优选地,前述第一辊的辊面上设置有多个用于在表层上压制出第二凸起部的第二凸台,凹辊的辊面上设置有多个与第二凸台相配合的第二凹槽,第二凹槽和第二凸台相配合以在表层上形成若干第二凸起部。
本发明还提供了一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法,提供前述柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置;
包括如下具体步骤:
S1、将表层输送至凹辊和第一辊之间,通过第一开孔件和第二开孔件相配合在表层上形成若干贯通表层的开孔;
S2、将表层输送至凹辊和第二辊之间,通过第一凹槽和第一凸台相配合在底层上形成若干贯穿表层小孔的第一凸起部;
S3、表层和底层继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
本发明还提供了另一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法,提供前述柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置;
包括如下具体步骤:
S1、将表层输送至凹辊和第一辊之间,通过第二凹槽和第二凸台相配合在表层上形成若干第二凸起部,同时通过第一开孔件和第二开孔件相配合在第二凸起部上形成若干贯通表层的开孔;
S2、将表层输送至凹辊和第二辊之间,通过第一凹槽和第一凸台相配合在底层上形成若干贯穿表层小孔的第一凸起部;
S3、表层和底层继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
本发明还提供了一种卫生用品,包含有前述柔软干爽双层复合材料。
优选地,前述卫生用品包括卫生巾、卫生护垫、经期裤、轻度失禁产品、尿裤、拉拉裤、护理垫、产妇巾或乳垫。
有益效果
本发明的双层复合材料通过将粗旦纤维材料和细旦纤维材料相结合,且粗旦纤维材料的高度低于细旦纤维材料,以实现细旦纤维材料接触使用者的皮肤,从而给使用者最大化的柔软舒适体验,避免了粗旦纤维材料接触使用者的皮肤,解决了粗旦面料的柔软亲肤问题,同时粗旦面料的干爽性也很好的解决了细旦纤维材料的干爽性问题,从而在保证柔软舒适的体验下,提高了面料的干爽性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
参见图1和图2,本发明的一种柔软干爽双层复合材料,包括底层1和设置于底层1上部的表层2,表层2上设置有若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1,底层1设置有若干向上凸出的第一凸起部1.1,第一凸起部1.1与开孔2.1相对应,且第一凸起部1.1贯穿开孔2.1,底层1上表面和表层2下表面的接触处粘合连接在一起,第一凸起部1.1的上表面高于表层2的上表面,底层1采用细旦纤维制成,表层2采用粗旦纤维制成,底层1的亲水性弱于表层2。
采用这样的结构时,表层2主要采用的无纺布面料具有较大的纤维细度,因此其能够表现出较好的渗水透气性,同时也可以具有较好的保水特性,有效地控制了回渗;底层1面料是具有较小的纤维细度,并且其通过表层2的开孔处凸起整体面料后,其直接接触皮肤,由 于其具有较小的纤维细度和弱亲水性,使得在使用时表现出较好的亲肤、柔软和干爽性。
表层2与底层1之间的粘合部位,可以是由表层2的未开孔区域与底层1的非凸出区域的平面之间粘合;粘合点可以是全部的接触面积也可以是部分的接触面积。
其中,底层1采用24克/平米1.0旦弱亲纤维制作的热风无纺布,表层2采用20克/平米2.5旦强亲纤维制作的热风无纺布,底层1上第一凸起部1.1的高度为1.2mm,第一凸起部1.1的直径为6毫米,第一凸起部1.1上设置有底层小孔1.2,底层小孔1.2直径为1毫米;表层2上的开孔2.1直径为7毫米。
优选的,表层2和底层1均采用热风无纺布,底层1的上表面比表层2上表面触感细腻,纤维更细,底层1采用纯棉面层,表层2采用双组分热风面层,表层2和底层1的颜色不同,比如底层1采用白色,表层2采用浅绿色。
优选的,底层1的上表面和表层2的下表面之间的粘合采用热合、胶合或超声波粘合中的一种。
参见图11,本实施例中,还提供一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置,包括第一辊3、第二辊4、凹辊5和粘合机构6;第一辊3的辊面上设置有多个用于开设开孔2.1的第一开孔件3.1;凹辊5与第一辊3相配合,其辊面上设置有多个与第一开孔件相配合的第二打孔件5.1,第二打孔件5.1和第一开孔件3.1相配合以在表层2上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1;第二辊4与凹辊5相配合,其辊面上设置有多个用于在底层1上压制出第一凸起部1.1的第一凸台4.1,凹辊5的辊面上设置有多个与第一凸台4.1相配合的第一凹槽5.2,第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;粘合机构6用于将底层1上表面和表层2下表面的接触处粘合连接在一起。
