本申请技术方案提出的一种带包装容器的美容仪,包括:壳体、按摩组件以及包装容器;壳体内设有出液通道;按摩组件设置在所述壳体内,包括涂抹头、控温器、隔热件、连接件以及振动器,涂抹头设有出液管腔,出液管腔与出液通道连通,涂抹头依次与控温器、连接件连接,振动器与连接件连接;包装容器与壳体连接,与出液通道连通。出液通道将包装容器的内容物输送到涂抹头顶部,启动振动器,控温器开始工作,对涂抹头进行加热处理,加热后的涂抹头温度比皮肤温度要高(通常为41-43℃),在振动和温度的共同作用下,可以让毛孔松驰张开,促进皮肤对乳液的吸收。涂抹好后,控温器制冷,以收缩毛孔,锁住营养,让皮肤更加紧致,增强美容效果。使按摩功能多样化,更好的满足用户的美容需求。隔热器置于控温器的外周且介于涂抹头与连接件之间,用于阻隔冷端和热端的热量相互传导,提高控温器的工作能效的同时给用户更好的使用体验。

针对现有技术中带包装容器的美容仪美容功能单一的问题。
本申请提出一种带包装容器的美容仪。
在本申请实施例中,如图1所示,本申请提出的带包装容器30的美容仪,包括壳体10、按摩组件20以及包装容器30;其中壳体10用于为按摩组件20提供一个良好的安装环境,表面光滑,方便人手拿持;壳体10内设有出液通道105,用于内容物传输;按摩组件20设置在所述壳体10内,包括涂抹头201、控温器202、隔热件205、连接件203以及振动器204,其中涂抹头201固定安装在壳体10的上端,涂抹头201设有出液管腔2013,出液管腔2013与出液通道105连通,涂抹头201依次与控温器202、隔热件205、以及连接件203连接,振动器204与连接件203连接,包装容器30与壳体10连接且与出液通道105连通,用于给涂抹头201提供内容物,能有效解决美容仪与化妆品包装容器30的物理分离而导致的使用不便问题。该内容物可以是乳液、精华液或是其他液体,本实施例中以乳液为例。工作时,挤压包装容器30,出液通道105将包装容器30的乳液输送到涂抹头201顶部,启动振动器204,控温器202(在本实施例中,控温器202具有加热和制冷功能,在其他实施例中,控温器202可以是单独的制热功能或制冷功能或加热和制冷功能。)开始工作,控温器202对涂抹头201进行加热处理,连接件203(在本实施例中,连接件203具有散热功能,在其他实施例中,连接件203可以没有或有散热功能)同时进行散热处理,防止机体内温度过高,损坏内部元件;加热后的涂抹头201温度比皮肤温度要高(通常为41-43℃),在振动和温度的共同作用下,可以让毛孔松驰张开,促进皮肤对乳液的吸收。涂抹好乳液后,控温器202制冷,以收缩毛孔,锁住营养,让皮肤更加紧致,增强美容效果。使按摩功能多样化,更好的满足用户的美容需求。而隔热器205置于控温器202的外周并与壳体10的壳壁连接,在控温器202进行工作时能阻止冷端与热端相互传导热量,提高温控器工作能效。
在一实施例中,连接件203为散热块,作为一种可选的实施方式,散热块采用比热容较大、有足够质量的材料,以传导、临时储存和散发控温器202在加热/制冷时所产生的部分冷/热量,可以延长设备的工作时间。散热块可以选用如铝、铝合金、锌合金、铜、铁、不锈钢等材料,或者以上任意一种或几种材料与相变材料配合使用,在此不一一限定。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,连接件203可以没有散热功能,只是一个连接支架。此时,从便于生产考虑,连接件203可以和壳体10一体成型设置,在此不一一限定。
在一实施例中,隔热件205至少部分设于壳体10内。即,隔热件205可以是全部隐藏容置在壳体10内,也可以是部分或是全部裸露在壳体10外,在此不一一限定。在本实施例中,如图1所示,为达到一个较好的散热效果,而隔热件205为一圆环状,置于壳体10的上端处的外周壁包括沿壳体10厚度方向的第一周壁1011和第二周壁1012,第一周壁1011和第二周壁1012之间形成有台阶面1013,隔热件205套设在壳体10的第一周壁1011上,且隔热件205的底端抵接承载在台阶面1013上,使得隔热件205的外周壁直接位于壳体10外,能达到更好的隔热效果。
当然,在其他实施例中,隔热件205也可以直接容置在壳体10内,使得隔热件205的外周壁与壳体10的内壁贴合设置也是可行的。
为达到更好的隔热效果,隔热件205可以选用塑料、硅胶及其它导热系数低的材料,在此不一一限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,振动器204采用偏心振动马达,该马达尺寸小,重量轻,节省安装空间,使机体结构更加紧凑。
