本公开涉及互联网技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种信息推荐方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
当用户浏览某个多媒体内容时,如果希望进一步了解该多媒体内容涉及到的相关物品的详细信息,需要用户根据所要了解的信息主动发起搜索。
但是,由于用户对于多媒体内容中涉及的相关物品了解程度有限,一般不清楚采用何种搜索信息才能搜索到预期的相关结果,导致用户需要尝试使用不同的搜索信息进行多次搜索,搜索耗时较长,最后的目标达成率仍然较低。

针对以上方案所存在的缺陷,均是发明人在经过实践并仔细研究后得出的结果,因此,上述问题的发现过程以及下文中本公开针对上述问题所提出的解决方案,都应该是发明人在本公开过程中对本公开做出的贡献。
基于此,本公开实施例提供了一种信息推荐方法,其中,在多媒体内容展示页面展示的多媒体内容包括商品维度的相关信息,该相关信息指示的对象为目标对象,基于目标对象以及目标对象的目标属性的描述信息能够生成推荐词;在用户对多媒体内容中涉及的目标对象的目标属性感兴趣,想要进一步发起搜索时,可以基于该推荐词直接发起搜索,这种引导用户搜索目标对象的方案,能够使得用户及时发起针对目标对象的搜索,获取到关于目标对象在目标属性下的详细信息,从而提高搜索效率及搜索目标达成率。

在多媒体内容包括音频的情况下,商品维度的相关信息可以包括音频播放的内容中包含的商品信息。示例性的,音频播放的内容例如可以是描述的商品,可以包括商品名称和/或商品参数等。
在多媒体内容包括文本的情况下,商品维度的相关信息包括文本中包含的商品信息。示例性的,文本中包含的商品信息可以是文本所描述的商品,比如可以包括商品名称和/或商品参数等。
这里,确定商品维度的相关信息,具体地,可以对文本内容进行语义识别,确定文本内容描述的商品对象。
参见图2所示,其为多媒体内容展示页面的页面示意图。包括当前展示的视频内容21、视频中展示的商品信息22、视频的视频帧中所呈现出的商品对象23(也即图示的面膜),视频中展示的商品链接24,也即以“购物车”的挂件形式展示的商品链接24。
上述实施过程可以在响应于多媒体内容展示页面触发的第一搜索请求之前或者之后,其中,针对多媒体内容展示页面的触发操作,具体地,可以是对多媒体内容展示页面中任意展示页面位置的触发操作,或者,也可以是针对多媒体内容展示页面中特定页面位置的触发,特定页面位置例如可以为展示在媒体内容展示页面中的搜索按钮或搜索框25。
在接收到上述触发操作后,展现搜索页面,具体地,可以是跳转到一个新的页面,或者也可以在该多媒体内容展示页面展现一个浮层或弹窗等,通过浮层或弹窗展示搜索页面。参见图3所示,其为跳转到一个新的页面后展现的搜索页面的示意图。
S102:在搜索页面的预设区域展示用于引导对目标对象的目标属性进行搜索的推荐词;其中,目标对象为相关信息指示的对象,推荐词基于目标对象以及目标属性的描述信息生成。
这里,预设区域可以是在搜索页面中展示历史搜索记录的区域之后的区域(比如以猜你想搜的形式呈现)。该步骤中,可以基于S101确定的目标对象,进一步基于目标对象以及目标属性的描述信息生成所述推荐词;之后,将推荐词展示在搜索页面的预设区域。
目标对象可以为相关信息指示的对象,相关信息为商品维度的相关信息,相关信息指示的目标对象可以包括在多媒体内容中识别出的商品对象。
目标属性可以用于表征目标对象在某方面的推荐信息,例如包括测评信息和购买渠道信息等。
基于目标对象以及目标属性的描述信息生成推荐词时,具体地,基于目标对象可以确定目标对象的名称,基于目标属性的描述信息可以确定一个目标属性的关键词,可以将目标对象的名称和目标属性的关键词的拼接词作为推荐词。
以目标对象为品牌A面膜为例,目标对象的目标属性可以是针对该品牌A面膜的测评,目标属性的描述信息例如可以是针对品牌A面膜的各种类型下的效果测评(比如补水、保湿、美白等),目标属性的关键词比如可以为测评或效果测评,则推荐词可以为品牌A面膜+测评(或者品牌A面膜+效果测评),也即“品牌A面膜测评”(或者“品牌A面膜效果测评”)。
