本发明涉及显示装置的显示及制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示面板制备工艺等显示技术的发展,人们对显示面板及装置的性能及质量均提出了更高的要求。
为了进一步提高显示面板的功能,显示面板逐渐向窄边框以及全面屏方向发展。由于全面屏显示面板的显示区域更大,并且边框也更窄,能极大的提高使用者的使用体验而备受青睐。但是,现有技术中,由于显示面板还需要具备其他性能,如还需要具备摄像功能。在制备得到该全面屏显示面板时通常采用屏下摄像头技术(camera under panel,CUP)来进行制造。CUP技术中,其通过在屏下设置孔结构,并将摄像模块设置在对应孔内,从而保护平面的完整性,同时实现显示面板的摄像功能。通过CUP技术制备得到的显示面板虽然与传统的挖孔技术方案相比,能较大程度的解决在摄像区域处呈现黑色孔洞的问题,并使全面屏上显示区域与摄像区域之间的差异性进一步减小。但是,当该全面屏显示面板在息屏状态下时,由于此时显示区域处的亮度降低,并且光线在不同区域处的透射情况不同,如出现衍射现象,进而使得不同区域之间的色差明显。当使用者观察该显示面板时,视觉上能很容易就观测到该全面屏中的摄像区域,进而降低了全面屏显示面板的显示效果,不利于显示面板综合性能的提高。
因此需要对现有技术中的问题提出解决方法。
技术问题
综上所述,现有技术制备得到的显示面板,当显示面板处于不同状态下时,如显示面板在息屏等非显示状态时,其屏幕上设置的非显示区域与显示区域之间的差异较大,视觉上很容易观测到摄像区域处设置的开孔,进而降低了使用者的使用感受,不利于显示面板性能的进一步提高。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种显示模组及显示装置,以改善全面屏显示面板中其显示区域与摄像区域之间的色差,从而有效的提高显示模组及显示装置的显示效果以及综合性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示模组,
包括显示区域和设置在所述显示区域至少一侧的摄像区域,所述显示模组包括:
显示面板;以及,
支撑层,所述支撑层设置在远离所述显示面板出光侧的一侧,所述支撑层具有一通孔,所述通孔对应设置在所述摄像区域内;
其中,所述显示模组还包括光增强层,所述光增强层设置在所述通孔内,且所述光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层,且所述光增强层相对所述通孔的中轴线对称。
本发明实施例的第二方面,还提供一种显示模组,该显示模组包括:
显示面板;以及,
支撑层,所述支撑层设置在远离所述显示面板出光的一侧,所述支撑层具有一通孔,所述通孔对应设置在所述摄像区域内;
其中,所述显示模组还包括光增强层,所述光增强层设置在所述通孔内,且所述光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层。

本发明实施例提供的显示模组包括显示面板、支撑层,该支撑层上设置有通孔结构,通孔设置在显示模组的摄像区域处。其中,该显示模组还包括光增强层,光增强层设置在通孔内,且该光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层。当该摄像区域内部的光线透过该区域时,会依次经过该减反层以及光增强层,最终射向显示模组外部。光线会在该光增强层以及减反层的作用下,使显示区域与摄像区域内的显示效果趋于一致,进而减小显示面板不同区域之间的色差,从而有效的提高显示模组及显示装置的显示效果以及综合性能。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本揭示可用以实施的特定实施例。
随着显示面板制备技术的不断发展,人们对显示面板的发光效果以及发光性能提出了更高的要求。
如图1中所示,图1为现有技术中所提供的显示面板的平面结构示意图。在现有技术中,在制备显示面板时,为了实现显示面板的摄像功能以及对应的全面屏显示效果,其通常会在显示面板上设置一摄像孔。如图1中,该显示面板10的屏幕上设置有一摄像孔101,通过该摄像孔101以捕捉外界的光线,并实现显示面板的拍照功能。但是,在制备该显示面板时,由于该显示面板10的摄像区域1031处设置有摄像孔101,进而导致与摄像孔101对应的该摄像区域1031与非开孔区域处对应的显示区域1030之间存在区别。如当使用者在外界进行观察时,在显示面板处于息屏状态下,该摄像区域1031和显示区域1030之间存在较大的色差,该摄像区域1031明显可见,进而影响显示面板10的显示效果,并降低其综合性能。
