一种可折叠的密集架 技术领域
本发明涉及一种密集架,尤其涉及一种可折叠的密集架。
背景技术
密集架与传统书架、货架相比,具有空间利用率高、防护密封、方便管理等优势,因此,密集架的使用率愈来愈高,然而现有的农作物晾晒储存密集架不能够使得农作物更好的进行晾晒,并且不能够对掉落的种子进行收集。
申请公开号为CN203168509U折叠密集架,包括架身,架身内设置有2个以上的折叠单元,所述的折叠单元相互平行,通过底部的滑轮架设在架身的上方,使用时只需将最外面的单元拉出,使其顶板和侧板平放,该密集架结构简单,使用方便,然而该密集架不能够对农作物种子进行收集。
因此,现研发一种能够对农作物种子进行收集的可折叠的密集架。
发明内容
为了克服上述专利不能够对农作物种子进行收集的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种能够对农作物种子进行收集的可折叠的密集架。
技术方案:一种可折叠的密集架,包括有支撑架、第一固定柱、固定杆、第一主板、第二主板、折叠机构和收集机构,支撑架上侧设置有两个第一固定柱,两个第一固定柱之间转动式设置有固定杆,固定杆左侧转动式设置有第二主板,固定杆右侧转动式设置有第一主板,第一主板和第二主板前侧均设置有折叠机构,第一主板和第二主板前侧下部均设置有收集机构。
此外,特别优选的是,折叠机构包括有第二固定柱、第一转轴、第一把手、托板和限位板,第一主板和第二主板前侧均设置有四组第二固定柱,每组有两个第二固定柱,每组第二固定柱之间均转动式设置有第一转轴,第一转轴外侧 均设置有第一把手,第一转轴上均设置有两个托板,第一主板和第二主板前侧均设置有四组限位板,每组有两个限位板,限位板位于托板下侧。
此外,特别优选的是,收集机构包括有第一滑块、收集框和第二把手,第一主板和第二主板前侧下部均设置有两个第一滑块,相邻两个第一滑块之间均滑动式设置有收集框,收集框前侧均设置有第二把手。
此外,特别优选的是,还包括有定位机构,定位机构包括有第一转板、第二转板、第一滑杆、第一直线弹簧、第三转板、第三固定柱、第二转轴、摆杆和第四转板,第一转轴左右两侧均设置有第一转板,第一转板上均转动式设置有第二转板,第一主板和第二主板前侧均设置有四组第三固定柱,每组有两个第三固定柱,每组第三固定柱之间均转动式设置有第二转轴,第二转轴左右两侧均设置有第三转板,第三转板下侧均转动式设置有第一滑杆,第一滑杆下侧均与第二转板滑动式连接,第一滑杆上侧与第二转板上侧之间均设置有第一直线弹簧,第二转轴上均设置有第四转板,相邻两个托板内侧后部之间均转动式设置有摆杆,摆杆上侧均与第四转板左右两侧转动式连接。
此外,特别优选的是,还包括有张开机构,张开机构包括有第二滑杆、第二直线弹簧、直齿轮、齿条、第一扭簧、第四固定柱、第一卡块和第三直线弹簧,第一主板和第二主板前侧上部外侧均设置有第二滑杆,第二滑杆上均滑动式设置有齿条,齿条上侧与第二滑杆上侧之间均设置有第二直线弹簧,第一把手内侧均设置有直齿轮,直齿轮与齿条相互啮合,第一把手内侧与外部第二固定柱外侧之间均设置有第一扭簧,第一主板和第二主板前侧下部外侧均设置有第四固定柱,第四固定柱上均滑动式设置有第一卡块,右侧第一卡块前侧与第一主板前侧之间设置有第三直线弹簧,左侧第一卡块前侧与第二主板前侧之间也设置有第三直线弹簧。
此外,特别优选的是,还包括有锁定机构,锁定机构包括有限位环、第二滑块、第五固定柱、第三滑杆、第二卡块和第四直线弹簧,第一主板和第二主板上部内侧之间设置有限位环,第一主板和第二主板上部内侧均设置有第二滑块,第二滑块与限位环滑动式连接,限位环后侧设置有第五固定柱,第五固定柱左右两侧均滑动式设置有第三滑杆,第三滑杆前侧均设置有第二卡块,第二卡块与限位环滑动式连接,第二卡块后侧与第五固定柱前侧之间均设置有第四直线弹簧。

