本申请属于轮胎生产技术领域,尤其是一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置及其供料方法。
成型机胎体鼓供料装置是一种胶料输送贴合装置,用于将胎侧、内衬、钢丝子口包布、帘布、胎肩垫胶输送并贴合到成型机胎体鼓。贴合所需的胶料通过供料台车运输到成型机位置,台车为单侧进出或两侧通过式输送形式。目前的胎体鼓供料装置结构庞大、步骤繁杂,人工操作较多,产线设置不合理,因此生产的效果和效率都受到限制。
发明内容
本申请解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,包括机架、胎侧供料装置、内衬供料装置、帘布供料装置、钢丝子口供料装置、胎肩垫胶供料装置、移动装置和输送系统,所述移动装置用于分别调整钢丝子口供料装置送料端和胎肩垫胶供料装置送料端以使两者的送料端能够分别与胎体鼓的贴合位置相对应;
所述输送系统包括帘布输送装置、主输送装置、副输送装置、胎侧内衬摆动架和帘布摆动架,所述主输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由胎侧供料装置处接收胎侧并输送至胎侧内衬摆动架上,所述副输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由内衬供料装置处接收内衬并输送至主输送装置上,所述帘布输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由帘布供料装置处接收帘布并输送至帘布摆动架上,所述胎侧内衬摆动架和帘布摆动架均转动安装在机架上;
所述胎侧内衬摆动架包括胎侧内衬输送架、胎侧内衬定位电缸、胎侧内衬平衡气缸、压辊、L型连接板和压紧气缸,所述胎侧内衬输送架转动安装在机架上,所述胎侧内衬定位电钢和胎侧内衬平衡气缸的缸体均转动接设在机架上且其伸缩杆均与胎侧内衬输送架

所述副输送装置包括副输送带和内衬纠偏装置,所述副输送带安装在机架上,所述内衬纠偏装置安装在机架上且靠近副输送带的上料端,用以对输送带上的内衬进行纠偏。
所述主输送装置包括主输送带、胎侧纠偏装置和胎侧内衬裁断装置,所述主输送带安装在机架上,所述胎侧纠偏装置安装在机架上且靠近主输送带的上料端,用以对主输送带上的胎侧进行纠偏,所述胎侧内衬裁断装置安装在机架上且用于将胎侧内衬复合料裁断。

所述帘布摆动架包括帘布输送架和帘布俯仰气缸,所述帘布输送架转动安装在机架上,所述帘布俯仰气缸的缸体转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架上且其伸缩杆转动接设在帘布输送架上。
所述成型机胎体鼓供料装置还包括有辊压装置,所述辊压装置包括辊压轨道、辊压小车、辊压底座、支撑杆、第一转杆、第一调整气缸、第二转杆、第二调整气缸和转动辊,
所述辊压轨道设置在地面上,所述辊压小车移动安装在辊压轨道上,所述辊压底座安装在辊压小车上并且能够跟随辊压小车沿着辊压轨道进行移动,所述支撑杆固定在辊压底座上,所述第一转杆转动接设在支撑杆上,所述第一调整气缸的缸体转动接设在支撑杆上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第一转杆上,所述第二转杆转动接设在第一转杆上,所述第二调整气缸的缸体转动接设在第一转杆上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第二转杆上,所述转动辊转动安装在第二转杆上。
一种成型机胎体鼓供料方法,包括如下步骤:
a、首先在胎体鼓上进行胎侧和内衬的贴合,贴合时,副输送装置将内衬输送至主输送装置上与胎侧形成复合料,经由胎侧内衬摆动架被输送至胎体鼓处,满足预计贴合要求后便停止胎侧和内衬的贴合;
b、随后在胎体鼓上进行钢丝子口的贴合,贴合时,钢丝子口裁切输送装置由钢丝子口导开装置处接收钢丝子口包布直至预定长度后裁断,再在移动轨道上调整钢丝子口裁切输送装置至贴合工位进行贴合,贴合完成后再将钢丝子口裁切输送装置移回原位;
c、之后在胎体鼓上进行帘布的贴合,贴合时,帘布输送装置将帘布输送至帘布摆动架上,再通过帘布摆动架输送至胎体鼓处,满足预计贴合要求后边停止帘布贴合;