为改善全面屏显示面板,其摄像区域以及显示区域之间存在较大的色差,显示效果不理想等问题,本发明实施例提供一种显示模组及显示装置,以有效的提高显示面板在显示时的一致性以及其显示效果。
如图2所示,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种显示模组的结构示意图。在本发明实施例中所提供的显示模组中,其包括显示面板104及设置在该显示面板一侧的支撑层200。具体的,该支撑层200可设置在远离该显示面板104出光的一侧。本发明实施例中,该支撑层200设置在显示面板的背部为例进行说明。
其中,该显示模组还包括背板105,具体的,该背板105设置在显示面板104的一侧,如背板105设置在显示面板的底部,并且该背板105设置在支撑层200与显示面板104之间,从而有效的对显示面板104进行稳固并支撑。
进一步的,在本发明实施例中,该支撑层200可设置为多膜层相互堆叠的叠层结构。具体的,该支撑层200包括第一粘接层106、泡棉层107以及金属层108。
其中,第一粘接层106设置在该背板105远离显示面板104的一侧,同时,泡棉层107设置在第一粘接层106远离显示面板104的一侧,金属层108设置在该泡棉层107远离显示面板104的一侧。因此,本发明实施例中,该第一粘接层106、泡棉层107以及金属层108相互贴合,并构成对应的支撑层200。
本发明实施例中,该第一粘接层106主要起到粘贴的作用,通过该第一粘接层106将泡棉层107与该显示面板粘合。该泡棉层107主要起到支撑以及缓冲的作用,其中,该泡棉层107可设置为具有一定回复弹性的泡棉材料。当该显示模组从高处掉落后,其设置在支撑层200内的泡棉层107能较好的缓冲其内部的冲击力,从而有效的提高显示面板的抗冲击以及防撞性能,并提高该显示模组的稳定性能。
优选的,该金属层108可包括金属铝、金属铜等散热性能优良,同时重量较轻的金属材料。从而使得该支撑层200不仅能起到较好的支撑效果,同时还具有良好的散热性能,以有效的提高显示模组的综合性能。
进一步的,在设置本发明实施例中显示模组内的各膜层结构时,对应的第一粘接层106、泡棉层107以及金属层108的膜层厚度可根据实际产品的规格大小以及重量进行设定,当该显示模组对应的显示装置尺寸较大并且发热现象较严重时,可提高泡棉层107以及金属层108的厚度,以提高其抗撞击性能以及散热效果,具体的,各膜层的厚度这里不再详细赘述。
优选的,本发明实施例中,该显示模组还包括显示区域1030以及摄像区域1031,其中,该摄像区域1031可设置在该显示区域1030的至少一侧。本发明实施例中,该摄像区域1031设置在靠近显示模组对应的显示屏的四周边缘区域处,从而较大程度的提高全面屏的整体视觉效果。
对应的,在该显示模组中的支撑层200内还设置有一通孔1032。其中,该通孔1032对应设置在与该显示模组的摄像区域1031对应的位置处。通过设置该通孔1032以接收外界光线,同时,在该通孔1032对应位置处还可设置光学传感器210。本发明实施例中该光学传感器210设置在通孔1032的外侧,当该光学传感器210移动时,其可伸入到该通孔1032的内部。优选的,该光学传感器210可为摄像模组或者其他感光器件。
进一步的,本发明实施例中,在该通孔1032内还设置有光增强层202。具体的,该光增强层202可设置在靠近显示面板104的一侧位置处。本发明实施例中,该光增强层202设置在该背板105远离该显示面板104的一侧,并与该背板105相贴合。
当光线从外界射入该通孔1032对应的区域内,或者光线从该通孔1032内射向外界时,光线会依次经过其上的各膜层以及该光增强层202,最终到达通孔1032底部的光学传感器210。本发明实施例中,通过设置光增强层202,以对光线进行作用,从而减少显示装置在进行显示时,光线容易在该摄像区域内发生衍射,进而造成其显示区域1030与摄像区域1031之间色差较大的问题,以达到提高显示模组及显示装置的显示效果和综合性能的目的。
进一步的,该显示模组还包括光学胶层103以及设置在该光学胶层103上的盖板层102。
如图3所示,图3为本发明实施例提供的光增强层202对应的结构示意图。具体的,该光增强层202可设置为多层膜层结构。具体的,该光增强层202可包括减反层2021、本体2022以及第二粘接层2023。
具体的,该第二粘接层2023设置在背板105的一侧面上,通过该第二粘接层2023以将本体2022与该背板105进行贴合并固定。同时,该减反层2021与本体2022的另一侧面相贴合,并最终形成本发明实施例中提供的该光增强层202。