在一种实施例中,目标属性可以包括测评属性和/或渠道属性。其中,测评属性用于表征相关机构或用户针对目标对象的评价,例如可以包括商品对象对应的各个品牌的质量、性能、价格等评价信息;再比如包括商品各种型号或类型下的功能、效果、价格等评价信息;再比如包括商品不同供应方(也即商家)制造或出售的商品质量、性能、价格等评价信息。渠道属性可以用于表征用户能够购买到目标对象的各种渠道,例如,直播、商品卡、相关视频等。
在一些实施例中,推荐词可以包括第一推荐词和/或第二推荐词,其中,第一推荐词可以基于目标对象以及测评属性的描述信息生成;第二推荐词可以基于目标对象以及渠道属性的描述信息生成。
针对生成第一推荐词,比如,可以从上述商品维度的相关信息中提取目标对象的描述信息,比如目标对象的名称,另外,测评属性的描述信息可以是表征测评属性的关键词,比如“测评”,也可以是更下位的关键词,比如包括了测评维度(比如质量、价格、美观度等维度)的测评关键词,比如“质量测评”,还可以包括分类维度+测评维度,分类维度比如可以包括目标对象的品牌、型号(或类型)、提供方等,详见后续说明。这里,可以将目标对象的名称和测评属性的描述信息进行拼接形成第一推荐词。
在具体实施中,针对每个分类维度,目标对象可以是该分类维度下的一个维度信息匹配的商品对象,比如分类维度为品牌,目标对象可以是具体某个品牌下的商品对象。或者, 识别出的目标对象可以不限定品牌类型,此时可能有多种品牌下的该目标对象。
若分类维度包括品牌,目标对象的测评属性的描述信息可以是针对具体品牌下的质量、性能、或价格等的测评。以目标对象为口红为例,分类维度包括品牌,此时,第一推荐词比如可以包括XX品牌口红色号测评、XX品牌口红适应人群测评、或XX品牌口红价格测评、XX品牌口红测评(包括色号测评、适应人群测评和价格测评中的任一两种或以上)等。
若分类维度包括型号,目标对象的测评属性的描述信息可以是针对具体型号下的功能、效果、或价格等的测评。以保险箱为例,不同型号的保险箱存在不同的保险措施,例如,密码、指纹、钥匙等。型号A的保险箱存在两种保险措施,即密码和钥匙,型号B的保险箱存在三种保险措施,即密码、指纹和钥匙,此时,第一推荐词比如可以包括型号A保险箱功能测评。
若分类维度包括提供方,也即商家,则目标对象的测评属性的描述信息可以是针对具体提供方供应的该目标对象的价格、物流等的测评。
针对生成第二推荐词,比如,可以从上述商品维度的相关信息中提取目标对象的描述信息,比如目标对象的名称,另外,渠道属性的描述信息可以是表征某种渠道的关键词,比如“直播”,渠道属性的描述信息还可以包括分类维度+具体渠道,分类维度比如可以包括目标对象的品牌、型号(或类型)、提供方等。这里,可以将目标对象的名称和渠道属性的描述信息进行拼接形成第二推荐词。
示例性的,若商家A正在直播针对目标对象的直播信息,第二推荐词可以包括表征商家A正在针对目标对象进行直播的推荐词,比如“商家A的目标对象直播”。
在一些实施例中,在第一推荐词包括多个的情况下,多个第一推荐词基于目标对象以及测评属性下的多个测评维度的描述信息生成;在第二推荐词包括多个的情况下,多个第二推荐词基于目标对象以及渠道属性下的多个渠道的描述信息生成。
其中,测评维度可以包括测评属性下的质量测评维度、性能测评维度、价格测评维度、功能测评维度、效果测评维度等。具体地,每个测评维度可以对应一个第一推荐词,或者,每个测评维度也可以再按照多个分类维度,对应多个第一推荐词。
示例性的,质量测评维度对应的第一推荐词可以包括目标对象名称+质量测评,比如第一推荐词为口红质量测评。在质量测评维度对应多个第一推荐词的情况下,具体地,可以包括针对目标对象的各个品牌、各个型号(或类型)、各个商家中至少一种的质量测评,例如,对品牌A口红的色号体验测评、对品牌B口红的色号体验测评等;性能测评维度对应的第一推荐词可以包括目标对象名称+性能测评,比如第一推荐词为汽车性能测评。在性能测评维度对应多个第一推荐词的情况下,具体地,可以包括针对目标对象的各个品牌、各个型号(或类型)、各个商家中至少一种的性能测评,例如,对品牌B下01型号汽车的时速性能的测评、对品牌B下01型号汽车的制作材料性能的测评、对品牌B下02型号汽车的制作材料性能的测评等;同理,价格测评维度对应的第一推荐词可以包括目标对象名称+价格测评,比如第一推荐词为汽车价格测评。在价格测评维度对应多个第一推荐词的情况下,具体地,可以包括针对目标对象的各个品牌、各个型号(或类型)、各个商家中至少一种的价格测评;同理,功能测评维度和效果测评维度对应的第一推荐词的确定方式类似,这里不再举例。
