本申请涉及美容设备技术领域,特别涉及一种美容仪。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高以及科技的发展,人们越来越注重对面部的护理,面部美容设备也越来越受到广泛的应用。
现有技术中,美容仪多为美容设备,不具有护肤品存储的功能,在使用美容仪的过程中,需要先用手将容器瓶中的护肤品涂在脸上,再拿起美容仪进行美容护理,导致使用较为不便。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种美容仪,旨在提高美容仪使用的便捷性。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种美容仪,包括:
壳体,所述壳体内形成有安装腔;
存储容器,所述存储容器设于所述壳体,并形成有用于存储护肤品的腔体;
涂抹按摩组件,所述涂抹按摩组件至少部分设于所述安装腔内,所述涂抹按摩组件具有涂抹按摩头,所述涂抹按摩头显露在所述壳体的外表面,并具有出料口,所述出料口与所述腔体之间形成有出料通道;以及
驱动组件,所述驱动组件至少部分设于所述安装腔内,用于驱使所述腔体内的护肤品通过所述出料通道流向所述出料口。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述存储容器具有连通所述腔体的进料口;所述驱动组件包括:
活塞,所述活塞设于所述腔体内;
驱动件,所述驱动件设于所述安装腔内,并与所述活塞传动连接,以驱动所述活塞朝向所述进料口运动,以将所述腔体内的护肤品通过所述进料口挤向所述出料通道。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述驱动件为气泵;所述活塞将所述腔体分隔成第一腔和第二腔,所述第一腔连通于所述进料口,并用于放置护肤品;

有益效果
本申请的美容仪,可通过存储容器的腔体来放置护肤品,在使用时,驱动组件工作,便可驱使腔体内的护肤品通过出料通道流向出料口,即可通过涂抹按摩头涂抹于用户的面部或颈部等位置,从而实现自动挤出护肤品的效果;之后,涂抹按摩组件工作,便可通过涂抹按摩头对用户的面部或颈部等位置进行美容护理,例如可实现振动按摩、加热、微电流、离子导出导入、红光照射等功能。因此,本申请的技术方案便实现了美容护理和护肤品存储二合一的功能,从而提高了美容仪使用的便捷性。

本申请提出一种美容仪100,旨在提高美容仪100使用的便捷性。
以下将就本申请美容仪100的具体结构进行说明:
结合参阅图1至图5,在本申请美容仪100的一实施例中,该美容仪100包括壳体10、存储容器30、涂抹按摩组件40以及驱动组件50;
壳体10内形成有安装腔;存储容器30设于壳体10,并形成有用于存储护肤品的腔体310;涂抹按摩组件40至少部分设于安装腔内,涂抹按摩组件40具有涂抹按摩头41,涂抹按摩头41显露在壳体10的外表面,并具有出料口410,出料口410与腔体310之间形成有出料通道61;驱动件52至少部分设于安装腔内,用于驱使腔体310内的护肤品通过出料通道61流向出料口410。
可以理解的是,本申请的美容仪100,可通过存储容器30的腔体310来放置护肤品,在使用时,驱动组件50工作,便可驱使腔体310内的护肤品通过出料通道61流向出料口410,即可通过涂抹按摩头41涂抹于用户的面部或颈部等位置,从而实现自动挤出护肤品的效果;之后,涂抹按摩组件40工作,便可通过涂抹按摩头41对用户的面部或颈部等位置进行美容护理,例如可实现振动按摩、加热、微电流、离子导出导入、红光照射等功能。因此,本申请的技术方案便实现了美容护理和护肤品存储二合一的功能,从而提高了美容仪100使用的便捷性。
需要说明的是,涂抹按摩组件40可以根据需要将振动按摩、加热、微电流、离子导出导入、红光照射等功能做不同的组合或增加其他功能的组合,例如,可增加射频、制冷、蓝光等功能。
在一实施例中,美容仪100可以包括导管60,导管60内形成有出料通道61;并且,导管60可以为注塑直通件,也可以为软管,具体可以根据安装空间、安装的便捷性上进行灵活选择。当然,在其他实施例中,出料通道61也可以为壳体10的内壁所形成的通道;而为了便于各个结构的安装拆卸,可以选择使用导管60的方式来形成出料通道61。