在一实施例中,如图1,涂抹头201包括涂抹面2011和安装面2012,出液管腔2013贯穿于涂抹面2011与安装面2012,且与出液通道105联通,用于将容器内的内容传输到涂抹头201的涂抹面2011上;安装面2012设有安装凹槽,安装凹槽处设有螺丝孔和塞柱,涂抹头201和连接件203通过设置在他们连接面上的螺丝孔和塞柱配合连接进行固定,该连接方式使各结构配合更紧凑,美观。控温器202固定在安装凹槽中,用于给涂抹头201加热或制冷。
进一步的,隔热件205为一内部中空的环状,包括相互连接的第一部分和第二部分,第一部分的外周壁和第二部分的外周壁具有阶梯面,安装时,隔热件205的第一部分卡装入涂抹头201的安装凹槽内,涂抹头201的下端与阶梯面相抵接,隔热件205的第二部分套设在壳体10的第一周壁1011上,以将涂抹头201固定安装在壳体10的上端。使美容仪结构更紧凑的同时隔热效果更好,进一步提升温控器的工作能效。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,控温器202可以是半导体芯片,利用珀尔贴效应原理来对涂抹头201进行加热和制冷。
进一步的,连接件203与涂抹头201连接处设置成向下倾斜面。作为一种可选的实施方式,该倾斜面可以设置在45度左右,涂抹头201与连接件203倾斜面垂直固定连接,使涂抹头201与连接件203的倾斜面角度保持一致。相应的,壳体10的上端面也倾斜设置,使得涂抹头201位于壳体10外,这样设置能使涂抹头201更好地贴合人体的脸部和眼袋,使涂抹头201可以作用的部位更多,更精确。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,连接件203与涂抹头201的连接面可以与水平面平行,也可以是倾斜向上设置,在此不一一限定。
在一实施例中,带包装容器30的美容仪还包括控制组件40。控制组件40设置在壳体10内,与按摩组件20连接,用于控制按摩组件20的运行,根据用户需求设置相应的按摩功能。控制组件40包括电池仓401、主控电路板402以及电池403,电池403容置在电池仓401里,为整个带包装容器的美容仪提供动力电源,电池403与主控电路板402、振动器204以及控温器202电性连接。电池仓401的一侧设有上下两个塞柱,主控电路板402设有与塞柱配合的孔,主控电路板402固定在电池仓401带有塞柱的侧面上,且主控电路板402安装在控制面板404和电池仓401之间,并与控制面板404相接触,节约安装空间,更便于按键操作,内部不需要额外接线,结构更简单。
进一步的,主控电路板402上设有为控制单元和实现相应功能的电子元器件,可过一定的控制程序实现射频、微电流、超声波、离子导入导出、红光、蓝光等功能。也可以根据用户的需求,将上述功能做不同的组合,在结构上做一些细微变化,达到不同的使用目的。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图3所示,该电池403可以是充电电池,且设置有一充电口405,充电口405设置在电池仓401下面,与控制面板404设置在同一平面上,看起来更加美观,作为另一种可选的实施方式,充电口405也可以直接与主控电路板相连,在此不一一限定。
在一实施例中,壳体10包括上壳体101、下壳体102以及内壳体103,按摩组件20安装于上壳体101且涂抹头201伸出上壳体101的上端,连接件203容置于上壳体101内且连接件203与所述上壳体101一体成型设置;内壳体103上端与上壳体101固定连接,内壳体103下端与包装容器30连接;内壳体103容纳有控制组件40,内壳体103远离控制组件40的一侧设有出液通道105;下壳体102套设于内壳体103,且下壳体102的外壁设有控制面板安装位,供控制面板安装。
需要说明的是,连接件203可以是一个单独的配件,安装在上壳体101,用于支撑温控器和传导温控器的热量。连接件203也可以是与上壳体101一体成型,在此不一一限定。
