感器能在压力超过阈值时向控制模块发送相应电信号,让控制模块控制气源停止充气,因此,能够避免过度充气而产生的压力过大问题,提升安全性。
另外,分配器上设有出液组件,出液组件上的扳手、芯轴、压块以及一次性管的出酒嘴相配合,当扳手压下时,压块即将出酒嘴的出酒嘴座部压向出酒嘴头部,进而使得出酒嘴顶芯移动打开出酒嘴中的通道,使得酒液可以顺利流出。
另外,出液组件上设有可转动的龙头上盖,并且在龙头上盖和第一侧盖、第二侧盖上均设有磁铁,在龙头上盖上还设有橡胶条,在龙头外壳内还设有用于固定出酒嘴头部的卡扣,在更换一次性管的过程中,只要转动龙头上盖,就可以将一次性管取出,更换新的一次性管后,合上龙头上盖,该龙头上盖就会自动吸附在第一侧盖和第二侧盖上,并且在吸附过程中可以通过橡胶条机型缓冲。这个更换一次性管的过程简单方便,不需要特别培训,使用者就可以快速上手进行更换。
另外,在壳体的前盖上还有分别用于显示压力情况、容量和温度的压力显示部、容量显示部和温度显示部。使用者可以通过显示的压力情况、容量、温度快速判断饮料容器中饮料的状态,并根据需要进行打饮料和更换饮料装置。
上述实施例仅用于举例说明本发明的具体实施方式,而本发明不限于上述实施例的描述范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种打饮料装置,包括饮料容器以及用于安装所述饮料容器的分配器,所述饮料容器内设有用于盛装饮料的内袋,所述饮料容器与所述内袋之间为气腔,所述分配器具有壳体以及设置在壳体内的充气组件,其特征在于:
    所述壳体上设有与所述内袋连通的出液组件,
    所述出液组件具有让使用者操作控制让所述饮料流出的控制件,
    所述出液组件处还设有与所述控制件联动的开关元件,该开关元件在所述控制件被操作时控制所述充气组件向所述气腔充气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述分配器还具有气压传感器以及控制模块,
    所述气压传感器设置在与所述充气组件的气源相连通的管道内且与所述控制模块电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述压力传感器为压力开关。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述壳体具有壳体下部以及可开合地安装在所述壳体下部上的顶盖。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述控制件为扳手,所述开关元件为与所述扳手联动的微动开关,该微动开关与所述充气组件电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述饮料容器具有连通所述内袋的出液通路和连通所述气腔的进气通路,
    所述分配器还具有制冷组件、出液管以及控制模块,
    所述制冷组件具有与所述饮料容器的所述出液通路附近所匹配的容纳部,所述饮料容器的至少三分之一容纳在所述容纳部中,
    所述充气组件与所述进气通路相连通,
    所述出液管一端与所述出液通路相连通,另一端用于让所述饮料流出,
    所述控制模块控制所述制冷组件对所述饮料容器中的所述饮料从而维持所述饮料的温度在预定范围内,并且控制所述充气组件向气腔内充气。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述制冷组件具有内胆、制冷器以及温度传感器,
    所述内胆的内表面具有所述容纳部,
    所述制冷器与所述控制模块电连接,通过所述制冷器对所述内胆进行制冷,进而对所述饮料进行冷却,
    所述温度传感器与所述饮料容器的外表面接触,用于检测所述饮 料的温度,并与所述控制模块电连接,
    所述控制模块根据所述温度传感器检测到的温度控制所述制冷器制冷使得所述饮料的温度维持在预定温度范围内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述分配器还具有出液管,该出液管具有出酒顶芯、软管以及出酒嘴,
    所述出酒顶芯设置在所述容纳部的底部,具有与所述出液通路相连通的饮料通道以及与所述进气通路相连通的气体通道,所述饮料通道与所述气体通道之间设有密封件,
    所述软管一端与所述饮料通道相连通,另一端与所述出酒嘴相连通,
    所述出酒嘴安装在所述出液组件中,具有与所述出液组件相配合控制饮料流通或截断的出酒嘴顶芯,
    所述容纳部上设有用于固定部分所述软管的软管卡条。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述出液组件具有龙头外壳、芯轴以及压块,所述控制件为扳手,
    所述龙头外壳固定连接在所述壳体上,
    所述芯轴沿水平方向延伸,可转动地穿设在所述龙头外壳上,一端位于所述龙头外壳的外部并与所述扳手固定连接,另一端位于所述 龙头外壳的内部并与所述压块的一端相连接,
    所述压块的另一端可转动地安装在所述龙头外壳内,
    所述出酒嘴安装在所述龙头外壳内,具有出酒嘴座部、出酒嘴头部以及与所述出酒嘴头部固定连接的出酒顶芯,
    所述出酒嘴头部可移动地安装在所述出酒嘴座部上,
    转动所述扳手使得所述压块与所述芯轴相连接的一端从所述出酒嘴座部远离所述出酒嘴头部的一侧压下所述出酒嘴座部,使得所述出酒嘴座部向靠近所述出酒嘴头部的方向移动,进而打开所述出酒嘴让所述饮料流出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的打饮料装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述压块上连接有沿竖直方向向下延伸的复位弹簧,
    所述龙头外壳具有第一侧盖、第二侧盖以及龙头上盖,
    所述第一侧盖与所述第二侧盖固定连接,所述压块位于所述第一侧盖与所述第二侧盖之间,
    所述第一侧盖与所述第二侧盖的顶部靠近所述壳体的一侧设有橡胶条和磁铁,
    所述龙头上盖可转动地连接在所述第一侧盖和所述第二侧盖上,
    所述龙头上盖的对应位置处也设有所述磁铁,用于与所述第一侧盖和所述第二侧盖上的所述磁铁相配合,使得所述龙头上盖吸附在所述第一侧盖和所述第二侧盖上。