d、最后在胎体鼓上进行胎肩垫胶的贴合,贴合时,胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置由胎肩垫胶导开装置处接收胎肩垫胶直至预定长度后裁断,再在移动轨道上调整胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置至贴合工位进行贴合,贴合完成后再将胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置移回原位即可。

如图1及图2所示,本申请提出了一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,整体上包括机架1、胎侧供料装置2、内衬供料装置3、帘布供料装置4、钢丝子口供料装置5、胎肩垫胶供料装置6、移动装置7和输送系统,机架1设置在胎体鼓的一侧,帘布供料装置4、胎侧供料装置2、内衬供料装置3依次设置在机架1的下方,钢丝子口供料装置5和胎肩垫胶供料装置6分别设置在机架1的两侧,移动装置7则用于调整钢丝子口供料装置5的送料端
和胎肩垫胶供料装置6的送料端从而使得两者的送料端能够分别与胎体鼓的贴合位置相对应,输送系统则用于将胎侧、内衬、帘布输送至胎体鼓处进行贴合。
进一步的,如图3及图4所示,在一些示例中,输送系统包括帘布输送装置8、主输送装置9、副输送装置10、胎侧内衬摆动架11和帘布摆动架12,其中主输送装置9安装在机架1上并且能够由胎侧供料装置2处接收胎侧,副输送装置10安装在机架1上并且能够由内衬供料装置3处接收内衬并输送至主输送装置9上,胎侧和内衬在主输送装置9上进一步形成复合材料又由主输送装置9输送至胎侧内衬摆动架11上,再通过胎侧内衬摆动架11输送至胎体鼓上进行贴合,而帘布输送装置8安装在机架1上并且能够由帘布供料装置4处接收帘布并输送至帘布摆动架12上,同时,胎侧内衬摆动架11和帘布摆动架12均转动安装在机架1上,两者能够分别相对于机架1进行转动,从而贴近胎体鼓,便于物料贴合。
具体的,帘布输送装置8包括帘布输送带81、帘布裁断装置82和帘布纠偏装置83,副输送装置10包括副输送带101和内衬纠偏装置102,主输送装置9则包括主输送带91、胎侧纠偏装置92和胎侧内衬裁断装置93,其中帘布输送带81、副输送带101和主输送带91均安装在机架1上,帘布输送带81的上料端由帘布供料装置4处接收帘布并且其下料端与帘布摆动架12相对应,帘布纠偏装置83安装在机架1上且靠近帘布输送带81的上料端,用于对帘布输送带81上的帘布进行纠偏,副输送带101的上料端由内衬供料装置3处接收内衬且其下料端位于主输送带91的上方,以便于将内衬输送至主输送带91上,主输送带91的上料端则由胎侧供料装置2处接收胎侧且其下料端与胎侧内衬摆动架11的上料端相对应,当内衬经过副输送带101输送至主输送带91上后便能与胎侧汇合,内衬纠偏装置102安装在机架1上且靠近副输送带101的上料端,用以对副输送带101上的内衬进行纠偏,胎侧纠偏装置92安装在机架1上且靠近主输送带91的上料端,用以对主输送带91上的胎侧进行纠偏。
具体的,如图5所示,上述帘布纠偏装置83、内衬纠偏装置102和胎侧纠偏装置92结构相同且包括纠偏支架131、丝杠132、纠偏电机133、两个纠偏轮134、两个定位套135和两个丝母136,其中纠偏支架131固定在机架1上,丝杠132转动架设在纠偏支架131上,纠偏电机133用于带动丝杠132旋转,两个丝母136分别套装在丝杠132两端,两个定位套135分别固定套装在两个丝母136上且均与纠偏支架131滑动相接,两个纠偏轮134分别转动安装在两个定位套135上,当丝杠132旋转的时候,能够带动两个丝母136相互靠近或者远离,从而使得两个纠偏轮134靠近或者远离,进而对夹设在两个纠偏轮134之间的物料进行定中纠偏。
具体的,在一些示例中,上述的帘布裁断装置82和胎侧内衬裁断装置93结构相同且均包括裁断机构141、下压机构142和物料检测器143,其中物料检测器143能够在其检测点检测有无物料通过,再配合相应输送带的输送速度可以进一步计算所输送物料的长度,当输送物料的长度满足贴合需求时,可通过裁断机构141将其裁断,保证精准贴合,在裁断过程中,需要下压机构142将位于裁断位置附近的物料压紧,避免物料受力发生偏移导致切口不整齐。