在一实施方式中,如图3所示,壳体10包括上壳体101、下壳体102以及内壳体103,上壳体101的下端开设有一个螺栓安装孔,相应的涂抹头201、控温器202、隔热件205、以及连接件203自上而下依次连接,且均开设有通孔,将涂抹头201、控温器202、隔热件205、以及连接件203依次装设与上壳体101内时,他们的通孔在同一竖直中心线上,使用螺钉70依次穿过上壳体101的螺栓安装孔、连接件203、隔热件205、控温器202以及涂抹头201上的通孔以将按摩组件20通过螺钉70固定安装在上壳体101内,使得按摩组件20的各部件的连接更加稳固,按摩仪在使用是或者拿取时,按摩组件20的各部件也不会发生偏移,整个按摩组件的结构更稳定。下壳体102套设在内壳体103外,此时内壳体103和下壳体102之间具有供上壳体101的侧壁插入的间隙,上壳体101与内壳体103固定连接后,上壳体101的下端周壁卡入内壳体103和下壳体102之间,使他们侧壁所具有的螺丝孔在同一水平线上一一对齐,通过螺丝60或螺钉70依次穿过上壳体101以及内壳体103所预留的螺丝孔将其固定连接在一起,此连接结构简单,且壳体10外不会有明显的连接痕迹,看起来更加美观,壳体10之间不会产生相对晃动,内部结构更稳定。且上壳体101和内壳体103连接处预留振动器204的安装孔,用于安装振动器204,内壳体103与上壳体101的连接端凸设有一凸块,该凸块与振动器204相抵,将振动器204限位内壳体103和上壳体101之间。且振动器204工作时传递一部分力至内壳体103,给机体一个减震功能,降低机体在工作时的晃动幅度,用户使用时握持更方便。
在一实施例中,出液通道105包括相互连通的第一通道1051和第二通道1052,第一通道1051设于上壳体101内且与出液管腔2013连通,第二通道1052设于内壳体103且与包装容器30连通。
在一实施方式中,第一通道1051可以是置于上壳体101且贯穿上壳体101上下两端的直通道,第一通道1051可以是直接与出液管腔2013相连通,也可以是通过一个连通件连通,在此不一一限定。在本实施例中,为使该美容仪的内部结构更紧凑,第一通道1051为直通道,且第一通道1051与出液管腔2013设置在同一中心线上,在上壳体101上的第一通道1051能刚好插入涂抹头201的出液管腔2013中,使出液通道105在输送内容物给涂抹头201时,中途不会发生内容物泄漏问题。
在一实施例中,第一通道1051与第二通道1052设置于同一中心线上,第一通道1051与第二通道1052相互对接以连通;或上壳体101还包括转接件50,转接件50插设于第一通道1051,转接件50的一端与出液管腔2013连通,转接件50的另一端与第二通道1052远离包装容器30的一端连通。
在一实施方式中,第一通道1051与第二通道1052的中心线可以是在同一中心线上,即第一通道1051与第二通道1052相互对接以连通形成该出液通道105也是可行的。而在实际生产过程中,由于该带包装容器的美容仪在生产过程中,内壳体103内需要安装有控制组件,相比于上壳体101而言内壳体103的内部需要安装的空间较大,体积较大。而为了给美容仪的其他零配件预留安装空间,通常将出液通道105设置在内壳体103的一侧,此时第一通道1051和第二通道1052的中心线不在同一中心线上,为了将包装容器30内的内容物通过出液通道105输送至涂抹头201,可以通过转接件50将第一通道1051和第二通道1052连通。其中转接件50包括本体,本体上开设有上下两个开口,本体内部具有连通上下两个开口的内部通道,上开口与第一通道1051的下端抵接连通,转接件50的下开口与第二通道1052的上端连接,以使第二通道1052内的内容物从转接件50的下开口进入,从转接件50的上开口进入到第一通道1051内,完成内容物传输。且转接件50的本体的侧壁凸设有一凸块,该凸块上开设有通孔,螺栓穿过该凸块通孔将转接件50固定在上壳体101的下端。
需要说明的是,考虑到上壳体101内安装的零配件多,为防止内容物从第一通道1051渗出,造成按摩组件20损坏,在本实施例中,转接件50的本体上端开口向上延伸形成一内部中空管,该中空管插设于第一通道1051内与涂抹头201的出液通道105连通,使其达到连通效果的同时,自包装容器30内传递至涂抹头201的内容物在传递过程中不会渗漏,起到更好的输料效果。
进一步的,下壳体102的外壁预留有控制面板安装口,控制面板404透过外壁的控制面板安装口置于下壳体102外表面上,方便用户控制设备启停。
在一实施例中,如图3和图4所示,控制面板404上设有电源开关,制冷键。当用户需要使用带包装容器的美容仪时,长按电源开关4041,电源开启,电路连通,作为一种可选的实施方式,电源开关处设置一个显示灯,当电源开启连通后,显示灯接通亮红光,可以让用户清楚的感知到设备工作状态。此时振动器204开始工作,带动涂抹头201振动,控温器202开始加热,当达到主控电路板402设置的最高温度(通常为43℃)后,停止或减缓加热,低于最低温度(通常为41℃),启动或加速加热,同时安装在主控电路板402上的微电流芯片在电路连通后开始工作,将微电流传递到涂抹面2011上,微电流可以刺激脸部肌肉,使美容效果更好。进一步的,挤出内容物开始美容按摩,当涂抹完成后,按一下制冷键,作为一种可选的实施方式,制冷键处设置一个显示灯,当电源开启连通后,显示灯接通亮蓝光,可以让用户清楚的感知到设备工作状态。此时,温控器201接收到控制组件40发送制冷信号,开始制冷,此时用户按摩处受冷,毛孔收缩,能锁住锁住营养,让皮肤更加紧致,增强美容效果。进一步的,当电池用完后,用户可以通过充电口405对设备进行充电,相应的,充电时电源灯慢闪烁,充电完成后,电源灯停止闪烁,方便用户感知充电状态,使用中若达到设定的低电量值,电源灯快闪烁,以提醒电量状态。作为一种可选的实施方式,充电口405设置成type-c接口,可以使充电更方便,需要说明的是,充电口405设置成其他类型的充电口也是可行的。
