Abstract

レーザ加工装置(100)が、加工ヘッド(3)に配置された光学部品(30)に照射されるレーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出部(14)と、加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサ(7)が計測した温度の情報である温度情報(P5)と、ビーム特性とに基づいて、光学部品の推定温度を推定する光学部品温度推定部(15)と、推定温度に基づいて、光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定部(16)と、熱レンズ量に基づいて加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定部(17)と、推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータ(P1)の補正量を算出する補正量算出部(22)と、レーザ光を用いたレーザ加工を制御するとともに、レーザ加工中に補正量に基づいて加工パラメータを変更する制御部(11)と、を備える。

Description

レーザ加工装置、制御装置、レーザ加工システム、およびレーザ加工方法
 本開示は、レーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置、制御装置、レーザ加工システム、およびレーザ加工方法に関する。
 レーザ光を被加工物に照射して被加工物のレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置は、加工ヘッド内に含まれる光学部品によって、レーザ光を特定の位置に集光し、集光したレーザ光を被加工物に照射している。このようなレーザ加工装置では、光学部品がレーザ光を吸収することによって、光学部品の屈折率が変化する熱レンズ効果が発生する。このため、レーザ加工装置では、レーザ光の結像性能が変化し、加工開始時は良好な加工であったにもかかわらず、加工が進むにつれて加工不良が発生する場合がある。
 特許文献1に記載のレーザ加工装置は、レンズに設けられた温度センサによって検出されたレンズ温度に応じて、駆動モータがレンズを光軸方向へ移動させることで、レーザビームの焦点位置を調節している。

 しかしながら、上記特許文献1の技術では、レンズ温度のみに応じてレンズを光軸方向へ移動させているので、結像光学系の結像性能の変化までは考慮することができず、レーザ加工品質の劣化の抑制が不十分であるという問題があった。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することができるレーザ加工装置を得ることを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本開示のレーザ加工装置は、加工ヘッドに配置された光学部品に照射されるレーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出部と、加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサが計測した温度の情報である温度情報と、ビーム特性とに基づいて、光学部品の推定温度を推定する温度推定部とを備える。また、本開示のレーザ加工装置は、推定温度に基づいて、光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定部と、熱レンズ量に基づいて加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定部とを備える。また、本開示のレーザ加工装置は、推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータの補正量を算出する補正量算出部と、レーザ光を用いたレーザ加工を制御するとともに、レーザ加工中に補正量に基づいて加工パラメータを変更する制御部とを備える。
 本開示にかかるレーザ加工装置は、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することができるという効果を奏する。

 以下に、本開示の実施の形態にかかるレーザ加工装置、制御装置、レーザ加工システム、およびレーザ加工方法を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1にかかるレーザ加工装置の構成を示す図である。以下では、板状の被加工物であるワークWの上面と平行な面内の2つの軸であって互いに直交する2つの軸をX軸およびY軸とする。また、X軸およびY軸に直交する軸をZ軸とする。例えば、XY平面は水平面であり、Z軸方向は鉛直方向に平行な方向である。なお、ワークWは板状に限らない。
 レーザ加工装置100は、レーザビームであるレーザ光LをワークWに照射してワークWのレーザ加工を行う装置である。レーザ加工装置100は、加工ヘッド3内に含まれる光学部品によって、レーザ光Lを集光し、集光したレーザ光LをワークWに照射することでワークWを加工する。
 レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ発振器1と、制御部11と、光ファイバ2と、加工ヘッド3とを備えている。加工ヘッド3は、コリメートレンズ4と、結像光学系5と、2つの光学部品ホルダ6と、2つの温度センサ7と、保護ガラス8と、加工ノズル9と、モータ駆動装置である駆動部10A~10Cとを有している。
 制御部11は、レーザ発振器1および加工ヘッド3に接続されており、レーザ発振器1および加工ヘッド3を制御する。制御部11は、後述する加工制御部102(図1では図示せず)に配置されている。レーザ発振器1は、レーザ光Lを発振する。光ファイバ2は、レーザ発振器1によって発振されたレーザ光Lを伝送させて加工ヘッド3内に送る。
 加工ヘッド3では、上部側に配置されている光学部品ホルダ6がコリメートレンズ4を支持し、下部側に配置されている光学部品ホルダ6が結像光学系5を支持している。各光学部品ホルダ6には、温度センサ7が配置されている。
 コリメートレンズ4は、レーザ光Lを平行光にして結像光学系5に送る。結像光学系5は、レーザ光Lを特定の位置に結像させる。結像光学系5を通過したレーザ光Lは、保護ガラス8を介して加工ノズル9に送られる。保護ガラス8は、レーザ加工時の飛沫から加工ヘッド3内に配置されている部品などを保護する。
 加工ノズル9は、保護ガラス8を通過したレーザ光LをワークW上の照射位置に照射する。加工ヘッド3の内部には、加工ガスが供給される。加工ヘッド3は、レーザ光LをワークWへ照射する際には、加工ガスをワークWへ噴射する。加工ノズル9は、結像光学系5とワークWとの間のレーザ光Lの光路上に開口部を有しており、この開口部をレーザ光Lおよび加工ガスが通過する。
 レーザ加工装置100には、加工ヘッド3をZ軸方向に移動させるZ軸モータ(図示せず)と、Z軸モータを駆動する駆動部10Aとが配置されている。Z軸モータは、加工ヘッド3が設置される軸(Z軸方向に延びる軸)に接続されており、Z軸に沿って加工ヘッド3をZ軸方向に平行な方向に移動させる。
 また、レーザ加工装置100には、ワークWが載置される加工テーブル(図示せず)をXY平面内で移動させるX軸モータ(図示せず)およびY軸モータ(図示せず)と、X軸モータを駆動させる駆動部(図示せず)と、Y軸モータを駆動させる駆動部(図示せず)とが配置されている。X軸モータは、X軸方向に延びる軸に接続されており、Y軸モータは、Y軸方向に延びる軸に接続されている。X軸モータおよびY軸モータは、X軸およびY軸に沿って加工テーブルをXY平面内で移動させる。
 制御部11は、レーザ加工に関連する数値パラメータである加工パラメータに基づいて、レーザ発振器1、加工ヘッド3、駆動部10A~10Cなどを制御して加工を実行する。例えば、制御部11は、駆動部10A~10Cを制御し、駆動部10A~10Cは、制御部11による制御に従ってモータを駆動する。駆動部10Aは、モータの動作に伴って動作し、加工ヘッド3とワークWとの相対位置を変更する。図1では、駆動部10Aが加工ヘッド3を移動させることで加工ヘッド3とワークWとの相対位置を変更する場合を図示している。
 駆動部10B,10Cは、レーザ光Lの結像光学系5の結像位置とワークWとの位置関係を変更する。駆動部10Bは、コリメートレンズ4の駆動部であり、コリメートレンズ4の位置を変更することによって、結像光学系5による結像径を変更する。駆動部10Cは、結像光学系5の駆動部であり、結像光学系5の位置を変更することによって、結像光学系5による結像位置を変更する。
 レーザ発振器1の種類は限定されない。レーザ発振器1の一例は、光ファイバ2でレーザ光Lを伝送するファイバレーザ発振器である。レーザ発振器1は、ダイレクトダイオードレーザ、炭酸ガスレーザ、銅蒸気レーザ、各種イオンレーザ、YAG(Yttrium Aluminum Garnet)結晶等を励起媒体とする固体レーザであってもよい。また、レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ発振器1が発振したレーザ光Lの波長を変換する波長変換部を備えていてもよい。
 また、コリメートレンズ4は、1枚であってもよいし複数枚であってもよい。また、結像光学系5は、1枚であってもよいし複数枚であってもよい。また、加工ヘッド3に配置される光学系は、光学系の位置を変位させることによって、結像点の結像径を変化させるズーム光学系であってもよい。また、加工ヘッド3に配置される光学系は、駆動部がコリメートレンズ4を変位させて結像光学系5に入射する発散角を調整することによって結像位置を変位させる光学系であってもよい。また、駆動部10Cが変更させる結像位置は、光学系のビームウェスト位置にあってもよいし、ビームウェスト位置からずれた位置であってもよい。
 レーザ加工装置100は、加工ノズル9の高さ方向の位置とワークWの高さ方向の位置との関係を変化させずに、レーザ光Lの結像点の位置とワークWの高さ方向の位置との関係を変化させてもよい。この場合、制御部11が駆動部10Cを制御することによって、駆動部10Cが結像光学系5の高さ方向の位置を変化させる。
 なお、加工ヘッド3では、駆動部10B,10C以外の駆動部が結像光学系5以外の他の光学部品を駆動してもよい。加工ヘッド3で駆動される光学部品は、1種類でもよく複数種類であってもよい。実施の形態1での光学部品は、コリメートレンズ4、結像光学系5、および保護ガラス8であるが、加工ヘッド3内にはミラーなどの光学部品が配置されてもよい。
 以上の構成により、光ファイバ2から出射されたレーザ光Lは、コリメートレンズ4を通過し、結像光学系5によって結像され、保護ガラス8を通過することによって加工対象物であるワークWに照射される。これにより、ワークWがレーザ光Lによって加工される。
 ここで、加工ヘッド3に含まれる光学部品の配置構成について説明する。図2は、実施の形態1にかかるレーザ加工装置の加工ヘッドに含まれる光学部品の配置構成を説明するための図である。ここでは、コリメートレンズ4の配置構成について説明するが、結像光学系5の配置構成もコリメートレンズ4の配置構成と同様である。
 図2に示すように、コリメートレンズ4などの光学部品は、把持部の一例であるレンズホルダといった光学部品ホルダ6によって把持されている。把持部は、コリメートレンズ4などのレンズを把持する光学部品ホルダ6、またはミラー(図示せず)を把持するミラーホルダ(図示せず)などの光学部品を把持する部材で構成されている。