在一实施例中,当导管60为注塑直通件时,导管60可以包括相连接的第一管体和第二管体,第一管体和第二管体沿腔体310至出料口410的方向依次排布,为了使护肤品更加顺利地由腔体310向出料口410输送,可以使第一管体的内径大于第二管体的内径。
并且,结合参阅图5,为了保证驱动件52的安装稳定性,可以使壳体10包括外壳11和安装座12,外壳11内形成安装腔,安装座12设置在安装腔内,涂抹按摩组件40安装在外壳11上,驱动组件50至少部分安装在安装座12上。
在一实施例中,可以在壳体10的顶部和底部分别开设有第一开口和第二开口,涂抹按摩头41可以通过第一开口而显露在壳体10的外表面,存储容器30可以设置在壳体10的底部,并使存储容器30至少部分穿设在壳体10的第二开口处;当然在其他实施例中,也可以根据实际的使用需求来设置涂抹按摩组件40、存储容器30以及壳体10的位置。
进一步地,结合参阅图2、图4和图5,在一实施例中,存储容器30具有连通腔体310的进料口321;驱动组件50包括活塞51和驱动件52;活塞51设于腔体310内;驱动件52设于安装腔内,并与活塞51传动连接,以驱动活塞51朝向进料口321运动,以将腔体310内的护肤品通过进料口321挤向出料通道61。
如此设置,驱动件52工作,便可驱动活塞51朝向进料口321运动,以将存储容器30中腔体310内的护肤品通过进料口321挤向至出料通道61,进而通过出料通道61导向至涂抹按摩头41的出料口410,以实现自动挤出护肤品的效果。
在一实施例中,存储容器30可以具有连接套筒,进料口321形成在连接套筒内,导管60远离出料口410的一端可以套设于连接套筒,以保证导管60的安装稳定性。
在实际应用过程中,驱动件52可以为气泵,以通过气压的方式带动活塞51运动;或者,驱动件52也可以为气缸,以通过气缸的伸缩杆带动活塞51运动。
进一步地,结合参阅图2,在一实施例中,驱动件52为气泵;活塞51将腔体310分隔成第一腔310a和第二腔310b,第一腔310a连通于进料口321,并用于放置护肤品;存储容器30具有气管33,气管33的一端连通于气泵,气管33的另一端依次贯穿第一腔310a、活塞51以及第二腔310b,并连通于第二腔310b,气泵提供气流,以使气流依次流经气管33和第二腔310b后向活塞51提供动力而驱动活塞51朝向进料口321运动。
如此设置,气泵工作,便可向气管33内提供气流,以通过气管33将气流送至位于活塞51底部的第二腔310b,以使第二腔310b内的气压增大,从而压力的作用下向活塞51提供动力而推着活塞51往上走,即可驱动活塞51朝向进料口321运动,便可将第一腔310a内的护肤品向进料口321挤出。
需要说明的是,气管33具体可以为注塑直通管体,以通过一体注塑的方式连接在存储容器30内,具体地,气管33靠近存储容器30底部的一端可以开设有连通第二腔310b的气孔,以使气管33内的气流通过该气孔流向第二腔310b;或者,气管33也可以为软管。
在一实施例中,为了保证第二腔310b内气压的稳定性,以保证向活塞51提供的动力平衡,可以将气管33设置在存储容器30的中部,如此,由气管33流出的气流便可充分扩散至第二腔310b的各个角落。
进一步地,结合参阅图4和图5,在一实施例中,美容仪100还包括泄压阀70,泄压阀70设于安装腔内,用于对气管33泄压。
如此设置,在气泵开始工作时,泄压阀70关闭,以通过气泵向气管33内提供气流,进而气压的作用下驱动活塞51运动;在气泵停止工作时,泄压阀70开启,以释放气管33的压力,使得气管33和第二腔310b内的压力与大气压保持平衡,此时,活塞51停止运动,从而可防止第一腔310a内的护肤品意外泄露。
并且,为了保证泄压阀70的安装稳定性,可以将泄压阀70安装在壳体10的安装座12上。
进一步地,为了使泄压阀70顺利地连通于气管33,以对气管33进行泄压,结合参阅图4,在一实施例中,美容仪100还可以包括泄气管80,以使泄压阀70通过泄气管80对气管33泄压。
具体地,泄压管可以为软管,以便于泄压管的安装。