在一实施例中,包装容器30设有容器出口,容器出口与壳体10可拆卸连接,容器出口与出液通道105连通,方便将包装容器30里面的内容物传输给涂抹头201。当包装容器30内的内容物用完后,可以拆卸下来进行内容物补充或者更换包装容器30,可以多次利用达到环保节约的目的。内壳体103下端也可以设置成插拔式连接口用于与包装容器30连接。
作为一种可选的实施方式,包装容器30为可挤压式软管,当受到外力挤压时能够容易将内含的内容物通过出液通道105输送至涂抹头201,作为另一种可选的实施方式,只要包装能够输送内容物给涂抹头201,使用其他形状材质的容器也是可行的。需要说明的是,其它形式的分配方式(例如泵出方式),都是可行的。
进一步的,贯穿于包装容器30部分、壳体10及涂抹头201的内容物出液通道105,能够将包装容器30的内容物顺利送达涂呈现在涂抹头201的涂抹面2011,本通道巧妙地设置在产品的一侧,以留出空间布局其它组件,同时使涂抹头201上的出液管腔2013也设置在边缘,不仅增加美观,而且与中央出料口相比,涂抹分配操作更加精准和便利。需要说明的是,其它形式的内容物传输方式(例如通过软管),也是可行的。
在一实施例中,上壳体101套设有壳盖104,壳盖104与上壳体101可拆卸连接,上壳体101的外周壁凸设有凸筋1014,壳盖104的下端面搭设于凸筋1014且与下壳体102的上端相抵接,所述凸筋1014的上表面为水平面或倾斜面。即盖体与下壳体102的连接面可以是一个平面,也可以是一个倾斜面,盖体的形状更多,可以盖设的更加稳固。
在一实施方式中,上壳体101套设有壳盖104,所述壳盖104与上壳体101的外周壁凸设有凸筋1014相抵接,或卡扣连接可拆卸固定。壳盖104可以将涂抹头201保护起来,延长其使用寿命。作为一种可选的实施方式,壳盖104和下壳体102为卡入式插拔连接,方便壳盖104取下或固定。
在一实施例中,连接件203卡接于上壳体101内,或连接件203与上壳体101一体成型。
在本实施例中,连接件203与上壳体101一体成型设置,即连接件203可以是部分安装在上壳体101内,并与上壳体一体成型,使得整个按摩仪的生产更加简单方便,组装更加简单。当连接件203为散热块,需要对控温仪202进行散热时,可以将整个上壳体101都当成散热块,使得控温仪202工作时产生的温度能通过连接件203同时进行散热处理,而因为连接件203为上壳体101一体成型设置,周壁直接与外界空气接触,散热效率更高,有效防止机体内温度过高,损坏内部元件。
在其他实施例中,连接件203可以是卡接于上壳体101内,上壳体101远离下壳体102的一端开设有与连接件203相适配的安装槽,按摩组件20的连接件203卡装入安装槽内,涂抹头伸出安装槽设置,方便用户对连接件203进行拆装。
连接件203可以没有散热功能,只是一个连接支架。此时,从便于生产考虑,连接件203可以和壳体10一体成型设置,在此不一一限定。
进一步的,壳盖104内设有壳盖塞杆1041,壳盖塞杆1041在壳盖104盖合在上壳体101上时,能刚好插入涂抹头201的出液管腔2013,对带有包装容器30的美容仪起到密封的作用,这样不用时,即使设备倒置或包装容器30受到外力挤压,内容物也不会通过出液管腔2013流出来,起到一定的保护作用。
更进一步的,涂抹头201的出液管腔2013内设置有软胶体,该软胶体环绕固定在出液管腔2013内,壳盖104开启时,壳盖塞杆1041从出液管腔2013处拔出,经过软胶体,可以把壳盖塞杆1041上携带的内容物刮下来,不会带到设备表面,能减少不必要的浪费,当壳盖104盖合时,壳盖塞杆1041经过软胶体插入出液管腔2013,软胶体在自身的弹力作用下向塞柱挤压,起到更好的密封作用。该设计解决了内容物会堆积在出口处形成结块的问题,能增强用户的体验感。