本实施例中,柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
S1、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第一辊3之间,通过第一开孔件3.1和第二打孔件5.1相配合以在表层2上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1,同时在与底层1上表面接触的表层2下表面上施胶;
S2、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第二辊4之间,通过第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;
S3、表层2和底层1继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
实施例2
参见图3~4,本发明的一种柔软干爽双层复合材料,包括底层1和设置于底层1上部的 表层2,表层2上设置有若干向上凸起的第二凸起部2.2,表层2上设置有若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1,底层1设置有若干向上凸出的第一凸起部1.1,第一凸起部1.1与开孔2.1相对应,且第一凸起部1.1贯穿开孔2.1,开孔2.1的外侧和表层2的下表面粘合连接在一起。
第二凸起部2.2的顶面的高度高于第一凸起部1.1的顶面的高度,使得第二凸起部2.2直接与皮肤接触,表层2的材质为细旦弱亲纤维制成的无纺布面料;同时,底层1采用粗旦面料;当表层2的第二凸起部1.1与皮肤接触时,其具有干爽、柔软的效果,底层2上形成的第一凸起部1.1具有更好的防回渗、保水的优点,当其形成凸起空腔后,使得面料整体的保水性能更好,并提高面料的蓬松性。
其中,表层2采用23gsm淡化经血无纺布面层,底层1采用20gsm热风多次亲水无纺布,开孔2.1的直径为7毫米。
优选地,第一凸起部1.1上表面的高度低于第二凸起部2.2的上表面,表层2采用细旦纤维制成,底层1采用粗旦纤维制成,表层2的亲水性弱于底层1。表层2采用22克/平米0.8旦弱亲抗菌纤维制作的热风无纺布,底层1采用22克/平米3.0旦浅绿色强亲纤维制作的热风无纺布,表层2上第二凸起部2.2的高度为1.5毫米,直径为6毫米;底层1的第一凸起部1.1高度为0.8毫米,见图3和图4。
见图5和图6,第一凸起部1.1的上表面高于第二凸起部2.2的上表面,底层1与表层2的面料材质与图3和图4相反,底层1采用细旦纤维制成,表层2采用粗旦纤维制成,底层1的亲水性弱于表层2。底层1采用30克/平米纯棉纤维制作的纯棉水刺无纺布,表层2采用22克/平米2.0旦纤维制作的热风无纺布;底层1上的第一凸起部1.1高度为1.3毫米,直径为6毫米;表层2的第二凸起部2.2高度为0.6毫米,直径为6毫米。
优选地,开孔2.1、第一凸起部1.1和第二凸起部2.2的形状和大小都可以根据需要改变。
参见图12,本实施例中,还提供一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置,包括第一辊3、第二辊4、凹辊5和粘合机构6;第一辊3的辊面上设置有多个用于开设开孔2.1的第一开孔件3.1;凹辊5与第一辊3相配合,其辊面上设置有多个与第一开孔件相配合的第二打孔件5.1,第二打孔件5.1和第一开孔件3.1相配合以在表层2上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1;第二辊4与凹辊5相配合,其辊面上设置有多个用于在底层1上压制出第一凸起部1.1的第一凸台4.1,凹辊5的辊面上设置有多个与第一凸台4.1相配合的第一凹槽5.2,第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;粘合机构6用于将底层1上表面和表层2下表面的接触处粘合连接在一起。第一辊3的辊面上设置 有多个用于在表层2上压制出第二凸起部2.2的第二凸台3.2,凹辊5的辊面上设置有多个与第二凸台3.2相配合的第二凹槽5.3,第二凹槽5.3和第二凸台3.2相配合以在表层2上形成若干第二凸起部2.2。
本实施例中,柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
S1、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第一辊3之间,第二凹槽5.3和第二凸台3.2相配合以在表层2上形成若干第二凸起部2.2,同时通过第一开孔件3.1和第二打孔件5.1相配合以在凹陷部2.3上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1;
S2、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第二辊4之间,通过第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;
S3、表层2和底层1继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
