Abstract
Procédé et système de soufflage et d'aspiration de saleté de cabine de meulage à jet d'eau basés sur un traitement des images, le procédé comprenant : des caméras de détection de matière étrangère (63) collectant des images de caractéristique de surface d'origine d'un rail et d'un lit de ballast, puis transmettant celles-ci à un système de traitement visuel de matière étrangère ; le système de traitement visuel de matière étrangère effectuant une extraction de point d'étalonnage et une mise en correspondance sur une image de modèle au moyen d'un module d'étalonnage de caméra pour obtenir des paramètres d'étalonnage ; importer les paramètres d'étalonnage dans un module de traitement des images et effectuer un prétraitement des images, et effectuer une restauration de transformation de coordonnées sur l'image prétraitée au moyen d'une matrice de paramètres d'étalonnage ; un module de reconnaissance et de localisation de corps étrangers effectuant une détection de corps étrangers sur le rail sur la base d'une mise en correspondance de modèles et d'un algorithme génétique, et acquérant des données de détection de matières étrangères de rail ; un module de traitement de données effectuant un stockage, une recherche et une analyse sur les données de détection de matière étrangère de rail et générant une solution de soufflage et d'aspiration de saleté ; et, selon un algorithme de détection visuelle, reconnaissant et localisant des informations de fixation de matière étrangère de chaque zone, et commandant de manière intelligente la résistance au soufflage et à l'aspiration de saleté de chaque zone, ce qui permet d'obtenir un nettoyage auto-adaptatif pour broyer des déchets et des salissures sur l'ensemble du rail.