结合参阅图8,在另一实施例中,还可以在安装腔内设置有电磁阀130,以在电磁阀130和气泵的作用下精准控制护肤品的流量。
在一实施例中,结合参阅图4,气管33可以由连接接头331、安装套筒332以及气流管体333构成,其中,连接接头331的一端套设于气泵的供气口,安装套筒332的一端插设于连接接头331的另一端,气流管体333的一端套设在安装套筒332背离连接接头331的一端,且连接接头331的两端之间开设有连通口,泄压管通过连通口连通于气管33。在本实施例中,连接接头331位于壳体10的安装腔内,安装套筒332穿设在过渡盖32上,气流管体333位于腔体310内。
进一步地,结合参阅图2、图4和图5,在一实施例中,存储容器30包括容器本体31和过渡盖32;过渡盖32盖设于容器本体31,并与容器本体31围合形成腔体310,容器本体31通过过渡盖32可拆卸地连接于壳体10。
如此设置,当容器本体31内的护肤品使用完后,可通过过渡盖32将容器本体31拆下,便可将装有新的护肤品的容器本体31通过过渡盖32装设到壳体10的底部,从而使除了存储容器30之外的其他结构可以得到重复使用,以达到环保和节约成本的目的。
在实际应用过程中,过渡盖32可以通过螺旋的方式可拆卸地安装在壳体10上;或者,过渡盖32也可以通过卡接、螺钉等方式可拆卸地安装在壳体10上,具体可根据实际的使用情况而定。
具体地,结合参阅图10和图11,在将容器本体31安装在壳体10之前,可在容器本体31上安装有服务盖140,以防止容器本体31内的护肤品与空气接触而发生氧化,在使用时,可首先将服务盖140打开,再将容器本体31通过过渡盖32装设到壳体10的底部。
在一实施例中,结合参阅图10,容器本体31可以为敞口的结构,即容器本体31的顶部具有开口,如此,便可将活塞51由容器本体31顶部的开口位置装入腔体310内;或者,结合参阅图11,容器本体31也可以为敞底的结构,即容器本体31的顶部具有开口,如此,便可将活塞51由容器本体31底部的开口位置装入腔体310内,在该实施例中,容器本体31包括上壳311和底盖312,上壳311的底部具有开口,底盖312盖设在上壳311的底部。

在一实施例中,当出料通道61在导管60内形成时,可使导管60远离进料口321的一端直接穿过颈部件42并插设在涂抹按摩头41的出料口410处,便可充分利用颈部件42内部的空间,以增加结构的紧凑性。
在一实施例中,结合参阅图2,为了保证导管60与颈部件42之间的安装稳定性,可以在颈部件42的内壁上凸设有抵接块423,抵接块423抵接于导管60的外侧壁,以对导管60进行限位,从而防止在搬运或使用过程中,导管60相对颈部件42发生晃动、偏移等情况。

如此设置,导管60便可依次穿设于第三出口、第二出口以及第一出口,以通过出料口410导出护肤品;并且,发热件工作时,便可使涂抹按摩头41实现加热的功能,具体可加速血液循环和打开毛孔,具体地,发热片412的内部装设有温度传感器,能够准确地控制发热片412的温度;灯板414工作时,可发出红光、蓝灯等光线,光线便可通过透光件413向外射出,以照射至用户的面部或颈部等位置;振动马达415工作,便可使涂抹按摩头41产生振动,而实现振动按摩的功能。

在一实施例中,颈部件42内设有连接板421,连接板421位于灯板414与振动马达415之间,并固定连接于颈部件42的内侧壁;其中,连接板421背向灯板414的一侧具有腔体310,振动马达415安装在腔体310内,连接板421面向灯板414的一侧具有第一连接孔,涂抹头411的内侧凸设有连接部,连接部依次穿过发热件和灯板414,连接部朝向连接板421的端面具有第二连接孔,使用连接件422穿设于第一连接孔并插设于第二连接孔,即可将涂抹按摩头41固定在颈部件42上。
并且,振动马达415产生振动后可依次通过连接板421、连接件422以及连接部传递至涂抹头411,便可通过涂抹按摩头41实现振动按摩的功能。
并且,为了进一步保证导管60与颈部件42之间的安装稳定性,连接板421和抵接块423可以分设在导管60背对的两侧,并且连接板421靠近导管60的一侧抵接于导管60的外侧壁,如此,便可在抵接块423和连接板421的作用下充分将导管60限位固定在颈部件42内。