具体的,如图8所示,上述裁断机构141包括转动座1411、转动驱动1412、裁断气缸1413和裁刀1414,转动座1411转动安装在机架1上,转动驱动1412安装在机架1上并且能够带动转动座1411相对于机架1进行转动,裁断气缸1413的缸体安装在转动座1411上,裁刀1414安装在裁断气缸1413的伸缩杆上,并且裁断气缸1413的缸体可以是转动安装在转动座1411上的,从而可以调节裁断气缸1413相对于转动座1411的角度,以改变裁刀1414的裁切角度,在裁断时,可以通过转动驱动1412带动转动座1411转动从而调节裁刀1414的位置使其与物料相对应,随后通过裁断气缸1413带动裁刀1414裁断物料即可。
具体的,上述的下压装置包括下压气缸1421和下压锤1422,下压气缸1421的缸体固定在机架1上,下压锤1422接设在下压气缸1421的伸缩杆上,通过下压气缸1421伸缩杆的伸长推动下压锤1422下压将物料压紧。
具体的,上述物料检测装置可采用如公开号为:CN113696530A的专利公开文件中所记载的物料检测器143,因此其结构和工作原理、工作过程便不在此赘述。
在本申请中,胎侧供料装置2包括胎侧导开装置21、胎侧移动小车22和胎侧小车轨道23,胎侧小车轨道23设置在地面上,胎侧导开装置21安装在胎侧移动小车22上,胎侧移动小车22安装在胎侧小车轨道23上并且能够带着胎侧导开装置21沿着胎侧小车轨道23进行移动,在生产过程中,胎侧移动小车22先沿着胎侧小车轨道23移动至机架1外侧,工作人员将胎侧料卷安装在胎侧移动小车22上的胎侧导开装置21中,随后胎侧移动小车22再沿着胎侧小车轨道23移动至机架1下方,然后胎侧导开装置21将胎侧料卷导开进行供料。
相应的,内衬供料装置3包括内衬导开装置31、内衬移动小车32和内衬小车轨道33,所述内衬小车轨道33设置在地面上,内衬导开装置31安装在内衬移动小车32上,内衬移动小车32安装在内衬小车轨道33上并且能够带动内衬导开装置31沿着内衬小车轨道33进行移动,帘布供料装置4包括帘布导开装置41、帘布移动小车42和帘布小车轨道43,帘布小车轨道43设置在地面上,帘布导开装置41安装在帘布移动小车42上,帘布移动
小车42安装在帘布小车轨道43上并且能够带着帘布导开装置41沿着帘布小车轨道43进行移动,并且,内衬供料装置3和帘布供料装置4的工作流程与胎侧供料装置2相同。
具体的,上述的内衬导开装置31、胎侧导开装置21和帘布导开装置41结构相同,由于导开装置为本领域的常见设备,因此其结构和工作原理、工作过程便不在此赘述。
在本申请中,如图6及图9所示,胎侧内衬摆动架11包括胎侧内衬输送架111、胎侧内衬定位电缸116、胎侧内衬平衡气缸112、压辊113、L型连接板114和压紧气缸115,其中胎侧内衬输送架111转动安装在机架1上,胎侧内衬定位电缸116和胎侧内衬平衡气缸112的缸体均转设在机架1上且其伸缩杆均与胎侧内衬输送架111转动连接,在一些示例中,胎侧内衬定位电缸116为伺服电缸,胎侧内衬平衡气缸112有两个且对称式分设于胎侧内衬定位电缸116的两侧,在对胎侧内衬输送架111进行调节时,胎侧内衬定位电缸116用以快速调节定位,两个胎侧内衬平衡气缸112则用以平衡胎侧内衬输送架111的重力,两者相配合能够保证定位调整的速度和精度,L型连接板114的一端转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架111的下料端,压辊113转动安装在L型连接板114的另一端,压紧气缸115的缸体转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架111上且其伸缩杆与L型连接板转动连接,因此当压紧气缸115的伸缩端伸缩时便能带动L型连接板114相对于胎侧内衬输送架111进行转动,进而带动压辊113将物料抵压在贴合鼓上。