实施例3
参见图7~8,本发明的一种柔软干爽双层复合材料,包括底层1和设置于底层1上部的表层2,表层2上设置有若干向上凸起的第二凸起部2.2。第二凸起部2.2上设置有贯通表层2第二凸起部2.2的开孔2.1,底层1设置有若干向上凸出的第一凸起部1.1,第一凸起部1.1与开孔2.1相对应,且第一凸起部1.1贯穿开孔2.1,开孔2.1的外侧和表层2的下表面粘合连接在一起。第一凸起部1.1上表面的高度高于表层2的上表面,底层1采用细旦纤维制成,表层2采用粗旦纤维制成,底层1的亲水性弱于表层2。
优选地,第一凸起部1.1的侧壁弯折,且至少有部分区域与第二凸起部2.2的内壁相贴合,采用这种方式时,可以通过提高侧壁的贴合牢固性达到将面料的整体立体保持效果提升的目的。更优选地,第一凸起部1.1在位于第二凸起部2.2的内部的侧壁全部都与第二凸起部2.2的内壁贴合并粘接固定。
优选地,第二凸起部2.2开孔2.1外侧的下表面与第一凸起部1.1下部的上表面形状相对应,且粘合连接在一起,第一凸起部1.1的竖截面中,其上半部分的长度小于其下半部分的长度,见图7和图8。
见图9和图10,第一凸起部1.1的侧壁不弯折,且与第二凸起部2.2的内壁之间形成腔体,采用此结构时,可以利用形成的空腔提升面料的整体蓬松性和保水防渗性;优选地,第一凸起部1.1的侧壁为垂直于底层1上表面的竖直面。
本实施例中,还提供一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置,包括第一辊3、第二辊4、凹辊5和粘合机构6;第一辊3的辊面上设置有多个用于开设开孔2.1的第一开孔件3.1;凹 辊5与第一辊3相配合,其辊面上设置有多个与第一开孔件3.1相配合的第二打孔件5.1,第二打孔件5.1和第一开孔件3.1相配合以在表层2上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1;第二辊4与凹辊5相配合,其辊面上设置有多个用于在底层1上压制出第一凸起部1.1的第一凸台4.1,凹辊5的辊面上设置有多个与第一凸台4.1相配合的第一凹槽5.2,第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;粘合机构6用于将底层1上表面和表层2下表面的接触处粘合连接在一起。第一辊3的辊面上设置有多个用于在表层2上压制出第二凸起部2.2的第二凸台3.2,凹辊5的辊面上设置有多个与第二凸台3.2相配合的第二凹槽5.3,第二凹槽5.3和第二凸台3.2相配合以在表层2上形成若干第二凸起部2.2。
本实施例中,柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
S1、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第一辊3之间,第二凹槽5.3和第二凸台3.2相配合以在表层2上形成若干第二凸起部2.2,同时通过第一开孔件3.1和第二打孔件5.1相配合以在第二凸起部2.2上形成若干贯通表层2的开孔2.1;
S2、将表层2输送至凹辊5和第二辊4之间,通过第一凹槽5.2和第一凸台4.1相配合以在底层1上形成若干贯穿表层2开孔2.1的第一凸起部1.1;
S3、表层2和底层1继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
实施例4
为了更好地提高透水透气效果,本专利的双层复合面料中还可以在底层和表层上开设小孔,如图13所示,在第一凸起部1.1上设置底层小孔1.2;也可以在表层进行开孔,如图14所示,在第二凸起部2.2上设置表层小孔2.3;同时也可以在底层1和表层2上设置贯通的通孔,如图15所示,底层1和表层2的相互贴合处分别设置有贯通底层1和表层2的第一通孔1.3和第二通孔2.4,所述第一通孔1.3和第二通孔2.4相连通,且第一通孔1.3和第二通孔2.4的尺寸相同或者不同。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,包括底层(1)和设置于底层(1)上部的表层(2),所述表层(2)具有上表面和下表面,所述表层(2)上设置有贯通表层(2)的开孔(2.1),所述底层(1)设置有向上凸出的第一凸起部(1.1),所述第一凸起部(1.1)贯穿开孔(2.1),第一凸起部(1.1)的顶面超出表层(2)上表面所在的平面,所述且底层(1)材料的纤维细度小于表层(2)材料的纤维细度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述底层(1)材料的亲水性弱于表层(2)材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述表层(2)上设有第二凸起部(2.2),所述开孔(2.1)位于第二凸起部(2.2)顶面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部(1.1)位于第二凸起部(2.2)中的侧壁与第二凸起部(2.2)的内壁全部贴合、部分贴合或者不贴合形成腔体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述表层(2)上设有第二凸起部(2.2),所述开孔(2.1)位于非第二凸起部(2.2)的表层(2)上,且所述第二凸起部(2.2)的顶面高度低于第一凸起部(1.1)的顶面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述底层(1)上表面和表层(2)下表面之间至少有部分区域粘合连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求书1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部(1.1)上设置有贯通底层(1)的底层小孔(1.2)。
