Abstract
A presente patente de invenção insere-se na área da dermatologia e da tatuagem e refere-se a filme protetor que é aplicado sobre a pele, logo após o término do procedimento da tatuagem. O presente filme protetor cria uma película que protege a área recém-tatuada de atritos e do contato com o meio ambiente, substituindo com vantagens os polímeros derivados do petróleo que ainda hoje são largamente utilizados na pele após o procedimento da tatuagem, como o filme de PVC – Policloreto de Vinil (composição: 57% de cloro e 43% de eteno) e os curativos ou filmes plásticos adesivos (composição: poliuretano ou poliuretano + papel glassine). O presente filme apresenta uma formulação em gel aquoso, hidrossolúvel e biodegradável que confere proteção à pele recém-tatuada, sem causar oclusão excessiva à pele e sem agressão ao meio ambiente, por ser composto de ingredientes biodegradáveis, atóxicos e não poluentes, também favorece o processo de cicatrização da pele tatuada, por conter ativos que reduzem a reação inflamatória gerada pelo processo da tatuagem e otimizam a regeneração dos tecidos.

“FILME PROTETOR SUSTENTÁVEL PARA PELE TATUADA”
[01] A presente patente de invenção insere-se na área da dermatologia e da tatuagem e refere-se a filme protetor que é aplicado sobre a pele, logo após o término do procedimento da tatuagem. O presente filme protetor cria uma película que protege a área recém-tatuada de atritos e do contato com o meio ambiente, substituindo com vantagens os polímeros derivados do petróleo que ainda hoje são largamente utilizados na pele após o procedimento da tatuagem, como o filme de PVC - Policloreto de Vinil (composição: 57% de cloro e 43% de eteno) e os curativos ou filmes plásticos adesivos (composição: poliuretano ou poliuretano + papel glassine). O presente filme apresenta uma formulação em gel aquoso, hidrossolúvel e biodegradável que confere proteção à pele recém- tatuada, sem causar oclusão excessiva à pele e sem agressão ao meio ambiente, por ser composto de ingredientes biodegradáveis, atóxicos e não poluentes.
[02] O presente Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada favorece o processo de cicatrização da pele tatuada, por conter ativos que reduzem a reação inflamatória gerada pelo processo da tatuagem e otimizam a regeneração dos tecidos, propriedades inexistentes nos filmes de PVC e nos curativos e adesivos plásticos atualmente utilizados pelos profissionais da tatuagem para proteção da pele do contato com o ambiente.
[03] Atualmente a prática dos tatuadores é cobrir a área tatuada com polímeros derivados do petróleo, como o filme de PVC ou outros tipos de plásticos. Entre eles os compostos de poliuretano, usualmente chamados de curativo adesivos e/ou filmes adesivos que, além do impacto ambiental causam uma oclusão excessiva e indesejada na área aplicada, podendo comprometer o processo natural e saudável da cicatrização. Além de não serem biodegradáveis, estes plásticos não podem ser reciclados, por estarem
contaminados com material biológico eliminado após o procedimento da tatuagem.
[04] Já se estima que mais de 50% dos jovens brasileiros, entre 18 e 40 anos, são tatuados e isso gera um volume de lixo contaminado e não reciclável incalculável, além disto as pessoas tatuadas sempre costumam se tatuar por várias vezes. O mercado da tatuagem no Brasil e no mundo está em curva ascendente e a proporção do dano causado pelo lixo gerado tende a aumentar. Por isso, o Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada é a alternativa ecológica e sustentável para reverter este cenário de geração de resíduos plásticos não recicláveis e tornar a prática da tatuagem mais consciente e menos geradora de impacto ambiental.
[05] Diferentemente do plástico atualmente utilizado, que é poluente, não biodegradável, não reciclável e que não fornece à pele tatuada nenhum ativo que lhe seja benéfico, o Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada possui solubilidade imediata, é facilmente lavável, é biodegradável e enriquecido com ativos que propiciam o alívio imediato da pele lesada e otimizam o processo de recuperação após o procedimento da tatuagem.
[06] A PI 0602076-3 “Membrana, biohidrogel e formulações cosméticas a base de biomateriais aplicados na recuperação cutânea com lesões provocadas por meio de dermoabrasão, feridas e queimaduras profundas, higiene e hidratação do corpo e processos de obtenção dos biomateriais, exopolissacarídeos insolúvel (biomembrana) e de exopolissacarídeos solúveis”. Refere-se à produção de um gel hidrossolúvel produzido por microrganismos, através de fermentação em meio líquido. Pode ser adicionado a produtos cosméticos, como shampoos e sabonetes, por exemplo. É um produto com composição diferente da composição do presente objeto da patente, porém que tem indicação também para aplicação sobre a pele recém-tatuada. O pedido de patente PI 0602076-3 refere-se à a produção deste gel, uma biomassa que é