帘布摆动架12则包括帘布输送架121和帘布俯仰气缸122,帘布输送架121转动安装在机架1上,帘布俯仰气缸122的缸体转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架111上且其伸缩杆转动接设在帘布输送架121上,因此,当胎侧内衬定位电缸116在对胎侧内衬输送架111进行调整定位时,也能够对帘布输送架121进行定位调整,随后,帘布输送架121再经过帘布俯仰气缸122的进一步调节,使得帘布贴近贴合鼓。
在本申请中,如图7所示,成型机胎体鼓供料装置还包括有辊压装置15,具体的,辊压装置15包括辊压轨道151、辊压小车152、辊压底座153、支撑杆154、第一转杆155、第一调整气缸156、第二转杆157、第二调整气缸158和转动辊159,其中辊压轨道151设置在地面上,辊压小车152移动安装在辊压轨道151上,辊压小车152能够沿着辊压轨道151移动从而靠近或者远离胎体鼓,辊压底座153安装在辊压小车152上并且能够跟随辊压小车152沿着辊压轨道151进行移动,支撑杆154固定在辊压底座153上,第一转杆155转动接设在支撑杆154上,第一调整气缸156的缸体转动接设在支撑杆154上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第一转杆155上,用以带动第一转杆155相对于支撑杆154进行转动,第二转杆157转动接设在第一转杆155上,第二调整气缸158的缸体转动接设在第一转杆155上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第二转杆157上,用以带动第二转杆157相对于第一转杆155进行
转动,转动辊159则转动安装在第二转杆157上,在工作过程中,先通过辊压小车152带着辊压底座153靠近胎体鼓,随后经过第一调整气缸156和第二调整气缸158的调整,使得转动辊159抵压在胎体鼓上,从而对胎体鼓上的物料进行辊压。
在本申请中,移动装置7包括移动底座71、移动轨道72和驱动机构73,其中移动轨道72设置在地面上,钢丝子口供料装置5包括钢丝子口导开装置51和钢丝子口裁切输送装置52,钢丝子口导开装置51设置在地面上,胎肩垫胶供料装置6包括胎肩垫胶导开装置61和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62,胎肩垫胶导开装置61设置在地面上,钢丝子口裁切输送装置52和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62均移动安装在移动轨道72上且分别位于机架1的两侧,驱动机构73包括两组驱动组件用以分别带动钢丝子口裁切输送装置52和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62在移动轨道72上移动,在需要进行钢丝子口贴合作业时,钢丝子口导开装置51先将钢丝子口料卷导开并由钢丝子口裁切输送装置52接收,当钢丝子口裁切输送装置52上的物料达到合适长度后将其裁断,随后相应的移动组件带动钢丝子口裁切输送装置52运动至合适位置进行贴合,贴合完成后相应的移动组件再将其带回原位,并且胎肩垫胶贴合的过程与钢丝子口的贴合过程相同。
具体的,钢丝子口导开装置51和胎肩垫胶导开装置61均为本领域常用的导开装置,钢丝子口裁切输送装置52的结构和工作原理如公开号为:CN113696530A中所记载的一种钢丝子口包布自动定长裁切贴合供料装置,而胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62的结构和工作原理则如公开号为:CN203994753U中所记载的一种三鼓式全钢子午线轮胎一次法成型机胎肩垫胶供料装置6。
本申请还提出了一种成型机胎体鼓供料方法,通过上述的成型机胎体鼓供料装置实现,具体包括如下步骤:
a.首先在胎体鼓上进行胎侧和内衬的贴合,贴合时,内衬导开装置31和胎侧导开装置21分别将内衬料卷和胎侧料卷导开并分别由副输送带101和主输送带91接收,随后副输送带101将内衬输送至主输送带91上与胎侧形成复合料,当复合料达到预定长度后由胎侧内衬裁断装置93将其裁断,并且主输送带91上的胎侧内衬复合材料经由胎侧内衬摆动架11被输送至胎体鼓处进行贴合,满足预计贴合要求后便并停止即可,以此实现胎侧、内衬的自动定长裁切供料;