 また、光学部品ホルダ6には、温度センサ7が配置されている。温度センサ7の例は、熱電対、サーミスタである。また、光学部品ホルダ6は、図2に示すように、光学部品ホルダ6を冷却するための水路12を有していてもよい。光学部品ホルダ6が水路12を有している場合、水路12に冷却水が流されることで光学部品が冷却される。なお、結像光学系5を把持する光学部品ホルダ6にも、水路12が設けられてもよい。
 つぎに、レーザ加工中に発生する結像性能が変化する要因の1つである熱レンズ効果による結像点の位置ずれについて説明する。図3は、実施の形態1にかかるレーザ加工装置で発生する熱レンズ効果を説明するための図である。図3では、左側に加工開始時の結像点位置D1を示し、右側に加工開始後の結像点位置D2を示している。
 レーザ加工装置100では、レンズなどの透過光学系、またはミラーのような反射光学系において、光学部品の硝材またはコーティングが、レーザ発振器1によって発振されたレーザ光Lを吸収する。これにより、レーザ加工装置100では、光学部品の屈折率(屈折率の分布)が変化し、熱レンズ効果が発生する。また、光学部品に温度分布が形成される時間は、光学部品の材料や照射されるビーム径によって変わる。
 図3に示すように、レーザ加工装置100では、加工開始時と加工開始後とで、結像点でのレーザ光Lの結像位置が変化する場合がある。例えば、図3の左側に示すように、レーザ加工装置100は、加工開始時は結像点がワークWの表面上に位置し、良加工が行われている。ところが、レーザ加工装置100は、加工が進むにつれて、図3の右側に示すように結像位置が変化して結像点がワークWの表面上より加工ヘッド3の方向に移動することにより、加工不良が発生する場合がある。
 なお、加工が良加工である条件は、結像点がワークW上にある場合に限らない。結像点がワークW上よりも加工ヘッド3側に位置する方が良加工になる場合もあり、結像点がワークWの深さ方向側に位置する方が良加工になる場合もある。
 また、熱レンズ効果が発生することによって、結像位置の変化が発生するだけでなく、結像倍率、ビームウェスト位置、収差などが発生し、加工光学系全体の結像性能が劣化する場合がある。
 実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100は、熱レンズ効果が発生するような場合であっても、加工ヘッド3内に含まれる温度センサ7を考慮して光学部品の温度を正確に推定する。そして、レーザ加工装置100は、推定した光学部品の温度に基づいて、結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量(以下、結像性能変化量という)を正確に推定し、結像性能変化量に応じた、加工パラメータの補正量を決定して加工パラメータを補正する。加工パラメータの例は、結像倍率、加工ノズル9のワークWからの高さ(加工ノズル9とワークWとの間の距離)、結像光学系5の結像位置とZ軸方向のワークWの位置との位置関係、光学部品同士の位置関係、加工速度、レーザ出力値、レーザ光Lのパルス周波数、レーザ光Lのパルスのデューティ比、ノズル径、レーザビームモードの種類、ノズル穴の中心とレーザビームの位置関係などである。
 なお、加工パラメータの中には、切断速度、結像位置、レーザ出力など一定の加工裕度を持っているパラメータがある。ここで加工裕度とは、加工パラメータを変更しても同じ加工品質を達成させることができる範囲(加工パラメータの変更範囲)のことを指す。
 実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100は、結像光学系5の結像性能の変化まで考慮して加工パラメータを補正するので、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することができる。また、レーザ加工装置100では、温度センサ7が、光学部品を把持する把持部(光学部品ホルダ6)に取り付けられている。これにより、レーザ加工装置100は、加工ヘッド3内に含まれるパージガスと、光学部品ホルダ6による冷却効果とが光学部品に与える伝熱の影響を推定することが可能となる。したがって、レーザ加工装置100は、加工ヘッド3の温度変化などの状態変化を推定することが可能であり、詳細にリアルタイムで結像性能変化量を推定することが可能となる。
 つぎに、レーザ加工装置100の機能構成について説明する。図4は、実施の形態1にかかるレーザ加工装置の機能構成を示すブロック図である。レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ加工部101と、制御装置である加工制御部102とを備えている。なお、レーザ加工部101と、加工制御部102とはネットワークなどを介して接続されてもよい。
 レーザ加工部101は、レーザ発振器1と、光ファイバ2(図4では図示省略)と、加工ヘッド3とを有している。加工ヘッド3は、温度センサ7と、光学部品30と、駆動部10Xとを有している。光学部品30は、コリメートレンズ4、結像光学系5などである。駆動部10Xは、駆動部10B,10Cなどである。なお、図4では、光学部品ホルダ6、保護ガラス8、加工ノズル9、および駆動部10Aの図示を省略している。
 加工制御部102は、加工パラメータ入力部13と、ビーム特性算出部14と、光学部品温度推定部15と、熱レンズ推定部16と、結像性能変化推定部17と、補正量算出部22と、制御部11とを有している。
 加工パラメータ入力部13は、レーザ加工装置100の外部から入力される加工パラメータP1を受け付けてビーム特性算出部14に出力する。なお、加工パラメータ入力部13が受け付ける加工パラメータP1と、制御部11が補正する加工パラメータP1とは異なる加工パラメータであってもよい。
 ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータ入力部13から送られてくる加工パラメータP1を受け付ける。また、ビーム特性算出部14は、レーザ発振器1に搭載されている出力モニタから送られてくるレーザ出力情報P4を受け付ける。レーザ出力情報P4は、レーザ光Lの出力値を示す情報である。
 なお、ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータ入力部13から出力される加工パラメータP1からレーザ出力情報P4を抽出してもよい。また、ビーム特性算出部14は、制御部11からレーザ発振器1に実際に出力されるレーザ出力指令P7からレーザ出力情報P4を算出してもよい。
 ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータ入力部13から受け付けた加工パラメータP1から光学部品30の位置を示す光学部品位置情報P3を抽出する。ビーム特性算出部14は、レーザ出力情報P4および光学部品位置情報P3を用いて光線追跡を行うことにより、各光学部品30に照射されるレーザ光Lの、ビーム径、入射角、光学部品30からの出射角、およびビーム強度のうちの1つまたは複数のビーム特性を算出する。ビーム特性算出部14は、算出したビーム特性を、光学部品温度推定部15に出力する。また、ビーム特性算出部14は、光学部品位置情報P3(レンズ位置など)、および算出したビーム径を熱レンズ推定部16に出力する。
 なお、ビーム特性算出部14は、駆動部10Xが実際に光学部品30または光学部品ホルダ6に出力する位置指令から光学部品位置情報P3を算出してもよい。
 また、ビーム特性算出部14は、制御部11が駆動部10Xに実際に出力する駆動指令(光学部品30を移動させるための指令)から光学部品位置情報P3を算出してもよい。また、ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータP1に含まれている、結像倍率、加工ノズル9のワークWからの高さ、結像位置とワークWとの位置関係などから光学部品位置情報P3を算出してもよい。
 光学部品温度推定部15は、ビーム特性算出部14から各光学部品30のビーム特性を受け付けるとともに、加工ヘッド3内に配置されている温度センサ7から温度情報P5を受け付ける。温度情報P5は、光学部品30の温度の情報である。光学部品温度推定部15は、受け付けた温度情報P5およびビーム特性に基づいて、光学部品30の温度分布(推定温度)を推定する。具体的には、光学部品温度推定部15は、光学部品30がレーザ光Lを吸収したことによる加熱効果と、光学部品ホルダ6の水路12による冷却効果と、加工ヘッド3内の雰囲気の冷却効果とを考慮することによって、光学部品30の温度分布を推定する。なお、光学部品温度推定部15は、光学部品30の各々について光学部品30の表面または内部の少なくとも1点の温度を推定すればよい。光学部品温度推定部15は、算出した光学部品30の温度分布を熱レンズ推定部16に出力する。温度分布の算出方法については後述する。
 熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品温度推定部15から受け付けた情報およびビーム特性算出部14から受け付けた情報に基づいて、各光学部品30の熱レンズ量を推定する。具体的には、熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品30の温度分布、光学部品位置情報P3、およびビーム径に基づいて、各光学部品30の熱レンズ量を推定する。熱レンズ推定部16は、熱レンズ量を、焦点距離を持った仮想のレンズとして計算する。熱レンズ推定部16は、算出した熱レンズ量を結像性能変化推定部17に出力する。
 結像性能変化推定部17は、熱レンズ推定部16から各光学部品30の熱レンズ量を受け付ける。結像性能変化推定部17は、各光学部品30の熱レンズ量に基づいてワークWでの結像性能変化量(推定結像性能変化量)を推定する。具体的には、結像性能変化推定部17は、加工ヘッド3の加工光学系を鑑みて結像性能変化量を推定することによって、ワークWでの結像性能変化量を推定する。結像性能変化量は、結像性能の加工開始前と加工開始後との変化量である。
 すなわち、ここでの結像性能変化量は、加工開始時の結像性能が基準となる。加工開始時とは、加工プログラム開始時でもよいし、レーザ出力情報P4におけるレーザ出力値が0[W]になって特定時間が経過した後、レーザ出力情報P4におけるレーザ出力が特定値となるタイミングであってもよい。結像性能変化推定部17は、推定した結像性能変化量を補正量算出部22に出力する。
 補正量算出部22は、受け付けた結像性能変化量に基づいて、結像性能を加工開始前の状態に戻すための補正量を算出する。補正量は、例えば、光学部品30の位置を補正するための位置補正量である。換言すると、補正量は、結像性能を補正するための補正量である。
 補正量算出部22は、算出した補正量を制御部11に出力する。制御部11は、補正量に基づいて、結像性能の評価値が一定になるようにレーザ発振器1および加工ヘッド3の少なくとも1つを制御する。制御部11は、レーザ発振器1を制御する際には、レーザ発振器1にレーザ出力指令P7を出力する。制御部11は、加工ヘッド3内の光学部品30を制御する際には、駆動部10Xに光学部品変位量P6を出力する。なお、制御部11は、補正量に基づいて、結像性能の評価値が一定になるように加工ヘッド3の位置を調整してもよい。