另外,渠道属性下的渠道可以包括直播、商品卡、视频等购买渠道。具体地,可以是每个渠道可以分别对应一个第二推荐词,此时第二推荐词可以是目标对象名称+渠道名称,例如口红直播、口红商品卡;或者,每个渠道也可以再按照多个分类维度,也可以对应多个第二推荐词,此时第二推荐词可以是分类维度下的一个维度信息+目标对象名称+渠道名称,例如型号AA车辆直播,更具体的举例可参见上述测评属性相关的推荐词的举例过程,这里不再赘述。
搜索页面可以包括多个预设区域,例如,可以参见图3所示,包含用于展示推荐词的预设区域31、包含用于展示高频搜索信息的预设区域32、包含用于展示历史搜索信息的预设区域33等。其中,预设区域31中包括至少一个推荐词311。
S103:响应于对推荐词触发的第二搜索请求,获取并呈现目标对象在目标属性下的搜索结果。
这里,若推荐词包括第一推荐词,搜索结果可以包括商品测评结果,具体可以包括测评属性下的至少一个测评维度的商品测评搜索结果,若推荐词包括第二推荐词,搜索结果可以包括至少一个渠道的商品搜索结果。
在发起第二搜索请求之后,呈现目标对象在目标属性下的搜索结果,可以参见图4所示,其为搜索结果页的展示示意图。包括内容垂类41,多条目标属性下的搜索结果42。
针对上述呈现目标对象在目标属性下的搜索结果,在一些实施例中,可以展示目标对象的至少一种分类维度,并在每种分类维度下,展示至少一种多媒体预览卡片,其中,每个媒体内容预览卡片对应该种分类维度下的一个维度信息。
分类维度可以包括目标对象的品牌、型号(或类型)、商家等。在目标对象存在多个品牌的情况下,分类维度下的一个维度信息可以例如可以为多个品牌中的某一具体品牌的信息。在目标对象包含多种型号或类型的情况下,分类维度下的一个维度信息可以例如可以为多个多种型号或类型中的某一具体型号或类型的信息。在目标对象包含多个商家的情况下,分类维度下的一个维度信息可以例如可以为多个商家中的某一商家的信息。
多媒体预览卡片可以包括图文类内容,具体可以包括图片、视频、文本内容。
在第二搜索请求对应第一推荐词的情况下,媒体内容预览卡片中展示有:某维度信息下的目标对象的测评信息;在第二搜索请求对应第二推荐词的情况下,媒体内容预览卡片中展示有:某维度信息下的目标对象的购买信息。
在第二搜索请求对应第一推荐词的情况下,以目标对象为口红,维度信息为品牌A为例,该维度信息下的目标对象的测评信息可以包括品牌A口红的质量、当前色号与其他口红色号的对比信息、当前色号的适应人群、价格与同色号口红的对比信息等测评内容中的至少一种。
在第二搜索请求对应第二推荐词的情况下,以维度信息为品牌A为例,该维度信息下的目标对象的购买信息可以包括所要购买的品牌A商品的介绍(可以包括名称、型号、功效等信息)、价格、购买链接等。
上述的媒体内容预览卡片可以包括多个区域,不同区域展示不同信息;具体地,媒体内容预览卡片可以包括预览内容区域和针对目标属性的商品信息区域,可以参见图4所示,其中,搜索结果42以多媒体内容预览卡片的形式进行展示,其中,421表示预览内容区域, 该预览内容区域421中展示有介绍目标对象的预览内容;预览内容可以包括视频预览内容、直播间预览内容、图片预览内容中的一种。422表示针对目标属性的商品信息区域,在针对目标属性的商品信息区域422中可以展示有测评信息或购买信息;购买信息中可以包括购买链接信息,购买链接可以以视频挂车、文本链接、图片链接的形式展示。
针对上述搜索结果的展示形式可以是预先设置的,包括但不仅限于:横向排列、多列排列、叠加展示、插入展示等展示形式。示例性的,横向排列可以是多个多媒体内容预览卡片在一横排排列,也即横向延展排列;多列排列可以是多个多媒体内容预览卡片在多行多列排列,且在纵向延展排列;叠加展示可以是将多个多媒体内容预览卡片依次叠加后展示;插入展示可以是多媒体内容预览卡片插入在不同多媒体信息中间进行展示。
在一些实施例中,对搜索结果包含的多个媒体内容预览卡片进行叠加展示;其中,叠加展示下的各个媒体内容预览卡片重叠,且除位于最上层的媒体内容预览卡片外的每个媒体内容预览卡片分别展示出部分内容;响应于作用在叠加展示的媒体内容预览卡片上的滑动操作,将下一层媒体内容预览卡片置于最上层进行展示。