b.随后在胎体鼓上进行钢丝子口的贴合,贴合时,钢丝子口导开装置51将钢丝子口料卷导开,钢丝子口裁切输送装置52由钢丝子口导开装置51处接收钢丝子口包布,并对其进行自动定长裁切,随后,再在移动轨道72上调整钢丝子口裁切输送装置52至贴合工位进行输送贴合,贴合完成后再将钢丝子口裁切输送装置52移回原位;
c.之后在胎体鼓上进行帘布的贴合,贴合时,帘布导开装置41将帘布料卷导开后由帘布输送装置8接收,然后帘布输送装置8将帘布逐渐输送至帘布摆动架12上,当所输送的帘布达到预设长度后,由帘布裁断装置82将帘布裁断,而帘布摆动架12上的帘布会被输送至胎体鼓处进行贴合,贴合完成后停止即可,该过程整体上能够对帘布进行自动定长裁切供料;
d.最后在胎体鼓上进行胎肩垫胶的贴合,贴合时,胎肩垫胶料卷由胎肩垫胶导开装置61导开,胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62由胎肩垫胶导开装置61处接收胎肩垫胶并对其进行自动定长裁切,随后,再在移动轨道72上调整胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62至贴合工位进行输送贴合,贴合完成后再将胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置62移回原位即可。

Claims (8)
- 一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:包括机架、胎侧供料装置、内衬供料装置、帘布供料装置、钢丝子口供料装置、胎肩垫胶供料装置、移动装置和输送系统,所述移动装置用于分别调整钢丝子口供料装置送料端和胎肩垫胶供料装置送料端以使两者的送料端能够分别与胎体鼓的贴合位置相对应;所述输送系统包括帘布输送装置、主输送装置、副输送装置、胎侧内衬摆动架和帘布摆动架,所述主输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由胎侧供料装置处接收胎侧并输送至胎侧内衬摆动架上,所述副输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由内衬供料装置处接收内衬并输送至主输送装置上,所述帘布输送装置安装在机架上并且能够由帘布供料装置处接收帘布并输送至帘布摆动架上,所述胎侧内衬摆动架和帘布摆动架均转动安装在机架上;所述胎侧内衬摆动架包括胎侧内衬输送架、胎侧内衬定位电缸、胎侧内衬平衡气缸、压辊、L型连接板和压紧气缸,所述胎侧内衬输送架转动安装在机架上,所述胎侧内衬定位电缸和胎侧内衬平衡气缸的缸体均转动接设在机架上且其伸缩杆均与胎侧内衬输送架转动连接,所述L型连接板的一端转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架的下料端,所述压辊转动安装在L型连接板的另一端,所述压紧气缸的缸体转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架上且其伸缩杆与L型连接板转动连接;所述移动装置包括移动底座、移动轨道和驱动机构,所述移动轨道设置在地面上,所述钢丝子口供料装置包括钢丝子口导开装置和钢丝子口裁切输送装置,所述钢丝子口导开装置设置在地面上,所述胎肩垫胶供料装置包括胎肩垫胶导开装置和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置,所述胎肩垫胶导开装置设置在地面上,所述钢丝子口裁切输送装置和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置均移动安装在移动轨道上且分别位于机架的两侧,所述驱动机构包括两组驱动组件用以分别带动钢丝子口裁切输送装置和胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置在移动轨道上移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述帘布输送装置包括帘布输送带、帘布裁断装置和帘布纠偏装置,所述帘布输送带安装在机架上,所述帘布纠偏装置安装在机架上且靠近帘布输送带的上料端,所述帘布裁断装置安装在机架上且能够将帘布输送带上的帘布裁断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述副输送装置包括副输送带和内衬纠偏装置,所述副输送带安装在机架上,所述内衬纠偏装置安装在机架上且靠近副输送带的上料端,用以对副输送带上的内衬进行纠偏。