 制御部11は、例えば、加工プログラムで指定された光学部品30への位置指令と、光学部品30の位置指令の補正量とを用いて、光学部品30の位置を制御するための光学部品変位量P6を出力する。光学部品変位量P6には、コリメートレンズ4の位置を制御するための指令、結像光学系5の位置を制御するための指令などが含まれている。
 また、制御部11は、例えば、加工プログラムで指定されたレーザ発振器1へのレーザ光Lの出力指令と、レーザ光Lの出力指令の補正量とを用いて、レーザ発振器1のレーザ出力を制御するためのレーザ出力指令P7を出力する。レーザ出力指令P7には、レーザ出力値、レーザ光Lのパルス周波数、レーザ光Lのパルスのデューティ比、レーザビームモードの種類などが含まれている。
 結像性能の評価値は、結像点の位置の加工開始からの変化量が小さいほど高くなる。すなわち、結像性能の評価値は、加工開始時を基準とした結像点の位置の変化量である。このため、制御部11が、結像性能の評価値が一定になるように光学部品30の位置を調整することで、加工開始時の結像性能が維持されることとなる。
 なお、制御部11は、結像性能を補正するために調整された加工パラメータP1以外の加工パラメータを調整することによって、良加工を維持するようにしてもよい。また、制御部11は、結像性能の評価値が一定になるように加工パラメータP1を調整する場合に限らず、評価値が特定範囲内に収まるように加工パラメータP1を調整してもよい。特定範囲内は、例えば結像位置であれば結像位置の変化量の裕度である。
 図5は、実施の形態1にかかるレーザ加工装置の加工制御部による加工制御の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータP1およびレーザ出力情報P4を取得する(ステップS10)。具体的には、ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータ入力部13から加工パラメータP1を取得し、レーザ発振器1に搭載されている出力モニタからレーザ出力情報P4を取得する。
 ビーム特性算出部14は、加工パラメータ入力部13から取得した加工パラメータP1から光学部品30の位置を示す光学部品位置情報P3を抽出する。ビーム特性算出部14は、レーザ出力情報P4および光学部品位置情報P3を用いて光線追跡を行うことにより、各光学部品30に照射されるレーザ光Lのビーム特性を算出する(ステップS20)。ビーム特性算出部14は、算出したビーム特性を光学部品温度推定部15に送る。
 光学部品温度推定部15は、ビーム特性算出部14から各光学部品30のビーム特性を取得するとともに、加工ヘッド3内に配置されている温度センサ7から温度情報P5を取得する(ステップS30)。なお、光学部品温度推定部15が温度情報P5を取得する処理は、ステップS20の処理よりも先に実行されてもよいし、ステップS10の処理よりも先に実行されてもよい。
 光学部品温度推定部15は、取得した温度情報P5およびビーム特性に基づいて、光学部品30の温度分布を推定する(ステップS40)。光学部品温度推定部15は、算出した温度分布を熱レンズ推定部16に送る。
 熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品温度推定部15から受け付けた温度分布に基づいて、各光学部品30の熱レンズ量を推定する(ステップS50)。熱レンズ推定部16は、推定した各光学部品30の熱レンズ量を結像性能変化推定部17に送る。
 結像性能変化推定部17は、熱レンズ推定部16から受け付けた各光学部品30の熱レンズ量に基づいて、ワークWでの結像性能変化量を推定する(ステップS60)。結像性能変化推定部17は、推定した結像性能変化量を補正量算出部22に送る。
 補正量算出部22は、結像性能変化推定部17から受け付けた結像性能変化量に基づいて、結像性能を補正するための補正量を算出する(ステップS70)。補正量算出部22は、補正量を制御部11に出力する。制御部11は、補正量に対応する位置指令をレーザ加工部101に出力することで、結像性能を補正する(ステップS80)。なお、制御部11は、補正量に対応する位置指令を駆動部10Xに出力してもよいし、駆動部10Aに出力してもよい。
 ここで、比較例のレーザ加工装置について説明する。比較例のレーザ加工装置は、例えば、加工ヘッド内のレンズに設けられた温度センサがレンズ温度を検出し、レンズ温度に基づいて、焦点位置を調節する。この比較例のレーザ加工装置の場合、加工ヘッド内の雰囲気の影響を推定することができないので、正確な焦点位置の調整を行うことが困難である。また、この比較例のレーザ加工装置の場合、レーザ出力の影響を考慮できていないので、レーザ加工中の結像位置の変化量を、集光の制御に反映できない。このため、結像光学系の結像性能の変化によるレーザ加工の加工品質の劣化が抑制されず加工品質を維持することができなくなる。
 一方、実施の形態1では、加工制御部102が、レーザ出力情報P4、光学部品位置情報P3、および温度情報P5に基づいて、結像光学系5の結像性能の変化を推定し、結像位置を補正しているので、結像位置を正確に調整することが可能となる。
 ここで、光学部品温度推定部15による光学部品30の温度推定方法について説明する。ここでは、光学部品30の温度分布を求めるための例として、光学部品30における2点の温度を求める方法について説明する。
 1枚の光学部品30におけるレーザ光Lの吸収率をα、光学部品30の質量をm[kg]、比熱をc[J/kg・K]、光学部品30に照射されるレーザ出力をP、τを時定数、(i)を刻み時間の計算ステップとすると、刻み時間dtのレーザ光Lが照射される光学部品30の温度上昇dT(i)は、以下の式(1)で近似することができる。

 なお、吸収率α、質量m、および比熱cは定数なので計算のパラメータの管理の簡便化からα、m、cは、1つの定数として表現されてもよい。また、時定数τは、照射されるレーザ光Lのビーム径によって変化するので、光学部品温度推定部15は、ビーム特性算出部14が算出したビーム径に応じて時定数τを変更する。また、光学部品温度推定部15は、結像倍率などの加工パラメータP1によって時定数τを変更してもよい。
 また、光学部品30の温度上昇dT(i)は、光学部品30の位置によっても異なるので、光学部品温度推定部15は、光学部品30の温度上昇dT(i)を、光学部品30の位置における多項式を用いて推定してもよいし、レーザ光Lのビーム強度分布を近似した値を用いて推定してもよい。また、ビーム強度分布を近似することが難しい場合、ビーム強度分布は固定値として手動で設定されてもよい。ここでは、時間ステップのiステップのビーム中心のビーム吸収による温度上昇成分をdTpcenter(i)、ビーム端の温度上昇成分をdTpedge(i)とする。
 つぎに、光学部品ホルダ6が備える水路12の水冷による光学部品30の冷却効果について説明する。温度センサ7が出力する光学部品ホルダ6の温度を温度THとする。加工ヘッド3内では、光学部品ホルダ6と光学部品30のレーザ光Lのビーム端の位置との間で熱移動が行われる。このため、ビーム端の温度をTedgeとし、熱抵抗などの温度に関連するパラメータをkwとし、時定数をτWとすると、ビーム端の温度であるTedgeと光学部品ホルダ6からの冷却の温度変化成分dTc(i)との関係は、以下の式(2)のように近似できる。

 また、光学部品ホルダ6に冷却構造などの水路12がない場合、パラメータkw=0とし、水冷の冷却効果を表さないことも可能である。
 加工ヘッド3内のパージガスの冷却効果(加工ヘッド3内をパージしているガスから冷却される効果)に対応するパージガスの温度変化成分は、パージガスの温度をTgとし、ビーム中心の温度をTcenterとすると、ビーム中心の温度に関連するパラメータkg、ビーム端の温度に関連するパラメータkgedgeを用いて以下の式(3)および式(4)のように近似できる。

 式(3)のdTcgcenter(i)は、ビーム中心の温度変化成分であり、式(4)のdTcgedge(i)は、ビーム端の温度変化成分である。Tgは、加工前の光学部品ホルダ6の温度センサ7の値であってもよいし、加工ヘッド3内の光路の近くに配置された温度センサ(図示せず)が直接測定した値であってもよい。また、Tgは、レーザ加工中に温度センサ7が測定した値と、加工ヘッド3内の構造とに基づいて算出された値であってもよい。パージガスは、直接光学部品30を冷却するので、光学部品温度推定部15は、時定数τを持たせることなくパージガスの温度変化成分を近似してもよい。ここで、ビーム中心の温度Tcenter(i)は、以下の式(5)と表すことができる。また、ビーム端の温度Tedge(i)は、以下の式(6)と表すことができる。

 光学部品温度推定部15は、この式(7)で表されるΔT(i)を温度分布としてもよい。また、光学部品30の温度分布は、ビーム中心およびビーム端に限らず、ビーム中心とビーム端との間の温度推定点が追加されてもよい。光学部品温度推定部15は、温度推定点を増やすほど詳細な温度分布を推定することができる。
 また、光学部品温度推定部15は、他の冷却成分などを追加で考慮して温度分布を推定してもよい。光学部品温度推定部15は、例えばビーム中心とビーム端との間の熱交換など、すなわち加工ヘッド3の熱輻射の影響などを考慮して温度分布を推定してもよい。
 また、温度分布が、光学部品30のある1点の位置での温度情報の変化で問題なければ、光学部品温度推定部15は、この1点の温度差のみを温度分布(温度情報P5の変化)として推定してもよい。
 また、レーザ発振器1が光学部品温度推定部15の処理速度よりも早いパルスを発振している場合、ビーム特性算出部14は、光学部品温度推定部15の処理間の平均出力として、レーザ出力情報P4であるレーザ出力[W]を計算する。
 また、上記した説明では、光学部品温度推定部15が、刻み時間の1ステップ前の値しか参照していないが、光学部品温度推定部15は、複数ステップ前の値を参照してよい。また、温度センサ7のSN(Signal to Noise)比が悪い場合、光学部品温度推定部15は、温度センサ7が特定時間の間に複数回に渡って測定した温度(複数点の温度)を時間平均した値を、温度センサ7が測定した温度として用いてもよい。
 実施の形態1の式(1)~(4)では、熱伝導方程式を時間的に1次近似したものについて説明したが、さらに正確に温度の伝熱特性を近似する必要がある場合は、高い次数で近似したうえで、温度に関連するパラメータが設定されてもよい。
 また、式(1)~(4)に基づいて温度が算出される際には、式(1)~(4)が時間で積分されることで温度が算出される。なお、積分方法は、式(1)~(4)を時間で積分する方法に限定されることはなく、ルンゲクッタ法などが用いられてもよい。
 光学部品温度推定部15におけるパラメータおよび時定数τは、予め求められて光学部品温度推定部15に設定される。光学部品温度推定部15におけるパラメータおよび時定数τは、各光学部品30の位置毎に予め求められてもよいし、加工パラメータP1毎に予め求められてもよい。また、光学部品温度推定部15におけるパラメータおよび時定数τは、作業者といったユーザが加工制御部102を立ち上げた際に作業者が決定してもよいし、出荷時に加工制御部102の製造業者が決定してもよい。
 また、光学部品温度推定部15のパラメータは、作業者が決めてもよいし、ベイズ探索法などの機械学習を用いて決定されてもよいし、グリッドサーチまたはランダム探索などで決定されてもよい。結像性能を実験的に測定し、結像性能変化推定部17が推定する値が測定値に合うようにパラメータを決定する。