进一步地,结合参阅图3和图7,在一实施例中,透光件413与安装口的内壁之间设有第一密封圈43;如此设置,便可通过第一密封圈43来增加透光件413与安装口的内壁之间的密封强度,以防止在使用过程中涂抹头411上的护肤品通过透光件413与安装口的内壁之间的间隙渗入至发热片412或灯板414处,而造成零部件的损坏。
进一步地,结合参阅图3和图7,在一实施例中,涂抹头411与透光件413之间设有第二密封圈44;如此设置,同样的,便可通过第二密封圈44来增加涂抹头411与透光件413之间的密封强度,以防止在使用过程中涂抹头411上的护肤品通过涂抹头411与透光件413之间的间隙渗入至发热片412或灯板414处,而造成零部件的损坏。
进一步地,结合参阅图3,在一实施例中,所述美容仪100还包括罩体20,罩体20罩设于壳体10,并罩设于显露在壳体10外表面的涂抹按摩组件40;罩体20的内壁凸设有密封块21,密封块21插设或压紧于出料口410;如此设置,在不使用时,罩体20罩设在壳体10的顶部,此时,罩体20上的密封块21将插入或压紧在出料口410处,从而可避免腔体310内的护肤品因接触氧气而变质,同时还可防止在倒置状态时,在重力的作用下使得腔体310内的护肤品通过出料口410渗出;而在使用时,通过将罩体20打开,即可将密封块21由出料口410中拔出或开放出料口410,此时,护肤品便可通过出料口410流出;因此,由于在使用状态下,出料口410处无阻挡,从而便可适用于各种粘度的护肤品。
结合参阅图7和图8,在另一实施例中,出料口410插设有伞形阀90;如此设置,通过在出料口410处插设有伞形阀90,在导管60倒出护肤品时,便可使护肤品沿着涂抹头411的涂抹面均匀散发开,从而防止护肤品直接沿出料口410爆冲出去,并且,伞形阀90在一定程度上还可以起到密封的作用,从而可防止腔体310内的护肤品因接触氧气而变质以及因消费者使用而被污染。
并且,结合参阅图9,在再一实施例中,为了进一步提高对出料口410的密封性,还可以在伞形阀90上盖设有硅胶垫22,以通过硅胶垫22来加强密封。
进一步地,结合参阅图2、图5、图6、图8,在一实施例中,美容仪100还包括电源模块110和控制模块120,电源模块110和控制模块120均设于安装腔内,电源模块110电连接于控制模块120,控制模块120通信连接于涂抹按摩组件40和/或驱动组件50。
如此设置,通过电源模块110可向控制模块120供电,并且可通过控制模块120控制涂抹按摩组件40和驱动组件50工作。
具体地,电源模块110可以为可充电的电池。控制模块120可由主控板、充电口、按键以及指示灯构成,其中,主控板上设有微控制单元和实现相应功能的电子元器件,通过电子元器件与控制程序的搭配可实现特定的功能,例如,可通过长按一下电源键启动,并可点动电源键以切换至所需的功能,然后按压出料键,延时一定时间便可以连续泵出护肤品,延时的目的是为了防止工作时误触出料键而造成意外泵出,再次按压出料键,便可控制停止出料;充电口可以与主控板连成一体也可以分开设置,以通过充电口为电池充电;使用美容仪100时可以按需要切换不同的功能,比如,出料指示灯亮,挤出护肤品涂抹在用户的面部或颈部等位置便可以开始美容护理;振动马达415指示灯亮,振动马达415开始工作,同时发热片412开始加热,且涂抹头411采用易导热导电的材料,以帮助热量和电流的传导,配合振动按摩便可促进皮肤对护肤品的吸收;导入指示灯亮,离子导入开启工作,便可将护肤品中含正离子或负离子的营养成分,通过作为正极或负极的涂抹头411导入皮肤深层,以达到更好的吸收和美容效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种美容仪,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内形成有安装腔;
    存储容器,所述存储容器设于所述壳体,并形成有用于存储护肤品的腔体;
    涂抹按摩组件,所述涂抹按摩组件至少部分设于所述安装腔内,所述涂抹按摩组件具有涂抹按摩头,所述涂抹按摩头显露在所述壳体的外表面,并具有出料口,所述出料口与所述腔体之间形成有出料通道;以及