processada em forma de membrana. Já o presente Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada apresenta uma formulação em gel aquoso, hidrossolúvel e biodegradável que confere proteção à pele recém-tatuada, sem causar oclusão excessiva à pele e sem agressão ao meio ambiente, por ser composto de ingredientes biodegradáveis, atóxicos e não poluentes.
[07] A BR 102019000964-0 “Composição Para Hidratação Intensiva E Uso No Tratamento Pós-Tatuagem. Refere-se a uma composição dermocosmética, obtida por um simples processo de preparação, constituída de ativos hidratantes, umectantes e nutritivos de caráter biocompatível, que garantem a reparação tecidual, impedindo irritações cutâneas e garantindo a adesividade local na colocação de filme protetor, contribuindo para o processo de cicatrização pós- tatuagem. Para tanto, a composição é constituída dos seguintes ativos: sulfato de alumínio (1 ); glicerina vegetal bidestilada (2); dexapantenol (5); ativo constituído por pentilenoglicol, glicerina, lactato de sódio, ácido lático, serina, ureia, sorbitol, cloreto de sódio, alantoína e água (3) - Hidrovital®, um ativo constituído por pentilenoglicol, glicerina, lactato de sódio, ácido lático, serina, ureia, sorbitol, cloreto de sódio, alantoína e água; e PCA-Na (4); apresentando como veículo o álcool de cereais (7) e a água purificada (A); sendo, então, a composição constituída de componentes com reconhecida atividade de reparação e hidratação da pele, sendo, assim, indicada para hidratação e reparação da barreira da pele após o processo de tatuagem. Por apresentar base hidrófila, a formulação não apresenta os inconvenientes dos produtos presentes no mercado, que, em geral, são apresentados em bases gordurosas que dificultam a colocação do filme protetor; ou em bases hidroalcoólicas convencionais, que não possuem agentes umectantes e nutritivos”. Esta Composição é indicada para aplicação na pele logo após o procedimento da tatuagem para ajudar na fixação de filme protetor feito de poliuretano. Existe uma diferença no objeto da solicitação de patente BR 102019000964-0 e do presente
objeto de patente. Enquanto a Composição da patente BR 102019000964-0 auxilia na fixação de plásticos sobre a pele, o Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada forma sobre a pele uma película biodegradável, biocompatível, hidrossolúvel, eliminando a necessidade do uso de plásticos no processo pós tatuagem, sem gerar resíduos plásticos poluentes (não passíveis de reciclagem).
[08] A PI 04185583-8 "CURATIVOS OCLUSIVOS PARA TATUAGEM EM GEL E EM FILME". A presente invenção trata de novos curativos para pós tatuagem, constituído de polissacarídeo produzido através de processos biotecnológico envolvendo bactérias Acetobacter xylinium cujo produto final, após etapas de processamentos, resulta em curativos nas apresentações na forma de gel ou de filme poliméricos. Os referidos curativos oclusivos foram desenvolvidos para serem aplicados tópicamente, após a execução do processo de tatuagem da pele humana, sendo aplicados diretamente sobre a região da ferida, promovendo a eliminação do queimor e/ou da dor que ocorrem após a tatuagem. Apesar de não ser limitativo, é necessário apenas uma única aplicação de um curativo para que se obtenha resultados excelentes”. O objeto da solicitação de patente PI 04185583-8 refere-se a curativo para tatuagem formado por uma biomassa polissacarídea insolúvel em água, produzida através de biotecnologia com bactérias (fermentação) sem adição de ativos. Enquanto o presente pedido de patente refere-se a Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada, constituído por gel polimérico solúvel em água, enriquecido com ativos que reduzem a reação inflamatória gerada pelo processo da tatuagem e otimizam a regeneração dos tecidos.
[09] Na solicitação de patente PI 04185583-8 a aplicação em tatuagem requer a compressão da área com gaze por 5 minutos (para eliminar a umidade do local) e o filme forma-se somente após 1 a 2 horas da aplicação do produto. No presente pedido de patente, o filme é formado sobre a pele em, no máximo, 20
minutos. Isso confere aplicabilidade comercial ao Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada, pois nos dias atuais a praticidade e o fator tempo são muito relevantes para a adesão do mercado consumidor ao produto.
[010] Diferentemente de tudo que já se apresentou, o objeto da presente patente é um Filme Protetor Sustentável para Pele Tatuada, que evita o uso de filme de PVC e de curativos e adesivos plásticos (largamente usados pelos tatuadores), que não são biodegradáveis, não são passíveis de reciclagem e poluem o meio ambiente. Além disso, filmes plásticos, quando utilizados após a tatuagem, provocam oclusão excessiva na pele e retêm o exsudato, podendo resultar em infecções. O objeto da presente patente forma uma película protetora biodegradável sobre a pele recém tatuada, que elimina completamente a necessidade do uso de materiais plásticos poluentes, constituídos de PVC e poliuretano. Além disso, não causa oclusão excessiva à pele e não agride o meio ambiente, por ser composto de ingredientes biodegradáveis, atóxicos e não poluentes.