 また、光学部品30が経年劣化してしまう場合、光学部品30によるレーザ光Lの吸収率αが高くなる可能性がある。したがって、光学部品30の使用期間に応じて吸収率αのパラメータが変更されてもよい。これにより、加工ヘッド3の劣化度合いに合わせて加工パラメータP1を調整することが可能となる。
 つぎに、熱レンズ推定部16による熱レンズ量の算出方法について説明する。光学部品30の熱レンズの焦点距離fは、以下の式(8)で表すことができる。

 式(8)におけるrはビーム半径であり、OPD(Optical Path Difference)は、ビームの端部を通る光線と、ビームの中心を通る光線との光路差である。OPDは、光学部品30の屈折率の温度依存性dn/dT、線膨張係数dl/dTが要因で発生する。
 なお、熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品温度推定部15が求めたΔTを用いて光路差を算出してもよい。この場合、熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品30の屈折率をnとし、光学部品30の厚さをlとして、以下の式(9)によって光路差であるOPDを算出することができる。

 熱レンズ推定部16は、OPDを算出することで、各光学部品30の熱レンズの焦点距離fを算出することができる。また、熱レンズ推定部16は、温度依存性dn/dTおよび線膨張係数dl/dTの何れかの値を比較して一方が極端に小さければ(差または比が特定値以下であれば)、小さい方の項を消去して近似してもよい。
 なお、熱レンズ推定部16は、光学部品温度推定部15が光学部品30の温度を複数点求めている場合は、焦点距離fを複数求めたうえで熱レンズの焦点距離fを求めてもよい。熱レンズ推定部16は、算出した熱レンズの焦点距離fを、光学部品30の熱レンズ情報として結像性能変化推定部17に出力する。
 結像性能変化推定部17は、加工ヘッド3の全体の光学系を鑑みて結像性能の評価値を推定することによって、ワークWでの結像性能変化量を推定する。結像性能変化推定部17は、結像性能変化量を、光線追跡によって推定してもよいし、光線行列などを用いた近軸光線追跡で推定してもよい。これにより、結像性能変化推定部17は、結像性能変化量をレーザ加工中に推定できるようになり、レーザ加工中に結像性能変化量を制御部11に出力することができる。
 レーザ加工装置100は、加工前の結像点の位置と加工後の結像点の位置とを比較することで、レーザ加工中に発生する結像性能変化量を算出し、この結像性能変化量の分だけ加工パラメータP1を補正する。これにより、レーザ加工装置100は、結像点の位置ずれ量を正確に推定して結像点の位置ずれ量を正確に補正できる。したがって、レーザ加工装置100は、安定した加工パラメータP1で加工を実行することができるので加工不良を抑制できる。すなわち、レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ加工品質の劣化を抑制することができる。
 レーザ加工装置100は、ワークWが、高出力なレーザ光Lを用いて加工される金属などである場合、結像性能の変化に応じた加工パラメータP1の補正によって、レーザ加工品質の劣化をさらに抑制することができる。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、加工パラメータ入力部13に入力される情報(加工パラメータP1)、加工ヘッド3内の温度センサ7から得られる情報(温度情報P5)、およびレーザ発振器1から得られる情報(レーザ出力情報P4)のみで結像性能を推定している。このため、レーザ加工装置100は、ワークWの材質の変化、ワークWの温度などのレーザ加工中に発生する外的要因に対してロバストに結像性能を推定できる。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、光学部品30の温度を推定する際に、刻み時間の1ステップ前の値を考慮し、時系列的に光学部品30の温度を推定している。すなわち、光学部品温度推定部15は、光学部品30の温度を時系列に複数の時点について推定するとともに、推定する際には、推定する時点より少なくとも1ステップ前の時点の温度に基づいて光学部品30の温度を推定している。これにより、レーザ加工装置100は、光学部品30の温度推定時点よりも前の近傍の計算ステップの時点における温度の値を考慮することができるので計算処理を少なくすることができるとともに、レーザ光Lの出力変動があっても正確に温度を推定できる。すなわち、レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ光Lの出力の変化に応じて光学部品30の温度を正確に推定することが可能になるとともに、計算処理が容易になる。なお、レーザ加工装置100は、計算負荷に影響を及ぼさなければ、複数ステップ前の値を考慮して光学部品30の温度を推定してもよい。
 制御部11は、結像性能の劣化が加工に影響を与えるのであれば劣化させる原因を補正するように、光学部品30の位置を移動させてもよい。熱レンズ効果によって結像性能が変化する場合の補正の優先順位は、作業者が決定してもよい。また、制御部11は、補正の優先順位に応じて光学部品30の位置関係などの加工パラメータP1を変更させてもよい。例えば、制御部11は、結像位置の変化量を優先的に補正する設定の場合、結像光学系5の位置を移動させることで結像位置を補正してもよい。また、制御部11は、収差を優先して補正する設定の場合、コリメートレンズ4および結像光学系5の少なくとも一方を移動させて収差を補正してもよい。また、制御部11は、結像性能を、結像位置の変化量、収差量などに重みを付けて1つの評価値とし、この結像性能の評価値が一定になるように加工パラメータP1を調整してもよい。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、加工ヘッド3に含まれるパージガスの影響、および光学部品ホルダ6が与える光学部品30への伝熱の影響を推定してもよい。この場合、光学部品温度推定部15は、光学部品30の各々について光学部品30の表面または内部の少なくとも1点の温度を推定することで、加工ヘッド3の温度変化などの状態変化を推定する。これにより、光学部品温度推定部15は、詳細にリアルタイムで結像性能変化量を推定することが可能となる。
 なお、光学部品ホルダ6の温度センサ7と水路12との位置関係は任意である。温度センサ7は、水路12による温度の影響を測定できればよい。また、温度センサ7は、加工ヘッド3の雰囲気中に配置されてもよい。この場合、光学部品温度推定部15は、パージガスの温度を直接推定してもよい。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、光学部品ホルダ6の全てに温度センサ7が搭載されていない場合、温度センサ7がない光学部品30に対しては、この光学部品30に近い位置に配置されている温度センサ7の情報を用いて光学部品30の温度を推定してもよい。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、光学部品ホルダ6の構成の情報、および照射ビーム径が近い光学部品30から得られる温度情報P5の少なくとも一方に基づいて、温度センサ7がない光学部品30の温度を推定してもよい。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、保護ガラス8のように光線の変化が少ない光学部品30に対して温度センサ7が搭載されていない場合、1つ前の段に配置されている光学部品30、または、1つ後の段に配置されている光学部品30のレーザ光Lの吸収率αを2倍に設定することによって、温度センサ7が搭載されていない部品の計算を省くなどの処理を行ってもよい。
 また、レーザ加工装置100は、組レンズなどの1つの光学部品ホルダ6に複数枚の光学部品30が入っている場合は、レーザ光Lの吸収率αを組レンズの枚数分乗算するなどの処理を行ってもよい。
 制御部11は、レーザ加工中に結像性能変化量を補正するために、光学部品30の位置関係、光学部品30の変位量(ミラーの曲率など)といった加工パラメータP1の変更を駆動部10Xに指令する。ここでいうレーザ加工中は、1つの部品を加工しているレーザ光Lが発振している間であってもよいし、1つの部品を加工している間でレーザ光Lの発振が停止している間であってもよい。1つの部品を加工している間でレーザ光Lの発振が停止している間は、例えば、ピアス加工などの穴あけ加工から切断加工に切り替えるなどの加工の切替えが行われる間である。制御部11は、レーザ加工中に加工パラメータP1の変更を駆動部10Xに指令することで、結像性能を調整する。
 また、制御部11は、1つのワークWから多数の部品を切り出すプログラムの実行中において、次の部品を加工するために加工ヘッド3が移動している間に光学部品30を移動させてもよい。また、制御部11は、レーザ光Lの出力が0になって特定時間が経つまでの間に光学部品30を移動させてもよい。
 また、制御部11は、加工パラメータP1を変更させるタイミングを、制御部11の制御周期毎に変更してもよいし、加工ヘッド3が特定の移動量になった場合に変更してもよい。ここでの特定の移動量の値は、加工パラメータP1、加工すべき材質によって変更されてもよい。このように、レーザ加工装置100は、レーザ加工中に結像性能を補正することによって大きなワークW等で加工に時間がかかる部品に対しても加工品質を変化させることなく加工を行うことができる。
 また、制御部11は、温度センサ7からの温度情報P5の値が特定値よりも高く、結像性能を補正しても加工不良が発生してしまう可能性が高い場合は、光学部品30が損傷している可能性があるので、加工を停止させるなどの指令をレーザ加工部101に出力してもよい。これにより、レーザ加工装置100は、加工不良が継続して発生していることをレーザ加工中に検知して加工不良の継続を防止できる。
 なお、実施の形態1で説明したレーザ加工は、切断、溶接、穴あけ、積層などの何れの加工であってもよい。また、レーザ加工されるワークWの素材は、金属、樹脂などの何れの素材であってもよい。
 このように実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100は、加工ヘッド3に配置された光学部品30に照射されるレーザ光Lのビーム特性と、加工ヘッド3内に配置された温度センサ7が計測した温度情報P5とに基づいて、光学部品30の推定温度(温度分布)を推定している。また、レーザ加工装置100は、温度分布に基づいて光学部品30の熱レンズ量を推定し、熱レンズ量に基づいて結像性能変化量を推定している。また、レーザ加工装置100は、推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータP1の補正量を算出し、レーザ加工中に補正量に基づいて加工パラメータP1を変更している。これにより、レーザ加工装置100は、結像光学系5の結像性能の変化まで考慮してレーザ加工を実行できるので、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することが可能となる。また、レーザ加工装置100は、結像性能の変化量を推定しているので加工パラメータP1の絶対値の値を考慮しなくても補正することができる。
実施の形態2.
