Abstract

一种长纤维增强聚丙烯材料及其制备方法和应用,所述长纤维增强聚丙烯材料按重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯29-70份、超高分子量聚乙烯3-10份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3-15份、马来酸酐接枝POE 3-8份、长玻璃纤维20-50份、硅灰石0.3-1.2份。长纤维增强聚丙烯材料不仅具有光滑、良好的表面外观,同时拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度高,韧性优良,挤出性能良好,适合用于挤出成型工艺中。