其中,该第二粘接层2023以及本体2022均设置为透明材料膜层,从而减小光线在其中的衰减,并提高显示装置的透光率。优选的,该本体2022的材料可包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、透明聚丙烯酸酯以及透明聚氨酯树脂材料中的任意一种。同时,该第二粘接层2023的材料可选取为透明的聚丙烯酸酯或者其他具有较好粘接性能的透明材料,上述透明材料可进一步提高光线的透过率,以保证显示装置的显示效果。
为了进一步的提高该本体2022以及第二粘接层2023的性能及效果,本发明实施例中,该本体2022以及第二粘接层2023的材料均为透明聚丙烯酸酯。对于本体2022而言,其本体2022的厚度设置在0.025mm~0.1mm之间,同时,本体2022的光线透过率大于90%,且其反射率小于6.5%,从而保证本体2022对光线的作用效果。进一步的,对于第二粘接层2023而言,该第二粘接层2023的厚度设置在0.01mm~0.05mm之间,同时,该第二粘接层2023的光线透过率大于90%,以及其反射率小于7%,从而保证该第二粘接层2023不仅具有较好的粘接效果,同时还具有良好的光学性能。
进一步的,如图4所示,图4为本发明实施例中提供的显示模组对应的部分膜层结构示意图。为了保证光增强层202对光线的作用效果,在设置该光增强层202时,可将光增强层202设置在通孔1032的中心区域处,并使该光增强层202相对该通孔1032的中轴线对称。当光线达到该通孔区域内时,光增强层202能使光线在不同的区域处具有较好的一致性,从而提高显示模组的光学性能。
本发明实施例中,该光增强层202与该通孔1032的侧壁不接触。同时,该光增强层202的四周与该通孔1032的侧壁之间的距离为D,本发明实施例中,使该距离D的值为0.1mm~1mm。从而尽可能的降低该通孔1032区域与显示区域之间的色差。
进一步的,在设置该光增强层202时,该光增强层202的高度小于通孔1032的孔径的深度,且保证该光增强层202的高度小于该通孔深度的一半。
进一步的,可在本体2022的一侧面上设置该减反层2021。进一步的,本发明实施例中,还可在该本体2022的另一侧面上也设置该减反层。如图5所示,图5为本发明实施例中该减反层的结构示意图。其中,减反层包括第一减反层501以及第二减反层502,第一减反层501和第二减反层502设置在该本体2022的相对的两侧面上,且保证第一减反层501或者第二减反层502中一侧面与该第二粘接层相贴合,最终构成本发明实施例中提供的光增强层。
其中,在设置时,可使第一减反层501和第二减反层502的厚度均相同,且该第一减反层501和第二减反层502的材料也相同,从而保证该显示模组具有较好的一致性。
本发明实施例中,该减反层图案化的设置在该本体2022上。
具体的,当该本体上只设置一层减反层2021时,如该减反层2021设置在远离显示面板一侧的本体2022上。此时,该减反层2021图案化的设置在该本体2022上。
如图6所示,图6为本发明实施例中提供的减反层图案化结构示意图。结合图2-图5中的其他膜层结构。此时,该本体2022的外轮廓为圆形,对应的该减反层的外轮廓也设置为圆形,并使该减反层的圆弧半径与该本体的圆弧半径相同。
优选的,该图案化的减反层2021包括多个减反条601。且相邻的两个减反条601之间存在一定的间距,多个减反条601间隔设置,并形成本发明实施例中提供的图案化减反层2021。
详见图6,此时,多个减反条601均朝向同一方向设置,从该圆形区域的一端,延伸至另一端。其中,每个减反条601均设置为蛇形弯曲结构,本发明实施例中,减反条601对应的宽度为D2,每个减反条601的宽度D2可设置为相同。
同时,相邻的两个减反条601之间的间距为D1,且该图案化的减反层中每个间隔之间的间距均为D1,优选的,该间距设置为0.1mm<D1<1mm。本发明实施例中,由于该减反层设置为条状的图案化结构,且相邻的两个减反条之间形成间距,当光线在经过上述间距时,不会形成衍射现象,进而改善该摄像区域处的显示效果。进而本发明实施例中通过设置减反条以改变通孔区域内光线的传播效果,从而达到改善显示面板中摄像区域与显示区域之间的色差问题,并提高显示装置的显示效果。
优选的,每个减反条601的外轮廓可设置为相同,如该蛇形减反条在弧形过渡处对应的弧度均相同,从而保证该减反层能在不同的区域处具有较好的一致性。
进一步的,本发明实施例中,在设置上述间距D1时,还可以一定的规律来进行设定。如将上述各个间距D1按照一定的数值关系进行设置,可使相邻的蛇形之间的间距的差值不同,如多个间距D1形成一等差数列关系,从而保证其能对不同颜色的光线进行作用,以防止光线出现衍射现象而造成该区域内显示效果不理想的问题,同时降低不同区域处色差。