 つぎに、図6を用いて実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態2では、レーザ出力値が0[W]である時間が特定時間以上続く場合、パージガスの温度が変化している可能性が高いので、パージガスの温度情報を更新する。
 図6は、実施の形態2にかかるレーザ加工装置の機能構成を示すブロック図である。図6の各構成要素のうち図4に示す実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 レーザ加工装置200は、レーザ加工部201と、加工制御部202とを備えている。レーザ加工部201は、レーザ加工部101と同様の構成を有している。加工制御部202は、加工制御部102が備える構成要素に加えて温度情報初期化時間設定部18を備えている。
 温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、光学部品温度推定部15に接続されている。また、実施の形態2の光学部品温度推定部15は、レーザ発振器1に接続されており、レーザ発振器1に搭載されている出力モニタからレーザ出力情報P4を取得する。
 レーザ加工装置200は、レーザ加工を実行する場合、1枚の大きなワークWから複数個の同じまたは異なる部品を加工する場合がある。この場合において、レーザ加工装置200では、光学部品温度推定部15で用いる加工ヘッド3内のパージガスの温度がまだ冷却されていない場合と完全に冷却されている場合とがある。
 パージガスの温度によって結像性能変化量が異なるので、実施の形態2のレーザ加工装置200は、パージガスの温度に影響を与えるレーザ光Lの出力状態に基づいてパージガスの初期温度を更新する。パージガスの初期温度は、前述したビーム中心の温度変化成分dTcgcenter(i)およびビーム端の温度変化成分dTcgedge(i)の算出に用いられる温度である。これにより、前述したビーム中心の温度変化成分dTcgcenter(i)およびビーム端の温度変化成分dTcgedge(i)が、パージガスの温度に応じた適切な値となる。
 温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、レーザ光Lを発振していないタイミング、すなわちレーザ出力値が0[W]である時間が特定時間以上続く場合、パージガスの初期温度および加工ヘッド3の雰囲気温度の初期温度の少なくとも一方を更新させる。温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、例えば、レーザ出力値が0[W]である時間が特定時間以上続く場合、パージガスの初期温度および加工ヘッド3の雰囲気温度の初期温度を更新させる指令(初期温度更新指令)を光学部品温度推定部15に出力する。なお、温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、レーザ出力値が0[W]付近(特定値未満)の状態が特定時間以上続く場合に、初期温度更新指令を光学部品温度推定部15に出力してもよい。
 このように、温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、設定されている特定時間の間、レーザ出力値が特定値未満(例えば0[W])であれば、光学部品温度推定部15が記憶しているパージガスの温度を、この時(初期温度更新指令を受付けた時)に温度センサ7が出力する最新の温度情報P5の値に更新させる初期温度更新指令を光学部品温度推定部15に出力する。
 光学部品温度推定部15は、初期温度更新指令を受け付けると、現在記憶しているパージガスの温度を、初期温度更新指令を受け付けた際に温度センサ7が出力する最新の温度情報P5の値に更新する。そして、光学部品温度推定部15は、更新した温度情報P5およびビーム特性算出部14から受け付けたビーム特性に基づいて、光学部品30の温度分布を推定する。
 これにより、レーザ加工装置200は、加工ヘッド3内のパージガスの温度変化、周辺環境の温度変化等にも対応することが可能になり、環境に適応した結像性能を推定したうえで加工を行うことができる。なお、温度情報初期化時間設定部18への温度情報初期化の時間設定は、作業者によって設定されてもよいし、加工制御部202の立ち上げ時に予め設定されてもよいし、加工制御部202の出荷時に設定されてもよい。
 また、温度情報初期化時間設定部18は、レーザ出力値が0[W]である時間が特定時間続くと結像位置のずれ量を0[mm]に初期化させるなど、熱レンズ効果によって変化した結像性能変化量を初期化する機能を有していてもよい。これにより、レーザ加工装置200は、加工に実際寄与しない場合に光学部品30を変位させることがないので駆動部10Xを長寿命化することが可能となる。
 このように実施の形態2では、レーザ加工装置200が、レーザ出力値が0[W]である時間が特定時間以上続く場合、パージガスの温度が変化している可能性が高いので、パージガスの温度情報を更新する。これにより、レーザ加工装置200は、加工ヘッド3内の加工開始前の雰囲気の状態を正確に推定することができる。したがって、レーザ加工装置200は、加工ヘッド3内のパージガスの温度変化、周辺環境の温度変化等に応じた結像性能を推定したうえで加工を行うことができる。したがって、レーザ加工装置200は、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することができる。
実施の形態3.
 つぎに、図7を用いて実施の形態3について説明する。実施の形態3のレーザ加工装置は、ワークWの材質、板厚、および加工ガスの種類といったレーザ加工の種類を示す加工種類情報に基づいて、結像性能変化推定部17が推定した結像性能変化量を補正する。
 図7は、実施の形態3にかかるレーザ加工装置の機能構成を示すブロック図である。図7の各構成要素のうち図4に示す実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 レーザ加工装置300は、レーザ加工部301と、加工制御部302とを備えている。レーザ加工部301は、レーザ加工部101と同様の構成を有している。加工制御部302は、加工制御部102が備える構成要素、または加工制御部202が備える構成要素に加えて補正係数決定部19を備えている。以下では、加工制御部302が、加工制御部102が備える構成要素に加えて補正係数決定部19を備えている場合について説明する。
 加工制御部302の加工パラメータ入力部13は、加工パラメータP1から、ワークWの材質を示す情報(材質P21)、ワークWの板厚を示す情報(板厚P22)、およびレーザ加工に用いられる加工ガスの種類の情報(ガス種P23)を抽出して補正係数決定部19に出力する。レーザ加工に用いられる加工ガスは、レーザ光LがワークWに照射される際にワークWに噴き付けられるガス(アシストガス)である。
 補正係数決定部19は、加工パラメータ入力部13および補正量算出部22に接続されている。補正係数決定部19は、加工パラメータ入力部13から材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23を加工種類情報として受け付ける。補正係数決定部19は、材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23の少なくとも1つに対応する補正係数kを決定する。補正係数kは、結像性能変化量を補正するための係数である。補正係数決定部19は、決定した補正係数kを補正量算出部22に出力する。
 補正量算出部22は、補正係数決定部19から補正係数kを受け付けるとともに、結像性能変化推定部17から結像性能変化量を受け付ける。補正量算出部22は、結像性能変化推定部17が推定した結像性能変化量を結像位置のずれ量Δfとした場合、Δfを補正するための補正係数kをΔfに乗算することで、補正後のずれ量Δfcorrを算出する。具体的には、補正量算出部22は、以下の式(10)を用いて補正後のずれ量Δfcorrを算出する。

 補正量算出部22は、補正後のずれ量Δfcorr(補正後の結像性能変化量)に基づいて、結像性能を加工開始前の状態に戻すための補正量を算出する。補正量算出部22は、算出した補正量を制御部11に出力する。
 レーザ加工装置300は、材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23に応じた加工開始時の結像位置の加工裕度がワークWの表面よりも、加工ヘッド3の方向にあるのか、ワークWの深さ方向にあるのかが事前に分かっている場合がある。この場合、レーザ加工装置300は、結像位置の加工裕度に応じた補正係数kをずれ量Δfに乗算することができる。
 例えば、加工材質が軟鋼SS400であり、ガス種P23が酸素である場合の切断処理に対しては、結像点の結像位置を加工ヘッド3の方向に動かすような補正係数kが設定されることは許容される。したがって、この場合、結像点の結像位置をワークWの深さ方向に動かすことを避けるような補正係数kとして、例えば1.0以下の値が設定される。
 また、ガス種P23が窒素である場合の切断処理に対しては、結像点の結像位置を加工ヘッド3の方向に動かすような補正係数kの設定は避ける。したがって、この場合、結像点の結像位置をワークWの深さ方向に移動することは許容されるので、補正係数kとして、例えば1.0以上の値が設定される。
 これにより、レーザ加工装置300は、材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23などの加工種類情報に合わせた結像性能の補正が可能になり、作業環境に応じた加工を行うことが可能となる。
 補正量算出部22は、補正された結像性能変化量(補正後のずれ量Δfcorr)に基づいて、加工パラメータP1の補正量を算出する。補正量算出部22は、加工パラメータP1の補正量を制御部11に出力する。制御部11は、補正量に基づいて、結像性能の評価値が一定になるように光学部品30を調整する。制御部11は、光学部品30を調整するための指令(光学部品30の移動指令など)を駆動部10Xに入力することで、レーザ加工中に光学部品30の位置の変更を行いながらレーザ加工を制御する。このように、制御部11は、補正係数kが掛けられた結像性能の評価値(結像性能変化量)に対応する制御を実行する。
 このように実施の形態3では、レーザ加工装置300が、材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23に合わせて結像性能変化量を補正する。これにより、レーザ加工装置300は、材質P21、板厚P22、およびガス種P23に応じて補正された結像性能変化量に対応する補正量で加工パラメータP1を補正したうえで加工を行うことができる。したがって、レーザ加工装置300は、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することができる。
実施の形態4.