此外,特别优选的是,齿条下部均开有两个卡位槽。
有益效果为:1、本发明通过向前侧转动第一主板和第二主板,然后人们转动第一把手,使得托板向前侧转动展开,接着人们能够对大量捆绑好的农作物进行晾晒,然后收集框能够对掉落的农作物种子进行收集。
2、本发明通过转动第一把手,使得托板向前侧转动,进而使得第四转板向前侧转动,然后人们能够将捆绑好的农作物放置在托板和第四转板之间,如此能够对农作物进行定位限位;通过向下侧拉动齿条,使得直齿轮进行转动,进而使得托板能够一次性的全部向前侧转动展开。
3、本发明通过向后侧转动第一主板和第二主板,然后使得第二卡块能够对第二滑块起到限位作用,进而能够对第一主板和第二主板进行锁定限位;通过向左侧拉动限位块,能够使得第三转轴进行转动,进而使得第一主板和第二主板能够向后侧微微转动,接着人们释放限位块,如此能够对第一主板和第二主板起到限位作用。

如图1、图3和图4所示,折叠机构6包括有第二固定柱61、第一转轴62、第一把手63、托板64和限位板65,第一主板4和第二主板5前侧均设有四组第二固定柱61,每组有两个第二固定柱61,每组第二固定柱61之间均转动式连接有第一转轴62,第一转轴62外侧均设有第一把手63,第一把手63便于人们转动第一转轴62,第一转轴62上均设有两个托板64,托板64能够对晾晒的农作物起到支撑作用,第一主板4和第二主板5前侧均设有四组限位板65,每组有两个限位板65,限位板65位于托板64下侧,限位板65能够对托板64起到限位作用。
如图1和图5所示,收集机构7包括有第一滑块71、收集框72和第二把手73,第一主板4和第二主板5前侧下部均设有两个第一滑块71,相邻两个第一滑块71之间均滑动式连接有收集框72,第一滑块71能够对收集框72起到导向作用,收集框72能够对农作物类种子进行收集,收集框72前侧均设有第二把手73,第二把手73能够便于人们向前侧拉动收集框72。
当人们需要对大量农作物进行储存晾晒时,可用本密集架实现,初始时,托板64处于被折叠状态,第一主板4和第二主板5处于向后侧转动收纳状态,首先,人们将支撑架1放置在地面上,然后人们将第一主板4和第二主板5向前侧转动,接着人们转动第一把手63,第一把手63转动带动第一转轴62转动,然后使得托板64向前侧转动展开,限位板65能够对托板64起到限位作用,然后人们能够将捆绑好的农作物放置在托板64上,如此能够对大量捆绑好的农作物进行储存晾晒,晾晒过程中农作物的种子会向下侧掉落,收集框72能够对掉落的种子进行收集,晾晒完成后,人们将农作物取下,然后人们反向转动第一把手63复位,第一把手63反向转动带动第一转轴62反向转动,进而使得托板64向后侧转动折叠复位,然后人们向前侧拉动第二把手73,第二把手73向前 侧移动带动收集框72向前侧滑动,第一滑块71能够对收集框72起到导向作用,接着人们能够将收集框72内的种子进行收集储存,收集好后,人们向后侧推动第二把手73复位,使得收集框72向后侧滑动复位,然后人们向后侧转动第一主板4和第二主板5复位,重复以上操作能够便于人们对本密集架进行收纳放置,并且能够对大量的农作物进行储存晾晒,同时还能够对农作物晾晒过程中掉落的种子进行收集。