  8. 根据权利要求书1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述第二凸起部(2.2)上设置有贯通表层(2)的表层小孔(2.3);
  9. 根据权利要求书1所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料,其特征在于,所述底层(1)和表层(2)的相互贴合处分别设置有贯通底层(1)和表层(2)的第一通孔(1.3)和第二通孔(2.4),所述第一通孔(1.3)和第二通孔(2.4)相连通,且第一通孔(1.3)和第二通孔(2.4)的尺寸相同或者不同。
  10. 一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置,其特征在于,包括第一辊(3)、第二辊(4)、凹辊(5)和粘合机构(6);
    所述第一辊(3)的辊面上设置有多个用于开设开孔(2.1)的第一开孔件(3.1);
    所述凹辊(5)与第一辊(3)相配合,其辊面上设置有多个与第一开孔件(3.1)相配合的第二开孔件(5.1),所述第二开孔件(5.1)和第一开孔件(3.1)相配合以在表层(2) 上形成若干贯通表层(2)的开孔(2.1);
    所述第二辊(4)与凹辊(5)相配合,其辊面上设置有多个用于在底层(1)上压制出第一凸起部(1.1)的第一凸台(4.1),所述凹辊(5)的辊面上设置有多个与第一凸台(4.1)相配合的第一凹槽(5.2),所述第一凹槽(5.2)和第一凸台(4.1)相配合以在底层(1)上形成若干贯穿表层(2)开孔(2.1)的第一凸起部(1.1);
    所述粘合机构(6)用于将底层(1)上表面和表层(2)下表面的接触处粘合连接在一起。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置,其特征在于,所述第一辊(3)的辊面上设置有多个用于在表层(2)上压制出第二凸起部(2.2)的第二凸台(3.2),所述凹辊(5)的辊面上设置有多个与第二凸台(3.2)相配合的第二凹槽(5.3),所述第二凹槽(5.3)和第二凸台(3.2)相配合以在表层(2)上形成若干第二凸起部(2.2)。
  12. 一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,提供根据权利要求10所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置;包括如下具体步骤:
    S1、将表层(2)输送至凹辊(5)和第一辊(3)之间,通过第一开孔件(3.1)和第二开孔件(5.1)相配合在表层(2)上形成若干贯通表层(2)的开孔(2.1);
    S2、将表层(2)输送至凹辊(5)和第二辊(4)之间,通过第一凹槽(5.2)和第一凸台(4.1)相配合在底层(1)上形成若干贯穿表层(2)开孔(2.1)的第一凸起部(1.1);
    S3、表层(2)和底层(1)继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
  13. 一种柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,提供根据权利要求11所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料的制备装置;包括如下具体步骤:
    S1、将表层(2)输送至凹辊(5)和第一辊(3)之间,通过第二凹槽(5.3)和第二凸台(3.2)相配合在表层(2)上形成若干第二凸起部(2.2),同时通过第一开孔件(3.1)和第二开孔件(5.1)相配合在第二凸起部(2.2)上形成若干贯通表层(2)的开孔(2.1);
    S2、将表层(2)输送至凹辊(5)和第二辊(4)之间,通过第一凹槽(5.2)和第一凸台(4.1)相配合在底层(1)上形成若干贯穿表层(2)开孔(2.1)的第一凸起部(1.1);
    S3、表层(2)和底层(1)继续向前输送并复合,形成双层复合材料。
  14. 一种卫生用品,其特征在于,包含有权利要求1~9任一项所述的柔软干爽双层复合材料。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的卫生用品,其特征在于,所述卫生用品包括卫生巾、卫生护垫、经期裤、轻度失禁产品、尿裤、拉拉裤、护理垫、产妇巾或乳垫。