 つぎに、図8および図9を用いて実施の形態4について説明する。実施の形態4では、レーザ加工装置が、加工パラメータP1、光学部品位置情報P3、レーザ出力情報P4、および温度情報P5と結像性能変化量との対応関係を学習して学習済みモデルを作成しておく。そして、レーザ加工の際には、レーザ加工装置は、加工パラメータP1、光学部品位置情報P3、レーザ出力情報P4、および温度情報P5を学習済みモデルに入力することで、結像性能変化量を推定する。
 図8は、実施の形態4にかかるレーザ加工装置の機能構成を示すブロック図である。図8の各構成要素のうち図4に示す実施の形態1のレーザ加工装置100と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 レーザ加工装置400は、レーザ加工部401と、加工制御部402とを備えている。レーザ加工部401は、レーザ加工部101と同様の構成を有している。加工制御部402は、加工制御部102が備える構成要素、加工制御部202が備える構成要素、または加工制御部302が備える構成要素に加えて機械学習装置である加工パラメータ解析器20を備えている。以下では、加工制御部402が、加工制御部102が備える構成要素に加えて加工パラメータ解析器20を備えている場合について説明する。
 加工パラメータ解析器20は、データ取得部21と、特徴量抽出部23と、学習部24と、補正量算出部22とを有している。データ取得部21は、加工パラメータ入力部13、レーザ発振器1、温度センサ7、および特徴量抽出部23に接続されている。学習部24は、特徴量抽出部23と、補正量算出部22に接続されている。
 データ取得部21は、加工パラメータ入力部13から加工パラメータP1および光学部品位置情報P3を取得する。また、データ取得部21は、温度センサ7から温度情報P5を取得する。また、データ取得部21は、レーザ発振器1からレーザ出力情報P4を取得する。ここでのレーザ出力情報P4がレーザ光Lの第1の出力値であり、温度情報P5が第1の温度情報である。
 なお、データ取得部21は、実施の形態1と同様に、加工パラメータ入力部13から出力される加工パラメータP1からレーザ出力情報P4を抽出してもよい。また、データ取得部21は、制御部11からレーザ発振器1に実際に出力されるレーザ光Lの出力指令からレーザ出力情報P4を算出してもよい。
 また、データ取得部21は、レーザ出力の時系列データであるレーザ出力履歴、および温度センサ7の計測結果の時系列データである温度履歴を取得する。具体的には、データ取得部21は、レーザ出力情報P4に基づいてレーザ出力履歴を生成する。また、データ取得部21は、温度情報P5に基づいて温度履歴を生成する。
 レーザ出力履歴は、レーザ出力の時間的推移である。レーザ出力履歴は、レーザ光Lの平均出力であってもよいし、ピーク出力であってもよい。レーザ出力履歴は、出力の時間的な推移が分かるデータであればよい。データ取得部21は、データ取得部21が得ることができるサンプリング周期でレーザ出力履歴を取得する。
 データ取得部21は、取得した加工パラメータP1、光学部品位置情報P3、レーザ出力履歴、および温度履歴を、状態量として特徴量抽出部23に出力する。なお、データ取得部21は、少なくともレーザ出力情報P4および温度情報P5を含む第1の状態量を取得して特徴量抽出部23に出力すればよい。また、データ取得部21は、レーザ出力履歴の代わりにレーザ出力情報P4を含む状態量を特徴量抽出部23に出力してもよい。また、データ取得部21は、温度履歴の代わりに温度情報P5を含む状態量を特徴量抽出部23に出力してもよい。
 特徴量抽出部23は、状態量から特徴量を抽出する。ここでの特徴量は、光学部品30の温度の情報、レーザ出力の情報、加工パラメータP1などである。特徴量抽出部23は、抽出した特徴量を学習部24に出力する。特徴量は、実施の形態1~3で説明したビーム特性および温度情報P5に対応している。
 また、学習部24には、結像性能の評価値も入力される。結像性能の評価値は、結像点の変化量に関する測定結果に対応する値であり、連続した値であってもよいし、離散的な値であってもよい。学習部24へは、作業者が決定した結像性能の評価値が入力されてもよいし、実施の形態1~3の結像性能変化推定部17が算出した結像性能の評価値が入力されてもよい。作業者が決定した結像性能の評価値は、例えば、図示しない入力手段から入力されてもよいし、他の装置から受信されてもよい。また、評価値は、ビームウェスト位置、結像位置のビーム径、球面収差量などであってもよい。また、評価値は、ビーム強度分布の形状の良否であってもよい。
 学習部24は、特徴量抽出部23により抽出された特徴量と、結像性能の評価値とを関連付けて学習する。すなわち、学習部24は、光学部品温度推定部15、熱レンズ推定部16、および結像性能変化推定部17が実行する処理を学習する。なお、学習部24は、加工パラメータ解析器20と同様に処理回路により実現される。
 学習部24は、機械学習により、入力のデータと結果のデータとの組を学習することで学習済みモデルを生成する。ここでの学習部24は、状態量に基づいて加工パラメータP1の補正量を推定することを学習して学習済みモデルを生成する。学習部24による機械学習のアルゴリズムとしては、何れのアルゴリズムが用いられてもよい。学習部24は、例えば、教師あり学習のアルゴリズムを用いることができる。
 学習部24は、特徴量と評価値とで構成されるデータセットを用いて、結像性能変化量(結像位置の変化量、収差量の変化量など)を機械学習する。ここでのデータセットは、特徴量と評価値とを互いに関連付けたデータである。
 学習部24は、機械学習による学習済みモデルを用いて、特徴量に応じた結像点の位置、加工ヘッド3内に含まれる光学部品30の位置関係の変位量などの加工パラメータP1の変化を推定する。具体的には、学習部24は、学習済みモデルを用いて特徴量に応じた結像性能変化量を導出する。すなわち、学習部24は、レーザ加工中に、少なくともレーザ出力情報(第2の出力値)P4および温度情報(第1の温度情報)P5を含む第2の状態量を取得し、学習済みモデルに特徴量(第2の状態量)を入力することで、第2の状態量に対応する結像性能変化量を導出する。学習部24は、導出した結像性能変化量を補正量算出部22に出力する。
 なお、加工パラメータ解析器20は、特徴量抽出部23を備えていなくてもよい。この場合、データ取得部21が状態量を学習部24に出力する。そして、学習部24が特徴量の代わりに状態量を用いて学習を実行する。
 補正量算出部22は、学習部24から送られてくる結像性能変化量(推定量)に基づいて加工パラメータP1の補正量を算出する。なお、補正量算出部22は、制御部11に設定されている加工パラメータP1を取得し、学習部24から送られてくる結像性能変化量と制御部11に現在設定されている加工パラメータP1とに基づいて補正量を算出してもよい。補正量算出部22は、算出した補正量を制御部11へ出力する。
 制御部11は、補正量算出部22から受け付けた補正量に基づいて、加工パラメータP1を補正し、これにより加工を制御する。このように、学習部24によって得られた推定結果(結像性能変化量)に対応する加工パラメータP1の値と現在の加工パラメータP1の値との間に差がある場合、レーザ加工装置400は、加工パラメータP1が補正された条件で加工を行う。加工パラメータP1の補正は、学習部24から出力される補正量(結像性能変化量のずれ量に対応する補正量)が特定の範囲内になるまで繰り返される。レーザ加工装置400では、制御部11が補正量に応じた指令を駆動部10Xに出力することで、高精度に加工パラメータP1を調整することが可能となる。なお、補正量が加工ヘッド3の位置を補正するための補正量である場合、制御部11は、補正量に応じた指令を駆動部10Aに出力する。
 なお、実施の形態4では、加工パラメータ解析器20が、特徴量と結像性能変化量のずれ量との関係を学習したが、加工パラメータ解析器20は、特徴量と熱レンズ量との関係を学習してもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、光学部品温度推定部15および熱レンズ推定部16が実行する処理を学習してもよい。換言すると、レーザ加工装置100,200,300において、光学部品温度推定部15および熱レンズ推定部16の代わりに機械学習装置として、データ取得部21、特徴量抽出部23、および学習部24が配置されてもよい。この場合、機械学習装置は、ビーム特性算出部14からビーム特性を受け付け、温度センサ7から温度情報P5を受け付ける。そして、機械学習装置は、学習によって特徴量(ビーム特性および温度情報P5)と熱レンズ量との対応関係を示す学習済みモデルを生成する。この場合において、機械学習装置へは、作業者が算出した熱レンズ量が入力される。機械学習装置は、レーザ加工の際に、この学習済みモデルに特徴量を入力することで、特徴量に対応する熱レンズ量を推定する。このように、機械学習装置は、特徴量と光学部品30の熱レンズ量との関係を学習しておき、レーザ加工中に光学部品温度推定部15および熱レンズ推定部16の代わりに、特徴量に対応する熱レンズ量を推定する。
 また、加工パラメータ解析器20は、特徴量と光学部品30の温度分布との関係を学習してもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、光学部品温度推定部15が実行する処理を学習してもよい。換言すると、レーザ加工装置100,200,300において、光学部品温度推定部15の代わりに機械学習装置(第1の機械学習装置)として、データ取得部(第1のデータ取得部)21、特徴量抽出部23、および学習部(第1の学習部)24が配置されてもよい。この場合、機械学習装置は、ビーム特性算出部14から第1のビーム特性を受け付け、温度センサ7から温度情報(第1の温度情報)P5を受け付ける。そして、機械学習装置は、学習によって特徴量(ビーム特性および温度情報P5を含む第1の状態量)と光学部品30の温度分布との対応関係を示す第1の学習済みモデルを生成する。この場合において、機械学習装置へは、作業者が算出した光学部品30の温度分布が入力される。機械学習装置は、レーザ加工の際に、ビーム特性算出部14から受け付けた第2のビーム特性および温度センサ7から受け付けた温度情報(第2の温度情報)P5を含む第2の状態量を、第1の学習済みモデルに入力することで、第2の状態量に対応する光学部品30の温度分布を推定する。このように、機械学習装置は、特徴量と光学部品30の温度分布との関係を学習しておき、レーザ加工中にビーム特性算出部14の代わりに、特徴量に対応する光学部品30の温度分布を推定する。
 また、加工パラメータ解析器20は、光学部品温度推定部15が推定した温度分布、ビーム特性算出部14から送られてくる光学部品位置情報P3、およびビーム径と、熱レンズ量との対応関係を学習してもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、熱レンズ推定部16が実行する処理を学習してもよい。換言すると、レーザ加工装置100,200,300において、熱レンズ推定部16の代わりに機械学習装置(第2の機械学習装置)として、データ取得部(第2のデータ取得部)21、特徴量抽出部23、および学習部(第2の学習部)24が配置されてもよい。この場合、機械学習装置は、光学部品温度推定部15から温度分布(第1の推定温度)を受け付ける。そして、機械学習装置は、学習によって、特徴量(光学部品温度推定部15が推定した温度分布を含む第3の状態量)と、熱レンズ量との対応関係を示す第2の学習済みモデルを生成する。この場合において、機械学習装置へは、作業者が算出した熱レンズ量が入力される。機械学習装置は、レーザ加工の際に、光学部品温度推定部15が推定した温度分布(第2の推定温度)を含む第4の状態量を、第2の学習済みモデルに入力することで、第4の状態量に対応する熱レンズ量を推定する。このように、機械学習装置は、温度分布、光学部品位置情報P3、およびビーム径と、光学部品30の熱レンズ量との関係を学習しておき、レーザ加工中に熱レンズ推定部16の代わりに、特徴量に対応する熱レンズ量を推定する。なお、第3の状態量および第4の状態量には、ビーム特性算出部14から送られてくる光学部品位置情報P3およびビーム径が含まれていてもよい。
 また、加工パラメータ解析器20は、熱レンズ推定部16が推定した熱レンズ量と、結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値との対応関係を学習してもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、結像性能変化推定部17が実行する処理を学習してもよい。換言すると、レーザ加工装置100,200,300において、結像性能変化推定部17の代わりに機械学習装置(第3の機械学習装置)として、データ取得部(第3のデータ取得部)21、特徴量抽出部23、および学習部(第3の学習部)24が配置されてもよい。この場合、機械学習装置は、熱レンズ推定部16から熱レンズ量(第1の熱レンズ量)を受け付ける。そして、機械学習装置は、学習によって、特徴量(熱レンズ推定部16が推定した熱レンズ量を含む第5の状態量)と、結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値との対応関係を示す第3の学習済みモデルを生成する。この場合において、機械学習装置へは、作業者が算出した結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値が入力される。機械学習装置は、レーザ加工の際に、熱レンズ推定部16が推定した熱レンズ量(第2の熱レンズ量)を含む第6の状態量を、第3の学習済みモデルに入力することで、第6の状態量に対応する結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値を推定する。このように、機械学習装置は、熱レンズ量と、結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値との関係を学習しておき、レーザ加工中に結像性能変化推定部17の代わりに、特徴量に対応する結像性能変化量または結像性能の評価値を推定する。