参见图5所示,其为在搜索结果页按照叠加展示方式展示各个媒体内容预览卡片的展示示意图。其中,51表示多个叠加在一起的媒体内容预览卡片,52表示最上层的媒体内容预览卡片,53表示多个叠加在一起的媒体内容预览卡片中除位于最上层的媒体内容预览卡片外的媒体内容预览卡片。
上述多个媒体内容预览卡片在搜索结果页叠加展示的区域本公开实施例不进行具体限定,例如可以展示在搜索结果页首位等。
针对叠加展示的各个媒体内容预览卡片,响应于作用在叠加展示的媒体内容预览卡片上的滑动操作,可以基于叠加展示的各个媒体内容预览卡片的排列顺序,依次获取当前展示的媒体内容预览卡片的下一层媒体内容预览卡片,并将获取到的下一层媒体内容预览卡片置于最上层进行展示。
若要返回查看上一层媒体内容预览卡片,则可以响应于作用在当前展示的媒体内容预览卡片的反向滑动操作,展示上一层媒体内容预览卡片,并覆盖当前展示的媒体内容预览卡片。
采用上述S101~S103,多媒体内容展示页面展示有多媒体内容,该多媒体内容包括商品维度的相关信息,该相关信息指示的对象即为目标对象,基于目标对象以及目标对象的目标属性的描述信息能够生成推荐词;如此,在针对该多媒体内容触发搜索时,可以在搜索页面的预设区域展示生成的推荐词,使得用户选择感兴趣的目标属性及时发起针对目标对象的搜索,获取到关于目标对象在目标属性下的详细信息,进而提高搜索效率及搜索目标达成率。
本领域技术人员可以理解,在具体实施方式的上述方法中,各步骤的撰写顺序并不意味着严格的执行顺序而对实施过程构成任何限定,各步骤的具体执行顺序应当以其功能和可能的内在逻辑确定。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例中还提供了与信息推荐方法对应的信息推荐装置,由于本公开实施例中的装置解决问题的原理与本公开实施例上述信息推荐方法相似,因此装置的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
参照图6所示,为本公开实施例提供的一种信息推荐装置的示意图,所述装置包括:第一展示模块601、第二展示模块602和第三展示模块603;其中,
第一展示模块601,用于响应于在多媒体内容展示页面触发的第一搜索请求,展现搜索页面;其中,所述多媒体内容包括商品维度的相关信息;
第二展示模块602,用于在所述搜索页面的预设区域展示用于引导对目标对象的目标属性进行搜索的推荐词;其中,所述目标对象为所述相关信息指示的对象,所述推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述目标属性的描述信息生成;
第三展示模块603,用于响应于对所述推荐词触发的第二搜索请求,获取并呈现所述目标对象在所述目标属性下的搜索结果。

  1. 一种信息推荐方法,包括:
    响应于在多媒体内容展示页面触发的第一搜索请求,展现搜索页面;其中,所述多媒体内容包括商品维度的相关信息;
    在所述搜索页面的预设区域展示用于引导对目标对象的目标属性进行搜索的推荐词;其中,所述目标对象为所述相关信息指示的对象,所述推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述目标属性的描述信息生成;
    响应于对所述推荐词触发的第二搜索请求,获取并呈现所述目标对象在所述目标属性下的搜索结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多媒体内容包括视频、图片、音频、文本中的至少一种;
    在所述多媒体内容包括视频的情况下,所述商品维度的相关信息包括所述视频中展示的商品信息、所述视频中展示的商品链接所对应的商品信息、以及所述视频的视频帧中呈现出的商品对象所对应的商品信息中的至少一种;
    在所述多媒体内容包括图片的情况下,所述商品维度的相关信息包括所述图片中展示的商品信息、所述图片中展示的商品链接所对应的商品信息、以及所述图片中呈现出的商品对象所对应的商品信息中的至少一种;
    在所述多媒体内容包括音频的情况下,所述商品维度的相关信息包括所述音频播放的内容中包含的商品信息;