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件至少部分设于所述安装腔内,用于驱使所述腔体内的护肤品通过所述出料通道流向所述出料口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的美容仪,其中,所述存储容器具有连通所述腔体的进料口;所述驱动组件包括:
    活塞,所述活塞设于所述腔体内;
    驱动件,所述驱动件设于所述安装腔内,并与所述活塞传动连接,以驱动所述活塞朝向所述进料口运动,以将所述腔体内的护肤品通过所述进料口挤向所述出料通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的美容仪,其中,所述驱动件为气泵;所述活塞将所述腔体分隔成第一腔和第二腔,所述第一腔连通于所述进料口,并用于放置护肤品;
    所述存储容器具有气管,所述气管的一端连通于所述气泵,所述气管的另一端依次贯穿所述第一腔、所述活塞以及所述第二腔,并连通于所述第二腔,所述气泵提供气流,以使所述气流依次流经所述气管和所述第二腔后向所述活塞提供动力而驱动所述活塞朝向所述进料口运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的美容仪,其中,所述美容仪还包括泄压阀,所述泄压阀设于所述安装腔内,用于对所述气管泄压。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的美容仪,其中,所述存储容器包括:
    容器本体;和
    过渡盖,所述过渡盖盖设于所述容器本体,并与所述容器本体围合形成所述腔体,所述容器本体通过所述过渡盖可拆卸地连接于所述壳体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的美容仪,其中,所述涂抹按摩组件包括:
    颈部件,所述颈部件设于所述安装腔内,所述颈部件的顶部开设有安装口;和
    所述涂抹按摩头,所述涂抹按摩头盖设于所述安装口。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的美容仪,其中,所述涂抹按摩头包括:
    涂抹头,所述涂抹头盖设于所述安装口,并具有第一出口;
    发热片,所述发热片设于所述涂抹头的内侧,并具有第二出口;
    透光件,所述透光件设于所述涂抹头与所述安装口的内壁之间,并环绕所述涂抹头设置;
    灯板,所述灯板设于所述发热片的背向所述涂抹头的一侧,并具有第三出口;
    振动马达,所述振动马达设于所述灯板的背向所述发热片的一侧;
    其中,所述第一出口、所述第二出口以及所述第三出口构成所述出料口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的美容仪,其中,所述透光件与所述安装口的内壁之间设有第一密封圈;
    和/或,所述涂抹头与所述透光件之间设有第二密封圈。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的美容仪,其中,所述美容仪还包括罩体,所述罩体罩设于所述壳体,并罩设于显露在所述壳体外表面的所述涂抹按摩组件;所述罩体的内壁凸设有密封块,所述密封块插设或压紧于所述出料口;
    或者,所述出料口插设有伞形阀。
  10. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的美容仪,其中,所述美容仪还包括导管,所述导管内形成有所述出料通道;
    且/或,所述壳体包括外壳和安装座,所述外壳内形成有所述安装腔,所述安装座设于所述安装腔内,所述涂抹按摩组件连接于所述外壳,所述驱动组件至少部分连接于所述安装座;
    且/或,所述美容仪还包括电源模块和控制模块,所述电源模块和所述控制模块均设于所述安装腔内,所述电源模块电连接于所述控制模块,所述控制模块通信连接于所述涂抹按摩组件和/或所述驱动组件。