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述主输送装 置包括主输送带、胎侧纠偏装置和胎侧内衬裁断装置,所述主输送带安装在机架上,所述胎侧纠偏装置安装在机架上且靠近主输送带的上料端,用以对主输送带上的胎侧进行纠偏,所述胎侧内衬裁断装置安装在机架上且用于将胎侧内衬复合料裁断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述胎侧供料装置包括胎侧导开装置、胎侧移动小车和胎侧小车轨道,所述胎侧小车轨道设置在地面上,所述胎侧导开装置安装在胎侧移动小车上,所述胎侧移动小车安装在胎侧小车轨道上并且能够带着胎侧导开装置沿着胎侧小车轨道进行移动,所述内衬供料装置包括内衬导开装置、内衬移动小车和内衬小车轨道,所述内衬小车轨道设置在地面上,所述内衬导开装置安装在内衬移动小车上,所述内衬移动小车安装在内衬小车轨道上并且能够带动内衬导开装置沿着内衬小车轨道进行移动,所述帘布供料装置包括帘布导开装置、帘布移动小车和帘布小车轨道,所述帘布小车轨道设置在地面上,所述帘布导开装置安装在帘布移动小车上,所述帘布移动小车安装在帘布小车轨道上并且能够带着帘布导开装置沿着帘布小车轨道进行移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述帘布摆动架包括帘布输送架和帘布俯仰气缸,所述帘布输送架转动安装在机架上,所述帘布俯仰气缸的缸体转动接设在胎侧内衬输送架上且其伸缩杆转动接设在帘布输送架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种成型机胎体鼓供料装置,其特征在于:所述成型机胎体鼓供料装置还包括有辊压装置,所述辊压装置包括辊压轨道、辊压小车、辊压底座、支撑杆、第一转杆、第一调整气缸、第二转杆、第二调整气缸和转动辊,所述辊压轨道设置在地面上,所述辊压小车移动安装在辊压轨道上,所述辊压底座安装在辊压小车上并且能够跟随辊压小车沿着辊压轨道进行移动,所述支撑杆固定在辊压底座上,所述第一转杆转动接设在支撑杆上,所述第一调整气缸的缸体转动接设在支撑杆上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第一转杆上,所述第二转杆转动接设在第一转杆上,所述第二调整气缸的缸体转动接设在第一转杆上且其伸缩杆转动接设在第二转杆上,所述转动辊转动安装在第二转杆上。
- 一种成型机胎体鼓供料方法,其特征在于:通过如权利要求1-7任一项所述的成型机胎体鼓供料装置实现,包括如下步骤:a、首先在胎体鼓上进行胎侧和内衬的贴合,贴合时,副输送装置将内衬输送至主输送装置上与胎侧形成复合料,经由胎侧内衬摆动架被输送至胎体鼓处,满足预计贴合要求后便停止胎侧和内衬的贴合;b、随后在胎体鼓上进行钢丝子口的贴合,贴合时,钢丝子口裁切输送装置由钢丝子口导开装置处接收钢丝子口包布直至预定长度后裁断,再在移动轨道上调整钢丝子口裁切 输送装置至贴合工位进行贴合,贴合完成后再将钢丝子口裁切输送装置移回原位;c、之后在胎体鼓上进行帘布的贴合,贴合时,帘布输送装置将帘布输送至帘布摆动架上,再通过帘布摆动架输送至胎体鼓处,满足预计贴合要求后边停止帘布贴合;d、最后在胎体鼓上进行胎肩垫胶的贴合,贴合时,胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置由胎肩垫胶导开装置处接收胎肩垫胶直至预定长度后裁断,再在移动轨道上调整胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置至贴合工位进行贴合,贴合完成后再将胎肩垫胶裁切输送装置移回原位即可。