进一步的,如图7所示,图7为本发明实施例提供的另一减反层的结构示意图。结合图6中的图案化结构,本发明实施例中,还可将该减反层的图案结构设置为圆形,多个圆形减反条601呈同心圆设置,且该同心圆的圆心可与该光增强层的中心重合。同时,本发明实施例中,为了保证该减反层对光线的作用效果,在设置时,可使得多个圆形减反条601之间设置的间距D1相同。
进一步的,由于在该减反层边缘处,其对应的周长大于减反层中心区域处的周长,且在该减反层边缘与该通孔的侧壁之间还存在一定的间距,因此,本发明实施例中,在设置减反层边缘区域处的减反条601时,可使边缘区域处对应的减反条601的宽度大于中心区域处对应的减反条601的宽度,从而能有效的对该边缘区域处的光线作用,避免光线在该区域内发生衍射,进而降低该摄像区域的亮度,并提高显示效果的一致性。
优选的,该同心圆形的减反条601的数量以及间距D1、间距D2的大小可根据光增强层的半径以及大小进行设定,这里不做具体限定。
详见图8所示,图8为本发明实施例中提供的又一减反层的图案化结构示意图。结合图6-图7中的图案化结构,本发明实施例中,还可将该减反层中的减反条601设置为条形结构。且在中心区域处,其减反条601之间的间距D1的值大于边缘区域处对应的减反条601之间的间距D1的值。同时,本发明实施例中,每个减反条601的宽度值可设置为相同的宽度值。
本发明实施例中,通过将减反层的图案化结构设置为条状,当光线经过该条状之间的间隔时,会阻碍光线在该摄像区域处产生衍射的现象,进而改善该区域处的显示效果,并减小两区域的色差,提高不同区域之间显示效果的一致性。
进一步的,如图9所示,图9为本发明实施例提供的两层减反层的膜层结构示意图。结合图5中的结构,本发明实施例中,在该显示模组的光增强层上设置有两层减反层:第一减反层501和第二减反层502。
其中,第一减反层501和第二减反层502均为图案化结构设置。并且,在对第一减反层501和第二减反层502进行图案化设置时,第一减反层501和第二减反层502图案化的结构相同。如将第一减反层501和第二减反层502军设置为图5-图7中所示的图案化结构。
进一步的,在对其进行图案化完成后,使第一减反层501的减反条与第二减反层502的减反条一一对应,使第一减反层501上相邻的减反条之间的间隔也与第二减反层502上相邻的减反条之间的间隔一一对应。从而使得光线能够从对应的区域中进入或者射出,以保证显示面板的正常显示,同时,由于该区域内的光线会依次被上下两个减反层作用,因此,可进一步对其区域内的显示效果进行改善,以提高显示区域与摄像区域显示效果的一致性。
进一步的,本发明实施例中,该减反层可包括抗反射增透膜以及抗反射涂层中的至少一种。当减反层为抗反射增透膜时,可将该抗反射增透膜直接贴附在光增强层的本体之上,当该减反层为涂层材料时,可将该涂层材料涂覆在对应的本体一侧,并使其干燥稳定,然后再将光增强层贴合在背板的一侧面上。
进一步的,本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置。该显示装置包括显示模组以及摄像模组,该摄像模组对应设置在该显示模组的摄像区域处。其中,该显示模组为本发明实施例中所提供的模组。该显示模组对应的膜层中设置有通孔,该通孔内还设置有光增强层,光增强层的至少一侧设置有减反层,通过该光增强层以及减反层以降低光线的衍射现象,并提高摄像区域的显示效果,保证显示区域以及摄像区域具有较好的一致性,最终提高显示装置的显示效果以及综合性能。
本发明实施例中,该显示模组及显示装置可应用于手机、电脑、笔记本电脑、数码相框等任何具有显示拍照功能的产品或部件,其具体类型不做具体限制。

    支撑层,所述支撑层设置在远离所述显示面板出光侧的一侧,所述支撑层具有一通孔,所述通孔对应设置在所述摄像区域内;
    其中,所述显示模组还包括光增强层,所述光增强层设置在所述通孔内,且所述光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层,且所述光增强层相对所述通孔的中轴线对称。
  2. 一种显示模组,包括显示区域和设置在所述显示区域至少一侧的摄像区域,所述显示模组包括:
    显示面板;以及,
    支撑层,所述支撑层设置在远离所述显示面板出光的一侧,所述支撑层具有一通孔,所述通孔对应设置在所述摄像区域内;
    其中,所述显示模组还包括光增强层,所述光增强层设置在所述通孔内,且所述光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层。

    其中,所述显示模组包括:
    显示面板;以及,
    支撑层,所述支撑层设置在远离所述显示面板出光的一侧,所述通孔对应设置在所述摄像区域内;
    其中,所述显示模组还包括光增强层,所述光增强层设置在所述通孔内,且所述光增强层的至少一透光面上设置有减反层。