当人们对捆绑好的农作物进行晾晒时,初始时,托板64处于被折叠状态,第四转板89处于被折叠状态,首先人们转动第一把手63,使得第一转轴62进行转动,第一转轴62转动带动第一转板81转动,第一转板81转动使得第二转 板82向下侧移动,然后第一转轴62转动使得托板64向前侧转动展开,进而使得摆杆88向上侧移动,摆杆88向上侧移动带动第四转板89向上侧转动展开,第四转板89向前侧转动带动第二转轴87进行转动,然后使得第三转板85进行转动,第三转板85转动带动第一滑杆83向上侧移动,此时第一直线弹簧84被拉伸,然后人们能够将捆绑好的农作物放置在第四转板89和托板64之间,第四转板89能够对捆绑好的农作物进行限位,晾晒完成后,人们反向转动第一把手63,第一把手63反向转动带动第一转轴62反向转动,第一转轴62反向转动带动第一转板81反向转动复位,第一转板81反向转动使得第二转板82向上侧移动复位,然后第一滑杆83在第一直线弹簧84作用下向下侧移动复位,第二转板82能够对第一滑杆83起到导向作用,第一滑杆83向下侧移动带动第三转板85反向转动复位,第一转轴62反向转动带动托板64向后侧转动复位,托板64向后侧转动带动摆杆88向下侧移动复位,进而使得第四转板89向后侧转动复位,重复以上操作能够对捆绑好的农作物进行限位,防止农作物在晾晒过程在发生掉落的情况。

当人们需要使用本密集架时,初始时,第一主板4和第二主板5处于向后侧转动被收纳状态,首先,人们向后侧拉动第三滑杆104,第三滑杆104向后侧滑动带动第二卡块105向后侧移动,此时第四直线弹簧106被压缩,然后人们向前侧转动第一主板4和第二主板5,第一主板4和第二主板5向前侧转动带动第二滑块102向前侧滑动,限位环101能够对第二滑块102起到导向作用,当第二滑块102与第二卡块105分离时,人们释放第三滑杆104,然后第三滑杆104在第四直线弹簧106作用下向前侧滑动复位,第三滑杆104向前侧滑动带动第二卡块105向前侧移动复位,然后人们能够使用本密集架对农作物进行储存晾晒,使用完成后,人们向后侧转动第一主板4和第二主板5复位,第一主板4和第二主板5向后侧转动带动第二滑块102向后侧滑动,当第二滑块102与第二卡块105接触时,第二滑块102会向后侧推动第二卡块105,第二卡块105向后侧移动使得第三滑杆104向后侧滑动,此时第四直线弹簧106被压缩,接着 第二滑块102能够顺利滑到限位环101后侧,当第二滑块102与第二卡块105分离时,第三滑杆104在第四直线弹簧106作用下向前侧滑动复位,然后使得第二卡块105向前侧移动复位,接着第二卡块105能够对第二滑块102起到限位作用,重复以上操作能够对第一主板4和第二主板5进行锁定限位,防止第一主板4和第二主板5自行向前侧转动展开。

当人们需要调整储存农作物晾晒角度时,首先,人们将限位块116向左侧拉动,使得限位块116与第三卡块115脱离,此时第五直线弹簧118处于被拉伸状态,然后人们能够转动第三转轴111,第三转轴111转动带动棘轮112进行转动,棘轮112转动会使得第三卡块115向下侧转动,此时第二扭簧114被扭转,接着第三转轴111转动使得固定杆3进行转动,进而使得第一主板4和第 二主板5向后侧微微转动,如此能够使得农作物晾晒程度更佳,接着人们释放限位块116,然后限位块116在第五直线弹簧118作用下向右侧滑动复位,限位块116能够对第三卡块115起到限位作用,然后使得棘轮112无法转动,进而能够对固定杆3起到限位作用,晾晒完成后,人们向左侧拉动限位块116,使得第五直线弹簧118再次被拉伸,接着人们反向转动第三转轴111,第三转轴111反向转动带动棘轮112反向转动,棘轮112反向转动使得第三卡块115向上侧转动,此时第二扭簧114被扭转,接着第三转轴111反向转动带动固定杆3反向转动,进而使得第一主板4和第二主板5向前侧微微转动复位,限位柱119能够对第一主板4和第二主板5进行限位,接着人们释放限位块116,然后限位块116在第五直线弹簧118作用下向右侧滑动复位,重复以上操作能够根据阳光位置对第一主板4和第二主板5角度进行调整。
