本发明涉及一种折叠椅。
背景技术
折叠椅可任意打开和叠合,虽然款式多样,但是基本结构大致上相同,即前腿和后腿呈人字形转动铰接,前腿和后腿共同支撑座垫。其中,为了保证折叠椅能够正常开合,让位结构是必不可少的,有一种让位结构是在座垫与前腿和/或后腿之间设置滑槽,由滑槽提供折叠椅开合过程中需要的让位自由度。另一种让位结构是将后腿设计为伸缩腿,通过长度伸缩来提供开合过程中需要的让位自由度。第一种滑槽方式的让位结构,除了在要座垫上设置滑槽,前后腿也要对应滑槽设置滑动支撑部件,结构比较复杂。
第二种伸缩腿方式的让位结构,可以简化座垫与前后腿连接位置的结构,也使折叠椅更轻便,但是需要在伸缩腿上另外再增加一个定位部件,以便在折叠椅打开到位之后限制住伸缩腿,这样折叠椅才能实现稳定支撑。定位部件大多数是用挡套结构,也有采用弹性挡销结构。虽然定位部件的结构并不是很复杂,但是组装麻烦,而且定位部件阻挡伸缩腿的位置存在缝隙,容易夹伤手指,也就是说,如果手指抓在伸缩腿上端,打开折叠椅时,定位部件就会夹伤手指,手指按压弹性挡销也容易夹伤手指。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种折叠椅,结构简单并且开合操作更安全。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

优选地,所述前腿20内侧与所述座侧10之间设有枢接轴22,所述座板10侧边中部与所述枢接轴22转动连接,所述前腿20与座板10侧边之间可供手指自由进出;所述后腿30与所述座板10侧边之间设有连接件36,所述座板10侧边后部与所述连 接件36转动连接,所述后腿30与座板10侧边之间可供手指自由进出。
优选地,所述连件件34呈︿形状。
优选地,两前腿20之间设有前腿连杆24,两前腿上端由横杆26连在一起,还包括靠背板60,所述靠背板与两前腿上端及横杆连接,所述靠背板和座板均是吸塑板。
折叠时,座板10前端向上抬,如图6-9,座板10以枢接轴22为中心顺时针转动,带动前腿20和后腿30靠拢,由于连接件36与座板10的枢接点不断下降,因此收折过程后腿伸长,最后脚帽50的凸部52与后腿30靠在一起。在折叠椅打开状态,内管32外露的长度最少,而在收折状态,内管32外露的长度的长度最大,因此如果从收折状态开始打开折叠椅,则内管32外露部分一直减少直到内管与限位结构卡位,内管外露部分最终达到最少形成所述延伸段。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种折叠椅,包括座板、前腿和后腿,所述后腿可伸缩,所述后腿包括外管及活动伸缩插接于所述外管的内管,所述内管的顶端从所述外管的上端伸出并与所述前腿上部直接或间接转动铰接在一起,所述外管内部设有限位结构,所述内管在折叠椅打开的过程中逐渐伸入所述外管直到所述内管的下端被所述限位结构所阻挡,所述内管在所述限位结构阻挡住所述内管下端时在所述内管上端与所述外管上端之间露出用于避免手指被所述内管上端和所述外管上端夹伤的延伸段。隐藏式的限位结构可以避免手指直接触碰发生夹伤的情况发生,同时,在折叠椅完全打开之后,内管上部仍然存在露出在外的延伸段,这样内管上端和外管上端也不会夹伤手指,操作安全,具有工业实用性。

Claims (16)

  1. 折叠椅,包括座板和对称设置在座板左右两侧的人字形支撑结构,所述座板与所述人字形支撑结构转动枢接,所述人字形支撑结构包括前腿和后腿,所述后腿可伸缩,所述后腿包括外管及活动伸缩插接于所述外管的内管,所述内管的顶端从所述外管的上端伸出并与所述前腿上部直接或间接转动铰接在一起,其特征在于:所述外管内部设有限位结构,所述内管在折叠椅打开的过程中逐渐伸入所述外管直到所述内管的下端被所述限位结构所阻挡,所述内管在所述限位结构阻挡住所述内管下端时在所述内管上端与所述外管上端之间露出用于避免手指被所述内管上端和所述外管上端夹伤的延伸段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述延伸段的长度至少大于手指的厚度,或者是与手指的厚度基本相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述外管中部或者中下部的位置设置用于形成所述限位结构的缩口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述座板左右两侧的后腿之间设有后腿连杆,所述后腿连杆的端部插进所述后腿之中,所述后腿连杆插进所述后腿之中的部分形成所述限位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述后腿连杆插进所述后腿之中的部分是扁状的结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述前腿上设有枢接套,所述枢接套的后侧向后延伸形成枢接部,所述内管上端与所述枢接部活动铰接;所述前腿下端套有脚帽,所述脚帽后侧朝后翘起形成凸部;折叠后,所述脚帽的凸部顶住所述后腿,前腿和后腿之间可供手指自由进出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述内管上端是扁状接头,所述枢接部中部对应设置插槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述前腿内侧与所述座侧之间设有枢接轴,所述座板侧边中部与所述枢接轴转动连接,所述前腿与座板侧边之间可供手指自由进出;所述后腿与所述座板侧边之间设有连接件,所述座板侧边后部与所述连接件转动连接,所述后腿与座板侧边之间可供手指自由进出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述连件件呈︿形状。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:两前腿之间设有前腿连杆,两前腿上端由横杆连在一起,还包括靠背板,所述靠背板与两前腿上端及横杆连接,所述靠背板和座板均是吸塑板。
  11. 一种折叠椅,包括座板和对称设置在座板两侧的支撑架,所述座板与所述支撑架枢接,所述支撑架包括前腿和后腿,所述后腿包括外管及活动伸缩插接于所述外管的内管,所述内管的顶端从所述外管的上端伸出并与所述前腿上部直接或间接转动铰接,其特征在于:所述外管内部设有限位结构,所述内管在折叠椅打开状态伸入到所述外管的下端被所述限位结构所阻挡,所述内管上端与所述外管上端之间露出用于避免手指被所述外管上端夹伤的延伸段。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述延伸段的长度至少大于手指的厚度,或者是与手指的厚度基本相同。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述外管中部或者中下部的位置设置用于形成所述限位结构的缩口。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述座板左右两侧的后腿之间设有后腿连杆,所述后腿连杆的端部插进所述后腿外管,所述后腿连杆插进所述后腿外管的部分形成所述限位结构。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述前腿上设有枢接套,所述枢接套的后侧向后延伸形成枢接部,所述内管上端与所述枢接部活动铰接;所述前腿下端套有脚帽,所述脚帽朝向后腿方向翘起形成凸部;折叠后,所述脚帽的凸部顶住所述后腿,所述前后腿的另一端被枢接套分开,所述前腿和后腿之间可供手指自由进出。
  16. 根据权利要求11或15所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述前腿内侧与所述座侧之间设有枢接轴,所述座板侧边中部与所述枢接轴转动连接,所述前腿与座板侧边之间可供手指自由进出;所述后腿与所述座板侧边之间设有连接件,所述座板侧边后部与所述连接件转动连接,所述后腿与座板侧边之间可供手指自由进出。