    在所述多媒体内容包括文本的情况下,所述商品维度的相关信息包括所述文本中包含的商品信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述目标属性包括测评属性,所述推荐词包括第一推荐词,所述第一推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述测评属性的描述信息生成;

    所述目标属性包括渠道属性,所述推荐词包括第二推荐词,所述第二推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述渠道属性的描述信息生成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在所述第一推荐词包括多个的情况下,多个所述第一推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述测评属性下的多个测评维度的描述信息生成;
    在所述第二推荐词包括多个的情况下,多个所述第二推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述渠道属性下的多个渠道的描述信息生成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述呈现所述目标对象在所述目标属性下的搜索结果,包括:
    展示所述目标对象的至少一种分类维度,并在每种分类维度下,展示至少一个媒体内容预览卡片,其中,每个所述媒体内容预览卡片对应该种分类维度下的一个维度信息;
    在所述第二搜索请求对应所述第一推荐词的情况下,所述媒体内容预览卡片中展 示有:所述维度信息下的所述目标对象的测评信息;在所述第二搜索请求对应所述第二推荐词的情况下,所述媒体内容预览卡片中还展示有:所述维度信息下的所述目标对象的购买信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述媒体内容预览卡片包括预览内容区域和针对所述目标属性的商品信息区域;
    所述预览内容区域中展示有介绍所述目标对象的预览内容;所述预览内容包括视频预览内容、直播间预览内容、图片预览内容中的一种;
    在针对所述目标属性的商品信息区域中展示有所述测评信息或所述购买信息;所述购买信息中包括购买链接信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述呈现所述目标对象在所述目标属性下的搜索结果,包括:
    对所述搜索结果包含的多个媒体内容预览卡片进行叠加展示;其中,所述叠加展示下的各个媒体内容预览卡片重叠,且除位于最上层的媒体内容预览卡片外的每个媒体内容预览卡片分别展示出部分内容;
    响应于作用在叠加展示的媒体内容预览卡片上的滑动操作,将下一层媒体内容预览卡片置于最上层进行展示。
  8. 一种信息推荐装置,包括:
    第一展示模块,用于响应于在多媒体内容展示页面触发的第一搜索请求,展现搜索页面;其中,所述多媒体内容包括商品维度的相关信息;
    第二展示模块,用于在所述搜索页面的预设区域展示用于引导对目标对象的目标属性进行搜索的推荐词;其中,所述目标对象为所述相关信息指示的对象,所述推荐词基于所述目标对象以及所述目标属性的描述信息生成;
    第三展示模块,用于响应于对所述推荐词触发的第二搜索请求,获取并呈现所述目标对象在所述目标属性下的搜索结果。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括:处理器、存储器和总线,所述存储器存储有所述处理器可执行的机器可读指令,当计算机设备运行时,所述处理器与所述存储器之间通过总线通信,所述机器可读指令被所述处理器执行时执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的信息推荐方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器运行时执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的信息推荐方法的步骤。
  11. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的信息推荐方法的步骤。
