提供一种用于促进液体混合的混合单元(10),混合单元包括第一入口通道(11)、第一出口通道(12)、混合通道(13)和至少一个扰流空腔(15),混合通道(13)连通第一入口通道(11)和第一出口通道(12),用于提供液体混合的空间,形成混合通道(13)的外壁面的至少部分是与形成第一入口通道(11)或第一出口通道(12)的壁面相切的弧面;扰流空腔(15)贯穿混合通道(13),以使混合通道(13)内的流体受扰流空腔(15)的影响而在混合通道(13)中被分流。上述混合单元(10)能够促进液体混合。还提供一种混合器(100)、微流控芯片(50)和混合装置及其用途。还提供使用所述微流控芯片(50)或混合装置制备产物的方法。