[039] O bisabolol é um álcool sesquiterpênico monocíclico insaturado natural, extraído originalmente da camomila vulgar (Matricaria recutia). No Brasil este composto é majoritariamente extraído da árvore Candeia (Eremanthus erythropappus). O bisabolol apresenta ação anti-inflamatória, antisséptica, bactericida, antimicótica, cicatrizante e antioxidante, sendo, portanto, indicado em casos de pequenas lesões cutâneas, inflamações leves e queimaduras.

[043] A alantoína pode ser extraída do confrei (Symphytum officinale), do cafeeiro (Coffea), do cacaueiro (Theobroma cacao), de gramineas (Proaceae) e de leguminosas (Fabaceae, Glycine e Cucurbitaceae). A alantoína é um anti- inflamatório e cicatrizante tópico. Favorece a proliferação celular, acelerando a regeneração da pele lesada. Por estas propriedades vem sendo utilizada em
produtos de higiene bucal, cosméticos e produtos farmacêuticos. Os resultados de análises histológicas sugerem que o mecanismo de cicatrização induzido pela alantoina ocorre via controle da resposta inflamatória e estímulos à proliferação fibroblástica e síntese da matriz extracelular de maneira mais intensa.

Por ser higroscópico, tem a capacidade de absorver água e de funcionar como hidratante e umectante. É usado em medicamentos, cosméticos, cremes dentais e enxaguatórios bucais, funcionando como umectante.

[063] O Microcare PHG é composto pela associação de fenoxietanol e caprililglicol; é utilizado na formulação como conservante.
[064] Os conservantes são substâncias que inibem o crescimento de microrganismos nas formulações, mantendo a estabilidade e a segurança dos produtos. Devem ser inodoros, incolores, insípidos e solúveis.
[065] Estudos demonstram que a associação de fenoxietanol e caprililglicol é segura e não tem ação citotóxica.
[066] A presente formulação resulta em um produto hidrossolúvel, lavável, biodegradável, biocompatível, hidratante, calmante da pele e reepitelizante, para ser utilizado em substituição ao filme de PVC e aos demais curativos, adesivos e filmes plásticos empregados sobre a pele recém-tatuada, os quais são poluentes, excessivamente oclusivos e não oferecem nenhum aporte de ativos benéficos para a pele.

Exerce ação de proteção mecânica conta atritos e ação de proteção contra agentes ambientais, como poeiras, sujidades e microrganismos.

[072] O Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada, como o próprio nome aduz, foi desenvolvido para ser aplicado sobre a pele tatuada, logo após o término do procedimento da tatuagem, com a finalidade de substituir o filme de PVC e os curativos e filmes adesivos plásticos por uma película biocompatível e 100% biodegradável, eliminando a geração de resíduos plásticos poluentes durante o processo de cicatrização da tatuagem.
[073] Além disso, o produto favorece o processo de cicatrização da pele tatuada, por conter ativos que reduzem a reação inflamatória gerada pelo processo da tatuagem e otimizam a regeneração dos tecidos, propriedades inexistentes nos filmes de PVC e nos curativos e filmes adesivos plásticos atualmente utilizados pelos profissionais da tatuagem.
[074] O Filme Protetor Sustentável Para Pele Tatuada é um produto veiculado em base aquosa, não provoca a oclusão excessiva e nem a elevação da temperatura local da pele, como ocorre com os materiais plásticos atualmente utilizados na tatuagem. Estes dois fenômenos (oclusão excessiva e elevação da
temperatura) favorecem a proliferação de microrganismos no local, causando infecções.
[075] Associação do álcool polivinílico, polímero formador da película, atóxico e biodegradável, com matérias-primas de origem natural também consideradas não tóxicas, seguras e biodegradáveis.

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1- FILME PROTETOR SUSTENTÁVEL PARA PELE TATUADA, é um gel aquoso, hidrossolúvel, biodegradável, constituído por Álcool Polivinílico; Alantoína; Glicerina Vegetal; Extrato Glicólico de Hamamelis; Extrato Glicólico de Calêndula; Bisabolol; Mentol; Fenoxietanol + Caprililglicol e Água Purificada.
2- FILME PROTETOR SUSTENTÁVEL PARA PELE TATUADA de acordo com a reivindicação 1 caracterizada por sua composição apresentar de 9,5 a 10,8% em peso de Álcool Polivinílico; 0,1 a 0,13% em peso de Alantoína; 4,5 A 6,0% em peso de Glicerina Vegetal; 2,0 - 2,6% em peso de Extrato Glicólico de Hamamelis; 2,5 a 3,5% em peso de Extrato Glicólico de Calêndula; 0,1 - 0,13 % em peso de Mentol; 0,05 a 0,08% em peso de Bisabolol; 1 ,0 % em peso de Fenoxietanol + Caprililglicol e; Água Purificada em quantidade suficiente para 100% (cem por cento).