 また、加工パラメータ解析器20は、結像性能変化推定部17が推定した結像性能変化量と、加工パラメータP1の補正量との対応関係を学習してもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、補正量算出部22が実行する処理を学習してもよい。換言すると、レーザ加工装置100,200,300において、補正量算出部22の代わりに機械学習装置(第4の機械学習装置)として、データ取得部(第4のデータ取得部)21、特徴量抽出部23、および学習部(第4の学習部)24が配置されてもよい。この場合、機械学習装置は、結像性能変化推定部17から結像性能変化量(第1の推定結像性能変化量)を受け付ける。そして、機械学習装置は、学習によって、特徴量(結像性能変化推定部17が推定した結像性能変化量を含む第7の状態量)と、加工パラメータP1の補正量との対応関係を示す第4の学習済みモデルを生成する。この場合において、機械学習装置へは、作業者が算出した加工パラメータP1の補正量が入力される。機械学習装置は、レーザ加工の際に、結像性能変化推定部17が推定した結像性能変化量(第2の推定結像性能変化量)を含む第8の状態量を、第4の学習済みモデルに入力することで、第8の状態量に対応する加工パラメータP1の補正量を推定する。このように、機械学習装置は、結像性能変化量と補正量との関係を学習しておき、レーザ加工中に補正量算出部22の代わりに、特徴量に対応する補正量を推定する。
 同様に、機械学習装置は、熱レンズ推定部16が推定した熱レンズ量と、加工パラメータP1の補正量との対応関係を学習してもよい。同様に、機械学習装置は、光学部品温度推定部15が推定した温度分布と、加工パラメータP1の補正量との対応関係を学習してもよい。
 機械学習装置は、光学部品温度推定部15が実行する処理、熱レンズ推定部16が実行する処理、結像性能変化推定部17が実行する処理、および補正量算出部22が実行する処理の少なくとも1つを学習する。例えば、機械学習装置は、光学部品温度推定部15が推定した温度分布と、結像性能変化量との対応関係を学習してもよい。
 なお、実施の形態4では、学習部24が、特徴量と結像性能変化量との関係を機械学習する学習機能と、学習済みモデルを用いて結像性能変化量を推論する推論機能との両方を有する場合について説明したが、学習機能と推論機能とは別々の装置で実現されてもよい。換言すると、学習済みモデルを用いて評価値を出力する推論部が、学習部24とは別に設けられてもよい。すなわち、加工パラメータ解析器20は、学習部24により学習が行われた学習済みモデルを用いて、結像性能変化量を算出する推論部を備えていてもよい。
 なお、図8に示した例では、学習部24は加工パラメータ解析器20内に設けられるが、学習部24は加工パラメータ解析器20とは別の装置であってもよい。例えば、加工パラメータ解析器20と学習部24とがネットワークを介して接続されていてもよい。また、学習部24は、クラウドサーバ上に存在していてもよい。
 学習部24は、例えば、ニューラルネットワークモデルを用いて、いわゆる教師あり学習により、加工パラメータP1およびレーザ出力情報P4に対応する結像性能変化量を学習する。ここで、教師あり学習とは、ある入力と結果(ラベル)とのデータの組であるデータセットを大量に学習器に与えることで、それらのデータセットにある特徴を学習し、入力から結果を推定する機械学習である。
 ニューラルネットワークは、複数のニューロンからなる入力層、複数のニューロンからなり隠れ層とも呼ばれる中間層、および複数のニューロンからなる出力層で構成される。中間層は、1層でもよく2層以上であってもよい。
 図9は、実施の形態4にかかるニューラルネットワークモデルの構成例を示す図である。X1,X2,X3は入力層のニューロンであり、Y1,Y2は中間層のニューロンであり、Z1,Z2,Z3は出力層のニューロンである。例えば、図9に示すような3層のニューラルネットワークモデルであれば、3つの入力値のそれぞれが、対応するX1,X2,X3にそれぞれ入力されると、各入力値は、対応する重みw11~w16が乗算されて中間層のニューロンであるY1,Y2に入力される。そして、Y1,Y2からの出力値は、対応する重みw21~w26が乗算されて、出力層のニューロンであるZ1,Z2,Z3に入力される。出力層は、入力された値を加算し、出力結果として出力する。例えば、Z1,Z2,Z3からそれぞれ出力される結果を各加工不良の項目に対応する評価結果に対応させることができる。この出力結果は、重みw11~w16と重みw21~w26の値によって変わる。
 実施の形態4では、上述したデータセットを用いて、上記ニューラルネットワークの出力結果が、正解である結像性能の評価結果(結像性能変化量)に近づくように、重みw11~w16と重みw21~w26が調整されることにより、学習が行われる。なお、図9に示すニューラルネットワークは、一例であり、ニューラルネットワークモデルの層数、および各層に属するニューロンの数は、図9の例に限定されない。
 また、学習部24は、ニューラルネットワークモデルを用いて、いわゆる教師なし学習によって、レーザ出力情報P4、温度センサ7の情報と結像性能の評価結果、または補正すべき加工パラメータP1の関係を学習することもできる。教師なし学習とは、入力データのみを大量に学習部24に与えることで、入力データがどのような分布をしているか学習し、対応する教師出力データを与えなくても、入力データに対して圧縮、分類、整形等を行う方法を学習する手法である。例えば、教師なし学習では、入力データのセットが有する特徴が似ているもの同士をクラスタリングすること等ができる。この場合、何らかの基準を設けてクラスタリング等の結果を最適にするように、クラスタリング等の結果に対して評価結果の割り当てを行うことで、評価結果の予測を実現することできる。また、教師なし学習と教師あり学習との中間的な問題設定として、半教師あり学習と呼ばれるものもあり、これは一部のみ入力と出力とのデータの組が存在し、それ以外は入力のみのデータである場合がこれに当たる。実施の形態4の学習部24は、半教師あり学習により機械学習を実現してもよい。
 また、学習部24は、複数の加工パラメータ解析器20からデータセットを取得し、レーザ出力履歴と温度センサ7の計測結果(温度情報P5)の時系列データである温度履歴との組み合わせに対する結像性能の評価結果を学習するようにしてもよい。複数の加工パラメータ解析器20は、実施の形態4の加工パラメータ解析器20であってもよい。
 なお、学習部24は、同一の現場で使用される複数の加工パラメータ解析器20からデータセットを取得してもよいし、異なる現場でそれぞれ稼動する複数の加工パラメータ解析器20からデータセットを取得してもよい。さらに、データセットの取得元の加工パラメータ解析器20を途中で追加し、または、取得元の加工パラメータ解析器20を途中で除去することも可能である。
 また、加工パラメータ解析器20とは別に学習部を設け、この学習部が、ある加工パラメータ解析器(第1の加工パラメータ解析器)から取得したデータセットにより学習した後、別の加工パラメータ解析器(第2の加工パラメータ解析器)と接続してさらにこの第2の加工パラメータ解析器からデータセットを取得して再学習してもよい。
 なお、データ取得部21は、ワークWの板厚P22、ワークWの材質P21等も取得して状態量に含めてもよい。この場合、特徴量抽出部23は、ワークWの板厚P22、ワークWの材質P21等も特徴量に含めて学習部24に出力する。
 学習部24で用いられる学習アルゴリズムとしては、特徴量そのものの抽出を学習する深層学習(Deep Learning)を用いることもでき、学習部24は、他の公知の方法、例えば遺伝的プログラミング、機能論理プログラミング、サポートベクターマシン、フィッシャー判別法、部分空間法、マハラノビス空間を用いた判別分析などに従って機械学習を実行してもよい。また、学習部24で用いられる学習アルゴリズムとしては、決定木、ランダムフォレスト(Random Forest)、ロジスティック回帰、k近傍法(k-Nearest Neighbor:kNN)、部分空間法、CLAFIC(CLAss-Featuring Information Compression method)、Isolation Forest、LOF(Local Outlier Factor)、ブースティング、AdaBoost、LogitBoost、One-Class SVM(Support Vector Machine)、Gaussian Mixture Model等が用いられてもよい。また、学習部24は、深層学習、畳み込みニューラルネットワーク(Convolutional Neural Network:CNN)、リカレントニューラルネットワーク(Recurrent Neural Network:RNN)などのように、自動的に特徴量を抽出する学習を行う場合は、特徴量抽出部23を設けなくてもよい。また、加工制御部402に対しては、結像性能の項目毎に加工パラメータ解析器20が設けられてもよいし、1つの加工パラメータ解析器20を結像性能の項目に対応させてもよい。また、学習部24は、強化学習、ベイズ探索などの探索アルゴリズムを用いてパラメータの探索を行ってもよい。このように、加工制御部402は、加工パラメータ解析器20を有することにより、高精度に結像性能を推定することが可能であり、安定して加工を行うことができる。以上述べた以外の実施の形態4の動作は実施の形態1と同様である。
 このように実施の形態4の加工パラメータ解析器20は、加工パラメータP1、光学部品位置情報P3、レーザ出力情報P4、および温度情報P5と結像性能変化量との対応関係を学習して学習済みモデルを生成している。そして、レーザ加工の際には、加工パラメータ解析器20は、加工パラメータP1、光学部品位置情報P3、レーザ出力情報P4、および温度情報P5を学習済みモデルに入力することで、結像性能変化量を推定している。これにより、レーザ加工装置400は、結像光学系5の結像性能の変化まで考慮してレーザ加工を実行できるので、レーザ加工品質の劣化を十分に抑制することが可能となる。
 つづいて、加工制御部102,202,302,402のハードウェア構成について説明する。なお、加工制御部102,202,302,402は、同様のハードウェア構成を有しているので、ここでは、加工制御部102のハードウェア構成について説明する。加工制御部102において、加工パラメータ入力部13、ビーム特性算出部14、光学部品温度推定部15、熱レンズ推定部16、結像性能変化推定部17、補正量算出部22、および制御部11は、処理回路により実現される。この処理回路は、メモリに格納されるプログラムを実行するプロセッサおよびメモリであってもよいし、専用のハードウェアであってもよい。処理回路は制御回路とも呼ばれる。
 図10は、実施の形態1~4にかかる加工制御部が備える処理回路をプロセッサおよびメモリで実現する場合の処理回路の構成例を示す図である。図10に示す処理回路90は制御回路であり、プロセッサ91およびメモリ92を備える。処理回路90がプロセッサ91およびメモリ92で構成される場合、処理回路90の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせにより実現される。ソフトウェアまたはファームウェアはプログラムとして記述され、メモリ92に格納される。処理回路90では、メモリ92に記憶されたプログラムをプロセッサ91が読み出して実行することにより、各機能を実現する。すなわち、処理回路90は、加工制御部102の処理が結果的に実行されることになる加工制御プログラムを格納するためのメモリ92を備える。この加工制御プログラムは、処理回路90により実現される各機能を加工制御部102に実行させるためのプログラムであるともいえる。この加工制御プログラムは、プログラムが記憶された記憶媒体により提供されてもよいし、通信媒体など他の手段により提供されてもよい。
 ここで、プロセッサ91は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、またはDSP(Digital Signal Processor)などである。また、メモリ92は、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリ、EPROM(Erasable Programmable ROM)、EEPROM(登録商標)(Electrically EPROM)などの、不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリ、磁気ディスク、フレキシブルディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ミニディスク、またはDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)などが該当する。
