滑动定位机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑动定位机构,特别是涉及一种在桌板与桌腿收折中使用的滑动定位机构。
背景技术
滑动定位机构在日常生活用品上并不少见,例如可折叠的桌子,桌腿支撑桌板,但不使用时桌腿能够折叠,因此在桌腿与桌板之间就设置有滑动定位机构。滑动定位机构用于在桌腿打开之后对桌腿进行固定以便可以牢固地支撑桌板,又使桌腿可以根据需要进行收折。滑套、导杆和连杆通常是滑动定位机构必不可少的三大部件,滑套连接在导杆上,连杆与滑套连接并在变形移动的过程中拉动滑套沿导杆移动,有的导杆是固定件,也有导杆是摆动件。
现有滑动定位机构普遍存在这样的技术问题,即套与导杆之间的滑动连接不够顺畅,以及滑套与导杆卡接之后往往卡接得比较紧以致释放操作不方便,技术人员在面对这两个技术问题时分开进行单独考虑,即便能够克服以上两个技术问题,也会导致滑动定位机构的零部件增多,这样一来就增加了装配工序。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种滑动定位机构,结构简单并且装配简便。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
滑动定位机构,包括导向杆、滑动座及内衬套,所述导向杆上设有向上伸出的弹性销,所述滑动座中部设有能够与所述弹性销配合插接的锁孔,所述内衬套可直线移动地套接在所述导向杆上,所述内衬套包括连接片和对称设于所述连接片左右两侧的二个包边,所述连接片上设有前端敞开并向后延伸到连接片中部的开孔,所述连接片在后端连接有按压片,所述滑动座套在所述连接片和包边的外侧,所述弹性销可向上穿过所述开孔插入所述锁孔当中,所述按压片位于锁孔之上,所述滑动座侧边设有枢接部。
内衬套设置在导向杆上,滑动座连接在内衬套上,并且内衬套上直接设置按压片,操作按压片可以向下按压弹性销使其与锁孔分离,在装配时,只需要内衬套套接于导 向杆之上即可,装配非常方便,不需要单独增加一个操作元件同时也省去相应的装配步骤,还具有结构简单的优点。
一较佳实施例之中:所述滑动座包括座板和对称设于所述座板左右两侧的二个座边,所述座板叠置于所述连接片之上,同侧的座边和包边相卡接。直接通过座边和包边卡接,就可以将滑动座装配于内衬套之上,结构简单,装配更方便。
一较佳实施例之中:所述包边前后两端设有限位凸台,从前后方向限制住所述座边。限位凸台可以防止滑动座相对内衬套移动,二者连接更牢固,现场装配时,可以先将内衬套和滑动座组装在一起,然后再将内衬套扣在导向杆上。

  1. 滑动定位机构,包括导向杆、滑动座及内衬套,所述导向杆上设有向上伸出的弹性销,所述滑动座中部设有能够与所述弹性销配合插接的锁孔,其特征在于:所述内衬套可直线移动地套接在所述导向杆上,所述内衬套包括连接片和对称设于所述连接片左右两侧的二个包边,所述连接片上设有前端敞开并向后延伸到连接片中部的开孔,所述连接片在后端设有按压片,所述滑动座套在所述连接片和包边的外侧;在所述弹性销穿过所述开孔插入所述锁孔当中,所述按压片位于锁孔之上;所述滑动座侧边设有枢接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述滑动座包括座板和对称设于所述座板左右两侧的二个座边,所述座板叠置于所述连接片之上,同侧的座边和包边相卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述包边前后两端设有限位凸台,从前后方向限制住所述座边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述连接片后端面设有向上延伸的根部,所述按压片连接于所述根部,所述座板后端顶靠于所述根部;所述按压片底面对应所述弹性销设有凸点。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述导向杆的横截面是梯形状,下侧宽度小于上侧宽度,所述内衬套和滑动座的宽度对应导向杆的横截面形状设置为宽度向下逐渐变小,所述包边贴靠于所述导向杆,所述座边贴靠于所述包边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述导向杆是固定件。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述枢接部设置于所述座边中部,所述枢接部上设有枢接孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述座板前端中部对应所述弹性销设有锥形引槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滑动定位机构,其特征在于:所述内衬套是塑料件,所述连接件和所述的二包边为一体成形,或所述连接件和所述的二包边、所述的按压片为一体成形。