在另一实施例中,该实施例具备加热、红光、篮光、离子导入和微电流功能,不需要制冷,此时温控器202可以用一个辅电路板替代,在辅电路板上设置发热电阻、测温元件和红、篮光发光元件。在本实施例中,连接件203无需散热和储热功能,连接件203可以设置成连接架,可以安装在上壳体101内,也可以与上壳体101一体成型设置,即整个上壳体101为该连接件203,下壳体102选用一种易导电的材质,如铁,通过电路与涂抹体201电性连接,当用户手持下壳体102同时涂抹体201接触皮肤时,会在人体中形成电路回路,产生感应振动,以实现离子导入或和微电流功能,满足用户更多的美容需求。当用户需要按摩时,启动电源开关4041,电路连通,振动器204开始启动,辅电路板上的发热电阻,开始升温加热,当温度达到系统设定的温度值后,停止加热。此时挤出内容物涂抹到面部开始按摩美容,美容完成后,按下电源开关4041,系统停止运行。在此实施例中,连接架侧边设有一凹槽,振动器204安装在凹槽里面,在保证振动效果的同时,能使设备整体安装结构更加紧凑,使带包装容器的美容仪体积更小,方便携带。

  1. 一种带包装容器的美容仪,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内设有出液通道;
    按摩组件,所述按摩组件设置于所述壳体,包括涂抹头、控温器、隔热件、连接件以及振动器,所述涂抹头设有出液管腔,所述出液管腔与所述出液通道连通,所述涂抹头依次与所述控温器、所述隔热件以及所述连接件连接,所述振动器与所述连接件连接,所述隔热件设于所述控温器的外周与所述壳体的壳壁连接;
    包装容器,所述包装容器与所述出液通道连通,并固定安装于所述壳体远离所述按摩组件的一端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述隔热件至少部分设于所述壳体内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述涂抹头包括涂抹面和安装面,所述出液管腔贯穿所述涂抹面与所述安装面,所述安装面设有安装凹槽,所述控温器安装于所述安装凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述连接件与所述涂抹头连接处设置成向下倾斜面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述连接件为散热块,所述散热块为铝、铝合金、锌合金、铜、铁、或是以上任意一种或几个材料与相变材料的组合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的带包装容器的美容仪,还包括:控制组件,所述控制组件设置在所述壳体内,所述控制组件与所述振动器以及所述控温器电连接,所述控制组件包括电池仓、主控电路板、电池以及控制面板,所述电池容置在所述电池仓里,所述主控电路板设于所述电池仓的一侧且与所述电池电连接;所述控制面板与所述主控电路板和所述电池电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述壳体包括上壳体、下壳体以及内壳体,所述按摩组件安装于所述上壳体且所述涂抹头伸出所述上壳体设置,所述连接件可拆卸安装于所述上壳体内;或
    所述连接件与所述上壳体一体成型设置;
    所述内壳体上端与所述上壳体固定连接,所述内壳体下端与所述包装容器连接;所述内壳体容纳有所述控制组件,所述内壳体远离所述控制组件的一侧设有所述出液通道;
    所述下壳体套设于所述内壳体,且所述下壳体的外壁设有控制面板安装位,供所述控制面板安装。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述出液通道包括相互连通的第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道设于所述上壳体内且与所述出液管腔连通,所述第二通道设于所述内壳体且与所述包装容器连通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述第一通道与所述第二通道设置于同一中心线上,所述第一通道与所述第二通道相互对接以连通;或
    所述上壳体还包括转接件,所述转接件插设于所述第一通道,所述转接件的一端与所述出液管腔连通,所述转接件的另一端与所述第二通道远离所述包装容器的一端连通。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的带包装容器的美容仪,其中,所述上壳体套设有壳盖,所述壳盖与所述上壳体可拆卸连接,所述上壳体的外周壁凸设有凸筋,所述壳盖的下端面搭设于所述凸筋且与所述下壳体的上端相抵接,所述凸筋水平设置或倾斜设置。