 図11は、実施の形態1~4にかかる加工制御部が備える処理回路を専用のハードウェアで構成する場合の処理回路の例を示す図である。図11に示す処理回路93は、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)、またはこれらを組み合わせたものが該当する。
 処理回路90,93については、一部を専用のハードウェアで実現し、一部をソフトウェアまたはファームウェアで実現するようにしてもよい。このように、処理回路90,93は、専用のハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはこれらの組み合わせによって、上述の各機能を実現することができる。
 なお、加工パラメータ入力部13、ビーム特性算出部14、光学部品温度推定部15、熱レンズ推定部16、結像性能変化推定部17、補正量算出部22、および制御部11の一部は、別々の処理回路により実現されてもよい。
 以上の実施の形態に示した構成は、一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、実施の形態同士を組み合わせることも可能であるし、要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略、変更することも可能である。

Claims (15)

  1.  加工ヘッドに配置された光学部品に照射されるレーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出部と、
     前記加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサが計測した温度の情報である温度情報と、前記ビーム特性とに基づいて、前記光学部品の推定温度を推定する温度推定部と、
     前記推定温度に基づいて、前記光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定部と、
     前記熱レンズ量に基づいて前記加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定部と、
     前記推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータの補正量を算出する補正量算出部と、
     前記レーザ光を用いたレーザ加工を制御するとともに、前記レーザ加工中に前記補正量に基づいて前記加工パラメータを変更する制御部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
  2.  前記結像性能変化推定部は、
     前記結像光学系の加工開始前からの結像点の位置の変化量を前記推定結像性能変化量として推定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ加工装置。
  3.  前記温度推定部は、
     前記光学部品の温度を時系列に複数の時点で推定するとともに、前記光学部品の温度を推定する際には、推定する時点より少なくとも1ステップ前の時点の前記光学部品の温度に基づいて前記光学部品の温度を推定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のレーザ加工装置。
  4.  前記温度推定部は、
     前記レーザ光のレーザ出力値が特定時間の間、特定値未満となる場合、前記温度センサが計測した前記温度情報を最新の温度情報に更新し、前記最新の温度情報と前記ビーム特性とに基づいて、前記推定温度を推定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  5.  前記レーザ加工の種類を示す加工種類情報に基づいて、前記推定結像性能変化量を補正する補正係数を決定する補正係数決定部をさらに備え、
     前記補正量算出部は、前記補正係数を用いて前記推定結像性能変化量を補正し、補正後の前記推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、前記補正量を算出する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  6.  前記加工種類情報は、被加工物の材質、前記被加工物の板厚、および前記レーザ加工に用いられる加工ガスの種類の少なくとも1つの情報を含んでいる、
     ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレーザ加工装置。
  7.  前記温度センサは、前記光学部品を把持する把持部に取り付けられている、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  8.  前記温度推定部は、第1の機械学習装置を有し、
     前記第1の機械学習装置は、
     前記温度情報のうちの第1の温度情報と前記ビーム特性のうちの第1のビーム特性とを含む第1の状態量を取得する第1のデータ取得部と、
     前記第1の状態量に基づいて前記推定温度を推定することを学習して第1の学習済みモデルを生成し、前記温度情報のうちの第2の温度情報と前記ビーム特性のうちの第2のビーム特性とを含む第2の状態量、および前記第1の学習済みモデルに基づいて、前記第2の状態量に対応する前記推定温度を推定する第1の学習部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  9.  前記熱レンズ推定部は、第2の機械学習装置を備え、
     前記第2の機械学習装置は、
     前記推定温度のうちの第1の推定温度を含む第3の状態量を取得する第2のデータ取得部と、
     前記第3の状態量に基づいて前記熱レンズ量を推定することを学習して第2の学習済みモデルを生成し、前記推定温度のうちの第2の推定温度を含む第4の状態量、および前記第2の学習済みモデルに基づいて、前記第4の状態量に対応する前記熱レンズ量を推定する第2の学習部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  10.  前記結像性能変化推定部は、第3の機械学習装置を備え、
     前記第3の機械学習装置は、
     前記熱レンズ量のうちの第1の熱レンズ量を含む第5の状態量を取得する第3のデータ取得部と、
     前記第5の状態量に基づいて前記推定結像性能変化量を推定することを学習して第3の学習済みモデルを生成し、前記熱レンズ量のうちの第2の熱レンズ量を含む第6の状態量、および前記第3の学習済みモデルに基づいて、前記第6の状態量に対応する前記推定結像性能変化量を推定する第3の学習部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  11.  前記補正量算出部は、第4の機械学習装置を備え、
     前記第4の機械学習装置は、
     前記推定結像性能変化量のうちの第1の推定結像性能変化量を含む第7の状態量を取得する第4のデータ取得部と、
     前記第7の状態量に基づいて前記補正量を推定することを学習して第4の学習済みモデルを生成し、前記推定結像性能変化量のうちの第2の推定結像性能変化量を含む第8の状態量、および前記第4の学習済みモデルに基づいて、前記第8の状態量に対応する前記補正量を推定する第4の学習部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載のレーザ加工装置。
  12.  加工ヘッドに配置された光学部品に照射されるレーザ光の第1の出力値と、前記加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサが計測した温度の情報である第1の温度情報とを含む第1の状態量を取得するデータ取得部と、
     前記第1の状態量に基づいて加工パラメータの補正量を推定することを学習して学習済みモデルを生成し、前記レーザ光の第2の出力値と、前記温度センサが計測した温度の情報である第2の温度情報とを含む第2の状態量、および前記学習済みモデルに基づいて、前記第2の状態量に対応する前記補正量を推定する学習部と、
     前記レーザ光を用いたレーザ加工を制御するとともに、前記レーザ加工中に前記補正量に基づいて前記加工パラメータを変更する制御部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
  13.  加工ヘッドに配置された光学部品に照射されるレーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出部と、
     前記加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサが計測した温度の情報である温度情報と、前記ビーム特性とに基づいて、前記光学部品の推定温度を推定する温度推定部と、
     前記推定温度に基づいて、前記光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定部と、
     前記熱レンズ量に基づいて前記加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定部と、
     前記推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータの補正量を算出する補正量算出部と、
     前記レーザ光を用いたレーザ加工を制御するとともに、前記レーザ加工中に前記補正量に基づいて前記加工パラメータを変更する制御部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする制御装置。
  14.  光学部品が配置された加工ヘッドから被加工物にレーザ光を照射して前記被加工物へのレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工部と、
     前記レーザ加工部を制御する加工制御部と、
     を有し、
     前記レーザ加工部は、
     前記レーザ光を発振するレーザ発振器と、
     前記加工ヘッド内に配置されて前記加工ヘッド内の温度を計測する温度センサと、
     を備え、
     前記加工制御部は、
     前記光学部品に照射される前記レーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出部と、
     前記温度センサが計測した温度の情報である温度情報と、前記ビーム特性とに基づいて、前記光学部品の推定温度を推定する温度推定部と、
     前記推定温度に基づいて、前記光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定部と、
     前記熱レンズ量に基づいて前記加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定部と、
     前記推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータの補正量を算出する補正量算出部と、
     前記レーザ光を用いた前記レーザ加工を制御するとともに、前記レーザ加工中に前記補正量に基づいて前記加工パラメータを変更する制御部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とするレーザ加工システム。
  15.  レーザ加工部が、光学部品が配置された加工ヘッドから被加工物にレーザ光を照射して前記被加工物へのレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工ステップと、
     加工制御部が、前記レーザ加工部を制御する加工制御ステップと、
     を含み、
     前記レーザ加工ステップは、
     レーザ発振器が、前記レーザ光を発振するレーザ発振ステップと、
     前記加工ヘッド内に配置された温度センサが、前記加工ヘッド内の温度を計測する温度計測ステップと、
     を含み、
     前記加工制御ステップは、
     前記加工制御部が、前記光学部品に照射される前記レーザ光のビーム特性を算出するビーム特性算出ステップと、
     前記加工制御部が、前記温度センサが計測した温度の情報である温度情報と、前記ビーム特性とに基づいて、前記光学部品の推定温度を推定する温度推定ステップと、
     前記加工制御部が、前記推定温度に基づいて、前記光学部品の熱レンズ量を推定する熱レンズ推定ステップと、
     前記加工制御部が、前記熱レンズ量に基づいて前記加工ヘッドの結像光学系の結像性能の加工開始前からの変化量である推定結像性能変化量を推定する結像性能変化推定ステップと、
     前記加工制御部が、前記推定結像性能変化量に基づいて、加工パラメータの補正量を算出する補正量算出ステップと、
     前記加工制御部が、前記レーザ光を用いた前記レーザ加工を制御するとともに、前記レーザ加工中に前記補正量に基づいて前記加工パラメータを変更する制御ステップと、
